농촌노인에게 적합한 부업직종 개발에 관한 연구 (Development on the New Kinds of Occupation Suitable for Elderly in Rural)

  • New occupational types, suitable for the elderly, have been developed in order to extend job opportunities for that demographic. However, it was mainly done from the perspective of the urban elderly and did not take into account the rural elderly's needs and the special conditions in rural areas. Especially, as 53.4% of the rural elderly 60 years old and over has engaged in economic activities and 88.7% of them are working in the field of agriculture or forestry, the development on the new kinds of job for the rural elderly is more meaningful as secondary jobs rather than as new occupations. Therefore, this study aimed at developing the new kinds of occupation suitable for the rural elderly. For this purpose, data were collected from 279 elderly farmers 60 years old and over working currently or have ever worked in something other than farming work. Questionnaires were composed to measure preferences for jobs by work characteristics and evaluations on the appropriateness of the jobs for the elderly selected by the Ministry of Labor in Korea. The results showed that the rural elderly preferred work doing at home, together with the elderly, in groups, and light physical labor to technical or office work that must commute regularly. Also, they evaluated that most of the occupations suitable for the elderly announced by the Ministry of Labor were more suitable for the male than the female elderly. Based on these findings, this study selected 18 kinds of individual and 11 common jobs by sex. It may contribute to creating job opportunities for the rural elderly by applying it to the policy or extension, and to revitalizing the rural elderly's lives and increasing their incomes.

여성 근로자의 일·가정양립지원제도 인식과 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Female Workers' Recognition and Utilization about Work-Family Balance Support Policy)

  • 본 연구는 여성 근로자의 일 가정양립지원제도에 대한 인식과 활용 간의 관계성 및 이용실태를 분석하였다. 연구결과 현 직장에서 시행 비중이 높으며 가장 많이 이용한 일 가정양립지원제도는 육아휴직제-시차출퇴근제-육아기 근로시간단축제 순이었다. 일 가정양립지원제도 인지도(p<.001)와 이용 만족도(p<.05)는 일 가정양립지원제도 효과성 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 향후 일 가정양립지원제도 이용의도에 대한 일 가정양립지원제도 인지도 및 이용 만족도의 영향은 유의하지 않았으나 가족적 지지(배우자, 부모, 시부모)가 한계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 여성 근로자의 일 가정양립지원제도에 대한 인식과 활용 간의 영향관계를 분석함으로써 정책의 효과성을 파악하고, 가족적 차원까지 고려대상을 넓힌 데에 연구의 의의가 있다.

주말부부의 가족스트레스 및 대처전략에 관한 연구 (Family Stresses and Coping Strategies among Commuting Couples)

  • This study focused on family stresses and coping strategies among commuting couples. The participants of this study consisted of a national samples of 134 couples(268 individuals), who had been commuting for at least six months. The major findings obtained from the study are summarized in the following: First, the degree of family stresses among commuting couples was 2.98, when the maximal stress value was set to 5.0. No difference in the level of stress was detected from the roles of the wife and those of the husband. The most stressful aspect for the commuting couples came from the role of parents who care for their children. The second stressful aspect was their responsibility for their own parents, and finally the stress from the housework and maintenance of their marital lives followed next. There was no difference between the wives and husbands on the stressors. Secondly, the level of the coping strategies developed by the commuting couples themselves against their stresses was 3.37, when the maximal stress coping value was set to 5.0. Again, there was no difference in this level between wives and husbands. Among the strategies, they used ‘cognitive restructuring’the most frequently; sharing their responsibilities with other members in family life came next; and developing their own techniques to manage their stresses followed. Thirdly, the ages of the couple, the age of the first child, type of jobs, duration of the marriage and commute, and frequency of meeting affected the level of family stress among commuting couples. Finally, commuting couples developed quite different strategies to cope with their family stresses, and religion and family type affected significantly the type of coping strategies.

행복, 피로 및 자기효능감이 근로자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Happiness, Fatigue and Self-efficacy on Workers' Quality of Life)

  • 본 연구는 근로자의 행복, 피로 및 자기효능감이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 자료 수집은 2018년 9월 15일부터 30일까지 진행되었고, 연구대상자는 근로자 102명이었다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 25.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 근로자의 삶의 질은 성별, 주관적 건강, 출퇴근 시 교통수단, 출퇴근 시 소요시간에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p <.05). 2) 근로자의 삶의 질은 행복, 자기효능감과 유의한 양의 상관관계가, 피로와는 유의한 음의 상관관계가 나타났다(p <.05). 3) 근로자 삶의 질의 유의한 영향요인은 성별, 행복, 피로와 자기효능감이었고, 이들의 설명력은 80.4%로 나타났다. 만족스러운 삶을 영위하기 위해 삶의 질을 높이는 것은 매우 중요하다. 근로자의 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 중재 시 그 영향요인을 반영할 필요가 있다.

통행사슬 특성 분석에 관한 연구 (서울시 사례를 중심으로) (Exploring Characteristics on Trip Chaining: the Case of Seoul)

  • 전통적인 통행기반의 교통수요예측기법은 모든 통행이 하나의 목적을 수행하기 위해 이루지고 있다고 가정하고 있어 연계된 목적을 위한 통행 또는 통행사슬(trip chain)은 고려하지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울시의 2006년 가구통행실태 조사자료를 이용하여 통행사슬의 특성을 분석하고, 다중회귀형태의 통행사슬 모형을 추정하여 통행목적과 통행사슬과의 연관성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 단순통행사슬의 비율이 복합통행사슬에 비해 매우 높은 것으로 나타났으며 직업, 월소득, 연령, 성별 등에 따라 통행사슬의 특성이 다른 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 20세 미만이 가정기반 통행사슬수가 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 여성이거나 월평균소득이 높을수록 통행사슬을 많이 발생시키는 것으로 나타났다. 통행목적과의 연관성을 살펴보면, 학생의 경우 등교통행, 직장인의 경우 출근통행, 무직을 포함한 전업주부의 경우는 개인용무 관련통행(쇼핑, 여가, 기타)들이 단순통행사슬로 구성될 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

스마트카드 자료를 활용한 대중교통 승객의 통행목적 추정 (Estimating the Trip Purposes of Public Transport Passengers Using Smartcard Data)

  • 스마트카드 자료에는 개별 승객의 대중교통 이용기록이 저장되고, 이를 활용하면 정류장별, 시간대별 통행수요를 분석할 수 있다. 다만 스마트카드 자료에는 통행목적이 기록되어 있지 않기 때문에 통근, 통학, 여가 등의 목적별 수요는 설문조사 자료를 기반으로 추정되고 있다. 하지만 설문조사 자료에는 일부 표본의 통행만 기록되어 있어 전반적인 대중교통 통행수요를 추정하는데 한계가 있다. 만약 스마트카드 자료에서 통행목적을 추정할 수 있다면, 전수조사에 가까운 통행목적별 대중교통 수요에 대한 분석이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트카드 자료에 기록된 승객의 O-D 통행빈도, 체류 시간, 출발 시각 등을 고려하여 통근, 통학, 귀가의 통행목적을 추정하는 방법론을 제시한다. 결과적으로 제시한 방법론을 적용하여 승객 중 근로자와 대학생을 분류하였다. 제시한 방법론의 검증으로는 가구통행실태조사 자료의 목적별 통행패턴과 본 연구를 통해 추정한 목적별 통행패턴을 비교하였다.

압축지표와 통근 네트워크가 통근시간에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 수도권 경기·인천 지역을 대상으로 - (The Impact of Compact City Indicators and Commuting Network on Commuting time: Focused on Suburban Cities in the Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • 국내 수도권에서는 경기·인천지역에 거주하며 서울로 통근하는 현상이 지속됨에 따라 장거리 통근문제가 발생하고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위해 경기·인천지역을 대상으로 자족권역 형성 계획과 압축도시를 지향하고 있다. 그러나, 장거리 통근통행으로 발생하는 도시문제는 지속이다. 이는 과도한 압축밀도와 서울 의존적 네트워크에 의한 것으로 보여지나, 기존 연구에서는 도시 간 상호작용이 중요해짐에도 개별도시에 초점을 맞추었으며, 서울 의존적인 네트워크 특성을 고려하지 못한 한계점을 지니고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 압축도시와 도시 간 상호작용을 종합적으로 고려하여 통근통행에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석결과 일정 규모이상의 네트워크가 형성될 때 통근의 효율성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 수도권 외곽지역인 인천, 경기지역의 네트워크 중심지 육성정책과 더불어 교통망 확충의 필요성에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

2020년 비대면 온라인 강의만족도와 강의효과, 대면강의 필요성에 대한 연구: 경기도 성남시 소재 S 대학교 보건계열 학생을 중심으로 (Study on the satisfaction and effectiveness of non-face-to-face lectures in 2020 and the necessity of face-to-face lectures: focusing on students studying public health at "S" college in Seongnam-si)

  • Purpose: This study examined the correlations between the satisfaction and effectiveness of practical training and theory lectures under two conditions: face-to-face lectures and non-face-to-face online lectures. Methods: A survey of 436 public health student, whereafter SPSS 20.0 (IBM) was used on the data to conduct frequency, descriptive statistics, and exploratory factor analyses. The Cronbach's α value was estimated in a reliability analysis, and a simple regression analysis was conducted to verify the study hypothesis. Results: It was found that the students preferred pre-recorded lectures online for both practical training and theory, claiming that when compared with face-to-face lectures, these non-face-to-face lectures meant a shorter commute and the ability to repeat the content. However, it was admitted that technical issues such as facilities or access difficulties and lower concentration could be a problem. The hypothesis that course satisfaction affects lecture effectiveness was verified, with both the practical training and theory lectures found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect. The explanatory power of student satisfaction on the effectiveness of the theory component was slightly higher than that of the practical training component, with the students having more positive perceptions on the necessity of face-to-face lectures in practical training than they did for those in theoretical instruction. Conclusion: Providing non-face-to-face online theory courses and face-to-face practical training courses could increase student satisfaction and lecture effectiveness.

우리나라 권역 장애인구강진료센터 이용자 만족요인 비교 (Comparison of factors among the regional oral health center for the disabled in Korea)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of satisfaction with regional oral health centers for people with disabilities in Korea. Methods: A survey was conducted with 784 patients who visited regional oral health care centers in Korea. A self-developed questionnaire (29 items) was adapted with a consent form and IRB (Institutional Review Board). All collected data were analyzed for statistics using SPSS version 25.0. Results: The study participants were 452 (57.7%) male patients, 207 (26.4%) aged 20-29 years old, and mostly had physical, developmental, and mental disabilities. The patients were introduced by their acquaintances, and the major reason for visit was specific dental care for the disabled. Most patients used their cars and took half to one hour to commute. The common factor affecting the comprehensive satisfaction was the facility satisfaction. Conclusions: A more comprehensive and standardized questionnaire should be developed for the annual evaluation of all centers. This study presents the basic data that can aid to activate the operation of the four oral health care centers for the disabled, which are scheduled to be implemented in the future, as well as 10 currently operated centers.

Virtual Go to School (VG2S): University Support Course System with Physical Time and Space Restrictions in a Distance Learning Environment

  • Distance learning universities provide online course content. The main methods of providing class contents are on-demand and live-streaming. This means that students are not restricted by time or space. The advantage is that students can take the course anytime and anywhere. Therefore, unlike commuting students, there is no commuting time to the campus, and there is no natural process required to take classes. However, despite this convenient situation, the attendance rate and graduation rate of distance learning universities tend to be lower than that of commuting universities. Although the course environment is not the only factor, students cannot obtain a bachelor's degree unless they fulfill the graduation requirements. In both commuter and distance learning universities, taking classes is an important factor in earning credits. There are fewer time and space constraints for distance learning students than for commuting students. It is also easy for distance learning students to take classes at their own timing. There should be more ease of learning than for students who commute to school with restrictions. However, it is easier to take a course at a commuter university that conducts face-to-face classes. I thought that the reason for this was that commuting to school was a part of the process of taking classes for commuting students. Commuting to school was thought to increase the willingness and motivation to take classes. Therefore, I thought that the inconvenient constraints might encourage students to take the course. In this research, I focused on the act of commuting to school by students. These situations are also applied to the distance learning environment. The students have physical time constraints. To achieve this goal, I will implement a course restriction method that aims to promote the willingness and attitude of students. Therefore, in this paper, I have implemented a virtual school system called "virtual go to school (VG2S)" that reflects the actual route to school.
