대전 원내동과 부안 유천리 도자기의 분석 (Analysis of Pottery Sherds from Wonnae-dong, Daejeon and Yucheon-ri, Buan)

  • 대전시 원내동 일대에서 수습된 도편 9점과 부안 유천리 청자요지에서 수습된 청자편 11점의 화학성분을 분석하고, 취합된 발표자료들과 비교하여 시료의 도자특성과 산지에 대한 정보를 유추하였다. 태토와 유약의 주요산화물분석은 XRF와 EPMA를 사용하였고, 태토중 미량원소의 함량은 ICP-MS를 이용하였다 자료의 비교분류 방법으로, Seger식과 주성분분석법의한 방법을 병행하였다. 원내동 백자(C-1)은 매우 높은 $SiO_2$의 함량으로 대부분의 도편들과 상이한 결과를 보였으며, 원내동 백자(C-2)는 서울${\cdot}$경기 및 대전${\cdot}$충남 지방의 도자기들과 매우 유사한 유약 및 태토의 특성을 보였다. 원내동 청자(B-1과 B-2)는 태토의 분류에서 대전${\cdot}$충남지방에 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 분청은 Seger식 및 주성분 분석법으로 지방별 특성을 결정하기 어려웠다. 유천리 시료는 태토와 유약에 있어 기존의 자료와 거의 일치하는 특성을 보여 본 연구에 의한 도자기의 분류가 각 도자기별 특성과 지역적 특성을 연구하는데 어느 정도 객관성과 타당성을 가짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

미숙호박과 완숙호박의 화학성분 (Chemical Compositions of the Green and Ripened Pumpkin(Cucurbita moschata Duch.))

  • 미숙호박과 완숙호박의 일반성분, 유리당, 아미노산, 지방산, 무기성분 조성등의 화학성분을 비교 조사한 결과, 호박은 성숙함에 따라서 성분이 변화하는 경향을 보였다. 미숙호박 및 완숙호박의 과육중에는 당질 $70.95{\sim}70.65%$과 단백질이 $14.0{\sim}15.20%$ 많았고, 호박씨중에는 단백질 35.74%이 가장 많고, 다음은 지질 29.45%과 당질 28.39%이 많았다. 미숙호박과 완숙호박의 과육에서 sucrose, glucose, fructose, maltose, lactose 등의 유리당이 확인되었으며, 이들 유리당들은 sucrose와 fructose는 성장함에 따라 감소하였고, glucose, maltose, lactose는 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 특히 maltose는 완숙호박에서만, 호박씨중에는 sucrose만이 확인되었다. 미숙호박과 완숙호박의 단백질중에는 15종의 아미노산이 확인되었으며, 호박은 성장함에 따라 Thr, Ser, Gly, Ala, Val, Met, Ile, Leu, Phe, Lys등은 감소하였으나, Asp, Tyr, His, Arg등은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 한편 호박씨 중에는 Glu, Asp, Leu가 많았다. 지방산은 미숙호박과 완숙호박에 palmitic, linolenic, linoleic acid가 많았다. 호박은 성장함에 따라 palmitic acid의 함량은 유사하였으나, stearic, oleic acid는 감소하고, myristic, linoleic, linolenic acid등은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 한편 호박씨중의 지방산은 linoleic, palmitic, oleic acid의 순으로 나타났으며, arachidic acid도 확인 되었다. 미숙호박과 완숙호박, 호박씨중의 무기성분은 K가 가장 많았고, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe 등의 순으로 나타났으며, 호박은 성장함에 따라 Ca, Mg는 감소하는 한편 K, Na, Fe의 함량은 증가하는 경향을 보였다.

당귀(當歸)와 황기(黃芪)의 배합 변화가 DPPH 자유기 소거에 미치는 영향 연구 (Compositions of Astragali Radix and Angelicae Radix by DPPH Radical Scavenging Activity)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to compare antioxidant activity of ratio-related Angelicae Radix and Astragali Radix compositions by DPPH radical scavenging activity. Methods : The species of Angelicae Radix was compared as Angelica gigas, A. sinensis and A. acutiloba. Then various compositions of Angelicae Radix with Astragali Radix were prepared with different ratio. Diphenyl-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity was measured after 10, 20 and 30 minutes. Each extracts were tested by 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 500 and 1,000 ${\mu}g/ml$ concentrations. Results : The results showed that Angelica gigas, A. sinensis and A. acutiloba scavenged DPPH radical with 66.8, 61.7 and 56.7% in 1,000 ${\mu}g/ml$ concentration, respectively. According to this result, Angelicae Radix and Astragali Hadix compositions with 100:0, 10:1, 5:1, 3:1, 1:1, 1:3, 1:5, 1:10 and 0:100 ratio were scavenged DPPH radical with 56.3, 49.9, 61.2, 55.7, 54.7, 55.0, 52.8 ,md 50.2% in 1,000 ${\mu}g/ml$ concentration, respectively. The extract of Angelicae Radix and Astragali Radix compositions with 100:0, 10:1, 5:1, 3:1, 1:1, 1:3, 1:5, 1:10 and 0:100 ratio scavenged DPPH radical with the $IC_{50}$ being 85,21, 1016.26, 656.51, 785.67 and 956.74 ${\mu}g/ml$ respectively. Conclusion : In conclusion, the extract of Angelicae Radix and Astragali Radix compositions with 1:1 ratio showed dose-dependent DPPH radical scavenging activity.

  • Let G be a connected graph. A pebbling move on a graph G is the movement of taking two pebbles off from a vertex and placing one of them onto an adjacent vertex. The pebbling number f(G) of a connected graph G is the least n such that any distribution of n pebbles on the vertices of G allows one pebble to be moved to any specified, but arbitrary vertex by a sequence of pebbling moves. In this paper, the pebbling numbers of the compositions of two graphs are computed.

  • Paper tube industry for synthetic fiber packaging has approximately 200 billion won of market size in Korea, while any significant research has not done yet about physical characteristics of paper tubes. This study was conducted to find out a adequate structure of paper tubes by changing compositions of paperboards, size of tubes, and makers. Parallel compression strength was not only rely on compositions of paperboards, but also largely impacted by structural design of paper tubes.

  • The Newtom method and the quasi-Newton method for solving equations of smooth compositions of semismooth functions are proposed. The Q-superlinear convergence of the Newton method and the Q-linear convergence of the quasi-Newton method are proved. The present methods can be more easily implemeted than previous ones for this class of nonsmooth equations.

Modification of carbohydrate compositions of 31/36 kDa proteins of plerocercoids (sparganum) of Spirometra mansoni grown in different intermediate hosts

  • We purified specific 31/36 kDa antigenic molecules from sparganum in different intermediate hosts (snakes and mice) and analyzed their monosaccharide compositions. Compositional analysis showed that glucose and man nose concentrations were 2-3 fold higher in the 31/36 kDa molecule purified from snakes than those from mice. This result implies that antigenic glycoproteins of sparganum from snakes might be modified in mammalian sparganosis with respect to their carbohydrate composition.

  • (Ba0.8. Sr0.2) $TiO_3$ semiconducting ceramic with and without Ti-excess composition were prepared by various sintering temperature. The effects of Ti compositions on the samples were discussed in terms of color micro-structure resistivity at room temperature and the positive temperature coefficient resistivity(PTCR). The 1.02mol Ti-excess composition provides better PTCR properties and has uniform micrositructures with 5-7${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$.

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate teachers'conceptions of mathematics through the conception on compositions of mathematical knowledge, the conception on structure of mathematical knowledge, the conception on status of mathematical knowledge, the conception on mathematical activity, and the conception of mathematics learning. This study reached the following conclusions: Most of teachers has more internal viewpoint than external viewpoint on the compositions, structures and status of mathematical knowledge, mathematical activity and mathematics learning.

한국산 개암종실의 중성지질 조성에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Neutral Lipid Components of Korean Hazel Nut)

  • Compositions of neutral lipid of the hazel nut (Corylus heterophylla Fischer var. thumbergii Blume, Betulaceae) produced in Korea were analyzed by thinchrography (Iatrosoan TH-10 type), which was equipped with a flame ionization detector. The neutral lipid components were nearly separated of the basis of their degree of unsaturation by employing the chromatography on silica gel sintered rod impregnated with 12.5% silver nitrate and it was noted that triglyceride was the major lipid components of Korean hazel nut. The triglyceride compositions were trilinolenin 10.63, trilinolein 18.01, triolein 42.24, tripalmitin 17.57 and tristearin 11.55% by thinchrographic analysis.
