The study aimed to analyze jay-customer behavior's impact on service industry employees' job stress to understand the importance of personnel management. Additionally, it aimed to identify strategies for managing job stress by examining perceived organizational support's moderating effects. The results show that the subdimensions of jay-customer behavior (i.e., verbal aggression, physical aggression, and sexual harassment) positively influenced employees' job stress. Second, job stress acts as a mediator between customer verbal and physical aggression and customer orientation, but not between customer sexual harassment and customer orientation. Third, organizational support had a moderating effect on the association between customer verbal aggression and job stress. This study demonstrates how jay-customer behavior negatively affects employees and threatens their well-being. It not only enriches the research on jay-customer behavior but also provides implications for service companies toward developing internal marketing strategies for enhancing employee happiness and fostering customer orientation.

Nowadays, an open-market which provides sellers and consumers a cyber place for making a transaction over the Internet has emerged as a prevalent sales channel because of convenience and relatively low price it provides. However, there are few studies about CRM strategies based on VIP consumers for an open-market even though understanding VIP consumers' behaviors in open-markets is important to increase its revenue. Therefore, we propose CRM strategies targeted on VIP customers, obtained by analyzing the transaction data of VIP customers from an open-market using data mining techniques. To that end, we first defined the VIP customers in terms of recency, frequency and monetary (RFM) values. Then, we used data mining techniques to develop a model which best classifies and identifies infiluential factors customers into VIPs or non-VIPs. We also validate each of promotion types in the aspect of effectiveness and identify association rules among the types. Then, based on the findings from these experiments, we propose strategies from the perspectives of CRM dimensions for the open-market to thrive.

Visual analytics is an emerging research field that combines the strength of electronic data processing and human intuition-based social background knowledge. This study demonstrates useful visual analytics with Tableau in conjunction with semantic network analysis using examples of sentiment flow and strategic communication strategies via Twitter in a blockchain domain. We comparatively investigated the sentiment flow over time and language usage patterns between companies with a good reputation and firms with a poor reputation. In addition, this study explored the relations between reputation and marketing communication strategies. We found that cryptocurrency firms more actively produced information when there was an increased public demand and increased transactions and when the coins' prices were high. Emotional language strategies on social media did not affect cryptocurrencies' reputations. The pattern in semantic representations of keywords was similar between companies with a good reputation and firms with a poor reputation. However, the reputable firms communicated on a wide range of topics and used more culturally focused strategies, and took more advantages of social media marketing by expanding their outreach to other social media networks. The visual big data analytics provides insights into business intelligence that helps informed policies.
This study aimed to understand the current status of practice for sustainability in luxury fashion brands. A total of five luxury brands (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, Burberry, and Prada) were selected. Each company's official website, sustainability reports, and articles on sustainability practices were compiled. In addition, analysis was performed based on criteria of sustainability such as environmental, social, economical, and cultural dimensions. As a result, the biggest commonality of the five brands was that they promoted the most active change in the environment. These brands tried to reduce energy consumption in materials and production processes. Among them, Burberry, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton had their own departments for sustainability. However, there were differences in strategies of activities between brands for social, economical, and cultural sustainability. Among the five companies, Burberry and Gucci pursued sustainability strategies the most aggressively. They separated their sustainability strategies in terms of environmental, social, economical, and cultural aspects and shared them with consumers. A set of outcomes for the plan were provided as objective data. The sustainable management strategy has become a key strategy for long-term growth of the luxury brand market.
