  • In this paper, we propose a new discrete-time sliding mode controller for reference tracking. Stability of tracking error is analyzed. Design method of sliding surface for tracking control is proposed. Simulation and experimental results are included to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • We often feel the necessity to communicate with members involved in a project to remote discuss business activities, needs for the fast file transfer, and check the existence of members to talk with. There are some commercial applications in these problems. However, in addition to those existing functions, this study focuses especially on adding couple of functions such as automatic responding function, in which a sender of a message automatically knows if a receiver checks the message. Its application is that a project leader sends an important message and later on can check at his desk the fact that who have checked their messages. The prototype application, build in this study, will check the correctness of every sub-function, and then the interface of inter-sub-functions, finally the integrity of the entire system, so that important information will not be lost among members of a project in the real world situation.

  • 차세대 비젼 컴퓨팅 환경인 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅(Ubiquitous Computing)환경에서는 사용자에 대한 상황(context)변화에 적응적(adaptive)으로 서비스 해줄 수 있는 응용이 필수적인 요소라고 할 수 있다. Service기반의 분산 네트워크인 JINI를 기반으로, 사용자에 대한 상황을 인식(context-aware)하기 위한 시스템 연구 역시 관심의 대상이라고 한 수 있겠다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경을 기반으로 사용자에 대한 행동, 감정상태, 위치와 같은 정보를 인식할 수 있으며, 검색을 통해 사용자의 위치정보, 활동형태 등의 context들을 질의 할 수 있는 Context-aware 챗팅 프로그램을 기술하고 있다. 또한 인터페이스를 사용하는 사용자들에 대한 context 데이터의 표현과 질의를 위해 메타언어인 eXtensible Makup Language (XML)을 사용하였다. 이러한 context-aware system은 편재형 컴퓨팅환경 하에서 사용자에게 유효한 context를 생성 및 관리, 응용 서비스에서 유용하게 이용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 현대사회에서 응용분야가 광범위하고, 높은 인식율과 빠른 처리속도를 위하여 많은 연구가 진행되어왔던 오프라인 필기체 인식 중 디지털 펜을 위한 새로운 필기체 문자 인식 시스템과 이를 이용한 화상 채팅 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템의 문자 인식에 필요한 처리는 체인코드에 기반하며 유니코드와 획 코드를 이용하여 처리하는 필기체 문자 인식 시스템으로, 일반적으로 터치 패널이 없는 데스크 탑 과 노트북에서도 터치 펜 기능을 가능하게 하는 디지털 펜을 위한 필기체 문자 인식 시스템이며 화상 채팅은 WSAEventSelect Model을 사용하여 제작한 시스템이다.

  • This paper describes an advanced unified communication system. The advanced unified communications mean a service that integrates basic communications such as call, SMS, email, and chatting with social networking service considered as a new communication channel, presenting a unified user interface. The advanced unified communication system is composed of advanced UC(Unified Communications) applications, open UC service platform, and UC back-end servers. The advanced UC applications consist of web-based application and smart phone application. The open UC service platform provides a variety of service components that enable the third party applications to access basic communications and social network services within an enterprise. The UC back-end servers provide server functionalities for call, SMS, email, and chatting.

A three-step sentence searching method for implementing a chatting system (채팅 시스템 구현을 위한 3단계 문장 검색 방법)

  • The previous chatting systems have generally used methods based on lexical agreement between users' input sentences and target sentences in a database. However, these methods often raise well-known lexical disagreement problems. To resolve some of lexical disagreement problems, we propose a three-step sentence searching method that is sequentially applied when the previous step is failed. The first step is to compare common keyword sequences between users' inputs and target sentences in the lexical level. The second step is to compare sentence types and semantic markers between users' input and target sentences in the semantic level. The last step is to match users's inputs against predefined lexico-syntactic patterns. In the experiments, the proposed method showed better response precision and user satisfaction rate than simple keyword matching methods.

  • Recently, embedded system which demand is explosively increasing in the fields of communication, traffic, medical and industry facilities, expands to cyber physical system (CPS) which monitors and controls the networked embedded systems. In addition, internet of things(IoT) technology using wearable devices such as Google Glass, Samsung Galaxy Gear and Sony Smart Watch are gaining attention. In this situation, Samsung Smart Home and LG Home Chat are released one after another. However, since these services can be available only between smart phones and home appliances, there is a disadvantage that information cannot be passed to other terminals without commercial global messaging server. In this paper, to solve above issues, we propose the structure of an indoor location network based on unit space, which prevents the information of the devices or each individual person from leaking to outside and can selectively communicate to all existent terminals in the network using IoT chatting. Also, it is possible to control general devices and prevent external leakage of private information.

  • It's a trend that the proportion of using an internet messenger among on-line communication methods is getting increased. However, there are not many applications which efficiently utilize these messenger communication data. Messenger communication data have specific characteristics that reflect the user's linguistic habits. The linguistic habits are revealed through frequently used words and emoticons, and user's emotions can be grasped by these. This paper proposes the method that efficiently classifies the emotions of a messenger user using frequently used words or symbols. The emotion classifier from repeated experiments achieves high accuracy of more than 95%.

  • 채팅 시스템은 사람이 사용하는 언어로 컴퓨터와 의사소통을 하는 시스템이다. 최근 딥 러닝이 큰 화두가 되면서 다양한 채팅 시스템에 관한 연구가 빠르게 진행 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 문장을 Recurrent Neural Network기반 의사형태소 분석기로 분리하고 Attention mechanism Encoder-Decoder Model의 입력으로 사용하는 채팅 시스템을 제안한다. 채팅 데이터를 통한 실험에서 사용자 문장이 짧은 경우는 답변이 잘 나오는 것을 확인하였으나 긴 문장에 대해서는 문법에 맞지 않는 문장이 생성되는 것을 알 수 있었다.
