지역사회리더 리더십역량의 중요-성취도 분석 (An Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) on the Leadership Competency of Rural Community Leaders)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify leadership competences of rural leaders and to analyze leadership competency of leaders. The study carried out by questionnaire and focus group interview on expert panels. To analyze leadership competency, the data was collected from 273 rural leaders by stratified random sampling. SPSSWIN/ver10 program was used for analyzing data with t-test and IPA method. The study suggests twenty low types of leadership competences which were information, vision, decision making, motivation communication, education residents, managing residents, loaming, flexibility, problem solving, presentation program management, customer orientation service knowledge, making relationship, creative idea, business understanding, brand development, conflict resolution negotiation, assessment, business management, coaching and feed back. Whereas leaders with middle school educational career required developing program management, maintaining achievement and benchmarking, leaders with high school were morel likely to develope self-learning, to benchmark their knowhow and brand development competency. Whereas leader with less low years experiences as leader have been considered as developing coaching/feedback brand development and program development, leaders with more five years as leader should consider developing benchmarking, resident education, and brand development. The study suggests that the extension agents on public should develop leadership program according to the competency differences of leaders.

브랜드 이미지와 구매의도 간의 영향관계에서 상품 신뢰의 매개효과 검증: PB 쌀을 중심으로 (Mediation of Production Trust on Brand Image Influence on Repurchase Intention for PB Rice)

  • Purpose - Increasing sales of PB rice products can hinder the growth of domestic brands of rice, notwithstanding that the government is promoting domestic brands of rice. This analysis evaluated the influencing relationship among the variables of PB image, product credibility, and purchase intention of consumers who have never bought PB rice, to know the factors influencing consumers' decisions to purchase PB products. Research design, data, and methodology - PB products' brand image was analyzed as the factor that has a direct effect on purchase intention. The mediation effect of credibility on PB products is also analyzed, in terms of influencing the relationship between PB products' brand image and purchase intention. The analysis is performed on consumers that have not purchased a PB product and consumers who have purchased PB products from major distributors. Data is collected through questionnaires, from 389 of responders, and the AMOS 19.0 statistics package is used as a statistical tool. Results - It is proven that brand image has direct effects on the credibility of the product, and the credibility of product has a direct effect on purchase intention. However, it is revealed that brand image does not directly affect purchase intention, but that brand image indirectly affects it through the credibility of the product. Although the customers' recognition about PB image is low, the result shows that PB products' external attributes have effects on customers' purchase intention relating to the PB product. Therefore, it is important to establish the credibility of the PB product more than other products in terms of marketing. Conclusions - The following are the implications of the study. First, in a rice brand promotion, the credibility of the product should be ensured by a uniform brand image. To ensure the credibility of a product, the RPC brand and other brands should be unified, and the unified brand image should be applied to every product. Second, the package must possess a design as well as contents that could build consumers' perception of product credibility. Products' external attributes contribute to their credibility, which leads the consumers to purchase the products, including those consumers who have never bought PB rice products. Therefore, the products' credibility and sales can be reinforced by applying information about consumers' considerations when buying the PB rice product in different colors, font sizes, and packaging designs. This study is meaningful in two ways. First, it seeks to identify an NB revitalization strategy by exploring the purchasing behavior of customers who have no experience in buying PB rice products. Second, the results of previous studies about general brands are considered and applied in this study in order to investigate the influencing relationship among different factors of PB products. However, this study is a consumer awareness investigation; therefore, its results only have limited meaning to the relationship between brand image and purchase intention.

전남 유통 브랜드쌀 품질의 연중 및 연차 변이 특성 (Characterization of Seasonal and Annual Variations in Quality of Rice Brands Distributed in Jeonnam Province)

  • 본 연구는 전남지역 시군에서 생산, 유통되고 있는 브랜드쌀의 품질평가를 실시하여 연차간 변이와 유통쌀의 품질에 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 수행되었으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 전남의 연중 브랜드쌀 품질 변이는 도요윤기치 3.1%, 백도 2.1%, 단백질함량 1.6%, 수분함량 1.0%, 완전미율 0.4% 순으로 컸고 4월 이후부터 품질특성이 저하되었다. 2. 연차별 브랜드쌀 품질 변이는 단백질함량(5.6%), 도요윤기치(5.2%)가 컸고 백도(2.7%), 완전미율(1.8%)은 상대적으로 낮았다. 3. 식미치와 단백질함량은 최저기온, 일조시간, 강수량, 일교차와 높은 상관을 보였고 완전미율은 일교차와 부의 상관을, 분상질립율은 강수량과 높은 정의 상관을 보였다. 4. 단백질함량, 수분함량, 백도, 완전미율 등 밥맛과 상관이 높은 항목을 이용한 식미추정회귀식 산정 결과 y = - 6.71a + 2.27b + 1.29c + 0.51d - 15.34 ($R^2$=0.51*)이었으며 이 때 y는 관능식미, a는 단백질함량(%), b는 수분함량(%), c는 백도, d는 완전미율(%)이었다.

A Study on the Women Image Expressions of Cosmetic Advertisements through the Digital Media

  • The female image has been changed incessantly with age and has been eminently represented in cosmetic advertisement. The female images are changed from the classical images to the active and professional images with the historical current of cyber, digital, and fusion. These changes in the expression of female image are largely due to the spread of post-modernism, feminism, de-construction (Kim, 1994), digital information revolution, and increase of income. The female images in cosmetic advertisement have been expressed very variously with fashion, marketing target, and characteristics of articles. (Im, 1997) The cosmetic advertisements of pure and graceful images were popular in the past. But nowadays individual image, womanly image, and unchanged beautiful image are in vogue. Individual image is very popular in young generation with very short fashion period. Active career woman image represents passion and beauty with extension of women' social roles. Unchanged beautiful image in modern industrial pollution stands for the desire of keeping the beauty in youth. Brand is very important factor to consumers in purchasing. Brand is no larger the simple concept in the past, and accepted as reflection of the image, social status, service, and life-style(Lee, 1998) consumers are very favorable to foreign cosmetics with the increase of overseas travels and import. This phenomenon is considered as very natural, especially in young generation. To create a successful brand image, the harmony of quality, psychological preference, advertisement, and reasonable price are required. According to the questionnaire research implemented by the subject of college women students in five universities in Seoul, the majority of college women students purchase domestic cosmetic brands in cosmetic specialty stores and depend on the tips of acquaintances. Quality, skin-trouble, and brand are considered as special regards for purchasing. Especially, internet shopping in purchasing marks high growth rate and preference for foreign cosmetics is very ardent. It can be expected that the 21st century is the epoch of various small production different from the mass-production in the 20th century. Female image will be probably expressed with individual, emotional, and professional image in the media of digital, fusion, cyber, and technology culture. It can be said that the tendency of cosmetic purchasing in the future will be more focused on brand image and life style.

여성용 스키니 진의 브랜드별 패턴 특성 연구 (Characteristics study of women's skinny jeans patterns by brand)

  • In the 2010s, skinny jeans were trendy, and they became a must-have for young women. The styles, clothing pressure and buying behavior of skinny jeans have been studied, but the patternmaking of skinny jeans has not been researched yet. To analyze skinny jeans patterns, we grouped skinny jeans into nine brands. They were sorted into three groups: special jeans brand, trendy jeans brand, and SPA brand. This study compared skinny jeans' sizing systems, product dimensions and pattern measurements in three brand groups. The appearance and fit of skinny jeans were evaluated by random groups of people in their 20s and 30s. The sizing systems for skinny jeans were different with KS K0051, and they were shown waist girth in inches. The waist and hip circumferences were different among brand groups. In product dimensions, trendy jeans brands had a shorter crotch length, a lower crotch depth, a narrower back crotch width, and a longer inseam than the others. The measurements of skinny jeans flat patterns were significantly different in as below; front crotch depth, front crotch height, front crotch length, back crotch extension, gap between back and front crotch depth, back crotch height, back crotch length, and center back angle. In the sensory survey results, trendy jeans brands were evaluated well in the fit of the waist line, hip line, crotch line, midthigh line, outseam, inseam, side waist line, crotch length and overall fit.

쌀 브랜드 자산 평가모형의 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on the development of the Customer-Based Rice Brand Equity Model)

  • 마케팅 활동에서 브랜드의 영향력이 증가됨에 따라 국내의 농식품 시장에서 다양한 쌀 브랜드가 개발되고 있으나 지속적인 관리 부재로 인하여 경쟁력이 상실되고 있다. 본 연구는 지방정부, 개별경영체들이 개발한 쌀 브랜드의 인지도를 향상하기 위한 브랜드 자산평가 모형을 개발하기 위하여 수행하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 브랜드 전문가를 통한 전략캔버스(ERRC) 분석을 실시하여 쌀 브랜드 자산 요소를 도출하고, 설문조사를 실시하여 브랜드에 대한 자산 속성의 가중치를 도출하였다. 이는 브랜드 개발에 대한 기존연구에서 더 확장된 분석방법으로써 기 개발된 브랜드의 자산평가를 통해 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 있어 중요한 산출지표로 활용할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 연구결과 브랜드 자산에 대한 가치를 향상시키기 위해서는 고객과의 유대감 형성해야하고, 유대감을 측정하는 세부항목은 만족도, 만족우위성, 재구매 의향, 가격 프리미엄, 구매의도, 주위권유 등으로 나타났다. 브랜드 자산의 가치향상을 위한 유대감 형성방안 전략은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일정수준의 품질을 확보한 쌀에 대해서 지역의 대표 쌀 브랜드명을 포장재에 표시하도록 하여 명품화를 추구한다. 품질수준이 확보된 브랜드 쌀은 지역 브랜드로 통합하여 규모화하고, 지속적인 품질관리와 브랜드 관리를 해야 한다. 둘째, 품질과 브랜드가 뒷받침되는 상품은 프리미엄 상품으로서 고가전략으로 접근하되 포장단위를 다양하게 구성하여 고객 만족도를 높여야 한다. 셋째, 지인추천이 이루어질 수 있는 프로모션, 이벤트 등을 실시하여 홍보력을 높여야 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze about the extension of user experience in the digital space. Through the digital technology and virtual space, the city's new environment is being changed. it makes people activate their aesthetic experience. Simultaneously, it elevates satisfaction levels regarding people's aesthetic experience. Research methods and settings of the range to study on the Extension of User Experience are as follows: First, establish digital space's characteristics comparing digital space at the structural change-points in modern society. Second, experience's approch way through the digital media in the contemporary space. And understand the concept about a variety of User Experience. Third. to classify the elements of access control for the user experience. Experience is being expanded through the generation process. Fourth, investigate analysis of the case studies, focused on the architecture and space design_Media installations that appear in the city park, the city's landmark buildings facade, the building facade by offering commercially applied for brand marketing_ announced through the media recently. Also, it is to look at the physical elements through digital media and to analyze the applicability of the public space. Therefore, the new approach to digital implementation shall be determined by looking in the direction of the user approaches.

소비자-브랜드 관계 품질 측정에 관한 연구 (Measuring Consumer-Brand Relationship Quality)

  • 브랜드의 중요성이 증대됨에 따라 다양한 브랜드 관련 연구가 이루어지고 있는데, 최근 들어서는 소비자-브랜드 관계가 브랜드 연구의 중심이 되어가고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 소비자-브랜드 관계에 있어서 높은 품질과 지속적인 연대를 가능하게 하는 브랜드 관계 품질의 측정을 다루고 있다. 소비자-브랜드 관계에 대한 대부분의 기존 연구들은 Fournier(1994, 1998)가 제시한 6개 구성요소 또는 하위 차원을 바탕으로 하고 있다. 그러나 많은 연구들에서 소비자-브랜드 관계를 구성하는 6가지의 요소 또는 하위차원들이 소비자-브랜드 관계 품질이라는 하나의 단일차원을 이루고 있는지 확인하지 못한 채 소비자-브랜드 관계를 측정하기 위해 이들 하위차원들을 결합하여 점수를 계산하고서 연구를 진행하고 있다. 이러한 문제와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 소비자-브랜드 관계 품질을 구성하고 있는 상호의존, 몰입, 사랑/정열, 자아연관, 친밀감, 브랜드 파트너 품질 등의 6개의 차원들이 단일차원의 개념인가를 검토하였고, 이를 실증적으로 검토하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 구성개념들의 하위차원들이 단일차원의 구성개념인가를 검토한 선행연구들(Naver & Slater, 1990; Cronin & Taylor, 1992; Chang & Chen, 1998)에서 사용한 방법론을 활용하여 소비자-브랜드 관계를 구성하는 하위차원들이 단일차원을 이루고 있는가를 살펴보았다. 이러한 실증연구를 통해 소비자-브랜드 관계를 구성하고 있는 6개 차원들의 신뢰성, 수렴타당성, 판별타당성을 확인할 수 있었고, 소비자-브랜드관계를 구성하는 6개의 하위차원들이 단일차원을 이루고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 소비자-브랜드 관계를 구성하는 6개의 하위차원을 결합하여 소비자-브랜드 관계를 연구하였던 기존 연구들, 소비자-브랜드관계를 구성하는 하위차원을 통합하여 소비자-브랜드 관계를 종합적으로 살펴보려는 여러 연구들에 있어서 방법론상의 실증적 근거를 제시하고 있다.

Marc Jacobs 패션 콜래보레이션의 가치 탐색 (Exploring the values of Marc Jacobs's fashion collaboration)

  • This research worked on the cooperative case by Marc Jacobs, who was involved in innovative collaboration in the field of fashion, and the analysis on imbedded values. With assessment of it, this paper aims at providing the theoretical ground on prevalence of fashion collaboration for creative innovation and presenting the basic material in establishing the design and marketing in the fashion industry. In methodology, the review was followed up about literature regarding Marc Jacobs and collaboration and his cases in 2001 through 2012. Results showed that his collaboration cases could be divided into those with modern artist, those with fashion brand or designer, those with other field brand than fashion, and those with the public star. They were processed into such a form as development of new product and collection, shop display, and exhibition event. The value could be drawn from this case examination of Marc Jacobs' fashion collaboration, which includes the design innovation through reinterpretation of tradition, innovation of maximized brand value, and transboundary innovation toward a vast extension of realm. Namely, the collaboration of Marc Jacobs would be the driving force for design innovation and the creative process for both parties concerned through endless cooperation and would generate the innovative value for fashion field.

농촌관광마을 경쟁전략 (A Qualitative Research on Competitiveness Strategies for Rural Tourism Destination)

  • Competitiveness strategies has been associated in the tourism literature as a crucial factor for the success of tourist. The study aims to explore the competitiveness strategies for tourism destinations by conducting in-depth interviews with probe questions. Thirteen community enterprises' managers in rural tourism communities were interviewed with a semi-structured interview questionnaire for one or two hours. From the interview data, eight themes in two dimensions were identified as competitiveness strategies of rural community enterprises in rural Korea. Differentiation strategies consist of new product development, service improvement, brand image improvement, advertise and public relation, and concentration. Cost leadership dimension includes cost reduction, increasing benefit, and long-term investment. The findings of this paper implicate the underlying the competitiveness strategies from managers' perspective.
