The upcoming 'creativity society' beyond the knowledge information era requires 'knowledge producers' being capable of expressing their own ideas creatively, rather than 'knowledge consumers'. These days, in the computing environment, physical computing tools which support learners' productive activities beyond their simple function of operating computers are emerging. Among them, Raspberry Pi is exemplary. The computing PC worthy $35 is economic and supports implementation of interactive physical system through the H/W and programming control to detect and respond to the analog world. As a fundamental study of educational application of Raspberry Pi at elementary school and Raspberry Pi, this work was to look into characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and application examples of the computing tool. Also this researcher conducted a survey with teachers in field to investigate the suitability of Raspberry Pi as a tool in the category of 'understanding of information devices and to explore their awareness of Raspberry Pi. As a result, it was analyzed that Raspberry Pi was a learning tool to support about 74% of educational contents and that teachers showed positive replies in all categories of the survey of their awareness.

Many researchers and advertisers have approached point of purchase advertising in various ways. Visual analysis. an overemphasis of design concept. or simple classification have usually dominated these reports. However. for point of purchase advertising to be considered a part of marketing strategy. its effectiveness can be more clearely analyzed. What is the most appropriate situation to effectively use point of purchase advertising\ulcorner Which category of product is most sensitive to point of purchase advertising\ulcorner Moreover, what is the relationship between point of purchase advertising and impulsive buying\ulcorner These questions will hopefully be addressed in this paper. First of all. before tackling these issues, former research on point of purchase advertising need to be classified. Also we will show how modern technology has been affected point of purchase advertising. Section6 will discuss the relationship between impulsive buying and point of purchase advertising. Finally, successful examples of point of purchase advertising in the U.S. will be introduced to support the conc] usion.

Civil aircraft noise certification standard is based on the ICAO Annex 16 Vol. 1. And, the standard uses A-Weighted SPL, EPNL and SEL method depending on the aircraft category. Korean noise standards, KAS 36 and other nation's CS 36 and FAR 36 noise standards were developed and revised according to the international noise standards, ICAO Annex 16. And, the national noise requirements are equivalent each other. The small airplane noise certification requires only take-off noise level with A-Weighted SPL in dB(A) unit. The first Korean aircraft noise certification was performed for the KC-100 certification in August 2012 with Korean authority and U.S. FAA. The noise certification requires much knowledge and experience in flight tests and noise data processing. In this study, the noise test requirements, test conditions and data correcting methods are shown with the test examples.

Recently, transmedia is evolving constantly without clear theories and definitions. In this paper, we reviewed the previous researches on transmedia and summarized the transmedia concept studied before. Furthermore, we analyzed the cases of , and which are examples of the transmedia and researched whether these three cases belonged to the category of the transmedia concept discussed above. The pattern of is almost similar to definition and type of the previously discussed transmedia. However, the cases of and don't match on the concepts presented by existed researches perfectly. This paper includes the necessity of the expanded definition and redefinition on the evolving transmedia, in addition, presents the changed definition on transmedia, through reviewing the limitations of the existing transmedia storytelling concept based on these three cases.

The objectives of this study were to inspect how the law effected on hospital employment system and which policy and strategy are needed to cope with the present situation as the law regarding irregular workers law has enacted for a year. To grasp the changes of employment style in hospital, 56 hospitals among 311 general hospitals were questioned in this study. And employment policy and strategy were developed by referencing examples of developed nations and other industries. The survey showed that the wage and welfare level of irregular workers in hospitals was improved compared to that in the other industries. But there were still much discrimination between regular and irregular workers. The policy direction of government is, first of all, to follow the principle of equal treatment to equal value of labour. The first feasible policy is to enforce social security. The second one is an employment promotion policy which reduces or exempts hospitals employing irregular workers from tax and insurance fee. The third one is to extend employment contract period to 3 years. and finally there are policies to permit more dispatched jobs and to expand the social insurance coverage. The strategies to solve the problem of irregular workers are as follows; 1) performance wage system, 2) guaranteeing employment by unlimited contract, 3) creating new category of workers, 4) the wage system of management by object, 5) the method of job classification. This study has a meaning in the point that it was studied on hospital which is special industrial part and analyzed the changes after enacting irregular workers law and presented management strategy for countermeaure program. In this study, it was expected to contribute to decisions-making in hospital management, especially when using human resources.

Modeling and simulation of mechanical response of infrastructure object, solids and structures, relies on the use of computational models to foretell the state of a physical system under conditions for which such computational model has not been validated. Verification and Validation (V&V) procedures are the primary means of assessing accuracy, building confidence and credibility in modeling and computational simulations of behavior of those infrastructure objects. Validation is the process of determining a degree to which a model is an accurate representation of the real world from the perspective of the intended uses of the model. It is mainly a physics issue and provides evidence that the correct model is solved (Oberkampf et al. 2002). Our primary interest is in modeling and simulating behavior of porous particulate media that is fully saturated with pore fluid, including cyclic mobility and liquefaction. Fully saturated soils undergoing dynamic shaking fall in this category. Verification modeling and simulation of fully saturated porous soils is addressed in more detail by (Tasiopoulou et al. 2014), and in this paper we address validation. A set of centrifuge experiments is used for this purpose. Discussion is provided assessing the effects of scaling laws on centrifuge experiments and their influence on the validation. Available validation test are reviewed in view of first and second order phenomena and their importance to validation. For example, dynamics behavior of the system, following the dynamic time, and dissipation of the pore fluid pressures, following diffusion time, are not happening in the same time scale and those discrepancies are discussed. Laboratory tests, performed on soil that is used in centrifuge experiments, were used to calibrate material models that are then used in a validation process. Number of physical and numerical examples are used for validation and to illustrate presented discussion. In particular, it is shown that for the most part, numerical prediction of behavior, using laboratory test data to calibrate soil material model, prior to centrifuge experiments, can be validated using scaled tests. There are, of course, discrepancies, sources of which are analyzed and discussed.

The types and characteristics of the service business are various in the service process and product. So the communication and sharing for learning about experience and knowledge are very important. But up to the present, the academic and systemic research have not been activated in this field. Recently, the demand and supply in the service business are growing rapidly, the related researches by the scientific and systemic approach are required. In this study, the some research area discussed and suggested in the perspective of service innovation by the Ostrom's research(2010)'s category and suggestions mainly. In the service planning area, some research theme candidates, research trends, and examples are introduced in the categories of the fostering service infusion and growth, the improving well-being through transformative service, and the creating and maintaining a service culture. Also, in the service development area, various research theme candidates, trends, and suggestions are described in the categories of the stimulating service innovation, the enhancing service design, and the optimizing service networks and value chains.

Since emotion, creativity, and imagination has become the source of creating added value, the purpose of this study is to grasp the concept of high concept which has appeared as a major key word of modern culture and analyze the types of emotional expression found in modern fashion. Study methods were focused on literature review and case study. The literature review was conducted by news stories at home and abroad. The examples of case study were collected in fashion collection journals and related Internet web sites with their focus on from 2000 S/S to 2009 F/W to analyze emotional expression found in high concept-reflected fashion. The concept of 'high concept' suggested by Pink, Daniel H. lays on stress on ability to creative emotional value or cultural artistic value hidden behind the functional value, to make stories, and to combine ideas which do not seem to be connected with existing things. As a result of study, The forms of emotional expression found in high concept-reflected fashion included: art collaboration and art inspiration which were expressed through cross-category of culture and art; multi-culture design which expresses a mixture between western fashion and oriental costumes; funology design which expresses efficient value by high technology and fun value through humorous elements; and emotional digital design which can be transformed in function, shape and the use of materials representing light which is effectively used for fashion to represent fantasy or illusion connected with digital technology.

In service implementation area, three theme are introduced such as Effectively branding and selling services, Enhancing the service experience through co-creation, Measuring and optimizing the value of service. Finally to the service strategy, development and implementation planning scopes, the theme of leveraging technology to advance service can be applied commonly.

This study was conducted to identify the experience that applied Flip Learning to preparatory childhood teachers. The target of study is 76 students who were in the first semester of the first year of three-year early childhood education major and took teaching profession subjects for 2 credits. The semester was run for 13 week-course from the beginning of March to the middle of June. Flip Learning was applied to all the classes. Data was collected through qualitative analysis of participants' journals and was concluded with the category of three strengths and four weaknesses. The strengths were firstly active class participation, secondly repetition learning, and thirdly self directed learning. The weaknesses were firstly a burden on class time, secondly improvement on Flip Learning methods, and thirdly a need of ability for self-directed learning and fourthly the experience of environmental unstability for prior learning. It suggests application examples of more effective teaching and learning methods for college professors and students through the case that applied Flip Learning to preparatory early childhood teachers.
