As the number of harmful sites increases, many social problems are occurring. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the government is carrying out activities to block access to web sites to harmful sites based on the law. However, due to the change from HTTP to HTTPS protocol, it has become difficult to block the harmful sites in the existing method. In the existing HTTP protocol, a method of blocking the site corresponding to the harmful site domain list by utilizing the DNS information was used. However, due to the generalization of HTTPS, it is difficult to block the harmful sites in the existing method. Therefore, the ISP uses the method of blocking the website using the SNI field in the TLS (Transport Layer Security) Handshake protocol used for HTTPS. However, since the method using SNI field raises the concern of monitoring Internet users or exposing information about connected sites, in this paper, we proposed method which can support anonymity to Internet users while blocking harmful sites. The suggested method also can support integrity and source authentication to the transmitted data.

A new method of blocking effects reduction is proposed in this paper for use in low bitrate image coding. We use 28 DCT kernel functions of which boundary values are linearly independent, and Gram-Schmidt process is applied to the boundary values in order to obtain 28 boundary-orthonormal basis images. Then we use these basis images to obtain the correction terms for blocking artifacts reduction. A threshold of block discontinuity is introduced for improvement of visual quality by reducing image blurring. We also investigate the number of basis images needed for efficient blocking artifacts reduction when the compression ratio changes.

In this paper, we present a comparative performance analysis of several blocking artifact reduction algorithms. For the performance analysis, we propose a block boundary region classification algorithm which classifies each horizontal and vertical block boundary into four regions using brightness change near the block boundary. The PSNR performance of each algorithm is compared. The MSE according to each block boundary region is also compared. Experimental results show that the wavelet transform based blocking artifact reduction algorithms have better performance over the other methods.

This paper describes a new method for reducing blocking effet in block coded images using wavelet transform. In this method, all processings are one-dimensionally executed based on the fact that blocking effect occures both horizontal and vertical directions in image. Experimental results show that the proposed method yields PSNR improvement and better subjective quality.

Modern consumer electronic products like TV, VCR etc, offer users the convience of switching the equipment on and off via a remote control handset. When this type of equipments is switched off, it is said to be in standby mode. In this paper, We proposed that the method of the blocking standby power Son in industrial product including electronic and electronic appliauces. This method is perfectly blocking the standby power of electrical circuit.

A imput buffer typed ATM switch and an appropriate cell-scheduling algorithm are necessary for avoiding output blocking and internal blocking respectively. This paper analyzes a blocking that is due to shared resource in multiprocessor system. A proposed analysis for shared resource suggests a scalable and amendable scheduling method about task allocation. An equation of shared resource blocking is proposed by a throughput at common bus and a ratio of throughput during time period, it is included a parameter of tasks scheduling. Using this equation, a new guideline for task allocation of multiprocessor is presented. Finally, in proposed system a model simulations for the proposed blocking model is given by a deterministic ratio of shared resource.

In block-based lossy video compression, severe quantization causes discontinuities along block boundaries so that annoying blocking artifacts are visible in decoded video imases. These blocking artifacts significantly decrease the subjective image quality. In order to reduce the blocking artifacts in decoded images, many algorithms have been proposed However studies on so called, corner outliers, have been very limited. Corner outliers make image edges look disconnected from those of neighboring blocks at cross block boundary. In order to solve this problem, we propose a corner outlier detection and compensation algorithm as post-processing in spatial domain The experiment results show that the proposed method provides much improved subjective image quality.

Stereo matching is an important technique in the are of computer vision. There are already many theorems to find disparity map using stereo images. Usually, disparity is searched by using block matching. However block matching result in blocking effects caused by using fixed size window for computing pixel correlations. This paper suggests an efficient method to remove the blocking effect in stereo matching procedures.
