The various techniques to compensate for the signal distortion due to the group velocity dispersion (GVD) and nonlinear Kerr effects of optical fibers in the optical links have been proposed in the literature. We propose a flexible dispersion-managed link configuration consisted of single-mode and dispersion-compensating fibers with irregular dispersion coefficients over all fiber spans, and an optical phase conjugator added midway along the optical links. By distributing the lengths of the single mode fibers, we achieve a flexible optical link. The simultaneous ascending and descending distribution of the single-mode fiber lengths before and after the optical phase conjugator, respectively, best compensates the distorted wavelength division multiplexed signals in the optical link with non-fixed coefficients. Our result is consistent with those of our previous work on fixed coefficients. Therefore, to improve the compensation at any magnitude of dispersion coefficient, we must artificially distribute the lengths of the single-mode fibers into a dispersion-managed link.

This study was administered to demonstrate how unsatisfied customers would be influenced by the change in the quality of the service delivered to them after the dissatisfaction occurs. In light of the above, the objective of this study is to find out what leads to dissatisfaction in the minds of the consumers and also to identify the common behavioral patterns indicated by unsatisfied consumers. This study consists of two parts: a research based on the review of the literature and empirical study methods. As a result, a research for the popular forms of complaining patterns shows opportunities for restaurants to come up with measures to improve their service quality when customers are unsatisfied. In service recovery situation, distributive and interactional justice significantly influence customers' repurchase. Therefore, firms ought to offer monetary compensation, explain about the problems, and make their best efforts to recover the failure because the efforts also affect repurchase.

Estimation of accident cost is a sound and great safety indicator on determining accurate occupational safety and health prevention. Just like in Korea, Heinrich ratio analysis of (1:4) between direct and indirect costs has been become widely used in safety management because of its simplicity. In this study four major categories of uninsured (indirect) cost items and 18 sub-categories of uninsured (indirect) cost items were identified. To determine and validate the importance and necessity of the results of a literature review an expert or professional surveyed had been analyses using the SPSS 18.0, where in the participants whose expertize is in the field of compensation and safety. Based on the results of survey all participants all uninsured (indirect) cost items classified was important and necessary when accidents occurred. Despite recognition of expert on the classification of uninsured (indirect) cost items, it is quite difficult to make generalization for all kind of costs in occupational accident case due to different nature of business for each industry.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the present system of Advanced Practice Nurse(APN) and to suggest strategies for enhancing the recognition of APNs institutionally in Korea. We searched and reviewed literature and materials about the APN development process and present situation and related laws. We recognized that there were many kinds of problems in the APN system of Korea: a weak support from health care system, obscured classification of APN's services, confusion of qualifications, and lack of compensation from the national health insurance system. We should, therefore, identity the list of Korean APN's services and provide further studies about patient's outcome cared by APNs. Also, there is a need to create a demand for APNs to keep the quality of services guaranteed by APN. APN system must be established to progress forward in order to provide good benefits for the people.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to explore the structure and characteristics of job values about senior student of EMT Dept. Method : A Q-methodology was used to identify factors in job values. A Q-sample was collected from in-depth and objective interviews and literature reviews. A P-sample was composed of 31 EMT students. Result : Results revealed three factors; Self achievement-oriented, stability-oriented, and aptitude-oriented. The 'self achievement-oriented' factor was characterized by preference of achievement, worth, and activity in choosing occupation. The 'stability-oriented' factor was focused on security of retirement age, pay, compensation, and lifelong job. The 'aptitude-oriented' factor was showed aptitude, interesting in choosing occupation. Conclusion : We evaluated that these results was used as useful data for the development of curriculum and guidance of choosing occupation.

Nonlinear effects and chromatic dispersion are the main causes of pulse degradation in high bit-rate WDM transmission systems and several architectures have been proposed to compensate them by means of optical phase conjugation. In this paper, a new method to exploit an optical phase conjugator (OPC) for nonlinearity and dispersion cancellation is disclosed. The proposed method is using optimal total dispersion of each fiber sections and it is simpler than those previously described in literature. Power penalty between WDM channels and the maximum launch power in $28{\times}40$ Gbps WDM transmission system designed by optimal total dispersion are more decreased and more increased than those in the conventional WDM transmission system with OPC, respectively. Furthermore, optimal total dispersion proposed in this research should provide the flexible design of WDM system, which less depends on OPC position.

In this paper, new approaches to optimal controller design for a class of discrete-time Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems are proposed based on a relaxed approach, in which non-quadratic Lyapunov function and non-parallel distributed compensation (PDC) control law are used. New relaxed conditions and linear matrix inequality (LMI) based design methods are proposed that allow outperforming previous results found in the literature. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approaches.

본 논문에서는 켑스트럼 기반의 후두질환 음성의 자동감별시, 훈련 및 테스트 마이크 불일치로 인한 채널 왜곡을 보상하기 위한 방법에 대해 연구를 하였다. 특징벡터 영역에서의 채널보상 방법으로 기존의 Cepstral Mean Subtraction (CMS) 방법과 Pole Filtering CMS (FPCMS) 방법을 이용하였다 실험결과 FPCMS를 적용한 경우 기존의 CMS에 비해 우수한 성능을 보이고, $40\%$의 인식 오류 감소를 얻었다.

The purpose of this research is to provide a basic knowledge to open up for undeveloped park in process of the park policy establishment by setting up the priority of park development and valuation factor, valuation index as well as building a basic material to undeveloped neighborhood park in Daegu Metropolitan City. Thirteen urban neighborhood parks(1,841,663$m^2$) in the Daegu Metropolitan City were selected for this study. Analyzing and reviewing the previous research and literature review were conducted, and the evaluation index and analysis criteria were constructed to decide the development priority of parks. The results of this research are as follows; 1) Following to the result of the expert questionnaire test in order to estimate weight of valuation factors. It had a high score in available population, and estimated amount of the gross compensation, unpurchased land rate. On the other hand park rate of autonomous district, altitude, rate of population increase in autonomous district and a low score. 2) Generally, most f the plain type parks had a high score in the Sea level, land using pattern, an estimated amount of the gross compensation, but hill type parks had a high score the rate of green covered, park area for one person of administration building. 3) Daebong, Soosung, Dosan, 2.28 youth, Kyungnam parks were selected high priority. Soochang, Donsibong, Janggi, Dongin parks were selected middle priority. Bokhyun, Galsan, Manchon, Gusoosan parks, which were selected low priority. This research for undeveloped park is a basic research step to open up. Three many difficult things in shortage of the basic material for building valuation factor and measuring of the method measurement. The application of weight which make a decision importance among the valuation factor should have ore reasonable study and more scientific research from now because there still remains a lot of shortage of positive materials in there.
