  • 최근 거대언어모델(LLM)이 기계 번역 및 기계 독해를 포함한 다양한 문제들에서 높은 성능을 보이고 있다. 특히 프롬프트 기반의 대규모 언어 모델은 사고사슬 방식으로 적절한 프롬프팅을 통해 원하는 형식의 답변을 생성할 수 있으며 자연어 추론 단계에서도 높은 정확도를 보여주고 있다. 그러나 근본적으로 LLM의 매개변수에 질문에 관련된 지식이 없거나 최신 정보로 업데이트 되지 않은 경우 추론이 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 본 연구는 검색문서와 생성모델의 상호작용을 통해 답변하는 한국어 질의응답 모델을 제안한다. 검색이 어려운 경우 생성형 모델을 통해 질문과 관련된 문장을 생성하며, 이는 다시 검색모델과 추론 과정에서 활용된다. 추가로 "판단불가"라는 프롬프팅을 통해 모델이 답변할 수 없는 경우를 스스로 판단하게 한다. 본 연구결과에서 GPT3를 활용한 사고사슬 모델이 63.4의 F1 점수를 보여주며 생성형 모델과 검색모델의 융합이 적절한 프롬프팅을 통해 오픈-도메인 질의응답에서 성능의 향상을 보여준다.

Molecular genetic characterization of multiple antimicrobial resistant Salmonella spp. isolated from pigs and cattle (소와 돼지유래 다제내성 Salmonella속 균의 분자유전학적 특성)

  • At the present study, it was aimed to explore the molecular genetic characterization of multiple antimicrobial resistant Salmonella spp. isolates from pigs and cattle. A total of 138 Salmonella Typhimurium (S. Typhimurium) isolates were typed with phage, among them, 83.3% of S. Typhimurium tested could divide into a 10 phage types. Definitive type 193 (DT193) (25.4%) and DT195 (24.6%) were exhibited as the dominant types. DT104 and U302 were found from pigs and cattle. On the other hand, S. Enteritidis had 6 phage types, of them, phage type 21 (PT21) and PT11b were the popular types. In the plasmid profiles, 135 of S. Typhimurium isolates were exhibited 1 to 6 plasmid bands which molecular weight ranged from 90 to 2kb. 35 isolates (25.4%) harbored a 90kb plasmid which is thought to be the serotype specific virulence plasmid. Two of twenty five S. Enteritidis had common plasmids at 2 and 1.5kb. With multiplex polymerase chain reaction, virulence genes (invA and spvC) were detected from all Salmonella spp. from 167 of S. Typhimurium, S. Enteritidis and chloramphenicol resistant S. Schwarzengrund, but some drug resistant genes, such as PSE-1, cml/tetR and flo were not determined but other drug resistant genes, for example TEM and int were found. The detection rates of spvC, TEM and int gene was 35.3%, 29.3% and 72.5%, respectively. The TEM gene was highly popular in S. Typhimurium, which was detected from ampicillin and amoxicillin resistant strains as 95.9%. int gene was able to detect from all the isolates identified as multidrug resistsnt (MDR), particularly DT193 was thought as the most prevalent virulence and multidrug resistance isolate. The major plasmid profile and drug resistance pattern of DT193 were 90, 40, 10.5, 6.3, 3.0kb and ACCbDNaPSSuT, respectively. MDR was commonly found in other phage types, particularly DT104, U302 and DT203.

  • The mechanism of action of fish oil (FO), currently used in different chronic inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), is not completely understood, although it is thought that it could alter the metabolism of endogenous autacoids. In addition, we hypothesized that the known capability of fatty acids (FA) of stabilizing serum albumin and perhaps other proteins, may be of pharmacological relevance considering that it is shared by other anti-rheumatic agents (e.g. nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs). Thus, we studied the effect of oral administration of FO and corn oil (CO), a vegetable oil with a different composition, on the stability of rat serum proteins, evaluated buy a classical in vitro method based on heat-induced protein denaturation. FO, and, to a lower extent, CO inhibited heat-induced denaturation of rat serum (RS): based on the inhibitory activity (EC50) of the major fatty acids against heat-induced denaturation of RS in vitro, it was possible to speculate the in vivo effects of palmitic acid (C16:0) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, C20:5, n-3) may be more relevant than that of linolenic acid (C18:2). To better investigate this phenomenon, we extracted albumin from the serum of animals treated or not with FO with a one-step affinity chromatography technique, obtaining high purity rat serum albumin preparations (RSA-CTRL and RSA-FO), as judged by SDS-PAGE with Coomassie blue staining. When these RSA preparations were heated at $70^{\circ}C$ for 30 min, it was noted that RSA-FO was much more stable than RSA-CTRL, presumably due to higher number of long chain fatty acids (FA) such as palmitic acid or EPA. In conclusion, we provided evidences that oral administration of FO in the rat stabilizes serum albumin, due to an increase in the number of protein bound long chain fatty acids (e.g. palitic acid and EPA). We speculate that the stabilization of serum albumin and perhaps other proteins could prevent changes of antigenicity due to protein denaturation and glycosylation, which may trigger pathological autoimmune responses, suggesting that this action may be involved in the mode of action of FO in RA and other chronic inflammatory diseases.

View of the God in Daesoon Thoughts viewed from Perennial Philosophy (영원의 철학(Perennial Philosophy)으로 본 대순사상의 신관)

  • We live in two giant pendulum in called 'science' and 'religion'. But science and religion are contained in disparate information with each other, Those two is not easy to achieve convergence. But if you accept the ontological scheme of Great Chain of Being(存在의 大連鎖) in the Perennial philosophy(永遠의 哲學), Debate between religion and science is meaningless 'Great Nest of Being(存在의 대둥지, Great Chain of Being)' is similar to the multiple concentric circles, there are different dimension that the each top level to subsume surrounding the lower level. For example, upper zone 'Mysticism(神秘主義)' includes but transcends(or transcends but includes.) the sub-region theology, psychology, biology and physics. The Perennial philosophy is the great spiritual teachers of the world, philosophers and thinkers have adopted a common worldview, a religious views. Philosophers of the perennial philosophy seem to match the cross-cultural almost unanimous about the general level of the 'Great Nest of Being' for the past 3,000 years. The perennial philosophy made the conclusion that God exists in the world. Several types of view of God existing religions in the world have 'Monotheism(一神論)', 'Pantheism(汎神論)' and 'Panentheism (汎在神論)'. Although traditionally the God of the philosophers is the classical Theism, theological trends of today it is moving in the direction of Panentheism. Panentheism see that god is immanent and transcendent. also Daesoon Thoughts is the position of the Panentheism. so this paper points out the fact that the view of God of the perennial philosophy is precisely consistent with the view of God of Daesoon Thoughts. Wilber says 'envelopment [transcend and include]'. The word translates as 'powol(包越)' in Korean. 'Powol(包越)' means that all the developmental evolution is to surround the sub-region developed into the higher realms. View of the God in the perennial philosophy is 'powol theism(包越的 有神論)'. but 'powol immanent God(包越的 內在神論)' rather than building regulations as 'powol theism(包越的 有神論)'. It would have to be a more accurate representation of it. Because in the existing 'theism(有神論)' the god and humans are thought to exist apart. However, Daesoon Thoughts are deemed to also recognize another universal laws. also Sangje(上帝, the Supreme God) is recognized as a cosmic existence that transcends the laws. This point, as the characteristics of the Daesoon Thoughts, In other religions can not be found. Therefore, More specifically represent(More accurately represent), Sangje of the Daesoon Thoughts can be described as 'powol theism' or 'transcendental and included deism(包越的 理神論)'. Importantly, The idea of God can be captured directly by the discipline. In this sense, In terms of the other religions have no discipline law, the practice [discipline] of the Daesoon Thoughts required in the present age. It has the absoluteness.

The Influences of Fatty Alcohol and Fatty Acid on Rheological Properties of O/W Emulsion (고급알코올과 고급지방산이 O/W에멀젼의 유동특성에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the influences of fatty alcohols and fatty acids on rheological properties of oil in water (O/W) emulsions using viscosity and rheograms. As the chain length of fatty alcohols and fatty acids lengthened, the viscosity of emulsions was increased. The influence of fatty alcohols on viscosity enhancement was stronger than that of fatty acids. Both stearyl alcohol and cetearyl alcohol, which have carbon chain length similar to lipophilic portion of surfactant used in emulsion preparation, had showed the best increase in viscosity of O/W emulsions. O/W emulsions prepared with fatty alcohols and fatty acids were pseudo-plastic fluid and they showed shear thinning behaviour like as the common cosmetic emulsions. O/W emulsions prepared with cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol were thixotropic fluids and thixotropy increased with an increase in the concentration of fatty alcohols and fatty acids. Also O/W emulsions prepared with fatty alcohols were more thixotropic than those prepared with fatty acids. For the sake of viscosity increase related to O/W emulsions stability and spreadability enhancement related to payoff, it is thought that fatty alcohols are more useful than fatty acids in the O/W emulsions as the emulsion stabilizer.

For the reason above, the concept of reverse logistics and classification, the comparison with any similar concepts and its necessity are studied in this research through the theoretical consideration and the current state of the reverse logistics is organized in this research by acknowledging the domestic development process and the properties regarding the recycles of resources. In addition, the way to apply to the nation was investigated by comparing with the environmentalism development process, the reverse logistics policies and examples of advanced countries in logistics. The research proposed building of intimate cooperative system between a shipper and logistic service provider for the reverse logistics throughout the whole supply chain, the financial support, amendment of regulations, support Eco-friendly logistic technology development and the propagation, effective logistic system development and others and it is expected to bring a significant meaning to the reverse logistic policy and operation later on.

  • This study aims to find a way of developing the local food industry by examining CEOs who run local food restaurants. As a result of researching the local food of Daejeon and the Chungnam province, there were 106 kinds of local food. However, all the CEOs of local food restaurants were having difficulty in operating. In order to survey the local food restaurants for development devices, 450 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to man- or woman-CEOs who operate a local food restaurant in Daejeon city and the Chungnam province. Among 450 copies of the distributed questionnaire, 390 copies were collected for this study. It used a total of 370 copies as the effective samples for an empirical analysis except 20 copies with false entries among them. The result of the empirical analysis showed as follows: 1) For the recognition of the local food, there was not difference between males and females. 2) For the factor of success on the local food restaurants, both males and females answered food taste was most important. 3) For the reason why chain business of the local food restaurants was difficult, both males and females answered there were too many side dishes coming with a main dish. 4) For the way of reinforcing competitive power of the local food restaurants, most of the male respondents and all females thought there should be financial support.

Effect of Cosurfactant on Intermediate Phase Formation in Systems Containing Alkyl Ethoxylate Nonionic Surfactant, Water and Lubricant (Alkyl Ethoxylate 비이온 계면활성제, 물과 윤활유를 포함한 시스템에서 보조계면활성제가 중간상 생성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • It has been found that the addition of cosurfactant is necessary in order to expand three phase region containing middle phase microemulsion in ternary systems containing alkyl ethoxylate (AEO) nonionic surfactant, commercial lubricant and water. Phase behavior in the surfactant systems with addition of cosurfactant over a temperature range of 30 to $60^{\circ}C$ showed different trends depending on surfactant, temperature and chain length of alcohol added. For the $C_{12}E_4$ system, addition of n-pentanol and n-hexanol both produced a three phase region over a wide range of temperatures but the middle-phase formed was found to be a $L_3$ or D' phase which would not facilitate solubilization of high molecular weight lubricants. On the other hand, for the $C_{12}E_5$ system, the middle-phase microemulsion was found to be formed with addition of a rather long-chain alcohol such as n-hexanol, n-heptanol, n-octanol, or n-nonanol. The results shown with the addition of cosurfactant was understood in connection with interfacial tension measurements and composition analysis. The inability of the hydrocarbon region of the surfactant films to incorporate the large lubricant molecules and high solubility of a hydrophobic surfactant are thought to be the chief reasons for poor solubilization with D' phase.

Bulge Characteristics of 1,000 mL Carton Pak according to the Different Storage Conditions (저장유통 조건에 따른 1,000 mL 카톤팩의 벌지현상)

  • This study was carried out to obtain physical characteristics of paper board and to measure bulge of 1,000 mL carton pak by different storage conditions. Water holding capacity of paper boards were mean of 5.6~7.0%, stiffness of machine direction(MD) was 243.3~266.7 g/cm and cross direction(CD) was 99.2~109.2 g/cm, respectively. The weight of 1,000 mL carton pak were in the range of 29.17~31.26 g. The bulge of carton paks were 6.33~6.93 mm after 7 days at 6$^{\circ}C$ storage, 7.26~8.56 mm after 7 days at 10$^{\circ}C$ and was 8.66 mm after 7 days at 10$^{\circ}C$ treated with 1 hour heat shock per day, respectively. According to this result, the bulge length of 1,000 mL carton pak was showed increased pattern upon increasing the storage temperature and the order was 6$^{\circ}C$ < l0$^{\circ}C$ < 10$^{\circ}C$+ heat shock. To prevent bulge occurence, it was thought to control storage temperature and humidity of paper board or carton pak and to minimize their shock on cold chain system after filling process.

Cloning of Pig Kidney cDNA Encoding an Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme (돼지 신장의 Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme cDNA 클로닝)

  • Angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) is a zinc-containing dipeptidase widely distributed in mammalian tissues and is thought to play a significant role in blood pressure regulation by hydrolyzing angiotensin I to the potent vasoconstrictor, angiotensin II. Recently, the presence of ACE in pig ovary was reported and the ACE from pig kidney was isolated and characterized. However no nucleotide sequence of the ACE gene from pig is yet known. We report here the cloning of the ACE cDNA from pig kidney by using the reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. The complete amino acid sequence deduced from the cDNA contains 1309 residues with a molecular mass of 150 kDa, beginning with a signal peptide of 33 amino acids. Amino acid sequence analysis showed that pig kidney ACE is also probably anchored by a short transmembrane domain located near the C-terminus. This protein contains a tandem duplication of the two homologous amino acid peptidase domain. Each of these two domains bears a putative metal-binding site (His-Glu-Met-Gly-His) identified in mammalian somatic ACE. The alignment of pig ACE amino acid sequence with human, rabbit, and mouse reveals that both two domains have been highly conserved during evolution.
