Domestic violence in our society is where the abuser and the abuser live in the same space. Problems are left unresolved in families where abuse is reproducing. Domestic violence can be viewed as a crime that violates and tramples human rights. They rely solely on family support networks for solutions to domestic violence. The physical, emotional, and psychological pain and wounds that victims of domestic violence must endure are too deep. In order to help victims of domestic violence, case management services that can provide long-term and attentive help in the neighborhood or community are needed. For this, prevention and treatment of domestic violence should be considered together. And the interest and professional role of the community must follow.

This study investigates employees' online reviews, conducts in-depth text topic mining, effectively summarizes the dimensions of employer brand value, and seeks effective ways to build employer brands from a multi-dimensional perspective. This study employs samples of employer reviews, filter keywords according to word frequency-inverse document frequency, builds a review network containing the same keywords, explore the community and summarize the theme dimensions. Simultaneously, it makes a dynamic comparison and analysis of the employer brand value dimension of different industries and enterprises. The study shows that the community exploration theme can be summarized into 11 dimensions of employer brand value, and the dimensions of employer brand value are significantly different across industries and among different enterprises within the industry. The attention to the employer brand value dimension has a significant time change. Various industries pay increasing attention to the dimension of work intensity and career development, while employers pay steady attention to the dimension of welfare benefits. The findings of this study suggest that seeking the heterogeneity of employer brand resources from the multi-dimensional differences and changes is an effective way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the human capital market.

This paper proposes strategy development to improve the management of Multicultural Family Support Centers by analyzing four Multicultural Family Support Centers (MFSCs) in Chungcheongnam-do. The research was conducted from September 2012 to January 2013. Future directions for the four MFSCs are established based on a SWOT analysis on both the internal and external environments of the centers. Various strategic directions for the four MFSCs were identified based on these analyses. For center A (urban type, college contract type), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, systemization strategy, empowerment strategy, standardization strategy, and achievement maximization strategy. The strategic directions for center B (urban-rural combined type, social welfare center contract type) included the improvement of multiculture awareness, specialization strategy, human resource development strategy, and networking strategy. For center C (farming and fishing community type, direct management type by local authority), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, activation strategy, qualification strategy, and networking strategy. For center D (farming and fishing community type, social welfare center contract type), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, business standardization strategy, human resource development strategy, and network expansion strategy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between the perspectives of Green Growth and Healthy Families, and to suggest an expansive paradigm for the study on Healthy Families in the context of Home Economics. From the perspective of Green Growth, the sustainability for future generations, the ecological value, and the foundation of the community network were searched as the key points. So, from the key points, and in the context of Healthy Families, two strategies were suggested: First, the care services in the Center for Healthy Families have to be extended to give more opportunities to the users and the various demands for the care services can be satisfied. Secondly, the exchange of services has to be more activate in the local community so that our society itself can become a completely family-friendly society. Moreover, this study suggested a mission of Home Economics, that the study for family policy, the development of related programs, and the education of professionals for the Center for Healthy Families can be more connected with the perspectives of Green Growth, especially the focus on family, its ecological living patterns and the detailed attitudes needed to balance between industry, the economy, and family in the context of Green Growth.
Increased consensus among gerontologists exist on the need to pay greater attention to the reciprocal relationship between the social and spatial in order to understand the construction of aged identity and everyday lives of old people. With urbanization, spaces are increasingly age-graded and as a consequence, urban elders are socially isolated from the community. In this study, we examine the social interaction patterns in various places specifically designated for the elderly, such as the Senior Center, Senior Welfare Center, and Hall for the Aged in Seoul. Main purpose of this study is to understand everyday life experiences of space the elderly people residing in the city go through. Data were gathered through qualitative, case study method. Results show that such spaces were important sites for social interaction for urban elderly who lacked social spaces after retirement and active parenting role. Also, it was shown that each place presents different contexts for social interactions and certain components of social class differences existed. Heterogeneity within the participants of each place was also observed. Quite strong stereotypes about certain places were also observed among the urban elders. Based on these results, importance of developing a 'community perspective' in the study of old age is discussed.

The issue presented in this paper are as follows: 1. Legislative actions of welfare-related law for the exceptional children. The legislative base for the evolution has been yet weak and ambigous at best for a formalization of what should be considered accepted practice and effective action in providing handicapped child and their parents educational rights and equal protection of the law. And they are under remote control of partial factor subject to social welfare law for children, and public law for education, promotion law for the exceptional child education, protection law for public aids. 2. Organization of government for the welfare services for the exceptional children. There is no sing of a push toward consolidation of effort for the welfare service of the exceptional children in this country that seeks to recapture a sense of unity, of coherence, of completeness from a reality made up of discontinuous fragments of humanitarian effora This presently that. as for the education of the exceptional child, by the section of the exceptional education in MOE (Ministry of Education), and/or as for welfare services and promotion actions, by the section of child welfare in MHSA (Ministry of Health and Social Affairs). One door type operation rooted in the specialization, and limited resources to evolve multi-purpose agencies that undertake to provide a broad range of tangible and concrete services, as well as supportive counselling and assessment, under a single management which plans and directs the allocations of resources, should be followed. 3. Facilities and recruitment of teachers for the exceptional children. In this country there are 54 facilities for special services, 56 schools for the exceptional education, and 3 colleges and equavalents that provide teacher training services leading to certification with IIO annual graduates. However, curriculum for exceptional children should be rearranged and reconstructed. Conclusion; Only as for social welfare institutions in community, this country produced a succession of specific purpose activities, over period of time, that accumulated to form the present network of hundreds of social welfare organizations and facilities Periodically major efforts were launched to revitalize or to improve the help-giving system. But they lack specialization to be effective, and the nature of multi-purpose center tends to be vague for the classified handicapped. Therefore, there, should be linkage between policy maker and community services to maintain some coherenty in preventive care, treatment, and after cares. At last, the effects of the current concept "the exceptional child" involved with their families, and their neighborhood should be considered in view of the people who consist about 25% of the total population.
