In this paper, we propose Self-organizing neurofuzzy networks(SONFN) and discuss their comprehensive design methodology. The proposed SONFN is generated from the mutually combined structure of both neurofuzzy networks (NFN) and polynomial neural networks(PNN) for model identification of complex and nonlinear systems. NFN contributes to the formation of the premise part of the SONFN. The consequence part of the SONFN is designed using PNN. The parameters of the membership functions, learning rates and momentum coefficients are adjusted with the use of genetic optimization. Accumulated epidemiological and animal studies have suggested that prolonged exposure to ambient particulate matter (PM) is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease and pulmonary dysfunction. While diesel exhaust particles (DEP) contain large variety of compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a dominant component contaminated in DEP. This article reviews effects of two PAH quinones, 9,10-phenanthraquinone (9,10-PQ) and l,2-naphthoquinone (l,2-NQ), on vascular and respiratory systems.

Due to locally torrential downpours which shows Increasing trend, high tide of the southern sea of Korea and etc. submerged and Inundated districts at the lowlands of Nakdong River Basins has been Increasing year by year In order to protect flood hit, it is necessary to make an early implementation of flood control dam and other flood protection works according to Nakdong River Comprehensive Development Project. In addition to the large scale comprehensive projects, local key measures, such as lowland development control, embankment reinforcement, leakage protection, maintenance and management of facilities, increase in pumping station, will be highly effective.

The author has analyzed the ecological problems caused by city development and the comprehensive benefits of green space(e.g. ecological, social and economic benefits). The important role of green space in city sustainable development was discussed. Through benefits analysis of green space in city development in Kunming City, the author offered specific measures for green space protection in Kunming: strengthen plant management according to law; enhance nation awareness of plant protection; rationally plan city green land system;and use scientific forms of green land.

This report summarizes the findings of investigations and studies conducted through fieldtrips and an opinionnaire over a period of 11 months from July 1978 to May 1979 on various problems involved in hydraulic and hydrological phases of 12 large-scale comprehensive agricultural development project, Pyeongtaek-Kumgang, 1st stage and 2nd stage of Yongsangang, Kyungju, Gyehwado, Sapgyocheon, Imjin, Changryung, Miho, Namgang and Nakdonggang which are either completed or imdrocess of implentation for rural modernization in Korea.

The speciality of education installation has to be applied to the design construction, inspection of school in the installation. But. it was applied general electric installation standards in korea. Therefore, the electric shock accidents and fire was more frequently occurred in the school than in other building. Currently, various types of transarterial treatments are performed for hepatocellular carcinoma from the early to advanced stages. Its indications and efficacy have been widely investigated. However, procedure-related complications have not been updated in the literature, although new types of transarterial treatments, such as drug-eluting bead transarterial chemoembolization and transarterial radioembolization, are common in daily practice. Herein, a comprehensive literature review was carried out, and complications were organized according to the organs affected and treatment modalities.
