This study analyzed kinematic variables about the cross step, the delivery and the release for women's javelin athletics recorded over 50m in the 2004 Busan International Athletics Competition. It was used the Kwon3D Motion Analysis Package Ver. 3.1 Program(Kwon, 2000) for analysing the kinematic variables about the distance, the velocity, and the angle, then we had the results as follows; 1 In the Cross step phase, the COG velocity was low because their step length was short. To keep the CM velocity from the approach to the last cross over step contact, the athletes have to keep the longer step length within about 130% of the athletics' height. 2. In the Delivery phase, the athletics' COG height was gradually lower, and the deceleration of the COG was going up. As the same in the cross step, Therefore the athletes have to increase the step length within about 100% of their height, in order to increasing the COG velocity. And it was shown they have to make small angle of the elbow as possible from the right foot contact to the left foot contact in order to being the big acceleration of the upperarm at the release phase. 3. In the release phase, it was shown to being low position of the release point as the COG was low and then the release velocity of the upperarm was low. Specially when the shoulder lean lateral angle is big at the release phase, it was shown they have a excessive release angle. And, when it was shown the high rotation angle of the shoulder, the shoulder was opened forward bigger than the trunk was opened forward. So the transmission of velocity from the proximal segments was a fast change.

The noise of MRI shooting is 100dB loud and has an intensive psychological and physiological influences on the human body. ECG signals were measured by experimental methods, while wearing earplugs for 15 minutes in the stable state. Then the ECG signals were measured for 30 minutes while listening to about 100dB of sound in a MRI equipment. In this study, the heart rate variability of men and women was analyzed according to the MRI noise stress level through the frequency analysis. As the MRI noise level is about 100dB, HRV analysis resulted in an imbalance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic. During the period from the resting state up to 10 minutes, the maximum stress state was shown. This study will encourage MRI workers to take interests in hearing protection for the patient and to make objective indicators about MRI noises.

Currently, as Plasma application is expanded to the industrial and medical industrial, low temperature plasma applications became important. Especially in medical and biology, many researchers have studied about generated radical species in atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma directly adapted to human body. Therefore, so measurement their plasma parameter is very important work and is widely studied all around world. One of the plasma parameters is electron density and it is closely relative to radical production through the plasma source. some kinds of method to measuring the electron density are Thomson scattering spectroscopy and Millimeter-wave transmission measurement. But most methods have very expensive cost and complex configuration to composed of experiment system. We selected Michelson interferometer system which is very cheap and simple to setting up, so we tried to measuring electron density by laser interferometer with laser beam chopping module for measurement of temporal phase difference in plasma jet. To measuring electron density at atmospheric pressure Ar plasma jet, we obtained the temporal phase shift signal of interferometer. Phase difference of interferometer can occur because of change by refractive index of electron density in plasma jet. The electron density was able to estimate with this phase difference values by using physical formula about refractive index change of external electromagnetic wave in plasma. Our guiding laser used Helium-Neon laser of the centered wavelength of 632 nm. We installed chopper module which can make a 4kHz pulse laser signal at the laser front side. In this experiment, we obtained more exact synchronized phase difference between with and without plasma jet than reported data at last year. Especially, we found the phase difference between time range of discharge current. Electron density is changed from Townsend discharge's electron bombardment, so we observed the phase difference phenomenon and calculated the temporal electron density by using phase shift. In our result, we suggest that the electron density have approximately range between 1014~ 1015 cm-3 in atmospheric pressure Ar plasma jet.
In this paper, incompressible and compressible flow characteristics around the butterfly valve have been investigated. In order to simplify the problem, a flat disk valve with various valve disk angles and pressure ratios is considered in the present calculations. It was found that as the disk angle increases, the stagnation point on the front surface of the disk moves to the center of the surface and the inflow velocity decreases. The maximum flow velocity occurs at the downstream of throat because of the formation of vents contracta. As the pressure ratio decreases, compressibility effects increase and the jet formed between the throttle body wall and the disk edge becomes supersonic. This flow also builds up as a shock cell structure. The increase of disk angle and pressure ratio makes the mass flow at the inlet decrease, while the increase of disk angle and the decrease of pressure ratio make the pressure loss coefficient increase.

The proportion of overweight and obese individuals in the United States has been continuously increasing up to recently. Many studies related to obesity have concentrated on jurisdictional levels of aggregation, making it very difficult to dearly illustrate at risk regions. In other words, little research has been conducted in relation to spatial patterns considering spatial dependency and heterogeneity by spatial autocorrelation models over space. In response, this research analyzes spatial patterns between overweight/obesity and risk factors, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, over space. Specifically, the Moran''s I and Geary''s C will be conducted for global and local measures. What is more, the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) linear regression and Geographically Weighted Regression methods will be applied to identify spatial dependency and spatial heterogeneity. Data provided by the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) have Body-Mass Index (BMI) rates, containing 4 rates of under, healthy, overweight, and obesity. In addition, high blood pressure and diabetes rates in the United States will be used as independent variables. Lastly, we are confident that this research will be beneficial for a decision maker to make a prevention plan for obesity.
Alberti's De re aedificatoria is the earliest case in the history of Italian Renaissance architectural treatises dealing with recovery of antiquity through textual and archaeological pursuits. The key source of the Renaissance theoreticians was Vitruvius' De architectura. However, Alberti was keenly aware of inaccuracy and Hellenization of Latinity in this classical text, and tried to compensate them in his own treatise. Furthermore he claimed a reformed discipline of the architects as well as the patrons, and prescribed how future buildings and cities should be built, based on the proper authority of ancient architecture in proper and intelligible Latin. Such an adaptation of classical usage in order to reestablish a modern norm preceded in his earlier work Momus, a satire on the contemporary Italian society of his own by following the model of Lucian. Alberti's suggestion of proper government in Momus's phrase was expanded in De re aedificatoria, for he consider the buildings are subject to the rules of morality and public interests. He proclaimed that the nature of beauty is the reasoned harmony of every part within a body, and architectural beauty also lies on the harmonized arrangement of all the elements within an individual building and of all individual buildings and facilities within a city. For the architects to execute this task, he formulated the concept of lineanenta, the form derived from the mind in order to prescribe the proper place, numbers, scale, and orders for whole building structure. It is the future oriented city-plans and building designs to serve the public interest and the good of all the individual citizens who make up the City-State that Alberti pursued in his treatise.
The International Chamber of Commerce has been the world's leading organization in the field of international commercial dispute resolution. Established in 1923 as the arbitration body of ICC, the International Court of Arbitration has pioneered international commercial arbitration as it is known today. The ICC International Court of Arbitration is the world's foremost institution in the resolution of international business disputes. While most arbitration institutions are regional or national in scope, the ICC Court is truly international. The purpose of this paper is to examine their advantages and to introduce main contents provided in ICC Rules of Arbitration as follows; First, before the actual merits of the case can be addressed, the Arbitral Tribunal must first draw up the Terms of Reference. The Terms of Reference should include the particulars listed in the ICC Rules. Apart from the full names and description of the parties and arbitrators, the place of arbitration and a summary of the parties' respective claims, they contain particulars concerning the applicable procedural rules and any other provisions required to make the Award enforceable at law Second, the Scrutiny is a fundamental feature of ICC arbitration and is one that distinguishes it from the other major international arbitration rules. The scrutiny system has two aspects ; the first is to identify or modify the defects of form, while the second is to draw the arbitrators' attention to points of substance. Third, as soon as practicable, the Court fixes an advance on costs intended to cover the estimated fees and expenses of the arbitrators, as well as the administrative expenses of ICC. Specially, the advance on costs fixed by the Court shall be payable in equal shares by the Claimant and Respondent. Finally, the parties are also free to select the arbitrator or arbitrators of their choice. The Court or the Secretary General confirms arbitrators nominated by the parties. Taking a step forward, to upgrade the quality of the award of KCAB, it is desirable to consider how to incorporate the main contents of the ICC Arbitration into Korea Commercial Arbitration Rules.

It has been evident since 1972 that computed tomography(CT) can play an important role in treatment and managment of the cancer patients as four steps; diagnosis, satging Treatment and follow-up. In this paper, we intended to investigate the availability of CT scan and treatment planning computer in 700 cancer patients who have undergone radiation therapy at the division of radiation therapy, Kangnam St. Mary's Hospital, Catholic Medical College between Mar. 1983 and Dec. 1985. The result were as follow; 1. Of 700 irradiated cancer patients, 342 patients ($48.9\%$) were performed CT scan prior to radiation therapy. 2. The distribution of lesions in 342 patients having CT scans was like this; CNS (83 of 104 patients, $79.8\%$), abdomen (44 of 76 patients, $57.9\%$), pelvis (100 of 188 patients, $53.2\%$) etc. in order. 3. The treatment planning computer were used in 280 cancer patients ($40\%$). 4. Of the 280 cancer patients using treatment planning computer, 167 patients ($59.6\%$) applied diagnostic CT scan and remaining 113 patients ($40.4\%$) were made body contour to be used for radiation therapy planning by the treatment planning computer. Authors also made some magnification devices used for small multiformat CT images to magnify into life size, consisting of overhead projector (3M) I.V. stand and mirror. These enabled us to make less errors in tracing the small-sized CT images during input of the anatomical data into the treatment planning computer.
Seven male Himalayan tahrs were strongly assumed to have accidently fed on foreign bodies in 2007. At the time, zoo caretakers witnessed missing fence padding, such as carpet, plastic awning, and ropes. The incident occurred the morning after the items had been set up to protect indigenous, wild long-tailed gorals from self injury caused by head butting the steel fence. Adult male Himalayan tahrs were obviously suspected of mostly eating the paddings mainly composed of carpet, thin and long plastic awning, and ropes. Even though they had not shown digestive problems, surgery was determined necessary in order to remove any indigestible foreign bodies. Left flank rumenotomy was conducted on seven male Himalayan tahrs from April to May, 2011. After anesthesia with xylazine, rumenotomy was performed on a concrete floor, with legs and head secured by ropes. No access to water and hay prior to operation for two days was needed to make the surgical procedure done quickly. Two sheets of small hand towels protecting against inflow of ruminal contents were beneficial during surgery. Antibiotics were administered intramuscularly for seven days. No abscesses at the surgical site were found after surgery. Like domestic ruminants, wild ruminants also ingest metalic or non-metalic, indigestible foreign bodies by accident. Therefore, simplified rumenotomy must be developed to apply to those wild animals to lengthen their longevity and to advance the quality of life in captivity. This case report is the first showing how to perform rumenotomy of Himalayan tahr, a wild ruminant, in Korea.
Purchase of clothes has recently picked up pace at mobile fashion shopping malls. One of the biggest weak points is that consumers can't coordinate clothes. Since individuals increasingly want to make coordination, a fashion coordination system to satisfy the demand should be developed. As the technology of digital clothing which is about reproducing dresses using computer graphic has been activated in the fashion industry, many changes in consumers' life patterns and interests in fashion shopping malls are taking place. Some consumers are increasingly more keenly interested in shopping on the Internet and Smart phones than in offline stores. This study was conducted to understand production of iPhone-based augmented reality fashion fitting contents which is suitable for Koreans' body shape. This system is about designing and materializing UI(User Interface), an augmented reality fitting system, so that users can confirm if they look nice with those fashion items using Smart phones. A new fashion shopping method satisfying user convenience was suggested using the materialized system.
