The WeChat mini program is an application embedded in WeChat that users can use without downloading and installing. After it was officially released in 2017, many travel enterprises have launched their own mini programs on the WeChat platform. This study applies affordance theory to investigate the WeChat mini program's role in tourism activities through social network analysis using the R programming language. The authors searched the topic of "how do you perceive the travel-related WeChat mini program" and then crawled the 200 comments found; 180 comments were analyzed after data cleansing. The results show that travel-related WeChat mini programs play a very important role in Chinese social network tourism activities. This paper found that WeChat played a more active role in various tourism-related interactions with Chinese social networks. Moreover, the results show how affordance theory is applied to the use of WeChat mini programs.

This study proposes a new methodology to increase the flexibility and efficiency of the design data evaluation system by combining Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in the architectural industry, OpenAI's interactive artificial intelligence, and ChatGPT. BIM technology plays an important role in digitally modeling and managing architectural information. Since architectural information is included, research and development are underway to review and evaluate BIM data according to conditions through program development. However, in the process of reviewing BIM design data, if the review criteria or evaluation criteria according to design change occur frequently, it is necessary to update the program anew. In order for designers or reviewers to apply the changed criteria, requesting a program developer will delay time. This problem was studied by using ChatGPT to modify and update the design data evaluation program code in real time. In this study, it is aimed to improve the changing standards and accuracy by enabling programming non-professionals to change the design regulations and calculation standards of the BIM evaluation program system using ChatGPT. In this study, in the BIM-based design certification automation evaluation program, a program in which the automation evaluation method is being studied based on the design certification evaluation manual was first used. In the design certification automation evaluation program, the programming non-majors checked the automation evaluation code by linking ChatGPT, and the changed calculation criteria were created and modified interactively. As a result of the evaluation, the change in the calculation standard was explained to ChatGPT and the applied result was confirmed.

인간의 수동 평가 시 시간과 비용의 소모, 주석자 간의 의견 불일치, 평가 결과의 품질 등 불가피한 한계가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 맥락을 고려하고 긴 문장 입출력이 가능한 ChatGPT를 활용한 한국어 요약문 평가가 인간 평가를 대체하거나 보조하는 것이 가능한가에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 ChatGPT가 생성한 요약문에 정량적 평가와 정성적 평가를 진행하였으며 정량적 지표로 BERTScore, 정성적 지표로는 일관성, 관련성, 문법성, 유창성을 사용하였다. 평가 결과 ChatGPT4의 경우 인간 수동 평가를 보조할 수 있는 가능성이 있음을 확인하였다. ChatGPT가 영어 기반으로 학습된 모델임을 고려하여 오류 발견 성능을 검증하고자 한국어 오류 요약문으로 추가 평가를 진행하였다. 그 결과 ChatGPT3.5와 ChatGPT4의 오류 요약 평가 성능은 불안정하여 인간을 보조하기에는 아직 어려움이 있음을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 생성형 AI를 활용한 소프트웨어교육에 관한 수업모델을 연구하였다. 연구 목적은 ChatGPT를 소프트웨어교육에 활용함으로써 비전공학생들의 프로그래밍 수업에서 교수자의 보조자 역할로 ChatGPT를 활용하기 위함이다. 또한, ChatGPT를 이용해 학습자 개별 교육이 가능하도록 설계하고, 학생들이 필요로 한 시점에 즉각적인 피드백을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 교양과목의 파이썬 수업을 듣는 컴퓨터 비전공자를 대상으로 ChatGPT를 보조자로 활용하여 수업을 진행하였다. 그리고 비전공학생의 프로그래밍 교육에서 ChatGPT가 보조자로서 가능성이 있는지 확인하였다. 학생들은 ChatGPT를 과제작성, 오류수정, 코딩 작성 및 지식 습득에 활발히 사용하였으며, 오류 해결에 많은 시간이 걸리는 것을 프로그램을 이해하는데 집중할 수 있는 등 다양한 이점을 확인하였다. ChatGPT가 학생들의 학습 효율을 높일 수 있는 가능성 볼 수 있었으며, 교육에 활용하는 데 있어서 더 많은 연구가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 향후에는 ChatGPT를 활용한 교육 모델의 발전과 보완, 평가 방법에 관한 연구가 이루어질 것이다.

최근 생성형 AI 기반인 ChatGPT는 상업적·교육적 활용 가능성과 높은 효용가치 기대로 급격히 발전함과 동시에 여러 가지 우려와 문제점도 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 ChatGpt의 품질이 사용자의 활용만족과 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 부산경남지역 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 155명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS 28.0 프로그램을 이용하여 검증하였다. 연구 결과, ChatGPT 품질 요소 중 신뢰성과 안정성은 활용만족과 지속적 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ChatGPT의 활용만족은 지속적 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ChatGPT의 신뢰성과 안정성, 지속적 이용의도간에에 활용만족은 긍정적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과로 ChatGPT의 품질요소 중 사용자의 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 제시함으로서 ChatGPT의 이용 촉진에 필요한 교육적·정책적 방향 제시에 기여고자 한다.

Internet chat programs and instant messaging services are becoming increasingly popular among Internet users. One of the crucial issues with Internet chat is how to manage the corresponding pairs of questions and answers in a sequence of conversations. Although many novel methodologies have been introduced to cope with this problem, most are poor in managing interruptions, organizing turn-taking, and conveying comprehension. The Internet environment is recently evolving into a 3D environment, but the problems with managing chat dialogues with the standard 2D text-based chat have remained. Therefore, we propose a more realistic communication model for chat agents in 3D virtual space in this paper. First, we propose a new method to measure the capacity of communication between chat agents and a novel visualization method to depict the hierarchical structure of chat dialogues. In addition, we are concerned with communication networks for virtual people (avatars) living in virtual worlds. In this paper we consider a microscopic aspect of a social network in a relatively short period of time. Our experiments show that our model is highly effective in a virtual chat environment, and the communication network based on our model greatly facilitates investigation of a very large and complicated communication network.

In this paper, we implemented an e-mail and chat program (client) for communication between mobile devices and PCs based on WIPI a South Korea's open wireless platform form developing device and content independent software to break from the way of developing contents that is dependent on different wireless platforms to each mobile communications company. While traditional e-mail and chat programs are written for PC-to-PC communication, we develop them for mobile-to-PC and mobile-to-mobile communications, and we expect to see various mobile contents in the future.

기록관리에서 메타데이터는 기록을 구성하는 필수 요소 중 하나로 기록물을 적절하게 관리하고 이해하도록 하는데 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 기록관리 업무에서 메타데이터 요소들의 자동 부여가 불가능할 경우에는 기록전문가가 메타데이터 값을 직접 입력해야 한다. 이러한 업무의 불편함을 개선하기 위해 본 연구에서는 신기술인 챗GPT를 활용하여 기록관리 메타데이터 요소의 추출 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 챗GPT 기술을 활용하기 위해 파이썬 프로그램과 랭체인 라이브러리를 이용하여 PDF 문서를 제시하고 질문을 통해 기록물의 메타데이터를 추출해보았고, 챗GPT 온라인 서비스를 통해 여러 건의 PDF 문서를 첨부하여 기록물의 메타데이터 요소를 추출해보았다. 그 결과 챗GPT-3.5 turbo를 사용한 랭체인에서는 보안상으로는 안전한 추출 방법이긴 하나 메타데이터의 정확한 요소를 얻기에는 다소 한계가 있었고, 챗GPT-4 온라인 서비스에서는 보안상 중요 문서를 첨부할 수 없지만 비교적 정확한 결과를 추출하였다. 이를 통해 기록관리에서의 메타데이터 추출을 위한 챗GPT 기술 활용의 가능성을 타진할 수 있었고, 챗GPT 관련 기술의 발달에 따라 좀 더 안전하고 정확한 결과 추출이 가능해질 것이다. 이러한 챗GPT의 장점을 활용함으로써 기록관에서 기록 및 메타데이터의 관리적 측면에서 업무의 효율성 및 생산성을 증대시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

This study investigates the effects of ChatGPT's quality characteristics (service and information) on purchase intention and word of mouth intention. We distributed questionnaires among domestic men and women aged in their 20s and 30s who had experience of using ChatGPT. A total of 222 responses were subjected to frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS statistical program version 26. The major findings were as follows: (1) The factors of service quality were categorized as Tangibility, Reliability, Empathy, and Assurance, while the factors of information quality were categorized as Recency, Accuracy, and Usefulness. (2) Among the service quality factors of ChatGPT, two factors (Reliability and Empathy) significantly impacted purchase intention, and three factors (Tangibility, Reliability, and Empathy) significantly affected word of mouth intention. (3) Among ChatGPT's information quality factors, two factors (Usefulness and Recency) had a significant effect on purchase intention, and two factors (Usefulness and Accuracy) exerted a significant influence on word of mouth intention. (4) Purchase intention had a significant effect on word of mouth intention.

최근에는 다양한 플랫폼 서비스가 인공지능을 활용하여 제공되고 있으며, 그 중 하나로 ChatGPT는 대량의 데이터를 자연어 처리하여 자가 학습 후 답변을 생성하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. ChatGPT는 IT 분야에서 소프트웨어 프로그래밍 분야를 포함하여 다양한 작업을 수행할 수 있는데, 특히 프로그램을 대표하는 C언어를 통해 간단한 프로그램을 생성하고 에러를 수정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 능력을 토대로 C언어를 기반으로 만들어진 하드웨어 언어인 베릴로그 HDL도 ChatGPT에서 원활한 생성이 예상되지만, 베릴로그 HDL의 합성은 명령문들을 논리회로 구조 형태로 생성하는 것이기에 결과물들의 정상적인 실행 여부를 확인해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 용이한 실험을 위해 규모가 적은 논리회로들을 선택하여 ChatGPT에서 생성된 디지털회로와 인간이 만든 회로들의 결과를 확인하려 한다. 실험 환경은 Xilinx ISE 14.7로 모듈들을 모델링하였으며 xc3s1000 FPGA칩을 사용하여 구현하였다. 구현된 결과물을 FPGA의 사용 면적과 처리 시간을 각각 비교 분석함으로써 ChatGPT의 생성물과 베릴로그 HDL의 생성물의 성능을 비교하였다.
