Since the basement building like the communication hole and etc. is built under the ground where it is pressed by the water, the leakage happens due to the dried-shrinking crack, the sinking crack, the creation of the work-joint of the building and etc. caused by the character of the material and construction way of the reinforced concrete building. Especially, a lot of repair for the leakage cannot help but being taken in temporary way without any noticeable countermeasure. Therefore, this kind of repair is socially criticized many times that this is defective construction even if this costs a lot. The fundamental reason of the above mentioned symptoms can be found in the creation of the work-joint caused by the character of the concrete building, the limitation of the physical performance of the existing water-proof and repair material, the limitation of the construction, the limitation of the physical sustaining performance of the concrete building, the limitation(heat-injury, deterioration) of the constancy of the durability caused by aging and etc. Therefore, in this study, we would like to present the better understanding on the water-proof seal relating to the application at the spot and its test evaluation related data since the necessity of the establishment of the quality control standard and the performance testing way on the relevant water-proof seal is rising a lot to regulate the water-proof technology and the leakage repair technology in accordance with the growth of the demand on the facility.

The advancements in scientific technology and information network in the 21st century allow us to easily acquire a desired knowledge. In the midst of today's informatization, globalization, and cultural diversification, adolescents experience emotional confusion while accommodating diverse cultures and information. This study aimed at examining three aspects of character suggested by the Ministry of Education, which are ethics, sociality, and emotion, and the actual sub-factors required for character education. To that end, a survey was conducted with adolescents who were at a character-building age, and social network analysis (SNA) was performed to determine the effect of character education on the sub-factors. The statistics program SPSS was used to investigate the general traits of the subjects and the validity of the research variables. The 2-mode data that were finally selected were converted to 2-mode data using NetMinder 4, which is a network analysis tool. Furthermore, a data network was established based on a quasi-network that represents the relationships between ethics, sociality, and emotion. The results of this study showed that the subjects considered honesty and justice to be the sub-domains of the ethics domain. In addition, they identified sympathy, communication, consideration for others, and cooperation as the sub-domains of the sociality domain. Finally, they believed that self-understanding and self-control were the sub-domains of the emotion domain.

Exhaustion of fossil fuels and continued high oil prices, global warming, climate change and to respond to the development and use of alternative energy technologies is expanding rapidly throughout the world. Recently, character of domestic building is appearing by along with economic growth, high-rise, large size, congestion. For this reason, the amount of electrical energy used in a building is increasing. In this study, the applicability of PV modules that are used as roofing and efficiency analysis, and more from the building of BIPV modules built using the activation of alternative energy sources in Korea are aimed want done.

This study was conducted to investigate a correlation of factors that have an influence on the happiness of college students, and to investigate the effect of factors on happiness of college students by analyzing the structure of influencing factors of happiness. To this end, 430 freshmen in college were selected and tested on character, self-esteem, self-leadership, and happiness. The measurement tools used in this study were the 30 questions of Character Scale that Choi Min-Soo and Im Eun-Young(2013) developed and modified by Im Eun-Young(2015), a Self-Leadership Scale of Manz(1998) classified into behavioral strategy and cognitive strategy that Wang Ji-Seon(2011) translated and modified. a Self-Esteem Scale(SES) of Rosenberg(1986) that the researcher modified and used, and The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire of Hills and Argyle(2002) that Choi Yo-Won(2002) translated and the researcher modified. According to the research result, for correlation with happiness, self-esteem was .86, self-leadership was .74, and character was .66, and for correlation with self-leadership, character was .70, self-esteem was .66, and correlation between character and self-esteem was .57. Secondly, for direct effect on happiness, self-esteem was .62, character as .20, self-leadership was .19, and for direct effect on self-leadership, character was .49 and self-esteem was .38. Thirdly, indirect effect of character on happiness through self-leadership was .94 and indirect effect of self-esteem on happiness through self-leadership was .73. Through these research results, it was identified that character, self-esteem, and self-leadership of college students are the influencing factors on happiness, and that self-esteem is the biggest influencing factor on happiness of college students among the three variables. The results of this study suggested that university students' personality had a positive relationship with self-esteem and that university students' personality, self-esteem, and self-leadership altogether had a direct influence on happiness. Moreover, both personality and self-esteem of university students had an indirect influence on happiness through their self-leadership.

Not only mechanical properties, bonding properties, electro chemical properties, etc. but also fire safety is required in patch repair materials such as polymer modified cement mortar (PCM) which are used to deteriorated reinforced concrete structure. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to choice the appropriate repair materials because there are not enough information about fire safety properties of PCM. In this study, The combustion characters of PCM were evaluated through the heat release rate test and non-combustibility test. The pyrogenicity test uses the cone calorimeter based on the oxygen consumption method. The non-combustibility test is from the temperature change inside the furnace during the test. The effect of the types of polymer and polymer content were evaluated from the series of test. The results are like followings. 1) The higher the W/C of PCM, the lower the gross calorific value and heat generation rate in the heat release rate test. The amount of heat generation of PCM is like the order of VVA, EVA, and SBR in this study. 2) Some materials such as E45-100, E50-100, E60-100, S50-50, and S50-100 were estimated as not appropriate building materials in the non combustibility test.

Real-time animation of human figures in virtual environments is an important problem in the context of computer games and virtual environments. Recently, the use of large collections of captured motion data have added increased realism in character animation. However, assuming that the virtual environment is large and complex, the effort of capturing motion data in a physical environment and adapting them to an extended virtual environment is the bottleneck for achieving interactive character animation and control. We present a new technique for allowing our animated characters to navigate through a large virtual environment, which is constructed using a small set of building blocks. The building blocks can be tiled or aligned with a repeating pattern to create a large environment. We annotate each block with a motion patch, which informs what motions are available for animated characters within the block. We demonstrate the versatility and flexibility of our approach through examples in which multiple characters are animated and controlled at interactive rates in large, complex virtual environments.

In Thailand, the electricity consumption is very high with the intention of reduce high temperature in the building. Since 2000, a lot of people paying attention to Green-Building concept. A similar concept is natural building, which is usually on a smaller scale and tends to focus on the use of natural materials that are available locally. Therefore, the Earth-Block (EAB) product is appropriated approach to reduce energy consumption in the buildings. The EAB is produced with environmentally friendly process, which does not release harmful pollution and effective cost. The main significant character is durable materials for building construction. This study aims to develop the new thermal insulation by using soil-cement with vetiver grass fibre. Additionally, it describes the innovative systems used in production of EAB materials by mixing the soil-cement with vetiver grass fibre. This paper reveals lowest costs, space configurations changing and greater design flexibility for constructing the building.

The principal government building of Kyungsanbuk-do was designed to show korean traditional architecture with tile-roofed house to reflect the image of Kyungsangbuk-do as the province of traditional culture. The roof of korean traditional architecture is the most importanat part that distinguishes the design character of a building and is important to determine degree of completion. As this is so, in the design phase, we reviewes the design documents about the proportional and slope of the roof, durability and sizes of component material and the structure of eaves. In the construction phase, it was required to cooperated with specialists of traditional architecture for realization of traditional beauty of the buildings as designed.

Interior material covering as the final process of house-building, critically influences not only aesthetic character but also air quality of indoor space. Wall covering today, however, caused a serious social problem because of chemicals contained in the industrial wallpaper and artificial glue. In this context, Korean traditional wall covering of Han-ji can be an alternative model due to it's ecological character. Recently 'Hanok' attracts public attention, since society and people become to appreciate the unique beauty and value of our traditional culture. The values include natural beauty, emotional character, and environment-friendliness. Recognizing this, this paper intended to scrutinize the operating process of Han-ji as an interior finish material. Historical research method was employed, tracing the related articles in old literature and interviewing with the witness of the experienced expert. Thereby, healthier and unique aesthetic indoor environment can be expected to be sustainable along with the rich cultural life of ancestors.

This study investigated the effects of costume styling, color and texture on character expression in the movies "All About My Wife" and "Marriage Blue". As a study method, the main scenes were captured from the DVD image and the costumes of the main characters were analyzed to examine how the costumes express the personality change according to the story development of the characters. The characters in "All About My Wife" and "Marriage Blue" were studied to see how their personality changes as the story develops and how the costume supports the personality change of those characters. It was checked that costume contributes to effectively deliver the emotion of the characters to audience. In the movies, costume plays an important role in completing the character, and styling, color, and texture of the costume are one of the important means of expression. In a movie, costumes, styling, color, and texture contribute towards development of each character's character. And these elements act synergistically by acting simultaneously rather than independently, thus defining the image of the costume and playing a role in building characters. Movie directors persuade the audience by expressing their intentions in various ways. Among them, movie costume is one of the most effective expression tools. The styling, color, and texture of the clothes are practical and effective methodology that will create a character, so I hope that the field of film art will be researched extensively in the future.
