In general, the simple items we need to live in are purchased through retail stores such as supermarkets near our home. In the store, not only the items but also the management personnel and the payment instruments for the store management are located in one space called the store. Such a general store environment is gradually changing into an 'unmanned market' as a result of the development and fusion of information and communication technology (ICT). An unmanned market is an environment in which no one runs a market as the word has. An example of a typical change is Amazon's Unofficial Amazon Store. In addition, the usage and prospects of unmanned market in China are growing very meaningfully. In this study, the present situation of the unmanned market is examined in the US and China markets, and the development prospects are described. It also describes the key milestones necessary for the unmanned market.

This paper presents a development of a mobile sign language recognition system for daily communication of deaf people, who are sign dependent to access language, with hearing people. The system observes their sign by a cap-mounted camera and accelerometers equipped on wrists. To create a real application working in mobile environment, which is a harder recognition problem than lab environment due to illumination change and real-time requirement, a robust hand segmentation method is introduced and HMMs are adopted with a strong grammar. The result shows 99.07% word accuracy in continuous sign.

Recently, smart grid has been considered a very important new energy delivery technology, and one that can help ensure a cleaner environment by making use of information and communication technology (ICT) in countries around the world. The many technological benefits smart grid offers is expected to bring about a huge change in the electric energy supply chain. In particular, smart grid with advanced ICT is likely to allow market agents to participate in the decision-making process in the restructured electricity industry, easily facilitating Homeostatic Utility Control. In this paper, we examine smart grid as a market externality, and then illustrate issues from the commercial market perspective as it relates to electricity market design. Finally, our paper identifies some of the impacts of smart grid on electricity market design, which may possibly be incorporated into the evolution of the electricity market, thus ensuring market efficiency.

This study examines the interplay between the reactions of YouTube users and North Korean propaganda. Interesting enough, the study has noticed changes in the strict media environment under young leader Kim. Messages delivered by the communist regime to the outside world appeared to resemble those of 'normal' countries. Although North Korean YouTube was led mainly by the account operator, visitors from different nations do comment on the channel, which suggests the possibility of building international communities for propaganda purposes. Overall, the study observed a sparsely connected social network among ordinary commenters. However, the operator did not exercise tight control over peer-to-peer communication but merely answered questions and tried to facilitate mass participation. In contrast to the many news clips, the documentary content on North Korea's YouTube channel did not explicitly advocate for North Korea's current political positions.

Selected chemical, physical, mechanical, and magnetic properties of magnetite, Co-${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$, $CrO_2$ recording tapes were studied, under three sets of temperature and humidity conditions, to accelerate the tapes' aging. The results. obtained indicated that changes in temperature, huminity and magnetic properties were dependent. Changes in the magnetic properties can be used to predict the life expentancy of the information stored in the media. Together, all of these properties can be used to assess the overall storage characteristics of magnetitie, Co-${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$, $CrO_2$ recording tapes.

The electrical characteristics of power devices such as BJT (Bipolar Junction Transistor), and MOSFET (Metal Oxide Field Effect Transistor), etc, are altered due to impinging photon radiation and temperature in the nuclear or the space environment. In this paper, BJT and MOSFET are the two devices subjected to ${\gamma}$ radiation. In the case of BJT, the current gain (${\beta}$) and the collector to Emiter breakdown voltage ($V_{CEO}$) are the two main parameters considered. When it was subjected to ${\gamma}$ rays, the ${\beta}$ decreases as the dose level increases, whereas, $V_{CEO}$ gradually increases as the dose level increases. In the case of MOSFET, the threshold voltage is decreasing as the dose level increases. Here it has been observed the decent rate is an increasing function of the threshold voltage. The on-resistance does not change with respect to the dose. Both the devices recover back the original specification after the annealing is finished. No permanent damage has been occurred.

The working environment of DTP tends to increase from Macintosh to MS Windows in Korea because of being developed exclusively cross-platformed applications. Base of this change is not related to spread of using PDF. Recently, it's cause of falling into dilemma in Prepress. It's due that operators in Prepress don't have correctly understanding about differences and features between Postscript and PDF. This paper tried to search a way to solve problems via changing circumstance in operating Postscript and PDF.

In addition to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, interest and research on medical information are actively being conducted. As the technologies using short-range low-power wireless communication are applied in connection with mobile devices, the utilization of them in medical institutions is gradually increasing, and the demand of customers who want to receive high-quality services using IT technology is increasing in the medical environment according to the development and change of technology. In addition, modern people who are familiar with smart equipment and consider the value of time is important do not waste their time through rapid service. In addition, as the recent epidemics including Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) have become popular, interest in untapped (non-face-to-face) has increased, and social distance is needed as a preliminary measure against infectious diseases. For this reason, this study studied the untapped-based medical reception system to provide quick service to patients using short-range low-power wireless communication and to provide safer and more comfortable environment for medical staff and visitors.
