  • This work is for listing, patent, reasonable valuation of environmental-friendly agricultural company. In this study, agricultural company in environmental friendly industry that consider nature, customer's wellbeing and safe would be evaluated by DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and ROV (Real Option Value). And company in environmental-friendly industry would be checked whether it is to be related and concerned to listing in the stock market and patent acquisition with the basis of company valuation. After then agricultural company value is evaluated with the consideration of growth in environmental-friendly industry, and company valuation comparison would followed about intellectual property right. It can be assumed that value of environmental-friendly agricultural company has low relation and concern to listing of stock market, and valuation would be increased through the intellectual property right such as patent, development or core search ability.

  • A generalized special program called planetary transmission analysis(here in after PTA) is developed to improve planetary gear noise in automatic transmission. PTA is capable of analyzing any typical one-degree-of-freedom automatic transmission gear train containing any number of simple, compound or complex-compound planetary gear sets. The kinematics module in PTA can compute the rotational speeds of gears and carriers and calculate the order frequencies to predict the planetary noise components. The power flow analysis module performs a complete static force analysis providing forces, moments, or torques of gears, bearings, clutches and connections. Based on the given type and number of planetary gear sets, the search algorithm determines all possible kinematic configurations and gear tooth combinations in a required set of gear ratios, while eliminating whole kinematic redundancies and unfavorable clutching sequences. By using PTA program, planetary internal speeds of new developed automatic transmission are early obtained; therefore, possibility of the noise problem could be predicted in early design stage. As implementing PTA in planetary gear NVH development procedure, planetary gear noise was successfully reduced by 10 dBA.

  • It is critical that all companies improve productivity in order to maintain their international competitiveness. The productivity can be explained as a measurement of effectiveness that is calculated by "the ratio of what is produced to what is required to produce it". The goal of this paper is to enhance productivity for a small fast food company mainly through work analysis. This work analysis will help the company to downsize by improving efficiency via motion analysis and by reduction of losses via facility improvement.provement.

  • The purpose of this study is to see how much the event attitude of football contest sponsoring company has effects on both the company image for best enterprise and the company image for social contribution and to establish the correlation of these both images with the intent of purchase. For this study, we finally selected 319 persons who participated in Budweiser 6v6 Cup Soccer Contest in 2008 as subject of study. Confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The main result of study is as follows : First, the event attitude has a positive effect on the company image for best enterprise. Second, the event attitude has a positive effect on the company image for social contribution. Third, the company image for best enterprise has a positive effect on the intent of purchase. Fourth, the company image for social contribution does not have any effect on the intent of purchase.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the innovation performance through business innovation activities by small and medium size company as well as to test the moderating effects on the innovation techniques'understanding and conformance. Methods: The data for the empirical analysis was collected from 132 companies mainly located in Jeolla and Gyeonggi Province. Cronbach's alpha factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression were used for statistical methods. Results: The Statistical analysis results show that innovation performance through business innovation techniques and activities was effected by CEO leadership, company capability and training for employees. Conclusion: Through this study we tried to give some suggestions for improving innovation performance through business innovation activities for the small and medium size company.
