글로벌 협업 전자상거래를 위한 모형 및 절차 (Global Collaborative Commerce: Its Model and Procedure)

  • 본 연구는 제품의 구매자와 수령자가 상이한 글로벌 협업 전자상거래를 구현하기 위한 비즈니스 모형 및 절차를 제안한다. 글로벌 협업 전자상거래를 수행하고자 하는 기업은 해당 기업의 소재 지역에만 지점을 보유하고 있으며 판매 및 물류 프로세스 협업을 통해 글로벌 판매를 수행하고자 한다. 해당 기업들은 교환 가능한 제품분류표를 공유함으로 인해 글로벌 협업 전자상거래를 수행할 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 기업들이 보유하고 있는 판매 제품과 교환판매가 가능한 제휴 기업의 제품을 찾아내기 위한 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 제휴 기업간 교환 판매를 위해 교환 가능한 제품들을 찾아내기 위한 유사상품발견 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 제휴 기업들의 제품분류표에서 동일한 제품 군에 속해있는 제품들의 사양 값에 따라 효용 값을 계산하는 다기준 의사결정기법에 근거한다. 제안된 알고리즘에 근거한 글로벌 협업 전자상거래 모형을 활용하게 되면 기업들은 물리적 지점의 확장 없이 글로벌 판매를 수행할 수 있으며 고객은 자신의 거주 지역에서 구매한 제품을 다른 지역으로 저렴하게 배달시킬 수 있게 될 것이다.

신용카드 추천을 위한 다중 프로파일 기반 협업필터링 (Collaborative Filtering for Credit Card Recommendation based on Multiple User Profiles)

  • Collaborative filtering, one of the most widely used techniques to build recommender systems, is based on the idea that users with similar preferences can help one another find useful items. Credit card user behavior analytics show that most customers hold three or less credit cards without duplicates. This behavior is one of the most influential factors to data sparsity. The 'cold-start' problem caused by data sparsity prevents recommender system from providing recommendation properly in the personalized credit card recommendation scenario. We propose a personalized credit card recommender system to address the cold-start problem, using multiple user profiles. The proposed system consists of a training process and an application process using five user profiles. In the training process, the five user profiles are transformed to five user networks based on the cosine similarity, and an integrated user network is derived by weighted sum of each user network. The application process selects k-nearest neighbors (users) from the integrated user network derived in the training process, and recommends three of the most frequently used credit card by the k-nearest neighbors. In order to demonstrate the performance of the proposed system, we conducted experiments with real credit card user data and calculated the F1 Values. The F1 value of the proposed system was compared with that of the existing recommendation techniques. The results show that the proposed system provides better recommendation than the existing techniques. This paper not only contributes to solving the cold start problem that may occur in the personalized credit card recommendation scenario, but also is expected for financial companies to improve customer satisfactions and increase corporate profits by providing recommendation properly.

협업적 제품개발에서의 관점기반 제품정보 모델링 (The viewpoint-based product information modeling in collaborative product development)

  • The information sharing is essential to make collaboration by participants in the collaboration environment. The sharing of the information is necessary to reduce time-to-market of new Product. In this paper, V2-model is proposed far supporting the sharing of the information on product development. V2-model supports collaborative product development in design and supply chain. Through viewpoints, V2-model supports 1) two-level structure that consist of private level and public level ,2) level-up process and 3) product development process. The public level information supports to share the product information on collaborative supply chain and design. The viewpoints in V2-model are divided into public viewpoints that point to the public level information and private viewpoints that point to the private level information. Private viewpoints are transformed into public viewpoints. The extended Topic Map has B-Topic, S-Topic and View for representing V2-model in this paper. The level-up process of V2-model is implemented through the merging of S-Topics. V2-model is implemented with washing machine model using extended Topic Maps. In this model, the public viewpoints and private viewpoints are represented and the level-up process, which transforms private viewpoints into public viewpoints, is implemented.

  • Since their first inception a few decades ago, software components have received much attention mainly due to their alleged benefits of quality and productivity improvement. Despite this, it is yet to be agreed upon what and how components should be designed. This paper aims to bridge the gap by proposing a collaborative process where the voice of the customer is captured and documented by employing the event and entity models. These requirement elements (WHAT) are cross-tabulated in three relation matrices in accordance with the weights provided by the business users. The requirements are fed into the algorithm invented by the authors to optimize the component grouping (HOW). This collaborative process has been successfully validated at an enterprise wide software development project. The process was effective to help the users more actively involved in the design of the system and made the whole process faster and more adaptive to the changes.

  • 1990년대 후반부터 신발의 패션화 경향, 고객 요구의 다양화 등에 힘입어 국내신발산업이 서서히 부흥하고 있다. 그 동안 국내에서는 신발산업이 사양산업으로 인식되어 생산시설이 해외로 이전하는 추세였지만, 최근에는 신발 소재 및 부품 생산의 핵심역량과 국제적 분업체계를 결합하여 국내 신발제조업의 경쟁력이 회복되고 있다. 이러한 국제적인 분업체계를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 신발산업의 공급망관리가 시스템에 의해 운영되어야 한다. 현재 신발산업은 다양한 고객 요구사항 및 제품 납기일자의 지속적인 단축에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 환경변화에 대처하기 위해 기업내부의 최적화만으로 경쟁우위를 화보하기에는 한계점에 이르렀다. 이제는 신발산업 공급망 전체의 최적화를 통한 기업 상호간의 윈-윈(Win-Win) 전략을 구사할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 신발산업의 효율적인 공급망 관리와 단납기 요구체제 등의 환경변화에 대처하기 위해, 기업간 협업적 비즈니스에 기반한 공급망관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 기업간 정보 전달과 공유를 위해 e-비즈니스 프로세스, 문서 처리방법 및 표현방법 등을 포함하는 정보활동의 총체적 개념의 ebXML(electronic business eXtensible Markup Language) 프레임워크에 기반하였다.

Review of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment as a Supply Chain Collaboration Program

  • Purpose - This study primarily aims to represent the current trend of research on CPFR as a promising supply chain collaboration program and proposes a new framework for analyzing any collaboration programs in terms of three key collaborative features. Research design, data, and methodology - This study employs a literature review of selected studies that conduct research on CPFR. CPFR is analyzed based on the proposed framework that characterizes collaboration programs in terms of three key collaborative features. Results - The analysis based on the proposed framework reveals that the current form of CPFR continues to have some collaborative features that are not fully utilized to create an advanced collaboration program. The literature review indicates that most past studies ignore critical issues including the dynamic nature of the multiple-stage supply chain system and negotiation process for collaborative agreement in CPFR implementation. Conclusions - Results indicate that CPFR can become a better supply chain collaboration program by incorporating coordinative cost payment and joint decision making processes. Based on observations on the existing literature of CPFR, this study indicates several important issues to be addressed by future studies.

오프라인 쇼핑몰에서 고객 행위에 기반을 둔 맞춤형 브랜드 추천에 관한 연구 (A Study on Customized Brand Recommendation based on Customer Behavior for Off-line Shopping Malls)

  • Recently, development of indoor positioning system and IoT such as beacon makes it possible to collect and analyze each customer's shopping behavior in off-line shopping malls. In this study, we propose a realtime brand recommendation scheme based on each customer's brand visiting history for off-line shopping mall with indoor positioning system. The proposed scheme, which apply collaborative filtering to off-line shopping mall, is composed of training and apply process. The training process is designed to make the base brand network (BBN) using historical transaction data. Then, the scheme yields recommended brands for shopping customers based on their behaviors and BBN in the apply process. In order to verify the performance of the proposed scheme, simulation was conducted using purchase history data from a department store in Korea. Then, the results was compared to the previous scheme. Experimental results showd that the proposed scheme performs brand recommendation effectively in off-line shopping mall.

  • The collaboration hub has been developed since 2004 as an online collaboration space, which supports the various collaborative works amongst small and medium enterprises using information sharing, collaboration project management, and project history management. Because of the change of manufacturing environment and rapid development of information technologies, it should be evolved from the existing version called Collaboration Hub 1.0. Recently, a lot of manufacturing enterprises know the importance of business process management(BPM) and start to introduce BPM systems. Our research group has developed the new version of Collaboration Hub 1.0 called Collaboration Hub 2.0 which contains the BPM concept, the consistent product data management, and the specialized functions overcoming the various variation of manufacturing. This study scrutinizes the meaning and role of the Collaboration Hub 2.0 and introduces an application study of it to the value chain of automobile module development consisted of a leading company and subcontractors. The case study covers the definition, execution and monitoring of collaboration process, the specialized functions overcoming the manufacturing variation and the key performance index of collaboration business.

Digital Manufacturing - a Strategy for Engineering Collaboration

  • How to achieve engineering collaboration among diverse engineering activities is one of the key topics in manufacturing fields nowadays. The infrastructure for collaborative engineering is essential, and it can be realized by information technologies and intelligent engineering applications in digital environments. Digital Manufacturing is a technology to facilitate effective product developments and agile productions by computer models representing the physical and logical schema and the behavior of real manufacturing systems including products, processes and factories. A digital factory as a well-designed and integrated digital environment is incorporated in it. In this paper, digital manufacturing is recommended as a good strategy for collaborative engineering, especially in product developments and productions. By business process analysis and some case studies, we suggested sophisticated digital models are very useful to concurrent and collaborative engineering. It is expected that digital manufacturing is a very good strategy for achieving dramatic time and cost savings in many engineering activities of many manufacturing industries, including machinery, automotive and shipbuilding.

  • The growth of domestic fashion industry market went sluggish affected by long-term slow growth and shrinking consumer sentiment since 2012, and the entire market has shown a slight growth since 2017. Yet only some conglomerates or global businesses experience this growth. Small and medium-sized fashion companies or rising fashion designers in South Korea, face real limitations and problems poor capital, lack of professional workforce, experience, information and educational opportunity as well as difficulty of acquiring distribution network, which lead to further polarization between conglomerates and small businesses. Thus, this study proposed mobile virtual viewer system-based collaborative application prototype capable of overcoming limitations and problems drawn by analyzing business environment of domestic brands launched by rising fashion designers. Especially, through applied template-based 3D virtual fashion design technology and performing the entire process in the virtual reality beyond spatial and temporal restraints, it is assumed that more effective and efficient outcomes can be obtained compared to the previous method.
