LANDSAT영상을 이용한 서울시 행정구역 단위의 열섬효과 분석 (Analysis of the Effect of Heat Island on the Administrative District Unit in Seoul Using LANDSAT Image)

  • 도시화로 인한 산업비율 증가는 도시의 기온이 주변지역보다 높아지는 도시 열섬(Urban Heat Island)현상을 유발하였으며 기후변화와 함께 그 강도가 점점 증가하고 있다. 열섬현상이 발생하는 여러 도시 중에서도 서울시는 각 구 또는 동별로 시가화 정도, 녹지율, 에너지소비량, 인구밀도가 다 다르기 때문에 열섬현상의 강도역시 다르다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서울특별시를 대상으로 행정구, 행정동 단위 열섬현상강도(UHI Intensity)를 추출하여 행정구역별 차이를 확인하고 세 가지 범주(기상상태, 인위적 열 발생, 토지이용특성)에 포함되는 변수들과 선형회귀분석을 실시하여 각 행정구역의 열섬현상강도 차이의 원인을 살펴보았다. 분석결과 UHI Intensity는 행정구별, 행정동별 특징 및 주변 환경에 따른 차이가 존재하며 행정동 단위에서 차이가 더 크게 나타났고 구의 UHI Intensity와 구에 속한 동의 UHI Intensity분포 또한 차이가 존재하였다. 선형회귀분석결과 평균 풍속, 개발정도, 토양보정식생지수(SAVI), 정규화시가지지수(NDBI) 값이 행정구역별 열섬현상강도 차이를 발생시키는 유의한 변수로 나타났다. 토양보정식생지수와 정규화시가지지수는 행정동단위 까지 그 값의 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 열섬현상 완화를 위한 바람길 환경 조성은 행정동 차원에서의 시행이 필요한 사항이다. 따라서 토지피복 개선 계획, 바람길 조성 계획, 개발지역에 대한 벽면 녹화계획 등 열섬현상 완화를 위한 사업들은 행정구 단위의 차이만을 고려하기보단 구안에 속한 행정동까지 고려할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 결과는 도시 도시열섬현상 완화를 위해 행정동 단위에서의 분석의 필요성과 고려해야할 변수를 도출하여 향후 도시 열환경 설계 및 정책 개발 시 접근방향을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

상처와 주름이 있는 지문 판별에 효율적인 심층 학습 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Effective Deep Learning for Fingerprint Recognition with Scar and Wrinkle)

  • 인간의 특성과 관련된 측정 항목을 나타내는 생체정보는 도난이나 분실의 염려가 없으므로 높은 신뢰성을 가진 보안 기술로서 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 이러한 생체정보 중 지문은 본인 인증, 신원 파악 등의 분야에 주로 사용된다. 신원을 파악할 때 지문 이미지에 인증을 수행하기 어려운 상처, 주름, 습기 등의 문제가 있을 경우, 지문 전문가가 전처리단계를 통해 직접 지문에 어떠한 문제가 있는지 파악하고 문제에 맞는 영상처리 알고리즘을 적용해 문제를 해결한다. 이때 지문에 상처와 주름이 있는 지문 영상을 판별해주는 인공지능 소프트웨어를 구현하면 손쉽게 상처나 주름의 여부를 확인할 수 있고, 알맞은 알고리즘을 선정해 쉽게 지문 이미지를 개선할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 인공지능 소프트웨어의 개발을 위해 캄보디아 왕립대학교의 학생 1,010명, Sokoto 오픈 데이터셋 600명, 국내 학생 98명의 모든 손가락 지문을 취득해 총 17,080개의 지문 데이터베이스를 구축했다. 구축한 데이터베이스에서 상처나 주름이 있는 경우를 판별하기 위해 기준을 확립하고 전문가의 검증을 거쳐 데이터 어노테이션을 진행했다. 트레이닝 데이터셋과 테스트 데이터셋은 캄보디아의 데이터, Sokoto 데이터로 구성하였으며 비율을 8:2로 설정했다. 그리고 국내 학생 98명의 데이터를 검증 데이터 셋으로 설정했다, 구성된 데이터셋을 사용해 Classic CNN, AlexNet, VGG-16, Resnet50, Yolo v3 등의 다섯 가지 CNN 기반 아키텍처를 구현해 학습을 진행했으며 지문의 상처와 주름 판독에서 가장 좋은 성능을 보이는 모델을 찾는 연구를 수행했다. 다섯가지 아키텍처 중 지문 영상에서 상처와 주름 여부를 가장 잘 판별할 수 있는 아키텍처는 ResNet50으로 검증 결과 81.51%로 가장 좋은 성능을 보였다.

건물배치도를 이용한 국가기본도 수시수정 방법 개선 (The Improvement of Real-time Updating Methods of the National Base Map Using Building Layout Drawing)

  • 국가기본도 구축은 전국을 두 권역으로 나누어 2년 주기로 항공사진에 의한 수정도화를 실시하는 정시업무와 현지조사와 준공도면 등에 의하여 주요 변화 지형지물을 2주 이내에 수정하는 수시수정업무로 이루어지며, 이 중 국가기본도 수시수정 지형자료추출 업무에 활용되는 부동산종합공부시스템(일사편리) 건물배치도의 경우 지역측지계 기반의 좌표체계로 세계측지계 기반 국가기본도에 활용할 경우 좌표변환오차가 위치오차에 포함되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 또한 국가기본도는 수치지형도 건물 등록선인 건물 최외곽선(처마선)을 기준으로 등록하고 있고, 지적 및 건축 분야는 건물 중심선을 기준으로 등록하고 있어 건물 객체 관리기준이 불일치하고 있다. 이에 개선방법연구를 위해 부동산종합공부시스템(일사편리)건물배치도 위치에 직접 네트워크 RTK 측량을 실시하여 국가기본도 평면 도화위치 기준과 비교하여 문제점을 분석하였다. 이중 벽체와 처마의 차이가 있는 일반건축물의 경우 위치정보가 상이한 것 이외에 벽체와 처마의 차이만큼 건물 객체 비율에 차이가 있었다. 결론적으로 부동산종합공부시스템(일사편리) 건물배치도를 수시수정업무에 활용하기 위해서는 건물 중심선과 건물 최외곽선(처마선)의 이중레이어의 기초자료 제공이 필요하다 판단된다. 또한, 최신성 및 정확성을 동시에 확보 가능한 유기적인 지도갱신 프로세스에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

京釜線 鐵道建設에 따른 韓半島 空間組織의 變化 (Changes in spatial organization of Korea by the construction of Seoul-Pusan railroad)

  • 경부선 철도는 韓半島의 從貫鐵道로 1905년에 일본에 의하여 건설되었다. 일본은 경부선 노선을 당시에 우리 나라에 존재하였던 여러 교통로를 組合하여, 이 철도 하나로 한 반도 전체를 통제할 수 있도록 선정하였다. 따라서, 이 노선은 당시 한국의 주요 水運, 道路 交通, 市場地域 등이 횡단되도록 하였다. 또한, 鐵道驛은 기존의 취락에서 1km이상 떨어져 광범위한 부지상에 입지시켰다. 이와 같이 건설된 경부선 철도는 개통후 30년후에 한국의 空間組織을 크게 변화시켰다. 경부선 철도상의 주요 지점이 급성장하고 개통 전의 여러 상 업, 행정, 교통요지들이 쇠퇴하였다. 또한, 경부선 철도중심으로 모든 기능들이 집중되어 地 域經濟의 兩極化 現象이 나타나기 시작했고, 생태적 不均衡이 누적되어 왔다.

경복궁 녹산(鹿山)의 성립과 경관적 의의 (A Study on the Formation and Landscape Meaning of Noksan in Gyeongbokgung Palace)

  • 녹산은 경복궁 내부에 위치한 구릉 형태의 녹지로서 문화재공간으로 주목받지 못한 장소이다. 이에 본 연구는 녹산이 성립된 배경과 변화 양상을 고찰하여 경관적 의의를 도출하고자 실록, 지도류, 사진에 대한 문헌 분석과 현장조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 녹산의 정체성은 풍수적 내맥(來脈), 소나무림, 사슴과 관련되며, 경관적 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 「경복궁전도」 외 다수의 고지도에는 백악으로부터 경복궁 내부까지 이어지는 산줄기들이 묘사되었는데, 그중에서 녹산은 강녕전과 문소전으로 이어지는 내맥에 위치함으로써 형성된 숲이다. 북궐도상에서 녹산에는 육우정(六隅亭), 남여고(藍與庫), 녹직처소(鹿直處所), 그리고 남북 방향의 어구와 담장이 표현됨으로써 최소한의 시설과 숲으로 구성된 원형경관으로 이해할 수 있다. 둘째, 세종대에 경복궁의 북쪽 궁장이 건설되었으며, 경복궁 창건 시기에 연조 뒤쪽부터 신무문 안쪽을 후원으로 인식했던 반면에 경복궁 중건 시기는 신무문 밖에 새로운 후원 영역을 마련하였다. 이러한 배경에서 녹산만 내맥의 산줄기를 유지하였다. 그러나 일제강점기에 신무문 밖 후원에 대규모 관사가 건립되고 경무대 부지에 총독관저와 도로가 개설되면서 지형이 크게 변화되었다. 여기에 1967년 청와대와 녹산 사이의 청와대로가 신설되면서 녹산은 백악산록과 단절되었다. 셋째, 내청룡에 해당하는 경복궁 북동쪽의 풍수적 형세가 부족하여 소나무를 심어 지맥을 배양하였던 점과 임진왜란 이전 경복궁 배치도에 '소나무밭(松田)'이라고 표현된 사실에서 녹산의 원형이 된 숲의 주요 성상을 파악하였다. 발굴조사로 확인한 상수리나무, 벚나무, 느릅나무, 밤나무가 어우러진 소나무림을 원형 식생경관으로 이해할 수 있다. 녹산에는 성토로 인하여 어구가 사라지는 등 지형이 바뀌고 아까시 등 외래수종과 관상용 향나무 등이 식재되었다. 현재는 소나무림의 비중이 줄고 상수리나무림, 낙엽활엽수혼효림, 일부 가죽나무림과 버드나무림으로 구성된 숲을 이루고 있다. 넷째, '녹산(鹿山)'이라는 명칭이 신령, 장수, 영생, 왕권을 상징하는 사슴으로부터 유래된 사실을 '경복궁 녹원에서 기르던 사슴 일곱 마리 중에 한 마리가 굶어죽었다'는 대한매일신보 기사를 통해서 확인하였다.

Deep Neural Network와 Convolutional Neural Network 모델을 이용한 산사태 취약성 매핑 (Landslide Susceptibility Mapping Using Deep Neural Network and Convolutional Neural Network)

  • 산사태는 가장 널리 퍼진 자연재해 중 하나로 인명 및 재산피해 뿐만 아니라 범 국가적 차원의 피해를 유발할 수 있기 때문에 효과적인 예측 및 예방이 필수적이다. 높은 정확도를 갖는 산사태 취약성도를 제작하려는 연구는 꾸준히 진행되고 있으며 다양한 모델이 산사태 취약성 분석에 적용되어 왔다. 빈도비 모델, logistic regression 모델, ensembles 모델, 인공신경망 등의 모델과 같이 픽셀기반 머신러닝 모델들이 주로 적용되어 왔고 최근 연구에서는 커널기반의 합성곱신경망 기법이 효과적이라는 사실과 함께 입력자료의 공간적 특성이 산사태 취약성 매핑의 정확도에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 사실이 알려졌다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 픽셀기반 deep neural network (DNN) 모델과 패치기반 convolutional neural network (CNN) 모델을 이용하여 산사태 취약성을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구지역은 산사태 발생 빈도가 높고 피해가 큰 인제, 강릉, 평창을 포함한 강원도 지역으로 설정하였고, 산사태 관련인자로는 경사도, 곡률, 하천강도지수, 지형습윤지수, 지형위치 지수, 임상경급, 임상영급, 암상, 토지이용, 유효토심, 토양모재, 선구조 밀도, 단층 밀도, 정규식생지수, 정규수분지수의 15개 데이터를 이용하였다. 데이터 전처리 과정을 통해 산사태관련인자를 공간데이터베이스로 구축하였으며 DNN, CNN 모델을 이용하여 산사태 취약성도를 작성하였다. 정량적인 지표를 통해 모델과 산사태 취약성도에 대한 검증을 진행하였으며 검증결과 패치기반의 CNN 모델에서 픽셀기반의 DNN 모델에 비해 3.4% 향상된 성능을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 산사태를 예측하는데 사용될 수 있고 토지 이용 정책 및 산사태 관리에 관한 정책 수립에 있어 기초자료 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

High Resolution HC$_3$N Observations toward the Central Region of Sagittarius B2

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500,550,570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500,550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100,300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. To use as the structural matrix of the composite, collagen was purified from human umbilical cord.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.
