  • Recently. as the alternatives to preserve environment such as effective usage of wastes or unusable resources are drawing attentions, researches and measures for the two tasks, which are reuse of waste wood and development of eco-friendly materials, are being examined and established in various fields. However, they are still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, for the efficient application of waste woods and eco-friendly effects, mortar was produced using sawdust af the waste wood and mineral material cement for combination, in order to produce inorganic boards using waste woods, which were made when sawing. The present study purposed to analyze the physical and dynamic characteristics of woody cement boards, which were made by modifying water-cement ratio for each wood inclusion rate based on a hardening-accelerator inclusion rate set in previous studies and, based on the findings. to provide basic data about the physical properties of inorganic boards made of waste wood, in order to Produce woody cement boards using waste wood, which has problems in being used in the manufacturing of woody cement boards.

  • In this study, performance of hardening accelerator types which promote setting and hardening of cement has been reviewed in order to develop early age strength of concrete with compressive strength of 21~27 MPa after examination of strength development of the concrete at early age according to curing temperature and unit cement(binder) content. As results, soluble mineral salt showed better hardening acceleration effect than organic salt in the scope of this study. Also, hydration reaction accelerating effect of $C_3S$ by Soluble mineral salt is effective on development of early age compressive strength and it was shown that the Pt's hydration reaction accelerating effect was the best. Construction duration reduction can be expected by securing compressive strength for prevention of early aged freezing damage in 25hour-curing time under curing temperature at $15^{\circ}C$. Also, it was shown that compressive strength of specimen cured at $5^{\circ}C$ was similar with plain specimen cured at $10^{\circ}C$. Therefore, it is expected that fuel costs and carbon dioxide can be reduced when the same construction duration is considered.

  • Shotcrete is NATM technique after tunnel excavation as major tunnel support for ground stability, curtail of execution period and reduction of execution expenses instead of general lining method. It is trend using constantly shotcrete lining. This high-strength shotcrete is require to use as constantly shotcrete lining. This brought out the solution of environmental pollution and harmfulness about human. Accordingly, in this study Specimens of strength measurement was made to develop shotcrete possible to develop in early materials with Cement Mineral Accelerator as NATM method construction. It's compared with existing shotcrete material, Unconfined Compression test, flexural strength test were experimented. The fish poison test was experimented to evaluate an influence of environment. • This study reviewed the usability of sludge, a material that is additionally created when polysilicon (a solar light material) is produced, as the raw material for cement clinker. It was evaluated that when cement clinker is produced, the chloric component of polysilicon acted as a mineralizer in the firing process. In addition, the physical features of the produced cement were measured. The setting time of the produced cement was reduced as the amount of content of polysilicon sludge increased. Such results were drawn because the chloric component acted as hydration accelerator and enhanced the dissolution of calcium hydroxide that was formed by hydration of $C_3S$. Furthermore, for such reason, on the day 1, the compression strength of mortar increased as the content of polysilicon sludge increased. In day 3, 7, and 28, the tendency in which the compression strength increasing up to 5% of the amount of added polysilicon sludge was shown. It is because when clinker was produced, the chloric component increased the amount of $C_3S$ mineral created, thus enhancing the compression strength after day 3.

  • The use of shotcrete-sprayed concrete for the support of underground excavations was pioneered by the civil engineering. Now, for the nuclear wastes disposal plant in our country, watertightness of shotcrete is one of the very important properties. This study evaluated the watertightness of shotcrete using cement mineral accelerator with watertightness materials for the long-term watertightness. In this study, for improvement of watertightness of shotcrete, it used two types of obtainable at a store. Watertightness tests of shotcrete were performed the water absorption coefficient, permeability, porosity and hydrates variation. In a shotcrete containing watertightness materials, watertightness of shotcrete was improved about $15%{\sim}65%$ rather than plain shotcrete.

  • In general, repair mortar is used to rehabilitate underground communities, but difficulties are encountered in the execution of long-term construction due to spatial co-operatives. In this study, the engineering properties of repair mortar according to the curing condition and accelerator type were reviewed. The results showed that the aluminate, alkali-free and calcium-aluminate precipitates in the water curing conditions showed higher compressive strength at the beginning of age than mortar specimens under air curing conditions, and increased. Especially in CA and AF test specimen with cement mineral quick setting, a large amount of ettringite products were observed compared with AL, thus reducing the pore volume and increasing the strength of the compound by micro-filling effect were found.

  • Even though shotcrete is a main support for securing the stability of tunnel, the performance of shotcrete is not properly checked due to various difficulties arisen from the characteristics of materials themselves which constitute shotcrete, such as steel fibers and accelerators, and the on-site quality control. In this study, the actual conditions of shotcrete applied to expressway tunnel construction sites were tried to find out, and then some improvement was tried to derive. For this purpose, the characteristics of steel fibers and accelerators supplied to the expressway construction sites were investigated. Also, shotcrete specimens were prepared at the tunnel sites and performance tests were carried out. For steel fiber, domestic production states were investigated, and carbon content and tensile strength were measured using the steel fibers collected in the construction sites. For three types of accelerators such as aluminate, cement mineral and alkali-free, basic properties and total amount of alkali contents were analyzed. Shotcrete specimens were prepared using on-site shotcrete machine with regard to mix designs and types of accelerators. Using these specimens, uniaxial compression tests and flexural tests were performed. As the results, compressive strength, flexural strength, flexural toughness, and etc. were compared with types of acclerators and mix designs.
