Under the Agricultural technology is influenced from climate that is requisite of seasonal. So this system will cover the problems and develop the agricultural industry as well. So far, the agricultural industry is developing however, it has the points of the weakness because of natural disasters such as wind risk and heavy snow. This paper designs system to change vinyl on the greenhouse. This is a preliminary study for the real-time feedback control of greenhouse. The study developed a wireless IoT sensor system based on authentic technology capacities, to integrate with the protected horticulture Management System. These system was used to evaluate the levels of the snow cover and wind through IoT devices. The existing greenhouse uses the warm water to clear snow or to change methods. This system will recover by changing the vinyl which is covered outside of the greenhouse. The points of the system is changing vinyl to spin pipe. It is contained extra vinyl. The effects of this system are minimized labor protected crops from natural disasters. For this purpose, the study first developed a wireless IoT sensor unit that integrates an MEMS device and wireless communication module. Also, the study developed an operating program that enables real-time response measurement. It will help operational and maintenance greenhouse as a result.

This paper aimed to analyze the impact of temperature rising on the change of cultivation area and yields of apple. This study used apple data from statistical year book and climate data from Daegu, Uiseong, and Jangsu weather station. It was investigated whether temperature rising have had significant impact on apple. In the 1970s, the apple grew mostly in the southern part of Gyeongsangbuk-do between regions in and around Daegu and Gyeongsan. Recently, the cultivation area and yields of apple were concentrated on northern part of Gyeongsangbuk-do between regions in and around Uiseong and Mungyeong. The mean temperature from April to October is good in Uiseong and Jangsu. But the mean temperature from April to October is higher than optimal condition in Daegu. It means that temperature rising have a bad influence in apple cultivation. The daily temperature range is decreasing in Daegu and Jangsu, but it is increasing in Uiseong.

Today, the weather is changing continually, due to the progress of global warming. As the weather changes, the habitats of different organisms will change as well. It cannot be predicted whether or not the weather will change with each passing day. In particular, the biological distribution of the areas climate change affects constitutes a major factor in determining the natural state of indigenous plants; additionally, plants are constantly exposed to rhizobacteria, which are bound to be sensitive to these changes. Interest has grown in the relationship between plants and rhizopheric microorganisms. As a result of this interest we elected to research and experiment further. We researched the dominant changes that occur between plants and rhizospheric organisms due to global warming. First, we used temperature as a variable. We employed four different temperatures and four different sites: room temperature ($27^{\circ}C$), $+2^{\circ}C$, $+4^{\circ}C$, and $+6^{\circ}C$. The four different sites we used were populated by the following strains: Pinus densiflora, Pinus koraiensis, Quercus acutissima. We counted colonies of these plants and divided them. Then, using 16S rRNA analysis we identified the microorganisms. In conclusion, we identified the following genera, which were as follows: 24 strains of Bacillus, 6 Paenibacillus strains, 1 Pseudomonas strains. Among these genera, the dominant strains in Pinus densiflora was discovered in the same genus. Additionally, those of Pinus koraiensis and Quercus acutissima changed in both genus and strains which changed into the Bacillus genus from the Paenibacillus genus at $33^{\circ}C$.
Since the announcement of the Rio Earth Charter in 1992, the Environmental Policy of each country has changed a lot. That is, it aims at compatibility of nature and humans, and preservation and development of environment. It has changed a goal from the past direct regulation and post-treatment to 'sustainable development'. To overcome world-wide environmental problems such as changing global climate, various political means such as economic incentives and pre-prevention policy such as environmentally-friendly productive process, effective use of resources, minimized generation of waste have been developed. As environmental problems which are growing serious began to threat survival of human beings, they must be globally managed rather than by a single country. Therefore, this study is to speculate the EIA System of each country for environmental protection based on such recognition of problems.
Since the middle of the 70s, the countries with the marine resources declared the exclusive water zone of two hundred miles. As a result, our country lacked many foreign fishing grounds. This awakened our perception of fishing grounds. The fishing ground is an important factor in the economical effectiveness of fisheries. The fishing ground must have the following basic conditions. 1. It must be the place the fishery resources inhabit and wander. 2. Their catching or aquaculturing must be possible by the technical methods. 3. It must have economic worth in the management. The fishing ground that achieves the above basic conditions is affected by the following factors. This is the factor of the fishing ground location. A. Natural factor 1). Suitable climate 2).Abundant resources 3). Good quality of the sea-bottom 4). Not to be pollutted area B, Economic factor 1). Be adjacent to fishing port and fisheries market 2). Good working conditions 3). Be abundant of economical resources C. Social factor 1). Be possible to work legally 2). Be permitted in the political relations 3). Be acquainted with the customs of foreign countries The fishing ground location is mainly affected by the natural factor of the above factors. The abundance of resources depends on the natural resources. The resources in the fishing ground have the cycle of developing period, maturing period, and decaying period according to the fishing efforts. The point that we sustainably yield the maximum of fishery resources is the changing point of maturing period and decaying period. We call this point MSY, so the resources of fishing ground should be managed by the MSY. Therefore, when we select the fishing ground location. We should judge the natural factor, the economic factor and the social factor synthetically according to the situation and environment, so we can achieve the efficient management.
This study aims to analyze region-specific trends in changing greenhouse gas emissions in incineration plants of local government where waste heat generated during incineration are reused for the recent five years (2009 to 2013). The greenhouse gas generated from the incineration plants is largely $CO_2$ with a small amount of $CH_4$ and $N_2O$. Most of the incineration plants operated by local government produce steam with waste heat generated from incineration to produce electricity or reuse it for hot water/heating and resident convenience. And steam in some industrial complexes is supplied to companies who require it for obtaining resources for local government or incineration plants. All incineration plants, research targets of this study, are using LNG or diesel fuel as auxiliary fuel for incinerating wastes and some of the facilities are using LFG(Landfill Gas). The calculation of greenhouse gas generated during waste incineration was according to the Local Government's Greenhouse Emissions Calculation Guideline. As a result of calculation, the total amount of greenhouse gas released from all incineration plants for five years was about $3,174,000tCO_2eq$. To look at it by year, the biggest amount was about $877,000tCO_2eq$ in 2013. To look at it by region, Gyeonggido showed the biggest amount (about $163,000tCO_2eq$ annually) and the greenhouse gas emissions per capita was the highest in Ulsan Metropolitan City(about $154kCO_2eq$ annually). As a result of greenhouse gas emissions calculation, some incineration plants showed more emissions by heat recovery than by incineration, which rather reduced the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions. For more accurate calculation of greenhouse gas emissions in the future, input data management system needs to be improved.
The current socioeconomic climate has meant more children spend more time alone at home even for dining. This study was performed to characterize modem Korean childrens´food ecology based on mealtime atmosphere. A total of 705 elementary school students, 347 girls and 358 boys took part in the study. They were chosen evenly from the Seoul metropolitan areas, provincial cities, or rural areas, and were asked to fill out a questionnaire. The questionnaire was categorized to determine various factors related to food ecology, life styles, and health related symptoms. The average age of the study subjects was 11.5 years. The average height, weight, body mass index, and Rohrer index were 143.2cm, 37.6kg, 18.2 and 127.2 respectively. A significant number of children(39.2%) answered their bed time was between 11 and 12 pm. Only 28.3% answered that the whole family has breakfast together, and 47.7% have dinner together. A considerable number of children, 17.8% for breakfast and 6.9% for dinner, answered they eat alone. Most of the children answered they like to have dinner with the whole family. Half of the children answered they do not feel hungry before having breakfast. Proportions of children for their favorite meal time were 66.8%, and 25.4% and 7.8% for dinner, school lunch, and breakfast respectively. The largest proportions of children, 53.3% and 68.7%, have breakfast and dinner at home. Most of the children(75.2%) never purchase their dinner. Forty two% of the children answered they like school lunch, however, 60% of children answered they leave portions of lunch uneaten occasionally or always. Only 38.0% and 46.2% of the children have nutritionally adequate diet for breakfast and dinner. Children having more meals with the whole family possessed a more positive attitude towards breakfast compared to the children who eat with the whole family less frequently. In conclusion, Korea children are exposed to different health threatening food ecology problems related to changing environments, and consistent concern and support from community nutritionists are required.
Phenological variables derived from remote sensing are useful in determining the seasonal cycles of ecosystems in a changing climate. Satellite remote sensing imagery is useful for the spatial continuous monitoring of vegetation phenology across broad regions; however, its applications are substantially constrained by atmospheric disturbances such as clouds, dusts, and aerosols. By way of contrast, a tower-based ground remote sensing approach at the canopy level can provide continuous information on canopy phenology at finer spatial and temporal scales, regardless of atmospheric conditions. In this study, a tower-based ground remote sensing system, called the "Phenological Eyes Network (PEN)", which was installed at the Gwangneung Deciduous KoFlux (GDK) flux tower site in Korea was introduced, and daily phenological progressions at the canopy level were assessed using ratios of red, green, and blue (RGB) spectral reflectances obtained by the PEN system. The PEN system at the GDK site consists of an automatic-capturing digital fisheye camera and a hemi-spherical spectroradiometer, and monitors stand canopy phenology on an hourly basis. RGB data analyses conducted between late March and early December in 2009 revealed that the 2G_RB (i.e., 2G - R - B) index was lower than the G/R (i.e., G divided by R) index during the off-growing season, owing to the effects of surface reflectance, including soil and snow effects. The results of comparisons between the daily PEN-obtained RGB ratios and daily moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS)-driven vegetation indices demonstrate that ground remote sensing data, including the PEN data, can help to improve cloud-contaminated satellite remote sensing imagery.

Gradually or radically change how the characteristics of the climate characteristic using change point analysis for the precipitation indicators were investigated. Significantly the amount, extreme and frequency were separated by precipitation indicators, each indicator RIA(Rainfall Index for Amount), RIE(Rainfall Index for Extremes) and RIF(Rainfall Index for Frequency) was defined. Bayesian Change Point was applied to investigate changing over time of precipitation indicators calculated. As the result of analysis, precipitation indicators in South Korea was found to recently increase all indicators except for the annual precipitation days and 200-yr precipitation. RIA revealed that there was a very clear point of significance for the change in Ulleungdo, Relatively significant results for RIE were identified in Gumi, Jecheon and Seogwipo. Also, since the 1990s, an increase in the number of variation points, and the horizontal width of the fluctuation point was being relatively wider. Based on these results, rethink the precipitation on the assumption of stationarity was judged necessary.

Terrestrial ecosystem are a strong sink of carbon. Forest ecosystem, one of them, has been expected to play an important role in climate changing process by absorbing atmospheric carbon dioxide. On the other hand, agricultural ecosystem that consists mainly of annual crops is regarded as poor contributor to carbon accumulation, because its production (carbon hydrate) is decomposed into carbon at a short period, which is emitted to the atmosphere. However, it is thought that fruit tree plays a great role in decreasing atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration, same as forest. Net ecosystem exchange of $CO_2$ (NEE) was measured to estimate carbon fixation capacity using an eddy covariance (EC) system method in 2 years from 2005 to 2006 at an apple orchard in Uiseong, Gyeongbuk. Average air temperature values were higher in 2006 than in 2005 during the dormant season, and lower by about $5^{\circ}C$ over the growing season causing visible cold injuries. Accordingly, we investigated long-term exchange of carbon to determine how much difference of carbon fixation capacity was shown between 2006 and 2005 in terms of environmental and plant variables such as NEE, leaf area index (LAI), and Albedo. NEE was $4.8Mg\;C\;ha^{-1}yr^{-1}$ in 2005 and $4.7Mg\;C\;ha^{-1}yr^{-1}$ in 2006, respectively. Low temperature after July in 2006 decreased LAI values faster than those in 2005. Meanwhile, Albedo values were higher after July in 2006 than in 2005. These results show that the low temperature after July in 2006 apparently affected apple growth.
