1960~70년대 도시의 무분별한 개발로 2000년대에 들어 도심은 공간 활용을 높이는 개발이 필요로 하게 되었다. 이에 2003년 도시 및 주거환경정비법이 개정되어 이전의 도심재개발사업 등이 도시환경정비사업으로 바뀌어 진행 되고 있다. 최근의 도시환경정비사업은 대형화 복합화의 대규모 사업으로 진행되고 있다. 이러한 사업은 다양한 참여 주제자, 이해관계자, 사업시행자 등 사이의 원활한 의사소통을 중요시 하고 있으나 표준화된 업무 절차가 없어 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도시환경정비사업 중에 조합방식의 절치를 분석하고, BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation) 모델링 방식을 통해 도식화하여 다양한 참여 주체자들에게 공통의 업무프로세스 모델을 제시함으로써 참여 주체자들이 절차를 쉽게 파악하고 이해할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 더 나아가 의사소통을 원활하게 하고 사업의 참여도를 높여 사업 기간을 단축하는 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

Design Rule이 작아짐에 따라 Transistor performance 향상을 위한 여러 방안중 SEG 공정이 적용되고 있으며 이에 따른 Transistor 특성 연구 결과이다. SEG공정 적용시 SEG Profile에 따라 Transistor의 Short Channel Effect 열화가 발생하였고 그 원인은 Sidewall Facet발생으로 추정되며 이를 개선시 Tr 특성이 개선됨을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 BPM을 구현하는데 있어서 대상 프로세스를 선정하는 방법론에 관한 연구이다. LG CNS사의 BPM 구축방법론을 함께, 프로세스 선정 방법론인 enPAM을 제시하였다. 첫째, 대상 기업의 프로세스를 정의하는 방안들을 제시하였으며, 둘째, 대상 프로세스들에 대해 BPM 시스템을 구축하기 위한 프로세스 우선순위 평가지표로서, 크게 비즈니스 영향도, BPM 적용성, 실행가능성 세가지와 하부기준들을 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 한 이통통신회사를 대상으로 enPAM의 구체적인 적용과정을 보여줌으로써, 본 방법론의 유용성을 제시하였다.

기업 프로세스 관리를 위한 컴퓨터 기반 응용 프로그램으로서 BPM(Business Process Management)에 대한 많은 관심은 시장 선점을 위한 여러 솔루션 벤더들의 독자적인 프로세스 정의와 저장 방식을 가져왔다. 호환성이 결여된 프로세스모델 정의는 국제적인 표준의 필요성을 제기함과 동시에 제정된 표준의 보급을 위한 적절한 적용 방법론을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 프로세스 모형화 측면에서 BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation) 표준으로 기술된 프로세스 모델을 호환성 관점에서 XMI(XML Metadata Interchange) 기반의 중립 파일로 변환하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 21가지 워크플로우 패턴별로 변환 템플릿을 제공하였고, 기존 변환 방식인 BPEL4WS(Business Process Execution Language for Web Services)로의 변환 방식과 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 본 논문에서 제시한 XMI 변환은 기존 방식에 비해 완전한 변환이 가능함으로, BPM 공급업체들의 BPMN 적용에 실용적으로 기여할 수 있다.

For convenient business process modeling we propose a mathematical approach to obtain appropriate process structures. In this paper, we define business process structural constraints, on which basis, using Social Network Analysis (SNA), we analyze the frequency of handover occurrences among performers in social network. We here present, therefrom, a new, mathematical approach to business process modeling that proceeds by identifying the social relations among activities.

Adoption and practical application of BPM yet remains at a theoretic and methodological level for many industrial sectors. As for construction industry, adapting BPM into enterprise resource across all business processes could cause problems due to rapid change in corporate operation systems. Furthermore, it is unable to predict potential risks of business process while BPM are being applied. Therefore, applying BPM model to core strategy and individual task seems more effective than applying BPM model to the entire enterprise resource planning. In this paper, we define BPM and suggest a BPM model by analyzing each business unit in order to evaluate each business unit which is included in the business process architecture based on quantitative standards. This paper also presents a sequential application plan for business process model. Finally, a case study is demonstrated for the application of BPM system, focusing on cost management business, which turned out to be a top priority in the aspect of efficiency and ease based on priority analysis.

To build a successful information system, design and development should be carried out from the enterprise perspective. A complicated business is represented in various ways as technology advances, and many development methodologies have been studied from the viewpoint of technology and development. Each domain is independently designed and developed from the enterprise perspective, but there would be inclusive parts due to the integrated process wherein the definition, design, and development of business are carried out, and the design is done based on the designer's experience. This study would like to address the technique of designing screens based on the business process of the applications derived from the business. It designs the screens that appear when actual applications are completed, including how the data transfer process in the derived business process is represented and operated on the relevant screens. In addition, it designs the DFD representing the overall flow of data for each business to represent the movement procedure between screens in general. Through the design method proposed in this study, the client's requirement could be confirmed to reduce the cost for redevelopment, the problem of communication between designers and developers with various experiences could be reduced, and an efficient design procedure could be provided to persons who lack design experience.

오늘날 소비자의 요구사항이 빠르고 다양한 형태로 변화함에 따라 기업의 자산인 비즈니스 프로세스도 이러한 변화에 민첩하게 대처할 수 있는 능력이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 요구를 만족시키기 위해서는 비즈니스 프로세스 모델의 생성 단계에서부터 발생할 수 있는 변화에 대하여 분석 및 표현이 가능한 핵심 자산이 존재해야 하며 이러한 핵심자산의 재사용을 통해 특성 변화를 만족하는 비즈니스 프로세스모델의 자동 생성이 가능해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 동일한 목적을 가지는 여러 비즈니스 프로세스 모델에 대하여 공통적인 특징을 공통성으로, 차별적인 특징을 가변성으로 분석하고 표현할 수 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리 모델을 설명한다. 그리고 비즈니스 프로세스 패밀리 모델의 공통성을 재사용하고 가변성에 대한 의사결정 정보를 반영하여 특정한 변화를 만족하는 비즈니스 프로세스 모델의 자동 생성을 지원하는 도구에 대하여 설명한다.

The implementation of business process management (BPM) systems in large number of business organizations transforms BPM system into such a level of maturity and tends to collect large repositories of business process (BP) models. This issue encourages BP flexibility that leads to a large number of process variants derived from the same model, but differing in structure, to be stored in the large repositories of BP models. Therefore, the repositories may include thousands of activities and related business objects with variation of requirements and quality of service. It is a common practice to customize processes from reference processes or templates in order to reduce the time and effort required to design and deploy processes on all levels. In order to address redundancy and underutilization problems, a generic process model, called as reference BP, is absolutely necessary to cover the best of process variants. This study aims to develop multiple-objective business process genetic algorithm (MOBPGA) to find a set of non-dominated (Pareto) solutions of business reference model to enhance conventional approach which considered only a single objective on creating BP reference model by using proximity score measurement. A mixed-integer linear program is constructed to evaluate performance of the proposed MOBPGA on small-scale problems by using standard measures for multiple-objective techniques. The results will show the viability of applying MOBPGA in terms of simultaneously maximizing proximity score measurement, minimizing total duration, and total costs of the selected reference model.

조직은 물리적 환경에서의 업무 처리를 정보시스템과 인공지능 기반의 가상적 업무 처리로 디지털 전환함으로써 업무수행에 따른 시간과 공간의 제약을 극복하고 경쟁력을 창출하고 있다. 이러한 업무 환경의 디지털 전환은 최근 코로나19 팬데믹으로 많은 조직이 원격근무를 실시하면서 급진전 되었다. 본 연구에서는 급격한 업무 환경의 디지털 전환이 가져온 성과인 업무 프로세스 가상성에 초점을 두고 연구하였다. 업무 프로세스 가상성은 가상환경에서의 업무처리의 적합성이나 수월성과 같은 결과적 품질이다. 본 연구에서는 프로세스 가상화 이론에 근거하여 업무 특성과 IT 특성과 조직 특성이 업무 프로세스 가성성에 미치는 연구모형을 수립하였다. 가상 환경에서 원격근무를 경험한 사람들을 대상으로 검증한 결과, 첫째, 업무 특성 측면에서 감각적 요구는 업무 프로세스 가상성에 영향을 미치지만, 관계적 요구, 동기화 요구, 식별제어 요구는 영향이 없음을 확인하였다. 둘째, IT 특성 측면에서 표현력과 도달력은 업무 프로세스 가상성에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 조직 특성 측면에서 근무 자율성은 업무 프로세스 가상성에 영향을 미치지만, 평가 불공정성은 영향이 없음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 업무 프로세스 가상성에 IT의 표현력과 도달력이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고, 직무 자율성은 다음이며, 감각적 요구는 영향이 가장 낮음을 규명함으로써 업무 프로세스 가상화의 성공 가능성을 높이기 위한 실무적 시사점을 제시했다는 점에서 의미가 있다.
