The purpose of this study is to make an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of consumer purchase intention of ginseng products, one of the specialties of jilin province in china, on the basis of expanding the theoretical model of planned action at the level of perceived value, so as to better grasp consumer purchase behavior of ginseng products. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among ginseng product consumers living in jilin, and 360 valid samples were statistically analyzed using SPSS 23.0.The analysis results show that behavioral attitude, subjective norms, cognitive behavior control, price value, emotional value and social value have considerable influence on consumers' intention to buy ginseng products, and the influence of perceived value is significantly greater than the three factors of planned action theory. Moreover, the functional value has little influence on consumers' intention to buy ginseng products.
In the study, the effect of flipped classroom approach applied to chemistry I class in a foreign language high school was explored. Flipped classroom was applied to 176 grade 10 students (43 boys and 133 girls) from a foreign language high school located in a metropolitan city for one semester and its instructional effects were studied in terms of cognitive and affective aspects. Before the class, students were provided with guiding worksheets and asked to summarize contents. Within the class, various student-centered activities were adopted. After the flipped classroom for one semester, mid-term and final-term exam scores were analyzed, and students' attitude toward chemistry class and flipped classroom were surveyed. Analysis on the exam scores showed the possibility for positive impact on students' achievement and perceptions on chemistry class including flipped classroom approach. Moreover, some students mentioned flipped classroom was helpful for self-directed learning and meta-cognition. Based on these results, educational implications were discussed.

Emoticons used in personal messengers have already become a one of industry. In this study, we want to explore what motivations people use emoticons and how they affect to purchasing behavior. We first looked into which emoticon usage motivation influenced the attitude of emoticon purchase, and then analyzed the research model through PLS-based structural equation modeling. The result found that fashion and fun/habit factors significantly explain attitudes to emoticon purchase, and attitude, subjective norms, and perceived self-control affect to purchase intention and purchase intention predict purchase behavior. This study showed the factors affecting the purchase of emoticons through a validated model, and the results suggest what motivation factors should be included in the marketing phase and advertising.
This study considers the problems and social changes caused by the increase of single-person households in the elderly, and examines SmartHome services for them. We chose trust, security risk, self efficacy, social influence, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness as factors that affect attitude. The cognitive level of these factors and the difference betweene gender and education level of these factors were analyzed. The analysis showed that the elderly were fully aware of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. In addition, the elderly women are more socially influenced than the elderly men in the use of SmartHome services, and there was a significant difference in self efficacy and social influence by education level. This study will provide a new research perspective for subsequent studies and can be utilized as an important underlying study.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the diffusion period and productivity of smartwork in an organization. Firms are increasingly interested in smartwork for non contact work and working from home because of the corona 19. The smartwork is a new technology that changes face-to-face work in an organization. It helps the work of individuals and organizations regardless of time and place. The theoretical background describes the complexity, system thinking, diffusion theory, smart work, organizational resistance, and productivity. This study analyzes the diffusion period and productivity of smart work through business simulation techniques. A simulation study progresses four stages. There are problem definition, hypothesis establishment and causal loop diagram, model construction and verification, and policy evaluation. The simulation models contain an individual's resistance variables organizational investment and leadership variables related to the operation of smartwork. The organizational investment variables include organizational culture, legal system, implement systems and technology investment. The individual resistance variables include cognitive, attitude, structure and technological resistance. The leadership includes leadership interest variables and performance linkage variables. The simulation executed the changes of a people number adopting smart work and the organizational productivity monthly. As a result of the simulation, many organization members have accepted the smart work innovation after 20 months. The organizational productivity through smart work showed very high value after 16 months. In scenario analysis, the individuals' awareness and attitude resistance showed very important variables to productivity and a personal change of smart work adoption. Meanwhile, The organizational investment showed that the high driving-force increased not productivity and the low driving-force showed decreased low productivity. Also, leadership variables showed a powerful driver for changing smart work productivity. The implication of the study has suggested extending complexity, diffusion theory and organization resistance theory based on simulation methods.
This study presence in VR advertising into three types presence. Further, through an experiment, the study empirically verifies the kind of recalled information depending on the flow which forms users' attitudes towards the content. The experiment was conducted with a factor design between 3X2 subjects. Hyundai Motor's Ioniq VR video was conducted, and a questionnaire of 143 subjects was used for the study. The results revealed that positive attitudes were formed towards the advertisement used in the experiment when the level of emotional presence was the highest. In addition, higher flow levels established positive attitudes towards the advertisement. and Cognitive presence's effects on memory, ARM such as product-attribute information was found to increase when the flow level is high; however, GRM such as overall product evaluation was found to increase when the flow level is low.
Background and objective: For effective horticultural education, it is required to develop kits for practice. In this study, we developed a horticultural kit for germination that introduces storytelling, characterization, and assembly, and investigated the educational effects of using it to study its educational differentiation and usefulness. Methods: First, we developed a seed germination kit for learning. It consists of three components: the kit main frame for hydroponics, the activity sheet for storytelling, and the instruction manual. It is made into an acrylic assembly in consideration of the ease of delivery for contactless learning. Second, we developed two programs, each using a germination kit for horticultural education (experimental group) and a general germination kit program (control group). At this time, the class consists of pre-questionnaire, the 1st and 2nd classes, observation log writing (total six times for two weeks), the 3rd class, and post-questionnaire. The experimental group and control group were separately executed. Third, the application results were compared and analyzed before and after class. As a quantification questionnaire, the effects before and after class were compared through t-test with a questionnaire on program satisfaction and attitude change toward plants. The quantitative results were analyzed through observation activity sheets and effects before and after the class were analyzed through t-test with quantification and language coding. Results: The effect of horticulture education using the developed kit was estimated by a quantification questionnaire. Both the program satisfaction and the change in attitude toward plants showed high in the experimental group, and this difference was statistically significant (p < .05). As a result of analyzing the observation paper with a qualitative questionnaire, various cognitive and affective expressions appeared in the experimental group as well as the contents of the observation paper. The number of syllables and various qualitative expressions appeared, and these differences were also statistically significant (p < .05). Conclusion: Compared to general germination activities, it was found that the germination activities using storytelling-based horticultural kits would be effective for contactless classes in the post-COVID-19 era and in increasing the educational effect of horticultural activities.
Diabetes mellitus, a universal and prevalent chronic disease, is projected to be one of the most formidable worldwide health problems in the 21st century. For those living with diabetes, there is a need for self-care skills to manage a complex medical regimen. Self-efficacy which refers to one's belief in his/her capability to monitor and perform the daily activities required to manage diabetes has be found to be related to self-care. The concept of self-efficacy comes from social cognitive theory which maintains that cognitive mechanism mediate the performance of behavior. The literature cites several research studies which show a strong relationship between self-efficacy and self-care behavior. Meta-analysis is a technique that enables systematic review and quantitative integration of the results from multiple primary studies that are relevant to a particular research question. Therefore, this study was done using meta-analysis to quantitatively integrate the results of independent research studies to obtain numerical estimates of the overall effect of a self-efficacy with diabetic patient on self-care behaviors. The research proceeded in three stages : 1) literature search and retrieval of studies in which self-efficacy was related to self-care, 2) coding, and 3) calculation of mean effect size and data analysis. Seventeen studies which met the research criteria included study population of adults with diabetes, measures of self-care and measures of self-efficacy as a predictive variable. Computation of effect size was done on DSTAT which is a statistical computer program specifically designed for meta-analysis. To determine the effect of self-efficacy on self-care practice homogeneity tests were conducted. Pooled effect size estimates, to determine the best subvariable for composite variables, metabolic control variables and component of self-efficacy and self-care, indicated that the effect of self-efficacy composite on self-care composite was moderate to large. The weighted mean effect size of self-efficacy composite and self-care composite were +.76 and the confidence interval was from +.66 to +.86 with the number of subjects being 1,545. The total for this meta-analysis result showed that the weighted mean effect sizes ranged from +.70 to +1.81 which indicates a large effect. But since reliabilities of the instruments in the primary studies were low or not stated, caution must be applied in unconditionally accepting the results from these effect sizes. Meta-analysis is a useful took for clarifying the status of knowledge development and guiding decision making about future research and this study confirmed that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and self-care in patients with diabetes. It, thus, provides support for nurses to promote self-efficacy in their patients. While most of the studies included in this meta-analysis used social cognitive theory as a framework for the study, some studies use Fishbein & Ajzen's attitude model as a model for active self-care. Future research is needed to more fully define the concept of self-care and to determine what it is that makes patients feel competent in their self-care activities. The results of this study showed that self-efficacy can promote self-care. Future research is needed with experimental design to determine nursing interventions that will increase self-efficacy.

Within the field of mathematics education there is an active movement which attempts to apply more beneficial learning activities, like mathematical writing activities, for the students. In this context, the current study attempts to identify elementary school students' cognitive and affective aspects as they participate in a novel writing activity, the 'mathematical fairy tale.' Some positive outcomes from the mathematical fairy tale writing activities were as follows: First, from these mathematical writing activities, students began to reconstruct and adapt the mathematical contents they've learned through their reflective thinking. Second, while the mathematical fairy tale writing activities were going on, the communication of mathematics was greatly animated between the students, and they could get the restudying chance about they've learned. Third, from these mathematical writing activities, many of students became discover the practical using case of the mathematical contents they've learned and they perceived the necessity of the mathematics learning. Forth, from these mathematical writing activities, most of students felt the delights of the mathematics learning and the achievement, so they indicated that their attitude for the mathematics course was changed positively. Lastly, students began to concentrate on their mathematics learning through participation in mathematical fairy tale writing activities of their own accord.
Positive attitude toward mathematics is gaining bigger recognition as an important contributing factor to mathematical ability. As a strategy for strengthening affective domain and betterment of mathematics teaching and loaming, classifying students by their causes for liking or disliking mathematics can be an effective way In this study the author tried to devise methods to classify students by their types of math disliking and investigate correlations between mathematical achievements and these math-disliking types from a sample group of 8th graders. To identify the types of reasons why 8th graders dislike mathematics, a questionnaire with 30 items was made firstly. Then by applying the 'Factor analysis' of SPSS, the 30 items were divided into five partitions. Through abstraction of each partition, five math-disliking types, 'Competences', 'Basics', 'Confidences', 'Usefulness', and 'Teachers' were defined. They are expected to help teachers for describing each student's tendency of math-disliking. Further, correlation coefficients between mathematical achievements and each of the five math-disliking type were investigated against 4 groups which were made from sample group by the discrimination of gender and two levels (high and low) of mathematical achievements in cognitive area. As results, the following facts were found. (i) The trends of correlations between cognitive achievement and the five math disliking types were different across the 4 groups at statistically meaningful degrees. (ii) Most of the male students who had math-disliking types were proved to be in the low achievement level. But for the female students, only 50% of students who had math-disliking types were in the low achievement level. (iii) Compared to male students, higher portion of female students had math-disliking types despite their high achievement in cognitive area.
