온라인 커뮤니티 속 가입절차 및 지각된 유사성에 따른 평가의 차이 (Effects of Initiation and Perceived Similarity on the Evaluation of Online Communities)

  • 오늘날 오프라인뿐만 아니라 온라인에서도 집단을 형성하고 집단 활동이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 오프라인 집단의 경우 인지부조화 이론에 따라 초기 가입절차가 집단에 대한 태도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 관한 연구들이 진행되어온 반면, 아직 온라인 집단에 관해 가입절차가 집단에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향은 연구된 바가 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인 집단으로 대표되는 온라인 커뮤니티를 대상으로 가입절차로 인해 유발되는 인지부조화가 온라인 커뮤니티에 대한 태도에 어떤 차이를 유발하는지 살펴보았다. 더 나아가 기존 회원과의 지각된 유사성이 큰지 작은지 정도에 따라 인지부조화로 인해 유발되는 태도 변화가 어떻게 달라질 수 있는지 알아보았다. 가입절차는 가입절차 없음, 간단한 가입절차, 복잡한 가입절차의 세 수준으로 나뉘었으며, 지각된 유사성은 참가자의 현재 BMI와 목표 BMI간의 차이로 측정하였다. 또한 지각된 정보 원천의 신뢰성, 지각된 정보의 질, 만족도, 정보 유용성, 지속 사용 의향을 종속변인으로 태도의 차이를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 기존 집단에 관한 인지부조화 이론과는 반대로 지각된 정보 원천의 신뢰성, 지각된 정보의 질, 만족도에 관해서는 가입절차 조건에 따른 차이가 없었으며, 정보 유용성과 지속 사용 의향의 경우는 가입절차가 가장 복잡할 때 가장 부정적인 태도를 보였다. 또한 지각된 유사성이 높을수록 더 긍정적인 태도를 보였다. 흥미로운 점은 지각된 유사성에 따라 가입절차로 유발된 인지부조화의 영향이 달랐다는 것인데, 지각된 유사성이 높은 집단에서는 가입절차가 있을 때 더 긍정적인 태도를 보인 반면, 지각된 유사성이 낮은 집단은 가입절차가 아예 없을 때 더 긍정적인 태도를 보이는 경향이 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 이후 온라인 커뮤니티의 특성에 따라 보다 알맞은 회원가입 절차를 디자인 할 수 있을 것이다.

전남 완도에 서식하는 동백나무와 그 주변 식물의 근권에 분포하는 수지상균근균의 다양성 (Diversity of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Rhizospheres of Camellia japonica and Neighboring Plants Inhabiting Wando of Korea)

  • 완도의 동백나무 자생지역에서 동백나무의 근권과 주변 일반 식물의 근권 토양을 수집하여 토양 내 수지상균근균(AMF)의 다양성 및 군집 구조를 확인하였다. 분석 결과 두 근권은 모두 Acaulospora mellea 포자로 우점되어 있지만 동백나무 근권에 비해 일반 기주식물의 근권에서 AMF종 다양성 지수와 종 수 및 포자 수가 더 높게 나타나는 경향을 확인하였다. 기주식물의 종류에 상관없이 A. mellea가 높은 빈도로 출현하는 것으로 보아 A. mellea가 다른 AMF종에 비해 산림 토양 및 목본 식물에 특이적으로 적응된 것으로 생각된다. 두 근권에서 발견된 AMF 군집간의 유사도를 분석한 결과 동백나무의 근권에서 발견된 AMF 군집간의 유사도가 동백나무 근권 AMF 군집 일반 기주식물 근권 AMF 군집 간의 유사도나 일반 기주식물 근권 AMF 군집간의 유사도에 비해 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 동백나무 근권이 다른 일반 기주식물의 근권과는 다른 독특한 AMF 군집 구조를 형성하고 있으며, 식물의 근권 주변의 AMF 군집은 기주식물에 의해 유의미한 수준으로 달라질 수 있음을 보여준다.

진해만의 장목항에서 단주기 샘플링에 의한 중형동물플랑크톤 군집의 연변동 (Annual Variations in Community Structure of Mesozooplankton by Short-term Sampling in Jangmok Harbor of Jinhae Bay)

  • The annual variation of mesozooplankton community in the Jangmok harbor of Jinhae Bay was studied in relation to environmental variables. Sampling was carried out weekly from January to December 2009. During the study periods, mesozooplankton community consisted of 44 taxa and the annual mean abundance was 8308 inds. $m^{-3}$. The maximum abundance was observed to be 50043 inds. $m^{-3}$ in August and the minimum in April with 1013 inds. $m^{-3}$. Of these, Penilia avirostris, cirripedia larvae, Evadne tergestina, Acartia omorii, Oikopleura s, Paracalanus parvus s. l., Eurytemora pacifica, Podon s, Oithona s, and Acartia steueri were observed as dominant species in Jangmok bay and they also contributed to 79% of total mesozooplankton. According to non-metric multidimensional scaling (nMDS) and cluster analysis based on the mesozooplankton community data from each season, the community was divided into three groups. The first group included appearence species in winter and spring season, which is mainly dominated the copepod such as A. omorii and E. pacifica. The second and third group was composed with observed species in summer and autumn, respectively. Based on the SIMPER (similarity percentages), P. avirostris in summer and cirripedia larvae in autumn were significantly dominated. Our results indicate that although the mesozooplankton abundances in Jangmok harbor fluctuated abruptly, its annual variation was strongly influenced by water temperature.

절개사면 녹화지역과 인접 자연지역의 식생 비교 (Comparison of Vegetation between Cutting Slope Revegetation Area and Adjacent Nature Area in Korea)

  • This study was compared to the differences in the habitat, species composition and community structure of revegetation and nature area in Korea. Plant number in plot of revegetation and nature area was 10.3 and 15.0 taxa, respectively, and coverage was 90.6 and 88.1%, respectively. Revegetation and nature area was very heterogeneous, due to low similarity index (0.38) and less common plants. Festuca arundinacea frequency (56.7%) was highest in revegetation area, and Oplismenus undulatifolius frequency (66.7%) was highest in nature area. Plant appearing of revegetation and nature area was 111 and 136 taxa, respectively. Herb appearing of revegetation and nature areas was 93 (83.3%) and 72 (52.9%) taxa, respectively, tree was 18 (16.2%) and 64 (47.1%) taxa, respectively. Plant communities of revegetation area was classified into Lespedeza bicolor, Indigofera amblyantha, Alnus sibirica, Festuca arundinacea, Eragrostis curvula, Miscanthus sinensis, Humulus japonicus, Setaria faberii, Rudbeckia bicolor, Pueraria lobata community. Plant communities of nature area was classified into Pinus densiflora, Quercus aliena, Quercus acutissima, Quercus variabilis, Quercus serrata, Castanea crenata, Pinus rigida, Robinia pseudoacacia, Populus tomentiglandulosa, Phyllostachys bambusoides community. Habitat, species composition and community structure of revegetation and nature area showed a large difference.

배 과원의 재배형태별 토양성 거미군집의 생물다양성 (Biodiversity of Epigeic Spider Community in Pear Orchards Managed using Different Farming Methods)

  • This study was conducted to compare the community structure and biodiversity of epigeic spiders between pear fields cultivated by integrated pest management (IPM) and organic methods. This is the first study of this kind to be conducted in Korea. Eighty-four spider species from 22 families were identified among the collected 2,489 arthropods, with 754 individuals being sampled from IPM fields and 1,735 individuals from organic fields. Generally, Theridiidae, Linyphiidae, Lycosidae, Agelenidae, Gnaphosidae, and Salticidae were the dominant spider families in the pear orchard regardless of the farming methods, and species richness and abundance were higher in organic fields than in IPM fields. The dominant species were the wolf spiders (Lycosidae) and stone spiders (Gnaphosidae), and their cumulative abundance was 70.7% in IPM fields and 72.7% in organic fields. The community structure between organic and IPM fields was heterogeneous, with a 45% similarity level. Biodiversity, species richness, abundance, and species diversity index were higher in organic fields than in IPM fields, and significantly different between the farming methods. Seasonal fluctuations in biodiversity were similar in both IPM and organic fields. The species richness and species diversity index increased and the abundance decreased in the second half of the cultivation period. This study on the community structure and biodiversity of epigeic spiders, which form one of the most important predator groups, will provide principal ecological and faunistic information required to maintain the biodiversity of useful arthropods in agricultural ecosystems and help implement sustainable agriculture based on the active use of natural enemies.

한국 통영 연안의 계절적 해조상 및 군집구조 변화 (Seasonal Variation in the Marine Algal Flora and Community Structure along the Tongyeong Coast, Korea)

  • Marine algal flora and community structure were examined at four sites at Tongyeong, Korea, from February to December 2009. Eighty-two algal species were identified, including 10 green, 25 brown, and 47 red algae. During the study period, the number of species was highest at the Dukpo (61 species) site followed by the Gajodo (60 species), Yepo (58 species), and Chilchundo (53 species) sites. Seaweed biomass ranged from 578.11 to 678.26 g, with the maximum and minimum at Chilchundo and Yepo, respectively. Dominant species in term of biomass were Sargassum thunbergii at Yepo, Dukpo, and Gajodo and Gelidium amansii at Chilchundo. The vertical distribution from the high to low intertidal zone was Sargassum thunbergii and Chondria crassicaulis; Sargassum thunbergii and Ulva linza; Ulva pertusa, Sargassum fulvellum, and Gelidium amansii. Two groups clearly segregated in a cluster analysis, a Yepo/Dukpo group (group A) and a Gajodo/Chilchundo (B), indicating relatively strong differences in similarity. The seaweed community structure of group A was characterized by higher biomass and higher species richness of brown algae than were observed in group B. Additionally, the biomass ratio and the species richness of green algae was lower in group A. These differences in seaweed community structure may have been resulted from the effects of cold effluents.

Ordination 및 Classification 방법에 의한 가야산지구의 식물군집구조분석 (Analysis of the Plant Community Structure in Gayasan National Park by the Ordination and Classification Technique)

  • 가야산 국립공원과 홍류동 및 치인지구의 삼림군집을 대상으로 ordination 및 classification의 정량적 분석기법을 사용하여 식물군집구조를 밝히고 천이계열을 추정하기 위하여 40개의 조사구(1조사구당 500$m^2$)를 설치하였다. TWINSPAN에 의한 Classification분석에서 최종적으로 8개의 군집으로 분리되었고, 건조형군집은 소나무 및 잣나무가 우점종이었으며, 습윤형은 졸참나무, 신갈나무, 서어나무, 까치박달나무가 우점종이었다. 습윤형은 다시 표고에 의해 구분할 수 있었으며 낮은 표고에서의 군집은 졸참나무가, 높은 표고에서의 군집은 신갈나무가 우점종이었다. DCA에 의한 ordination결과는 제1축에서 소나무가 우점종인 군집과 졸참나무, 신갈나무, 서어나무, 까치박달나무가 우점종인 군집으로 분리되었고, TWINSPAN의 제1 division의 결과와 거의 일치하였다. DCA의 제1축과 토양수분, 토양산도, 표고, 최대종다양도, Shannon의 종다양도지수와는 고도의 부의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 유사도지수는 각군집간에 매우 낮은 값이었으며, 각 군집의 종다양성분석에서는 각 군집의 우점종에 따라 큰 차이가 있었다. 개체수와 종수와의 관계는 개체수가 증가할 수록 종수는 감소하였으며, 개체수가 증가할 수록 종다양성지수는 감소하였다.

Influence of Peanut Cultivars and Environmental Conditions on the Diversity and Community Composition of Pod Rot Soil Fungi in China

  • Peanut yield and quality are seriously affected by pod rot pathogens worldwide, especially in China in recent years. The goals of this study are to analyze the structure of fungal communities of peanut pod rot in soil in three peanut cultivars and the correlation of pod rot with environmental variables using 454 pyrosequencing. A total of 46,723 internal transcribed spacer high-quality sequences were obtained and grouped into 1,706 operational taxonomic units at the 97% similarity cut-off level. The coverage, rank abundance, and the Chao 1 and Shannon diversity indices of the operational taxonomic units were analyzed. Members of the phylum Ascomycota were dominant, such as Fusarium, Chaetomium, Alternaria, and Sordariomycetes, followed by Basidiomycota. The results of the heatmap and redundancy analysis revealed significant variation in the composition of the fungal community among the three cultivar samples. The environmental conditions in different peanut cultivars may also influence on the structure of the fungal community. The results of this study suggest that the causal agent of peanut pod rot may be more complex, and cultivars and environmental conditions are both important contributors to the community structure of peanut pod rot fungi.

아파트 커뮤니티의 서비스스케이프가 주거만족 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 신혼희망타운을 대상으로 (A Study of the Effects of an Apartment Community's Servicescape on Resident Satisfaction and Quality of Life: A Focus on New Hope Town)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of physical and social servicescape of apartment community facilities on residential satisfaction and quality of life among newlyweds who have been married for less than 7 years. Methods: In this study, a survey was conducted among 361 Newlywed Hope Town residents who have been married for 7 years or less, and frequency analysis, reliability, validity, and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS 22.0. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, the physical service environment (spatiality, convenience, aesthetics, and comfort) has a significant effect on residential satisfaction. Second, social service landscape (human service, customer similarity, customer suitability) has a significant effect on residential satisfaction. Third, the physical service landscape has a significant effect on quality of life. Fourth, the social service landscape had a significant impact on quality of life. Finally, residential satisfaction has a significant effect on quality of life. Conclusion: This study found that community facilities in Newlywed Hope Town, an apartment complex for newlyweds who have been married for less than seven years, affect residential satisfaction and quality of life in both the physical and social environments. The significance of the study is that the community of the Newlywed Hope Town apartment was approached as a physical environment such as spatial organization and facilities and a social environment of human services, and the relationship between the effects on residential satisfaction and quality of life was examined. In the future, it is necessary to study the effects of communities for young couples such as the Newlywed Hope Town apartment on residential satisfaction and quality of life.

온라인 커뮤니티 지식공헌에 미치는 영향요인 (The Effects on Knowledge Contribution in Online Communities)

  • 본 논문에서는 온라인 커뮤니티에서 어떻게 지식공헌이 이루어지는지를 살펴보고자 온라인 커뮤니티 사용자들의 지식공헌에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적 연구를 통해 규명하고자 하였다. 자기표현이론과 조직시민행동이론을 토대로 연구모형을 설정하고 네 개의 가설을 제안하였다. 온라인 커뮤니티 참여자 192명의 설문 조사를 PLS로 분석한 연구의 결과에서, 온라인 커뮤니티 사용자들의 자기표현과 혁신성, 조직시민행동 및 감정적 동질감등이 지식공헌에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이외에 온라인 커뮤니티에 대한 본 연구결과에 대한 학문적 실무적 의미를 논의하였으며, 향후 연구에 대한 시사점도 언급하였다.
