In this paper, we consider two components system which the lifetimes have Marshall and Olkin's bivariate exponential model with bivariate type I censored data. We propose a Bayesian independent test procedure for above model using fractional Bayes factor method by O'Hagan based on improper prior distributions. And we compute the fractional Bayes factor and the posterior probabilities for the hypotheses, respectively. Also we select a hypothesis which has the largest posterior probability. Finally a numerical example is given to illustrate our Bayesian testing procedure.

The importance of Security measures by means of Physical Security, Network Security and Online/Internet Security. Lack of security is one of the primary obstacles in fielding many technologies in both commercial and DoD networks. Moreover, Internet censorship may be growing and is becoming increasingly sophisticated. In this paper, we will evaluate the Practice to Policy to Theory Approach for survivability by means of software rejuvenation models. These models would be assessed the effectiveness of proactive fault management in operational software systems and determined optimal times to perform rejuvenation.

It is natural that the medical advertisement should be guaranteed as part of the basic commercial activities of medical institutions. However, the general public are non-specialist and they have less informed about medical care than medical specialists, and it is not easy to judge and select medical information. Also, if someone damaged by illegal medical advertising, it cannot be recovered to the original. In this regard, medical advertising has been legislated so that medical organizations can pre - screen the medical laws. However, In December 2015, after the Constitutional Court ruled unconstitutional preliminary censorship, it became virtually impossible to pre-screen. In recent years, illegal medical advertisement have been on the rise, and false and exaggerated medical advertising are increasing the damage to medical consumers. Therefore it is urgent to take countermeasures about this. Thus, this paper try to analyzes the characteristics of general commercial and other medical advertisements and looks for alternatives that can minimize the damage caused by illegal medical advertisements and institutional weaknesses by analyzing the regulatory trends in medical advertising.

임의중도절단된 생존시간자료에서 생존함수에 대한 동시신뢰대를 근사식이나 표없이 구성하는 간단한 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 모의실험을 통하여 기존의 동시신뢰대와 포함확률측면에서 서로 비교하고, 실제자료에 적용하여 보았다.

신뢰수명의 검정이나 임상실험에서 대상물에 대한 관측치를 충분히 얻기 위해서는 많은 시간과 경비가 필요하거나 현실적인 제한으로 인하여 관측이 불가능한 경우가 흔히 있다. 이러한 이유로 점진적 임의중단법에 의하여 얻어진 관측치를 이용한 생존함수의 추정은 현실적으로 매우 중요하다고 하겠다. 연구에서는 점진적 임의중단된 자료를 기초로 스플라인함수를 이용하여 생존함수의 비모수적 최우추정량을 제안하고 그것의 성질과 효율성을 비교 연구한다.

This paper proposes a novel way of vehicle detection and classification based on image features. There are two main processes in the proposed system, which are database construction and vehicle classification processes. In the database construction, there is a tight censorship for choosing appropriate images of the training set under the rigorous standard. These images are trained using Haar features for vehicle detection and histogram of oriented gradients extraction for vehicle classification based on the support vector machine. Additionally, in the vehicle detection and classification processes, the region of interest is reset using a number plate to reduce complexity. In the experimental results, the proposed system had the accuracy of 0.9776 and the $F_1$ score of 0.9327 for vehicle classification.

The Internet has allowed many things to move fast, including sharing of data, files and others within a second. Many domains use applications range from IoT, smart cities, healthcare, and organizations to share the data when necessary. However, there are some challenges faced by existing systems that works on centralized nature. Such challenges are data breach, trustiness issue, unauthorized access and data fraud. Therefore in this work, we focus on using a smart contract which is used by blockchain platform and works on decentralized form. Furthermore, in this work our contract provides an access to the file uploaded onto the decentralized storage such as IPFS. By leveraging smart contract-role based which consist of a contract owner who can manage the users when access the certain resources such as a file and as well as use of decentralized storage to avoid single point of failure and censorship over secure communication channel. We checked the gas cost of the smart contract since most of contracts tends to be a high cost.

If private discipline replace the strict administrative regulation, fundamental rights of protective essence can be relativized while if may be beneficial for the individual freedom. Assigning the state power to the private organization is equivalent to giving up the practice of individual liberty to the organized authority. It is important to make use of public law mechanism, particularly under the imperfect juristic system. Regarding the prohibition of prior censorship, it is necessary to consider whether it is desirable to prioritize the freedom of speech over the rest of the legal benefit. Apart from this necessity, new advertisement screening mechanism was irreversibly - and controversially - introduced for the health functional food since the unconstitutional verdict of the prior screening of advertisements. With this, the state must secure the broad order through legal regulations and norms in order to freedom of speech and other legal benefit can be harmoniously and practically guaranteed.

F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby has been interpreted to be saturated with the lamentation over the distortion and evaporation of the American dream. The application of Friedrich Nietzsche's mythic concept of Dionysus, discussed in The Birth of Tragedy, surfaces a fresh layer of the novel, subverting the established pessimistic reading. To focus on a peripheral character, Myrtle Wilson, through Nietzsche's theory brings forth an optimistic vision of the author. A Dionysian ecstasy so powerfully overwhelms Myrtle that she perceives Tom, the very picture of corruption and crime in Fitzgerald's text, as a benefic liberator. Her impassioned perception of Tom enables her to soar over both legal or moral censorship and her realistic confinement. Myrtle's amoral passion endows her with the vital desire to live. Her Dionysian dynamo embodies the core of new version of the American dream Fitzgerald suggests as a measure to reanimate the lost generation of his nation.

'문화 전쟁(Culture Wars)'은 1980년대 말부터 1990년대 초 미국에서 보수주의자와 진보주의자 사이에 벌어진 문화적 논쟁을 일컫는다. 이 용어는 제임스 헌터(James Hunter)의 책 "문화 전쟁: 미국을 정의하려는 노력(Culture Wars: The Struggle to Define America)"의 출간으로 대중화되었고, 당시 공화당 대통령 후보였던 패트릭 부캐넌(Patrick Buchanan)에 의해 급부상하게 된다. 그는 "이 나라에는 지금 종교 전쟁, 즉 냉전만큼 중요한 '문화 전쟁'이 일어나고 있고, 이것은 미국의 영혼을 위한 전쟁이다." 라고 부르짖으며 급변하는 문화 정체성의 위기 속에서 미국적인 전통을 지키고자 하였다. 이 문화 전쟁은 여러 다양한 논쟁을 함의하고 있었는데, 교목제도의 폐지, 교육기관에서의 다문화주의(multiculturalism) 커리큘럼 도입, 동성애자의 군복무, 낙태, 총기 소지 등의 허용 문제로 당시 미국의 교육계, 문화계뿐만 아니라 정치계, 입법부에서도 첨예한 대립 구도를 형성하였다. 미술계에서 가장 치열했던 문화 전쟁은 안드레 세라노(Andres Serrano)의 작품전과 ${\ll}$로버트 메플소프: 완벽한 순간(Robert Mapplethorpe: The Perfect Moment)전${\gg}$이 공공기금인 국립예술진흥기금(National Endowments for the Arts, NEA)의 지원을 받아 개최되는 것이 타당한 것이냐에 대한 논쟁에서 표출되었다. 이 두 전시를 기점으로 그 뒤로도 여러 미술 전시회와 음악회, 연극 등을 둘러싼 NEA 기금 지원과 관련한 분쟁은 한동안 계속된다. 이 글은 이러한 미술계 문화 전쟁의 발전 과정과 몇몇 논점에 초점을 맞추되, 세라노나 메플소프의 작품 자체를 분석하고 비평하는 글이 아님을 밝혀 둔다. 본 연구는 분쟁의 전개에 대한 상세한 기술적, 연대기적 조사보다는 그 발단과 전개 과정에서 몇 가지 핵심적인 사항들을 기술하고, 이 사항들이 암시하는 정치적, 미학적, 미술사적 시각의 충돌에 대해 지적하는 글이 될 것이다. 더 나아가 당시 이러한 논쟁이 미국 미술계에 의미하던 것, 미국 문화 전체에 의미하던 것은 과연 무엇인가에 대한 비평적 질문으로 글을 맺고자 한다.
