유류유출시 사회경제적 영향평가 제도 연구 (A Study on Socio-economic Impact Assessment System for Marine Oil Spill)

  • 해상에서 유류유출사고가 발생하면 해양생태계 파괴 뿐 아니라 바다에 의존하여 삶을 영위하는 인간에게 사회경제적으로 미치는 영향이 크다. 법률(해양환경관리법)에서는 유류유출시 해양오염영향조사를 하도록 규정하고 있지만, 사회경제적 영향을 평가하기에는 법률상 조사 항목이 구체적이지 못하고, 세부항목 간 중복 등의 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 법률상 해양오염영향조사 시스템 중 사회경제 분야의 조사를 중심으로 문제점을 진단하고, 사회경제적 영향평가의 범주와 지표를 개발하여 제도적 개선의 방안을 제시하였다.

기계 시스템 생산 작업관리자 직무 분석에 의한 안전직무교육 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Safety Duty Education According to Production Manager Job Analysis in the Mechanical System)

  • As the demand for automation (or autonmation) or clean workplace has grown, the interest in the knowledge and skill regarding safety is rising in manager duty. Moreover, the importance of severity rate of injury has increased due to the enlargement of industry scale, even safety management area has developed. Thus, it is important that production managers, the core of the line process, realize the safety in their production line, even if a safety manager acts as a staff. However, in the duty oriented National Competency Standard (NCS), the education about the safety duty of production management part is insufficient. According to NCS, it is calculated production managers receive only 6.7% of whole safety education regarding the duty related the safety management for production manager in mechanical industry. However, the ability in safety is more demanded from production managers as the concept of "production and safety" turns into the concept of "production with safety". And then in this paper, we will compare and analyze the safety management duty in Korean NCS and the safety management duty in State Leaders Connecting Learning to Work in US manufacturing industry, in terms of the duty of the production manage in mechanical industry (05). And, we will develop the safety duty education system for production manager, by classifying the safety education in domestic mechanical industry into knowledge education, skill education, and attitude education with using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

  • There is a new power generation system such as direct coal fuel cell (DCFC) with a solid oxide electrolyte operated at relatively high temperature. In the system, it is of great importance to feed coal continuously into anodic electrode surface for its better contact, otherwise it would reduce electrochemical conversion of coal. For that purpose, it is required to improve the electrochemical conversion efficiency by using either rigorous mixing condition such as fluidized bed condition or just by recirculating coal particle itself successively into the reaction zone of the system. In this preliminary study, we followed the second approach to investigate how significantly particle recycle would affect the coal conversion efficiency. As a first phase, coal conversion was analyzed and evaluated from the thermochemical reaction of carbon with air under particle recirculating condition. The coal conversion efficiency was obtained from raw data measured by two different techniques. Effects of temperature and fuel properties on the coal conversion are specifically examined from the thermochemical reaction.

전업양축농가의 축분뇨처리시스템 개발을 위한 모형실험 (A Model Study on Development of Animal Wastes Treatment System for a Full-time Farm Household Raising Livestock)

  • A sundry system is one of popular systems for composting livestock manure, of which main honest is to utilize unlimited, clean, and free solar radiation. A sundry system with a composter of two horizontal screw-type concrete ducts at different height, was constructed and operated for three days for each test in May, 1993, to evaluate its composting performance. Four treatments of the mixture ratio of swine manure and saw dust (manure : sawdust= 1 : 1.25, 1 : 1, 1 : 0.7, 1 : 0.5) were implemented to evaluate the effect of the mixture ratio on degradation of the composting materials of a sundry system with a screw-type composter. Maximum temperature of the composting materials was over 5$0^{\circ}C$ at D1 or D2 (one or two days after operation starts) for each test. Mean C/N ratio and water contents of the materials were reduced by more than 15 and 20%, respectively. Microbial density of each test showed a typical variation with the lapse of the composting time. Mesophilic microorganism seemed to play more important role on degradation of the materials than thermophilic. A sundry system with a screw-type composter can be considered as a feasible system on basis of maturity data. The conclusion was completely reverse from that of Choi et at., although both adopted a sundry system. A further study is recommended to pursue the cause of better performance of the screw-type composter, whether it was due to affirmative weather or more efficient composter.

  • 요즈음 자동차 전기장치의 입출력 요소별 설계와 작동원리, 제어로직 등의 정성 및 정량적인 내용을 체계적으로 이해하면서 종합 진단기와 데이터 통신이 가능하고 동작 상태에서 시스템의 회로를 학습할 수 있는 시뮬레이터가 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 회로수리 능력을 정의하고, 회로수리 준비 능력, 탈부착 능력, 회로분석능력, 점검 및 측정능력, 수리(문제해결)능력, 정리능력의 함양을 통해 전기장치 정비에 대한 이해를 높이고 회로수리능력의 향상을 검증하는 데 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 등화장치 시뮬레이터 장치를 연구 개발하여 자동차 전기장치의 점검과 자동차 회로의 수리 및 점검, 전기계측 내용의 이해에 도움을 주고자 했다. 자동차 전기 장치는 눈에 보이지 않는 부분에 대한 이해가 필요하고, 기본점검 및 측정, 수리를 위해서 다양한 기호와 복잡한 회로에 대한 이해가 필수적으로 요구된다. 이러한 필수적인 부분에 대해 어려움을 느끼는 학생들에게 전기장치에 대한 흥미를 높이고, 자동차 전기실습에 필요한 기본적인 지식의 함양과 다양한 전기장치 고장진단에 필요한 기초능력을 습득할 수 있도록 하였다.

고온냉매 우회방법을 적용한 열펌프의 성능 개선 연구 (A Study on Performance Improvement of Heat Pump Adopting the Hot Gas Bypass Method)

  • 본 연구는 공기 열원 열펌프의 성능 향상을 위한 연구로써 제상 방법으로 고온냉매 우회방법을 사용하고 내부열교환기를 장착한 열펌프 시스템의 성능을 ISO5151의 표준제상 조건에서 실험하였다. 실험은 고온냉매 우회방법과 가장 일반적인 제상 방법인 시간주기 제상방법을 비교하였으며 착상 발생 후 압축기 출구의 고온냉매를 실외기 입구로 우회시킬 때 실외기 홴 속도를 정상속도에 대하여 0%, 30%, 60%, 90%로 변화 시키면서 열펌프의 성능변화를 관찰하였다. 연구결과 210분의 열펌프 가동시간 동안 고온냉매 우회방법은 시간주기 제상방법 보다 $2.2{\sim}6%$ 높은 평균 성능계수를 나타냈으며 고온냉매 우회방법에서는 실외기의 홴 속도가 60%일 때 가장 좋은 성능계수와 난방용량을 나타냈다.

저온에서 Mn-Cu 촉매의 NOx 전환특성 (NOx Conversion of Mn-Cu Catalyst at the Low Temperature Condition)

  • 활성증진 물질 Cu가 첨가된 Mn계 촉매를 제조하여 암모니아를 이용하여 질소산화물을 제거하는 SCR공정에서 질소산화물제거능을 측정하였다. 제조된 촉매를 사용하여 반응온도, 유량, 수분함량 그리고 산소농도에 대한 활성변화를 조사하였다. $H_2$-TPR 시스템에서 온도에 따른 촉매의 수소전환특성을 측정하였다. 수분공급유무를 조절함으로써 촉매반응에 대한 수분의 억제효과를 파악하였다. Mn-Cu계 촉매는 $160{\sim}260^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 높은 탈질효율을 보였다. 그리고 산소농도의 증가는 촉매활성 증진효과를 가져왔으나 수분함유는 촉매활성을 감소시키는 역할을 함을 알 수 있었다.

  • The method that exists in Photodynamic Therapy uses Photosensibility drug strongly Influencing tumour accumulation together with photochemical laser effect and makes the structure of tumour be localized and become extinct. The intracavity transformation of the Nd :YAP main radiation 1079 nm was Raman converted in barium nitrate crystal and the Stokes frequency (1216 nm) was doubled using KTP or RTA crystals. The LiF or Cr:YAG crystals are used for the Q-switch. The radiation Parameters were obtained at 100 Hz pump repetition frequency. The average power at 608 nm radiation with LiF and KTP was 700 mW at multi-mode generation. The 3-6 single 10-15 ns pulses were generated during one cycle of pumping. The doubling efficiency with RTA was two times more than with KTP. The cells of Ehrlich adenocarcinoma (0.1 ml) were i.m. implanted in hind thighs of ICR white non-imbred mice. The cells were preliminarily diluted in medium 199 in the ratio of 1 to 5. HpD was intravenous administered in a dose of 10 mg/kg. The left clean-shaven hind leg was irradiated with laser light 21-27 hours after the administration of the preparation. The right non-Irradiated leg of each animal served as a control. The animals with the transplanted tumor that were not injected with HpD sewed as a control to estimate the complex effect (HpD+ irradiation). Before the administration of HpD and on 3 and 4 days after irradiation the tumor size was measured and the percent of the tumor growth inhibition was calculated. The results of animal treatments has shown high efficiency of PDT method for cancer treatment by means 0.608 m high power pulse solid state laser.

기후변화 대응을 위한 수처리 여과시스템 선정 방안 연구 (Study on Selection of Water Treatment Filtration System to Cope with Climate Change)

  • The problem of water shortages and water related disasters caused by climate change has increased the seriousness of water problems and the importance of water treatment technology capable of securing clean water is expanding. In this study, we analyzed not only the water pollutant generated by the filtration system technology of various water treatment technologies but also the indirect greenhouse gas emissions generation, and analyzed the influence on the environment. The subjects of study are Fabric Filter, Reverse Osmosis System and Pressurized Microfiltration Device which are widely used for water treatment and we analyzed the impact on the environment using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method using the electricity amount necessary for use, the water purification efficiency, the throughput per ton and the cost. The amount of greenhouse gas generated when the Pressurized Microfiltration Device operates for 1 year is $2.15E+04kg\;CO_2-eq$., Fabric Filter is $3.29E+04kg\;CO_2-eq$., and Reverse Osmosis System is $1.68E+05kg\;CO_2-eq$. As a result of analyzing the amount of greenhouse gas generated at the time of purifying 1 ton of the Pressurized Microfiltration Device and the conventional filtration system, the Pressurized Microfiltration Device was $20.5g\;CO_2-eq$., Fabric Filter was $34.7g\;CO_2-eq$., and Reverse Osmosis System was $191.7g\;CO_2-eq$. The amount of greenhouse gas generated was calculated to be 41.0% less than that of the Fabric Filter by the Pressurized Microfiltration Device and 89.3% less than the Reverse Osmosis System. From the viewpoint of climate change, it is necessary to select a filtration system that takes climate change into account, not from the viewpoint of water quality removal efficiency and economic efficiency according to future water treatment applications, and it is necessary to select a water treatment filtration system more researches and improvements will be made for.

Cleaning Noises from Time Series Data with Memory Effects

  • 딥러닝의 개발 프로세스는 대량의 수작업이 요구되는 반복적인 작업으로 그 중 학습 데이터 전처리는 매우 큰 비용이 요구되며 학습 결과에 중요한 영향을 주는 단계이다. AI의 알고리즘 연구 초기에는 주로 데이터 과학자들에 의해 완벽하게 정리하여 제공된 공개 DB형태의 학습데이터를 주로 사용하였다. 실제 환경에서 수집된 학습 데이터는 주로 센서들의 운영 데이터이며 필연적으로 노이즈가 많이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 노이즈를 제거하기 위한 다양한 데이터 클리닝 프레임워크와 방법들이 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 IoT환경에서 발생 될 수 있는 센서 데이터와 같은 시계열 데이터에서 노이즈를 감지하고 제거하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 선형회귀 방법을 사용하여 시스템이 반복적으로 노이즈를 찾아내고, 이를 대체할 수 있는 데이터를 제공하여 학습데이터를 클리닝한다. 제안된 방법의 효과를 검증하기 위해서 본 연구에서 시뮬레이션을 수행하여, 최적의 클리닝 결과를 얻을 수 있는 인자들의 결정 방법을 확인하였다.
