대학교에서 학생들에게 인생을 설계하고 진로, 취업과 관련된 다양한 정보를 단순히 취업 특강이나, 취업에 관한 정보 제공, 모의 면접, 자기소개 작성법 등의 프로그램을 제공해 주는 것도 중요하지만, 인생 설계와 진로 설계를 체계적으로 제공해 주는 일은 매우 중요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 인생 설계와 진로 수업을 통해 학생들이 느낀 인생설계와 진로에 관한 수업 효과를 분석하여 인생 설계와 진로의 수업 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생들은 인생 설계와 진로 수업을 통하여 첫째, 인생 설계 부분에서는 나에 대해 알아가는 시간이 되었으며, 인생을 어떻게 살아야 하는지 반성적 사고가 생겼다. 그리고 대학 4년 동안 계획을 세우는 데 도움이 되었다. 둘째, 진로 직업 탐색 부분에서는 나에게 맞는 직업 탐색, 진로 탐색에 도움이 되었다. 또한 다양한 직업군이 있다는 것을 깨닫게 되었고, 취업에 대한 다양한 고민을 할 수 있어서 좋았다. 그리고 다양한 직업의 존재를 인식하는 계기가 되었다고 보았다. 셋째, 수업 진행 부분에서는 체험 활동 등의 수업 진행과 다양한 초청 강의가 좋았다. 또한 수업의 흥미가 있었고, 수업을 통해 자존감을 획득할 수 있었다고 하였다. 대학생들에게 인생 설계와 진로 지도와 관련된 수업은 학생들에게 다양한 진로 탐색 기회를 제공하기 때문에 이러한 수업이 많이 진행되기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 경력단절여성들의 인식을 바탕으로 진로에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 여성취업지원기관에서 직업훈련에 참여하고 있거나 구직등록을 한 경력단절여성 227명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사법을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력단절여성들이 인식한 사회적 지지는 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 유의미한 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지의 하위요인 중 정서적 지지가 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인 중 목표설정과 직업정보는 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 경력단절여성들을 대상으로 진로지도 시 기술적인 측면보다 심리적 측면을 더 중요하게 다루어야 함을 시사해 준다.

The purpose of this study was to examine in influence on the effect of understanding their major and career self-efficacy on career indecision of the community college students majoring in fashion and is intended to provide useful resources on career education and guidance of students through this research. In order to achieve the objective of study, 349 college students in Gyeonggido were selected for the questionnaires for the understanding major, career self-efficacy, and career indecisions survey. The survey data was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS 12.0 and this was followed by the descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results were as follows; First, career indecision factors of the college students majoring in fashion were extracted 5 valuables that were 'insufficiencies vocational information', 'an undeceivable character', 'the lack of self well-defined', 'the lack of needs for job' and 'external barrier for the career'. Second, the subordinate valuables of understanding major which is 'social cognition for the major', 'satisfaction on the major course', and 'satisfaction on the major skill', had positive effect on career self-efficacy. Third, understanding of major and the subordinate valuables of career self-efficacy which is 'making goal for the career', 'career information', 'career plan for the future', 'alternative searching', and 'overcoming difficulties' had negative effect on career indecision. Forth, understanding major and career self-efficacy had medicated in career indecision.

This study examined the concept and status, research issues, and pragmatic and policy issues of school-dropout adolescents. As the number of school-dropout adolescents has been increasing in Korea since 2006, more attentions have been given to these adolescents academically, intervention and policy-wise. Some of the research topics on them include types of school-dropouts, their socio-environmental factors, and reasons for the increase of school-dropouts. In reality, the government is required to provide them with opportunities to cope with their dropping out of schools by preparing the career guidance for them and to resolve the issues of their returning to or continuing in school education and their welfare.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for career guidance to cosmetology students by examining the effects of job stress on career decisions and job preparation behaviors. Overall 214 parts were empirically analyzed as final samples. Collected data and statistical processing are based on SPSS ver. Analysis was performed using the 21.0 program. An analysis of the effect of job stress on career decision showed that employment anxiety (β= .206, p<.05), job anxiety(β=.824, p<.05), and anxiety in career search(β=.118, p<.05) showed a statistically significant effect(+). However, employment concerns(β=-.312, p<.001) in career determination and employment concerns(β=-.223, p<.01) in career search are statistically significant parts(-). An analysis of the effect of employment stress on employment preparation behavior found that employment anxiety(β=.364, p<.05) has a statistically significant effect(+) on information use preparation, It was found that the statistically significant part(-) affects employment anxiety(β=-.188, p<.01). The study found that the more anxious cosmetology students are about employment, the more they plan and explore career options, and make information-based preparations for employment. Through this research, we hope that there will be lively discussions among cosmetology students on career adaptability, life satisfaction, and employment anxiety.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정수준이 미치는 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 3,4학년 108명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로결정 자기효능감(β=.54, p<.001), 진로결정수준(β=.23, p=.009)으로 나타났으며, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정수준이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다(Z=2.49, p=.006). 본 연구결과는 간호대학생의 효과적인 진로준비행동을 위해 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로결정수준을 향상할 필요가 있음을 시사하며, 이를 반영한 전략적 진로지도 및 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of healthy attachment formation by examining the effects of dental hygiene students' adult attachment patterns on depression, self-esteem, empathy, and career choice, and to present basic data for career guidance that considers individual characteristics. Students enrolled in the dental hygiene department at a university in Daejeon were the subjects of this study, and data were collected from September 14 to October 14, 2020 through self-reported questionnaires. Frequency analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. As a result of classifying adult attachment styles into three types, out of a total of 158 people, 62 (39.2%) had the avoidant attachment style, 56 (35.4%) had the secure attachment style, and 40 (25.3%) had the anxious-ambivalent attachment style appear. Self-esteem according to attachment type (F=26.224, p<0.0001), empathy (F=3.944, p<0.05), depression (F=12.702, p<0.0001), career indecisiveness (F=4.367, p<0.05). Based on the results of identifying the sub-factors that affect the dental hygiene and adult attachment styles of students with depression, self-esteem, empathy and career choice, this study intends to use them as reference materials for career decision taking into account individual characteristics.

The late Professor Su-Moon Park was an exemplary scientist, teacher and human being. It was my good luck and privilege to have had the opportunity of working under his guidance as a graduate student. Herein, I describe briefly the development and growth of some of the ideas in his career and how he and they influenced my career.

본 연구는 간호대학생들의 간호사이미지와 전공만족도가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 B시 소재 K대학의 간호학과에 재학 중인 간호학생 117명의 설문을 수집하여 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 진로정체감 정도의 차이는 학년과 학과선택 동기에 따라 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 간호사이미지 및 전공만족도와 진로정체감의 상관관계는 모두 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 셋째 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 전공만족도의 하위요인인 교수 학생간의 관계만족으로 나타났고, 간호사이미지는 진로정체감에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 따라서 간호대학생의 진로정체감을 향상시키기 위해서는 간호대학생들의 전공만족도의 하위요인인 교수 학생간의 관계만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 중재방안이나 교육마련이 필요하다고 사료되며, 교수 학생간의 원활한 의사소통 및 진로지도가 잘 이루어질 수 있도록 지속적인 관심과 지도가 필요하다고 판단된다.

본 연구는 우리나라 교육계열 전공 여성 박사의 학교와 직장의 진로성취과정에서 겪는 진로개발 및 진로장애를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위하여 최근 5년 이내의 교육계열 전공 여성 박사 42명을 대상으로 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 교육계열 여성 박사들은 교수와의 학술활동을 통해서 자신의 진로개발에 영향을 가장 많이 받고 있었으며 둘째, 직장 내에서 유리창효과를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 결혼이라는 것이 기혼 및 미혼 여성 박사 모두 진로개발 시 장애요인이라고 인식했다. 기혼은 자신의 가정과 육아에 대한 책임감과 미혼은 유교적 가치관 속에서 사회적 약자로 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 다양한 경험들은 여성 박사들에게 진로개발을 저해하는 요인으로 나타났지만 주변인의 지지와 자신의 자아실현에 대한 강한 목표의식은 진로장벽을 타계하는 방편으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 여성 박사의 진로개발에는 다양한 관점에서의 맥락이 여성의 진로개발에 영향을 주는 것으로 발견되었다. 여성 박사를 위한 진로지도는 학생들의 요구와 사회 변화에 따라 유동적이고 다각적인 방향에서 접근 하는 것이 필요하다.
