본 논문에서는 모바일 크라우드소싱 환경에서 게임이론의 인센티브 매커니즘 기법과 중복 연합 형성 게임(Overlapping Coalition Formation Game)을 적용하여 시스템의 진실성을 보장하고 모바일 노드의 이득을 극대화하는 효율적인 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 매커니즘 기법은 노드가 자신의 정보를 솔직하게 드러냈을 때 가장 높은 보상을 지급함으로써 노드가 진실된 정보를 보고하도록 한다. 또한 중복 연합 형성 게임을 적용함으로써 노드들은 자신 주변의 가장 높은 보상을 지급하는 연합을 선택하고 자신의 자원이 허락하는 한 다수의 연합에 참가하여 업무를 수행함으로써 효율성을 높일 수 있었다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존에 제안된 다른 기법에 비해 제안된 기법은 모바일 노드들이 높은 보상을 얻기 위해 자신의 정보를 솔직하게 드러냈고 자신의 성능과 남은 자원에 따라 더 높은 보상을 받을 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study analyses the nexus between political change and development of parliamentary politics in Malaysia. The continued and stable parliamentary politics did not necessarily associated with political development in Malaysia for the last five decades. Except the 1969 general election, the ruling coalition, Barisan Nasional(BN), has never been failed to obtain the two-third majority of parliamentary seats even though there has been regular general elections in every 4-5 years without any interruption. It is, however, worth noting that there has been dramatic political changes since the late 1990s. In particular, the 2008 general election showed the remarkable results, collapsing the two-third majority of BN's parliamentary seats. The opposition parties even took over the 5 state governments out of 12 in total. The more distinguished feature was the emergence of opposition coalition, called Pakatan Rakyak(PR), right after the 2008 general election. It was the first united coalition in Malaysia's modern political history among the severely divided opposition parties. Since its emergence, the PR has initiated various changes leading towards a more active parliamentary politics. In this regards, this study argues that parliamentary politics is no more regarded as a dependent variable in Malaysia's political process.

For the last few years, the wholesale market system in Japan has been experiencing a lot of changes in the related sectors. The greatest changes in the environments surrounding the wholesale market were enlargement of the producers' cooperatives, increase of fisheries products marketed in the outside of the wholesale market system, and management aggravation of the related businessmen, These changes resulted in the revision of the wholesale Market Law in 1999 to cope with the social needs successfully. Recently, fisheries wholesale markets in Japan have a few problems like declining of earning power, weakening of management constitution, etc. Consequently, Japanese government presents policy for enforcing the competition power through reform laws related with fisheries wholesale markets. Also the fisheries wholesale markets have been trying variety and active countermeasures like undertaking, merger, coalition, etc. to overcome the crisis.

This study deals with the design of the mechanism in which demand response (DR) resources are traded in the power generation market. In general, a DR aggregator (DRA), which extends DR resources and provides technical support, is central to this mechanism. In this study, power users, called DR customer (DRC), participate in load reduction and are also modeled to participate directly in DR-related bidding. The DRA provides incentives to the DRC, indirectly impacting the market, and the DRC use the bid parameters strategically. We present the conditions for finding Nash Equilibrium (NE) in game problems of various participants including market operators, and analyze the characteristics of DRA and DRC related models. It also analyzes the impact of the participants on the market according to various types of competition and coalitions between DRA and DRC.

사용자 신원 정보를 공개키 값으로 이용하는 방법은 1985년 Shamir가 처음 개념을 소개한 이후, 공개키 기반 암호 시스템에서 사용자 공개 키 인증의 어려움을 해결할 수 있는 효과적인 방안 중 하나로 간주되고 있다. 특히, Dan Boneh가 Weil Paring을 이용한 새로운 기법을 소개한 후, 그 연구가 더욱 활발히 진행되어지고 있으며, 신원 정보 기반의 공개키 암호 시스템을 그룹 서명이나 Conference Key Distribution등 기존의 다양한 응용 기법에 적용하려는 시도가 계속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 Shundong Xia 등이 [1]에서 제안한 신원 정보를 이용한 그룹 서명 알고리즘의 취약점을 분석하고, 그 원인과 보완책을 제시한다.

In multi-location inventory systems, lost sales due to stockout decreases not only retailers' profit but also whole supply chain's profit. Transshipment between retailers has been considered to be a major solution to the stockout problem, and many supply chains implement transshipment coalition among retailers. However, in practical situations, retailers occasionally refuses to accept the transshipment requests, mainly because they concern the future stockout possibilities of their own. Thus, the objective of this research is to analyze the effect of retailers' interaction under the transshipment coalition environment based on the simulations, and to provide effective policies to promote retailers' transshipment cooperation. Policies using penalty and incentive scheme are proposed, and it is shown that using proposed policies both the retailers' and the headquarter's profit can be increased.

Slight protrusion of the dorsum of midfoot without degenerative arthritis is common and usually can be treated by avoiding pressure of the shoe. Primary or posttraumatic degenerative arthritis accompanied by severe functional disability is treated by realignment and arthrodesis of the involved joints. We report a case of osteophytic changes in the form of lipping at the base of the first metatarsal and medial cuneiform which was treated by resection of the spurs. The cause of these spurs may be the congenital coalition of the first metatarsocuneiform joint.
