구조방정식 모형을 이용한 기능대학의 취업지도 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Search Plan of Polytech College based on Structural Equation Model)

  • 본 논문은 구조방정식(SEM : Structural Equation Model)의 모형을 이용한 기능대학의 취업지도 활성화 방안에 관한 연구로서 연구대상인 독립변인의 취업안정성 구성과 취업환경 구축 및 취업체 선정요소 등의 요인들에 대한 영향력을 검증하고 종속변인인 취업욕구의 요인이 취업지도활성화 방안에 미치는 요인에 대한 조사 분석과 이에 제시되는 지표의 결과에 따른 개선방안을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기능대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 독립변인과 종속변인의 요인들에 대한 관계를 조사 하였으며, 또한 취업욕구요인이 취업지도활성화 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 AMOS 5.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식모형을 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 취업안정성과 취업체선정요인은 취업욕구요인에 크게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 기각되었으며, 독립변인 중 취업환경구축 요인(산학협력체제구축, 현장체험실무지도, 직업능력향상지도)이 종속변인인 취업욕구요인에 가장 유의하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 채택되어 취업지도활성화에 결정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • The number of Healthy Family Support Centers has increased and the services for enhancement of family strength have extended during the past ten years since the Framework Act on Healthy Families was enacted. It is time to pay attention to the empowerment for Healthy Family Specialist because their capability is directly linked to improve the quality of services, which means the satisfaction of family services and the quality of family policy. In this context, this study investigate organizational experience of Healthy Family Specialists and suggest the empowerment plan to enhance their capability. We conducted in-depth interviews for 9 Healthy Family Specialists who is currently working at Healthy Family Support Centers as a manager status during June 2014. We analyzed organizational experiences through job commitment and job satisfaction and empowerment plans through their strength and weakness. Our findings revealed that job commitment and job satisfaction of Healthy Family Specialist are relatively low due to a poor working condition and a low brand awareness. Also, the capability of Healthy Family Specialists is an important factor to determine their job commitment and job satisfaction, and it can impact on the long service. These results suggest that the payroll system, increment of salary, career recognition, employee benefit, systematic operation, and motivation are needed to improve their job satisfaction. There are various ways to improve professional capability of Healthy Family Specialists besides education program. This study contributes to make the plan of empowerment for Healthy Family Specialists and it also contributes to improve the service quality of family policy.

  • With rapid social change, security industries were diversified and universities related total security service were founded for training of specialist with a theory and practical affairs. Today, universities must provide an education which fits to job characteristics in rapidly changing society. Also students through this education must find their job properly. The purposes of this study, therefore, are to search a career selection of students majoring in total security service related departments and to study a role of universities for development of specialist related security industries. Revitalization plan of human resources for departments related security services are as follows ; roles of universities: a specialization of curriculum and a diversification of training method. 'academic-industrial cooperation', role of government: 'a legal and institutional policy on academic-industrial cooperation';. Universities, cooperations, government must cooperate mutually for development of specialist related security service field.

도시가정의 가족여가 유형 -자녀교육기를 중심으로- (A Study on Family leisure of the School age families)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors classifying family leisure activities and the variables that influence them. A total of 309 questionnaires was analyzed from married men and women who had school-age children. The results of analysis are as follows: The factors of family leisure activities were classified into four categories. Women participated in \"society-oriented\" activities much more than men did. People of high income level participated in \"society-oriented\" activities more, and people of high school career participated in \"education & experience-oriented\" activities, and \"family-oriented\" activities more. People with younger children participated in \"education & experience-oriented\" activities much more. People who were experiencing family leisure barriers to a high degree participated less in all of family leisure activities. People that had a plan for family leisure participated in all of family leisure activities much more.

한국 치과기공사의 노후 준비에 관한 연구 (A Study about Preparation of old age of Korean dental technicians)

  • Purpose: The Purpose of the study is to investigate the need for the preparation of old age of Korean dental technicians. Methods: A total of 778 dental technicians were selected by proportional stratified by region compared to extraction sampling from a list of Korea dental technician Association in 2012. The final sample size was 386. Questionnaires consisted of 9 general characteristics, recognition of old age 4, and preparation of old age 9 on a Liken 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha was 0.784 in the study. All statistical analyzed were performed using SPSS 14.0(Statistical Packages for Social Science Ver. 14.0. Chicago, IL, USA). Results: Factors affecting the aging preparation is gender, age, clinical career, work place(p<0.001). Conclusion: This study suggested that preparation for old age of Korean dental technicians was very important and the preparation must be connected with the social welfare policy.

Methods: Literature Review, Framework Design Method, Case Studies Analysis Results: Public Service Quality Management Principles, Definition of Public Services Quality Management Areas, Quality Management Guidelines, Service Quality Management Tools Conclusion: In this study, a study case of the public service quality management framework, which is a system that supports overall quality management and continuous quality improvement of public services, is presented. The management system was designed based on the existing research results and domestic and foreign cases of public service standardization, targeting the entire public service.

치위생과 학생들의 자아존중감이 구직효능감에 미치는 영향 (The effects of self-esteem on job-seeking efficacy of dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the self-esteem and job-seeking efficacy of dental hygiene students in an attempt to provide some information on career guidance, counseling and the development of employment programs by colleges, as self-esteem seemed to be one of integral variables to affect job-seeking efficacy. Methods : The subjects in this study were the dental hygiene students in three different colleges in South and North Jeolla Provinces. After a self-administered survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 562 respondents were analyzed by the SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) WIN 12.0. Results : 1. The students investigated got a mean of 2.43 in self-esteem, which was not a high score. The sophomores had a better self-esteem than the freshmen and juniors, and the gaps among the respondents in each subfactor of self-esteem were significant($p^*$ <0.01, $p^{**}$ <0.05). 2. The students got a mean of 3.12 in overall job-seeking efficacy, and there were significant differences among them in each subfactor of job-seeking efficacy($p^*$ <0.01). 3. The freshmen were ahead of the sophomores and juniors in job-seeking efficacy, and the gaps between the former and the latter were significant($p^*$ <0.01). 4. There was a significant relationship between the self-perceived self-esteem and job-seeking efficacy of the students. A higher self-esteem led to a better job-seeking efficacy(p<0.01). Conclusions : The above-mentioned findings illustrated that a higher self-esteem had a more positive effect on job-seeking efficacy. Therefore the development of programs geared toward boosting the self-esteem of dental hygiene students is required, and educational institutions should provide quality self-esteem programs for students to plan and prepare for their future, to make the right career choice, to improve their vocational adjustment, to keep pursuing self-development and to build the right values.

치위생과 학생의 진로결정 자기 효능감과 전공만족 관계 연구 (A Study on Self-efficacy of Course Decision and Major Field Satisfaction in Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Purpose. This study was purposed to seek for a way to enhance the self-efficacy of students in dental hygiene department at deciding their careers by analyzing the relationship between the self-efficacy and the major satisfaction. Methods. The investigator conducted a survey targeting 253 students attending on dental hygiene departments in two 3-year-graduate colleges and 1 university located in Busan from May 1st to May 30th, 2013. The used research instruments were the major satisfaction questionnaire and the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form(CDMSES-SF). The survey was conducted in self-administered questionnaire. The data was analyzed with SPSS (ver 12.0) and also conducted t-test, ANOVA and multi-regression analysis. Results. It was found that self-efficacy level of students in dental hygiene department was $3.22{\pm}0.38$ point, and their major satisfaction level was $3.27{\pm}0.47$ point. The factors enhancing the self-efficacy of students in dental hygiene department at deciding their careers were identified as the curriculum satisfaction, the relationship satisfaction, and the recognition satisfaction. It was identified that more these elements were increased, the higher the self-efficacy level was enhanced. Conclusions. In order to enhance the self-efficacy of students in dental hygiene department at deciding their careers, it is considered that the curriculum should be organized carefully under reasonable plan, and there should be more active communication between professors and students as well as students each other. Besides there needs some educational programs to inspire the pride and sense of duty for the dental hygiene department.

직업군인의 노후대비실태에 관한 고찰 (A Study of Retirement Pathways for Military Personnel)

  • 베이비부머들의 대량 퇴직은 우리사회를 급속한 고령화 사회를 만들고 이를 부양하는 젊은 세대들에게 부담을 주는 원인이 되고 있다. 그중 군인 퇴직자들은 국가에만 너무 의존하지 말고 자구책을 강구해야 할 필요성이 있다. 현재 평균 수명 80세인 현실을 감안하면 연금만 가지고 생활하기에는 너무 긴 생이고 이에 대한 국가 부담도 크다. 따라서 50-60대인 군인 퇴직자들은 아직 일할 수 있는 시기임을 인식하여 경제활동을 적극적으로 할 수 있는 자세를 가져야 한다, 국가에서는 군인연금에 의존하는 기간을 짧게 하면서 일 할 수 있는 기회를 제공해 줄 수 있는 방안들을 연구할 필요성 대두되었다. 국가를 위해 헌신한 군인 퇴직자들에 대한 노후 일자리 제공 등 경제활동에 속적으로 참여할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 제시하여 이들에게 군인연금 의존도를 낮추고 건전한 인생 2막을 펼칠 수 있도록 현실성 있는 대책이 필요하다.
