간호조무사의 근무환경인식과 성격성향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Working Environment Recognition and the Caracter Disposition of Nurse Aides)

  • As the whole world took on the tendency to be highly industrialized, it became necessary for each field of occupation to require professional man power. Especially, since the World War n, the participation of woman power in economic activities has been continually increasing. In our country also, because of the rapid economic growth, change in the way of thinking of women as well as their participation in economic activities are increasing. Thus, woman power is being utilized in various occupational fields from simple physical labor to those that require high-professional skill. Also, continued economic development policies, by setting the establishment of welfare society as the ideology to be fulfilled, brought expansion of medical facilities in the field of public health and increase in man power in that field. As for the nursing specialists, more than 6000 have been being produced per year and as of the end of 1988, the total number of nursing specialists, reached 123, 115. Therefore, this study is done to recognize the professional knowledge and ability of nursing specialists, who take up $40\%$ of the total public-health related man power in our country, through evaluating their working environment and their disposition of character. This study, which was done from September 18th to September 30th 1989, took on the method of using formed questionnaires that had been amended and supplemented during two preparatory investigations, 322 of such questionnaires were used as an analytical material. In the formation of questionnaires, 12 questions were related to the working environment, and 26 in fortotal were related to the disposition of character, 5 for wise-disposition, 11 for activedisposition and 10 for open-disposition. The measuring method, which used 5-point-standard, allowed 5 points for affirmative recognition of the working environment, also 5 points for showing wise, active and open disposition of character and only point in opposite cases. Collected materials were analyzed, through an electronic calculation, into the average value, the standard deflection percentage, pearson corelative number and stepwise multiple regression. Summarizing the results from this study is as follows: 1. It was shown that the nursing specialists with the average of 3.07 have affirmative recognition of their working environment. The questions which drew most affirmative reaction were those concerning finance-management system such as hand, the questions that received negative reaction were those concerning communication method with the average of 2.49. Such reaction seems to have resulted from the cramming regulation by the superior authorities. Concerning the recognition of working environment in relation to employment conditions, more affirmative recognition is shown with the average of 3.14. at hospitals where injection job is not performed. The nursing specialists working at regular hospitals show more affirmative recognition than those at general hospitals, the averages being respectiely 3.16 and 3.03. 2. As for the disposition of character of the nursing specialists, active-disposition was highest with the average of 3.38, next was wise-disposition with 3.20 and the lowest was open-diposition with 2.98. Variable-wise disposition of character shows that wise-disposition and academic background are beneficially correlated by 0.12. Ative-disposition and open-disposition show correlation to the office term by respectively 0.16 and 0.21. In other words. better academic background leads to higher wise-disposition and more - experience results in higher active and open disposition. Also, the class that performs the injection job, in relation to the working environment, might cause change in the self-conceit that identify those in that class with the nurses; however, as far as professional judgment and action, in dealing with nursing job, being wise, active and open is concerned, not much effect is made. 3. The relation between the recognition of the working environment and the disposition of character is that more afirmative recognition- a nursing specialist has about her working environment, the higher the active-disposition becomes by 0.13. The degrees of the relation between recongnition of environment and wise and open dispositions show respectively 0.06 and -0.06 and -0.06. That is to say that when having more affirmative recognition of the working environment, a nursing specialist shows wise but closed disposition of character. This, howerver, didn't mean much statistically. When observing the results mentioned above, it is conspicuous that the nursing specialists, working as substitutes for the nurse at medical institutions of various sizes, get the feeling of being somewhat equal to the nurses and to some extent, fulfill their desire to accomplish their ego; however, as far as professional ability expansion if concerned. they lack wise and open dispositions. Therefore, considiering upon the results of this study, in medical institutions where the work of nursing specialists is regaded equal to that of the nurses, as a medical member who deals with human lives, it is desirable to make the nursing specialists work under the supervision of the nurses and to offer them continuous education to strengthen and improve their natural dispositions.

애니메이션 캐릭터의 브랜드개성과 소비자개성 연구 - 브랜드개성과 소비자개성의 일치성이 브랜드태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - (Study on the brand personality of animation character and the consumer's personality)

  • 애니메이션에 등장하는 캐릭터들은 시청자와의 상호적 교감을 통해 본질의 속성은 사라지면서 의도된 개성을 갖게 된다. 이러한 개성은 시각적으로 표출되었을 때 브랜드 아이덴티티로 형성되며 결국 애니메이션 산업을 고부가가치 창출요인으로 이끄는 강력한 브랜드자산이 된다. 브랜드자산인 캐릭터의 브랜드 아이덴티티는 라이선싱을 통해 다양한 상품에 활용될 수 있으며 브랜드연상과 레버리지 효과의 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 이유에서 본 연구에서는 애니메이션 캐릭터를 브랜드 관점 특히, 브랜드에 연관되어지는 인간적 특성으로 정의되는 아커(J. Aaker)의 브랜드개성 연구의 결과인 브랜드 개성척도를 활용하여 실증적 연구를 수행하였으며 브랜드와 소비자의 개성이 일치할수록 브랜드태도가 좋아진다는 써지(Sirgy)의 연구결과에 근거해 애니메이션과 브랜드 그리고 소비자와의 상관관계를 규명하였다. 연구결과, 애니메이션 캐릭터는 세련/능력, 성실, 흥미 요인의 개성 차원을 갖고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 소비자개성을 실제적 자아이미지와 이상적 자아이미지로 나누어 설문조사 한 결과 애니메이션 캐릭터의 브랜드개성은 이들 사이에 존재하는 것으로 파악되었다.

아동을 위한 건강증진 행위에 관한 연구 (A Study on Health promoting behaviors for children)

  • Young children need continuous care and fostering by their family. They help children organize and develop their potential and grow to be and integrated individuals. Children are influenced by then family at first and continuously when they grow up and develop their capability. Especially, mothers spend a lot of time with time to their children, encourage children's growth, give advice, and do their best to take care of their children. The ethnographic study is to understand the patterns and rules of human behaviors. This study utilized this method in order to interpret the maternal health promoting behaviors for their children. The data were collected through the participant observation and direct interview for about 18 months in P city. The participants were 7 mothers, from 32 to 37 years old. They have children of ages 3 to 10 and 1 or 2 children in total. The data were analyzed through the Spradley's Ethnographic method and the results were summarized as follows : The viewpoints which influence maternal health promoting behaviors include “having childlike appearance”. “having childlike character”, “living without illness”, and “eating well”. The maternal health promoting behaviors for children are classified as “adapting to nature”, “supporting of ability”, “sharing with the family”, “training”, and “praying”. The adapting behaviors include “recognizing child's innate character”, “controlling maternal desires”, “preparing natural food”, which includes breast feeding. The supporting behaviors include “recognizing childlikeness”, “empowering”, and “restricting certain actions to preventing accidents”. In order to promote child's health, it is essential to promote mother's health first of all. The sharing with the family includes “promoting family concord or acquaintanceships concord” and “adapting to circumstances beyond family”. The training behaviors include “forming good habits” and “having good moral value”. It is very important to form good habits in childhood. The praying behavior include “waiting for opportunities” and “endeavoring activity to promote child's health”. The above 5 behaviors by mothers appeared to be able to promote children's health. The results of this study can be utilized to provide the basic information necessary to develop the patterns of maternal health promoting behaviors consistent with our culture and can contribute us develop the body of knowledge about the maternal health promotion for children in nursing.

예비유아교사의 교직윤리와 공감능력이 아동권리인식에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers' Teaching Ethics and Empathy on Awareness of Children's Rights)

  • 우리는 부산광역시에 소재한 대학교의 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 297명을 대상으로 교직윤리와 공감능력이 아동권리인식에 미치는 영향이 어떠한 지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 질 높은 유아교사 양성기관의 인성 함양 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 우리는 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 교직윤리와 공감능력 및 아동권리인식의 인식 정도를 살펴본 결과 교직윤리, 아동권리인식, 공감능력 순으로 평균값이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 공감능력, 교직윤리와 아동권리인식, 공감능력과 아동권리인식 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 교직윤리와 공감능력이 아동권리인식에 미치는 상대적 영향을 살펴본 결과 교직윤리 중 사회윤리가 가장 강력한 예측변인으로 나타났다. 우리는 본 연구에서 예비유아교사의 아동권리인식 증진을 위한 다양한 접근방법에서 교직윤리와 공감능력이 효과적임을 규명하였다. 그리고 우리의 연구는 예비유아교사가 지녀야 할 바람직한 교사의 인성 함양을 위한 교육적 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

무애사방(無碍四方)의 리더십 핵심가치 (The Leadership Core-Value of the Muaesabang(無碍四方, Intercommunication))

  • 이 글에서는 풍류(風流)의 선배의 리더십 핵심가치에 대해 살펴보았다. 이번 연구에서 풍류의 선배로 포괄하여 연구한 선배는 모두 12인이다. 연구의 초점은 이들이 지닌 다양한 역량과 문화적 기여 중에서 풍류의 선배라는 하나의 틀로 정리하였을 때 공통적 가치를 발휘한 측면에 두었다. 핵심가치가 개인의 정체성을 지지하는 근간인 것처럼, 리더십 핵심가치는 리더십 발휘의 뿌리로 기능하는 측면이라 할 것이며, 리더십 발휘의 철학적 근거이다. 인격과 지식을 겸비한 우리의 선배는 자신의 인격적 성장과 리더십 발휘에서 공통적인 구도를 보여준다. 그것은 자신을 연마하는 단계(수신(修身), 개인영역Self)-타인과의 관계를 고려하는 단계(제가(齊家), 관계영역Relation) - 조직을 리드하는 단계(치국(治國), 조직영역Team) - 전체 사회를 위해 고민하고 영향을 미치는 단계(평천하(平天下), 사회영역Community)를 자신의 삶에서 구현하였다는 점이다. 각 선배들이 위의 네 영역에서 어떻게 리더십을 발휘하고 있는지를 사례별로 고찰한 다음, 그것을 종합한 내용을 밝힘으로써 풍류의 선배의 리더십 모형을 구성해 보았다. 그 결과 이들의 리더십 핵심가치로 '소통'이 찾아졌고, 그것을 '무애사방의 리더십'이라 명명하였다. 그리고 이것이 열린사회를 지향하고 다양한 문화의 어울림을 화두로 하는 오늘의 세상에서 여전히 유의미한 가치를 부여받을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

S/W 벤처기업의 특성별 경영 현황분석 (An Analysis of the Whole Area of Business Administration by the Characteristics in the Software Venture Business)

  • Venture business plays a great role in creating national competitive power in every country. In particular, software venture business can mostly belong to manufacturing business, and takes the top seat of core industry as the basis of globalization, informatization and localization as well as the driving force of national competitive power. However, software venture business still has some risks in the whole area of business administration including the process of business starting. There are also problems to be solved in such areas as manager's ability, leadership, talent, level of technical development, marketing channel, recruiting of marketing specialists, financial plan and fund raising. In this respect, this study divides 102 software venture businesses into two; business in the stage of growth and matured business through the analysis of questionnaire and analyzes their present managerial conditions according to their characteristics after classifying them into four categories such as general management, technical development, marketing, finance and accounting. Therefore, this study attempts to provide the basic data useful for business activities of software venture business from now on. The results are as follows; First, it can be judged that software venture businesses make efforts for their technical development in their character, and that they make a great investment in research and development. Consequently, it can be believed that this kind of investment must be continued in the future. Second, it can be seen that they are not much interested in marketing and its manpower. In fact, software venture businesses develop products technically at the risk of their life, while marketing plays an important role in the continuity of business. Thus, it is necessary for them to invest in the supplement of manpower in marketing. Third, it is observed that they generally have some difficulties in raising money from outside. By the way, it. is believed that this problem will be solved by appealing to the persons interested such as investors and creditors, if evaluation system would be developed more exquisitely so that their accounting and technical value may be appraised.

The Effect of Archery Experiential Learning Program on Children's Communication and Peer Relationship

  • In modern society, the optimal physical environment is constantly changing due to IT development, and it is provided with convenience. In this age environment, the children are growing up thinking that the value of community consciousness through relationship with others is not important in the social reality in which various ways and environments that can be done by themselves are succeeding. No matter how rapidly the world changes, a diverse learning environment is needed that establishes desirable human relationships and recognizes community consciousness and values. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of general children(elementary school 4th, 5th, and 6th graders) on the communication and peer relationship of the children participating in the archery experiential learning program, to emphasize the importance of physical activity programs, and also by analyzing the relationship between communication and improvement of peer relationship and to understand the effect of the archery experiential training learning which is one of exercise program. In order to verify the research problems, 30 experimental group and 30 comparative group were composed of 4th, 5th, and 6th grade elementary schools in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju metropolitan city. The experiment group was participated in the archery experiential learning program for a total of 10 sessions, once a week for 60 minutes, and conducted a questionnaire survey. In this study, we examined the effect of archery experiential learning program on improving children 's communication and peer relationship ability. Thus, it showed that archery experiential learning program can be one of the important educational methods to promote the healthy character and development of children.

Role of modifiers on the structural, mechanical, optical and radiation protection attributes of Eu3+ incorporated multi constituent glasses

  • The effect of modifiers on the optical features and radiation defying ability of the Eu3+ ions doped multi constituent glasses was examined. XRD has established the amorphous nature of the specimen. The presence of various functional/fundamental groups in the present glasses was analyzed through FTIR spectra. The physical, structural and elastic traits of the glasses were explored. The variation in the structural compactness of the glass structure according to the incorporated modifier was enlightened to describe their suitability for a better shielding media. For the examined glasses, the metallization criterion value varied in the range 0.613-0.692, indicating the non-metallic character of the glasses with possible nonlinear optical applications. The computed elastic moduli expose the Li-containing glass (BTLi:Eu) to be tightly packed and rigid, which is a requirement for a better shielding channel. Furthermore, the optical bandgap and the Urbach energy values are calculated based on the optical absorption spectra. The evaluated bonding parameters revealed the nature of the fabricated glasses covalent. In addition, we investigated the radiation attenuation attributes of the prepared Eu3+ ions doped multi constituent glasses using Phy-X software. We determined the linear attenuation coefficient (LAC) and reported the influence of the five oxides Li2O3, CaO, BaO, SrO, and ZnO on the LAC values. The LAC varied between 0.433 and 0.549 cm-1 at 0.284 MeV. The 39B2O3-25TeO2-15Li2O3-10Na2O-10K2O-1Eu2O3 glass has a much smaller LAC than the other glasses.

배우 음성 훈련을 위한 EVT 구조연습 활용방안 II (How to Use EVT Figures for Actor Voice Training II)

  • 본 연구는 음성 과학에 근간을 두고 있는 에스틸 보이스 트레이닝(Estill Voice Training) 모델의 구조연습(Figure)이 배우가 인물을 창조하는 연기예술에 있어 음성적 전문성의 확장으로 기여할 수 있는 가능성을 모색하고 그에 따른 활용방안을 고찰하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 음성 산출 기관의 유동성과 구조적 측면의 기능성을 통한 훈련 모델은 모호한 추상성에 기인하여 소리의 결과에만 천착하는 기존의 음성 훈련과는 차별화된다. 가성대, 윤상연골, 연구개, AES, 앵커링 등 후두부와 성도의 수의적 조정 능력을 개발하는 것은 예술적 목표음 산출을 보다 용이하게 만드는 과학적 효율성을 가지며 배우가 직면하는 기능적 한계를 창조적으로 극복할 수 있는 기술적 방법론으로 활용될 수 있다. 음성 산출 요소 간의 조화와 협응을 위한 원리적 훈련인 에스틸 모델의 구조연습은 이미지와 추상성이 주류를 이루고 있는 국내의 배우 음성 교육에 대안적 훈련 모델로 활용될 수 있는 실용적 가치를 지닌다.

동부 Diallel Cross$ F_2$세대의 유전분석에 관한 연구 (Studies on Genetic Analysis by the Diallel Crosses in $F_2$ Generation of Cowpea(Vigna sinensis savi.))

  • 신 두과작물 증산의 중요성에 비추어 동부의 육종상 기초자료를 얻고자, 품종중 특성이 뚜렷한 6개품종을 2면교잡하여 교배친 6개품종과 $F_2$세대 15개 조합을 재료로 각 형질에 관여하는 유전자의 분포상태 및 우성정도 그리고 조합능력 등을 추정한 바, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. Vr-Wr Graph에서 개화일수, 분지수, 협장, 주당협장, 주당립수, 백립중 및 구당립중의 7개형질은 불완전우성이었고, 성숙일수, 생육일수, 절간장 및 협당립수는 초우성으로 각각 나타났으나 경직경은 완전우성에 가까운 불완전우성이었다. 2. 각 형질의 우성정도를 본바, 개화일수, 성숙일수, 생육일수, 절간장, 주당협수, 협당립수, 주당립수, 구당립중의 8개형질은 그 값이 1이상이었고, 그 중 개화일수, 생육일수, 주당협수, 주당립수, 구당립중의 5개형질에 관여하는 유전자에서는 D < H로서 우성효과가 더 큰 것으로 추정되었다. 또한 평균우성정도는 성숙일수, 분기수, 주당립수의 형질들이 부의 값을 보여 타 형질과는 다른 경향이었으며, 우성열성유전자평균빈도는 성숙일수, 절간장, 분기수, 협당립수에서 비교적 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 3. 일반조합능력(GCA)과 특정조합능력(SCA)을 검정한 바, 전 형질에서 일반조합능력의 값이 특정조합능력 보다 컸으며, 그중 구당립중이 일반조합능력과 특정조합능력에서 가장 높았다. 4. 조합능력의 효과에서, 일반조합능력의 효과는 J78이 개화일수, 생육일수, 주당협수, 주당립수, 구당립중의 5개형질에서 높게 나타났으며, 특정조합능력의 효과는 대체로 조합과 형질에 따라서 상이하였으나 TVu 1857$\times$TVu 2885, TVu 2702$\times$J78의 조합에서 그 효과가 크게 평가되었다.dica${\times}$Japonica 품종들은 $17/9^{\circ}C$에서만 고사되고 $20/12^{\circ}C$에서는 초기등숙이 정체되었다가 2주일후부터 등숙이 서서히 시작되었다. 7. 온도조건에 따른 복백미의 형성은 최적온도$(26/18^{\circ}C)$로부터 최저나 최고조건에서 많았고 사미 및 적미도 같은 경향으로 나타났다. 8. 현미립의 길이 및 두께 폭에 대한 영향을 보면 저온조건$(17/9^{\circ}C\;20/12^{\circ}C)$에서 짧거나, 얇고, 좁은 편이었다. 9. 온도별 립중분포의 빈도를 보면 IR36은 최고온도조건이나 $(32/24^{\circ}C)$ 최저온도$(23/13^{\circ}C)$에서 동일한 립중분포를 보였고 최적온도조건에서는 $(26/18^{\circ}C$ 높은 립중분포를 보였고 진흥은 최고, 최저, 최적온도 순으로 립중증가의 빈도를 보였으며 Indica${\times}$Japonica 품종들은 진흥과 IR36품종의 중간 영역에 머물고 있었다.mite처리구가 8.6%, 유황첨가구가 5.7~7.4% 증수되었음을 보이었다. 7. 식물체중의 조단백질 함량은 대조구, 5%, 10% 유황첨가구가 3.31~3.50%로서 비슷하였고 15% 유황첨가구는 3.94%, Dolomite첨가구는 5.38%였다. 아미노산도 15%유황첨가구와 Dolomite첨가구가 많이 함유되어 있었다. 현미중 조단백질은 15%유황첨가구가 10.14%로서 최고이었으며 10%유황첨가구와 Dolomite첨가구는 9.85%로서 다음이었다. 아미노산도 대조구의 현미에는 유황처리구보다 작았으며 유황처리구에서는
