  • 최근 세계 경제는 미국과 유럽의 재정위기로 기업의 유동성이 부족하게 되었고 기업경영 환경에 큰 어려움이 있다. 이런 시기에 공급업체와 조화롭고 협력적인 관계를 바탕으로 고객의 다양한 요구를 충족하는 것은 매우 중요해졌다. 현시대는 기업 혼자의 힘만으로는 새로운 경쟁적 요구상황을 충족시킬 수 없으므로 기업 간 상호관계를 증대시킬 필요성이 요구된다. 기업 간 경쟁에서 공급사슬 간 경쟁으로 변화하고 있다. 그러므로 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 통한 협력이 중요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 "공급사슬에서 기업 간 협력이 높을수록 절대적 물류성과와 상대적 물류성과가 개선될 수 있다"라는 연구명제를 제시하여 공급사슬기업간 의사소통, 정보기술의 사용, 파트너십, 성과모니터링을 통해 절대적 물류성과와 상대적 물류성과의 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

Respiratory Chain-Linked Components of the Marine Bacterium Vibrio alginolyticus Affect Each Other

  • The aerobic respiratory chain of Vibrio alginolyticus possesses two different kinds of NADH oxidase systems, i.e., an $Na^{+}$-dependent NADH oxidase system and an $Na^{+}$-independent NADH oxidase system. When deamino-NADH, which is the only substrate for the $Na^{+}$-dependent NADH oxidase system, was used as a substrate, the maximum activities of $N^{+}$-dependent NADH: quinone oxidoreductase and $Na^{+}$-dependent NADH oxidase were obtained at about 0.06 M and 0.2 M NaCl, respectively. When NADH, which is a substrate for both $Na^{+}$-dependent and $Na^{+}$-independent NADH oxidase systems was used as a substrate, the NADH oxidase activity had a pH optimum at about 8.0. In cGntrastl when deamino-NADH was used as a substrate, the NADH oxidase activity had a pH optimum at about 9.0. On the other handle inside-out membrane vesicles prepared from the wild-type bacterium generated only a very small $\Delta$pH by the NADH oxidase system, whereas inside-out membrane vesicles prepared from Napl, which is a mutant defective in the $Na^{+}$ pump, generated $\Delta$pH to a considerable extent by the NADH oxidase system. On the basis of the results\ulcorner it was concluded that the respiratory chain-linked components of V. atginotyticus affect each other.

Transcriptome analysis of a transgenic Arabidopsis plant overexpressing CsBCAT7 reveals the relationship between CsBCAT7 and branched-chain amino acid catabolism

  • The amino acids found in plants play important roles in protein biosynthesis, signaling processes, and stress responses, and as components in other biosynthesis pathways. Amino acid degradation helps maintain plant cells' energy states under certain carbon starvation conditions. Branched-chain amino acid transferases (BCATs) play an essential role in the metabolism of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) such as isoleucine, leucine and valine. In this paper, we performed genome-wide RNA-seq analysis using CsBCAT7-overexpressing Arabidopsis plants. We observed significant changes in genes related to flowering time and genes that are germination-responsive in transgenic plants. RNA-seq and RT-qPCR analyses revealed that the expression levels of some BCAA catabolic genes were upregulated in these same transgenic plants, and that this correlated with a delay in their senescence phenotype when the plants were placed in extended darkness conditions. These results suggest a connection between BCAT and the genes implicated in BCAA catabolism.

  • Blending Is cheap and leads to new thermoplastics, many properties which can be predicted from those of the components. Due to the incompatibility of their components, most blends feature coarse phase morphologies with weak interfaces between the phases. Consequently the blends are brittle. Thermoplastic elastomers which have two kinds of segments in the chain have flexible(soft) and rigid(hard) segments and exhibit a unique combination of strength, flexibility, and processibility. SCM에서 파트너십의 성공결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Success Factors of Partnership in SCM)

  • 본 연구에서는 성공적인 SCM의 핵심개념인 공급사슬 파트너십의 주요 성공요인들을 살펴보고, 이들간의 구조적 인과관계를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 기존 연구에 대한 고찰을 토대로 공급사슬 파트너십의 본질적인 기본요소로서 신뢰와 몰입을 설정하고, 다시 이들 각각에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 전략적합도, 상호의존도, 양립성, 의사소통 등을 사용하여 하나의 개념적 연구모형을 설계하였다. SCM 시스템을 도입활용하고 있는 국내 기업들을 대상으로 실증분석한 결과, 공급사슬 파트너 간에 신뢰도가 높을수록, 관계에 대한 결속력이 강할수록 장기지향적이고 보다 협력적인 공급사슬 파트너십 관계가 형성되고 유지될 수 있음을 시사하는 결과가 도출되었다. 또한 몰입에 영향을 미치는 전략적합도와 상호의존도는 파트너십의 생성단계에서 대두되는 요인에 해당되며, 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 전략적합도와 상호의존도는 파트너십의 운영단계에서 강조되는 요인에 해당되는 것으로 구분할 수 있었다. 따라서 공급사슬관리 추진에 있어서 공급사슬 파트너간 신뢰와 몰입을 바탕으로 한 파트너십을 구축하기 위해서는 본 연구에서 제시된 관계적 특성이 고려되어야 함을 기업들은 정책적 관점에서 이해할 필요가 있다.

제로 트러스트(Zero-Trust) 기반의 스마트시티 공급망 보안모델 연구 (A Study on a Smart City Supply Chain Security Model Based on Zero-Trust)

  • 최근 다양한 도시문제로 세계적으로 국가와 기업에서 스마트시티 개념을 도입한 문제 해결 연구가 진행 중이다. 스마트시티는 도시의 ICT를 융합하고 도시의 모든 구성요소를 네트워크로 연결하여 데이터를 수집·전달하며, 다양한 IoT 제품이나 서비스로 구성된 공급망으로 이뤄져 있다. 스마트시티의 여러 사이버 보안 위협 및 공급망(Supply-Chain) 위협 증가는 불가피하며, 이에 대응하기 위해 공급망 보안 정책 등 프레임워크 수립과 더불어, 제로 트러스트(Zero-Trust) 관점에서 데이터 연계에 따른 각 데이터 제공자·서비스 등의 인증과 적절한 접속통제가 필요하다. 이를 위해 국내에서도 스마트시티 보안 위협을 위한 스마트시티 보안모델이 개발되었으나, 공급망 보안과 제로 트러스트와 관련된 보안 요구사항은 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 해외 스마트시티 보안 동향을 살펴보고, 정보보호 및 개인정보보호 관리체계(ISMS-P)와 국제표준으로 등록된 ICT 공급망 보안에 대한 보안 요구사항을 비롯해, Zero-Trust 관련 기술을 국내 스마트시티 보안모델에 적용하기 위한 보안 요구사항을 제시하고자 한다.

GCM 시스템 구축 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Construction of GCM System)

  • GCM(Green Chain Management) is being spread by that companies which apply with eco-friendly concept in entire SCM(Supply Chain Management) perspective is being increased for resolving some recent environmental problems. There are reasons that numerous companies focus on GCM. At first various governments began to directly manage components and material contents about various noxious substances. Second, environment problem management in the entire logistics process from procurement of product materials to distribution of product became to be important according to introduction of certification system that evaluate the environmental impact throughout life-cycle of products. Purposes of this paper are 1) to analyze the GCM process whose important is more increasing in the recent logistics environment change, 2) to comprehend places and sources that generate environmental elements like energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in elements of logistics function, and 3) to construct integrated GCM system for observing activity of logistics function throughout life-cycle of products.

다단계 공급체인에서의 장비운용가용도 시뮬레이션 분석 (An Operational Availability Analysis in Supply Chain Using Simulation)

  • This study shows the operational availability(Ao) analysis of the supply chain with maintenance functions using the system dynamics simulation. The simulation uses 60 equipments which are serial systems composed by 4 major components. And every entities are connected each other by causal loops. So whole simulation executed like one organic system. Specially we consider 2 constraints, one is the number of spare parts and the other is maintenance capacity level. 2 constraints have 11 levels each so the simulation has 121(11*11) scenarios which scenario has 30 different random number seed. The simulation executed total 3,630(11*11*30) times. We analysis average Ao of total equipments by 121 scenarios and additionally the regression of the average Ao and 2 constraints. As the result, we can get the more accurate values by the system dynamics simulation than the regression to analysis complex system like the supply chain with maintenance functions.

  • Recently, the Malaysian government had been developing new technologies to the construction industry and one of them is the Industrialised Building System (IBS). The government urged that IBS is 100% utilized in all construction projects. It is believed that the application of IBS helps in reducing construction duration and cost, solving the problems of overflow of foreign workers in the site and improving performance and appearance of a structure. However, there are some parties like the contractor who feel reluctant to utilize this system because there are risks. They worry that their trades will be affected as IBS construct a structure using components which are manufactured in a factory and assemble on site. Therefore, this research is to find out whether IBS benefits the country's economy by focusing on the business created by investing in IBS. A comprehensive supply chain for IBS will be developed to compare with the traditional construction supply chain as to determine businesses or trades created and eliminated. This paper is looking at the theoretical framework about business opportunities due to the Government policy on embarking IBS.

  • The development of core technologies in the 4th Industrial Revolution, such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the intelligent Internet of Things, promote digital transformation and intelligence of the manufacturing industry. To realize them, there is an increasing demand for materials, components, and equipment needed for final goods. In particular, the expansion of global value chain instability due to changes in the external environment, such as the U.S.-China trade dispute, Japan's export regulations, and Covid-19 pandemic, increases the importance of strengthening the materials, components, and equipment industry in the global market. Thus, this study presents a strategic direction for securing global industrial competitiveness of materials, components, and equipment using Michael Porter's diamond model approach.
