정보통신 이용행태와 직장인의 통행빈도 변화의 연관성 연구 (Relationship of the Use of Information and Communication Technologies with the Change of Travel Frequencies Korea Society of Transportation)

  • 본 연구에서는 정보통신 이용행태와 통행행태, 특히 통행발생빈도 변화와의 관계를 파악하기 위하여 수도권에 거주하면서 수도권에 직장을 둔 직장인 995명을 대상으로 개인특성, 통행특성, 토지이용특성, 정보통신이용특성 등을 설문 조사한 결과를 분석하였다. 통행특성으로는 차량이용빈도, 통근수단, 그리고 통근시간을, 토지이용특성으로는 주거지와 직장근처 지하철역까지의 거리를, 정보통신이용특성으로는 인터넷이용빈도, 자료 및 정보획득, 커뮤니케이션 & 여가활동, 인터넷구매 및 판매, 금융 및 전자민원, 핸드폰서비스이용량, 그리고 이메일이용빈도 등을 이용하였다. 분석결과 통행특성과 토지이용특성이 정보통신이용특성과 더불어 상호 영향을 미치면서 통행빈도의 변화에도 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 통근시간이 길고, 주거지와 직장에서 지하철을 이용하기 어려울수록 인터넷을 이용하여 자료 및 정보를 획득함으로써 실제 통행을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다.

도심항공모빌리티의 운용효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operational Efficiency of UAM(Urban Aerial Mobility)s)

  • Prototype UAMs are shown to us in the market. When the complete product is delivered to market, the efficiency of each UAMs can be compared by default. Before the complete product is shown to us, the comparative study on efficiency of UAMs is performed under the product cost estimation. The efficiency analysis result reveals that both of Lift & Cruise type and vectored thrust type show good efficiency at the initial stage of product. At the near terms stage, five years later from initial stage end, efficiency gets some change. Vectored thrust type of UAMs show best efficiency at the near term stage of product. Because UAMs will be used in urban area, Seoul is the place where the UAMs will be used first. The flying route from Seoul City Hall to Yongsan Park, National Assembly in Yeouido, and City Airport is no more than 10 km distance. For this short distance route, efficiency will make multi-rotor type UAM be prefered to other types. For long distance route or commuting route, life & cruise type and vectored thrust type of UAMs will be prefered on account of operational efficiency.

농촌지역 초·중등 교육시설에 대한 마을단위 접근성 평가 (Evaluation of Accessibility to Elementary and Secondary Educational Facilities on Village Level in Rural Areas)

  • Although the educational facility are an important considerations on a social equity standpoint, educational environment in rural areas has been continuously deteriorated by numerous social problems such as decreasing birth rate and increasing of local school closing. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accessibility of educational environment in rural areas on village level. First, we evaluate physical accessibility based on legally defined commuting distance. Second, the implication of village population of potential accessibility is analyzed. Lastly, the facility centrality index of each village is estimated for assessing the relations of educational accessibility. The main results of this study are as follows; (1) The accessibility of most villages in Pyeongchang-gun is vulnerable that 81.10% for elementary school, 73.17% for middle school, and 82.32% for high school, respectively; (2) The average commuting distance per student considering estimated number of students for each educational facilities indicated 2.75km for elementary school, 4.37km for middle school, and 5.79km for high school; (3) the facility centrality index is highly correlated to educational facilities but not to village population.

장거리 통학 대학생들의 건강 및 식습관 관련요인 (General Health and Eating Habits of College Students Who Commute Long Distances)

  • This study investigated the health and eating habits of college students who commute long distances to and from their schools. Among ninety-eight commuters, 61.2% were females while 38.8% were males. The mean round-trip commuting time was 4.60 hours and the mean number of days of commuting was 3.68. The proportion of underweight females (26.7%) was significantly greater than that of underweight males (5.3%). Conversely, the proportion of overweight males was 34.2% while only 1.6% of the females were overweight, and the difference was statistically significant. The mean number of health-related problems was 1.47 for males and 1.90 for females. Commuting affected the eating habits (90.8%) and health status more noticeably among females. Physical discomfort such as fatigue, stomach discomfort, constipation, weight change, and insomnia appeared after commuting. Irregular meal times, skipping breakfast, frequent overeating and insufficient time to eat were the most prevalent problems indicated. The scores for dietary attitude and eating habits were 20.1/30 and 27.6145, for males and females respectively. Although self-perceived nutrition knowledge was significantly related to dietary attitude and satisfaction with meals, a correlation was not found between self-perceived nutrition knowledge or dietary attitude and the eating habits score. The more concerned the parents were about student's eating habits, the higher the score relating to eating habits. The parents' concerns about students' meals and the food expenses were significantly correlated, but no correlation was found between the food expenses and the eating habits score. Consistent parental concern and encouraging students to maintain good eating habits are recommended. University administrators should also be aware of the needs of commuters and provide a proper and adequate food-related environment for the students.

신도시 거주자의 주거이동 효과에 대한 분석 (The Effects of the Residential Mobility among the New Town Movers)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify effects of residential mobility among the new town movers. The major findings are as follows : 1) As they moved in new town the distance to their wok palce increased substantially. 2) Degree of residential satisfactions increased after moving in the new town. 3) Commuting time is strongly influenced by head of household's level of education, family life span, and tenure status of households.

통근자료와 GIS를 이용한 서울대도시권 도시 간 상호작용 분석 (Analysis of the Urban Interactions of Seoul Metropolitan Region using Commuting Data and GIS)

  • 대도시권의 공간구조 변화를 예측하고 문제를 미연에 방지하기 위해서는 도시공간구조의 시간적, 공간적 변화의 특성을 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 통근 통학 자료는 대도시권내에서 나타나는 필연적이며 규칙적인 통행에 대한 것으로 도시공간변화를 자세히 규명하는데 유용한 변수이며 최근 그 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중력모델을 이용한 서울대 도시권 통근 통학자 자료 분석을 통해 서울시와 주변 도시 간 상호작용을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 서울과 주변 도시 간 상호 작용은 시간의 경과에 따라 강화되고 있음이 확인되었고, 도시 간 상호작용은 거리와 밀접한 연관을 갖는 것으로 검증되었으며, 서울과 강한 상호작용을 보이는 도시들이 대체로 서울 이남에 분포하고 있어 서울대도시권이 불균형적으로 개발되고 있음이 확인되었다.

수도권 대학정원정책의 수동권 인구분산교과에 관한 연구 (University Enrollment Policy in the Capital Region and Its Impact on Population Dispersal)

  • University enrollment has long been regarded as one of the major factors inducing population concentration in Seoul and the Capital Region of Korea. Consequently, since early 1980's increases in enrollment and new establishments of extention universities beyond the boundary of Seoul, has been promoted, while university enrollment quota in Seoul has been strictly controlled. The degree of actual population dispersal, however, resulting from such a university enrollment policy has not been empirically tested. This paper aims at: First, identifying the trend of population growth and evolution process of the university enrollment policy in the Capital Region; Second, comparing the degree of influence of university enrollment on population concetration factors; Third, measuring actual effect of the enrollment control on population dispersal out of Seoul and the Capital Region. Major findings are as follows: First, only a week correlation between population and university enrollment growth trends was found; Second, the relative degree of influence on population concentration in the Capital Region, were order, in the order of magnitude, the physical amenity factor, the socio-cultural amenity factor, the employment climate factor and the educational factor. Third, and most improtant, based on the comparison of spatial distribution of graduated high schools and current residence of the selected university students, the gap between the two distributions was revealed and the inter-regional student population movement was estimated. The result shows that in Seoul's case about one-half of and in Kyunggi Province's case about one-fifth of university enrollment size, contributes to population concentration into Seoul. Fourth, as to the universities outside of the Capital Region, little effect in the case of universities located within the commuting distance, and a little effect on population dispersal in the case of universities located beyond commuting distance, were found. In sum, it seems clear that university enrollment policy in the Capital Region, especially in Inchon/Kyunggi Province has not been effective on student population dispersal out of Seoul and the Capital Region. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that university enrollment policy be throughly re-examined from its goal to the implementation means.

  • In this paper, we give several fixed point theorems in a complete metric space for two multi-valued mappings commuting with two single-valued mappings. In fact, our main theorems show the existence of solutions of functional equations f($\chi$)=g($\chi$)$\in$S$\chi$∩T$\chi$ and $\chi$=f($\chi$)=g($\chi$)$\in$S$\chi$∩T$\chi$ under certain conditions. 대중교통카드를 이용한 환승요인분석 (Factor Analysis for Transit Transfer using Public Traffic Card Data)

  • 환승은 타고 있던 교통수단에서 다른 교통수단으로 갈아타는 것을 의미한다. 환승은 통행의 불편을 겪지만, 효율적인 대중교통을 이용하기 위해서는 어쩔 수 없이 발생할 수밖에 없다. 따라서 환승횟수를 최대한 줄이는 것이 대중교통의 활성화를 제공하고, 대중교통의 편의를 제공함에 있어서 아주 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 수집한 대중교통카드 자료는 평택시 평일 61,986건, 주말 69,100건이며, 수집된 교통자료카드를 이용하여 패턴분석 및 환승영향요인을 분석하였다. Trip Chain 분석 결과, 주말에 주 통행이 통근 및 통행이 아닌 쇼핑, 여가 등의 목적으로 환승 횟수가 많아지며, 통행거리는 10km이상 증가하며 통행시간도 약 9.9분 늘어나는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 Structural Equation Model의 결과, Factor 1릉 총 통행시간, 총 통행거리, Factor 2는 승 하차 인원수, Factor 3는 환승시간, 대기시간, Factor 4는 버스연계노선 수, 운행대수로 환승통행량에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

AEDT(Aviation Environmental Design Tool)를 이용한 전기추진 수직이착륙형 PAV 운영을 위한 소음 분석 (Noise Analysis for the Operation of the eVTOL PAV using AEDT (Aviation Environmental Design Tool))

  • 본 논문에서는 우리나라에서 가장 교통이 혼잡한 수도권에서의 출퇴근 시나리오를 선정하고, 미국연방항공국에서 개발한 AEDT (aviation environmental design tool) 소트프웨어를 사용하여 PAV (personal air vehicle) 운용 시 발생하는 소음분석을 수행하였다. 미항공우주국에서 선보인 ODM (on-demand mobility) 개념에서 PAV를 운용하기 위한 안전성 다음으로 소음이 중요한 고려요소이다. PAV의 정확한 NPD (noise power distance) 데이터가 공개되어 있지 않는 문제를 해결하고자 eVTOL (electric vertical take off and landing) PAV와 같은 저소음 PAV를 민간용 헬리콥터로 모델링하여 소음 분석을 수행하고, 해당지역의 주거 적합성을 예측하였다. 전기추진과 같은 소음 감소 기술의 적용은 소음 노출 레벨을큰 폭으로 감소시켰고, 수도권내에서 소음문제 없이 PAV를 이용한 출퇴근이 실현 가능하다는 결론에 도달하였다.
