Comments are short and have so many word spacing errors, special characters. We firstly convert comments into 7-gram. We consider the 7-gram as sentence. We convert the 7-gram into 3-gram. We consider the 3-gram as word. We select key feature using topic signature and classify new inputs by the Naive Bayesian method. From the result of experiments, we can see that the proposed method is outstanding over the previous methods.

  • With regard to the recent developments in public diplomacy, the increasing fusion of strategic communication appears necessary. China engages in public diplomacy with a strategic purpose to shape its national image abroad. Hosting diplomatic advocacy event is regarded as an instrument with expectations to present reliable and responsible image and promote international collaborations. The present research focuses on the Belt and Road Forum (BRF) in May 2017 with the objective to analyze its outcomes and influence on the international news agenda, news frames, and foreign citizens' comments online. The quantitative content analyses are used to compare the media reports (N=364) and Facebook users' comments on the selected news (N=957) between the US and Pakistan. Results reveal that Pakistani media provided more diverse frames and attributed more positive evaluations to the BRF than the US media. However, Facebook comments expressed more unfavorable opinions toward the BRF and China's image with rare differences between two countries. In conclusion, the BRF has served as an eye-catching advocacy of Chinese foreign policy, as it influenced the news agenda in two selected countries. However, news frames vary due to the differences in media system and the involvement in the BRF. China's public diplomacy practices follow a traditional top-down communication which needs meticulous subdivision of target stakeholders, delicate messaging strategies, and integrated tactics.

  • Background and objective: Instagram, an image-based social media, is being used as an important outlet for the communication and place marketing of public spaces. The purpose of this paper was to analyze how types of place-based content affect user reactions (Likes and Comments) on Instagram in order to provide basic data on the operation and utilization of social media by public places such as botanical gardens and arboretums. Methods: A total of 850 posts uploaded to the Instagram account of Kew Gardens from November 6, 2014 to July 3, 2020 were classified using 14 subject codes. Multiple regression analysis was performed to evaluate the user's reaction between the dependent variables ("Likes", "Comments") and the independent variables (14 subject codes). Results: The findings showed that user reactions appear to differ depending on the typology of the content, and "Likes" and "Comments" were presented in independent behavioral reactions. In particular, "close-ups of plants (botanic, macro)," "plant colony (botanic, wide)," "place-specific landscape (building, landscape)," "anniversary" and "information" showed positive impacts on both "Likes" and "Comments"which could lead to electronic word-of-mouth and content sharing. Conclusion: Based on these findings, it can be argued that the typology of a botanical garden's content can be used to determine factors that affect the immediate reactions and enhance engagement with users.

As many studies show the comparative deprivation of the Social Medeia, this study looks into whether the comparative deprivation is expressed on the YouTube comments. It focuses on the Luxury Haul contents, videos about huge amounts of luxurious products, of which Youtubers'economic feature are demonstrative. The comments of the videos are analyzed with LDA TF-IDF and Word2Vec. Additionally, the comments were classified into positive and negative groups by the LSTM model as well. As a result of the study, even though many comments turned out positive, the negative keywords were indicated related to comparative deprivation. Also it was found that the viewers compared themselves with Youtubers. In particular, some YouTubers are more criticized if they are younger or does not seem to afford the luxurious products themselves. • This study examines the effects of celebrity endorsed advertising from a new perspective of the prior research that emphasizes the matchup between the brand and the celebrity. Due to the recent sharing experiences of the celebrity and their fans on SNS, it is hypothesized that the shared stories would impact viewers' responses that are often expressed in their likes, dislikes, shares and comments on SNS. In this study, the episodic type of advertising is hypothesized to have more favorable and active responses from viewers than the typical celebrity image-focused ads would have. By crawling and analyzing viewers' responses on YouTube toward 12 BTS endorsed ads, the hypotheses are confirmed as higher ratio of likes, lower ratio of dislikes and significantly higher ratio of comments over both total views and total likes were found. For the rationale behind, total 1800 comments were categorized into 4 major content types such as attached, experiential, empathic and self-related ones that are all considered as important factors influencing the strong ad effect. The results showed that the episodic ads have marginally more emotional comments than the celeb image ads. The difference was only found in experiential and empathic responses but not in self-related responses. Contrary to the hypothesis, the comments expressing attachment were found more for the celebrity image-focused ads than the episodic ones. It does not seem to suggest that the celebrity image focused ads are better to capture viewers' attachment towards the celebrity and the ad endorsed, but that the episodic ads draw viewers into relatively deeper level of attachment such as empathy by perceiving the authenticity of the celebrity and the brand. In conclusion, the shared stories on SNS can be a factor in the match-up theory on celebrity endorsed ad effects.

At the 'Tipping point,' besides, it was revealed that 'the law of the few' is the military, and 'the stickiness factor' is the good image left through Korea's island, 'Baengnyeongdo,' performance. Finally, the rule of 'the power of context' was indicated that it is a difficult reality situation because of COVID-19 and the good situation due to direct communication through the comments of Brave Girls' members and the company.
