대역확산방식 FTS 인코더/디코더 구현 (Implementation of Spread Spectrum FTS Encoder/Decoder)

  • 본 문서는 방해파 등의 잡음에 강하며 특히 명령신호 비닉성 및 비화성에 탁월한 장점을 갖는 대역확산 변조방식을 활용한 FTS 인코더/디코더의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 우선 명령포맷은 64비트 패킷신호로 구성되며 각각의 명령신호는 트리플DES암호화 알고리즘을 이용하여 암호화 작업을 수행하고, 또한 오류정정 기법의 하나인 콘볼루션코딩 및 비터비디코딩 기법을 적용하여 통신 신뢰성을 높이도록 설계한다. 대역확산을 위해 직접확산기법을 적용하고 확산코드는 256비트 골드코드를 사용하며, 설계한 FTS 인코더와 디코더가 잘 동작하는지 검증하기 위해 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 최종 하드웨어를 구현하여 그 결과를 확인하였다.

지중 내 TPH, Phenol의 확산방지를 위한 선택적 차수재 제조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Selectively Block Barrier for Prevent the Spread of TPH and Phenol in the Ground)

  • 본 연구에서는 지중 내 오염물질(TPH, Phenol)의 확산 방지를 위해 오염 발생시에만 선택적으로 차수성능을 발현하는 차수재를 제조하고자 하였다. 선택적차수재의 구성물질로는 주문진규사, 벤토나이트, 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머, 스필하운드 마린을 사용하였으며, 본 연구에서는 구성물질들의 활용가능성을 평가하기 위해 기초 특성 및 환경유해성을 확인하였으며 오염물질과의 접촉 24시간 후 변화되는 투수특성을 비교하여 차수재로서 사용가능성을 확인하였다. 각 구성물질의 pH는 일반 지하수 pH 범위와 유사하였으며 독성특성 및 유해물질 용출가능성 분석결과 기준치 이하의 함량을 보여 환경유해성은 없다고 판단되었다. 또한 오염물질 접촉 전‧후 투수계수를 비교하였을 때, 접촉 전 α × 10-3cm/sec 내외의 투수계수가 오염물질과 접촉 이후 α × 10-6cm/sec로 감소된 결과를 보여 차수재의 비오염 상황에서는 투수성과 오염발생시 차수성능 발현을 확인할 수 있었다.

Comparison of Multilevel with Single Level Injection during Lumbar Sympathetic Ganglion Block: Efficacy of Sympatholysis and Incidence of Psoas Muscle Injection

  • Background: We prospectively evaluated the incidence and possible factors causing intramuscular injection during lumbar sympathetic ganglion block and compared the multiple needle technique to the single technique to obtain a profound and complete block effect. Methods: Among 83 patients, 58 patients (group A, n = 27, multiple needle technique and group B, n = 31, single needle technique) were reevaluated for the changes of skin temperature (Ts) and mean segment of longitudinal contrast spread. After injecting the contrast agent, the incidence of psoas muscle injection and the change of Ts was compared between two groups. Results: The incidence of psoas muscle injection was 21.3% (46/216) and it was associated with the level of injection (L2) significantly (${\chi}_2$ = 14.773, P = 0.001). $DT^{post}$ (postblock temperature difference between ipsilateral and contralateral great toe, $4.6{\pm}2.8^{\circ}C$, $1.8{\pm}1.6^{\circ}C$, P < 0.001 for group A and B) and $DT^{net}$ ($DT^{post}$ - $DT^{pre}$, $3.9{\pm}2.7^{\circ}C$, $1.5{\pm}1.5^{\circ}C$, P < 0.001 for group A and B) was significantly higher in group A. The mean segment of longitudinal contrast spread was $8.1{\pm}0.9$ for group A and $3.2{\pm}1.6$ for group B (P < 0.001). Conclusions: The LSGB at the L2 level showed the lowest incidence of psoas muscle injection of contrast. Multiple needle approach showed more significant increase of $DT^{net}$ and $DT^{post}$.

채널 코딩 기법을 이용한 디지털 워터마킹 (Digital Watermarking using the Channel Coding Technique)

  • 멀티미디어 데이터의 저작권 보호를 위해 데이터의 조작에 강인한 특성을 가져야 하는 디지털 워터마크는 잡음 환경에서 최대한 오류를 줄이면서 데이터를 전달하고자 하는 채널 코딩 기법과 유사한 개념을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 정지영상을 대상으로 이러한 채널 코딩 알고리즘을 이용하여 각종 데이터의 조작에 강인한 디지털 워터마킹 기법을 제안한다. 저작권 정보는 길쌈 부호(convolutional code)를 사용하여 부호화되며, 데이터의 연속적인 손실을 방지하기 위하여 블록 인터리빙(block interleaving) 기법이 적용된다. 부호화된 저작권 정보는 데이터의 조작에 강인한 특성을 갖는 대역 확산 기법에 의해 영상 데이터에 은닉된다. 저작권 정보의 복원을 위해 워터마크된 영상과 은닉 과정에서 사용된 가상 랜덤 잡음 시퀀스(pseudo random noise sequence)와의 공분산(covariance)에 의해 워터마크 신호가 검출되며, 이 신호를 디인터리빙(de-interleaving)하고 복호화(decoding)하여 은닉된 저작권 정보를 복구한다. 실험 결과 일반적인 대역 확산 기법보다 채널 코딩과 블록 인터리빙을 활용한 기법이 동일한 PSNR에서 가우시안(Gaussian) 잡음 추가, 필터링 및 JPEG 압축 등의 공격에 대해 보다 정확하게 은닉된 저작권 정보를 검출할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

무수 알코올에 의한 내장신경차단에 관한 임상적 연구 (A Clinical Evaluation of Splanchnic Nerve Block with Absolute Ethanol)

  • It has been well known that the splanchnic nerve block is effective for patients who suffer from intractable upper abdominal pain. However, it is unclear whether the effect of the splanchnic nerve block depends on varied alcoholic concentration. In this study, an attempt was made to use absolute ethanol on patients who recieved a splanchnic nerve block at Severance Hospital during the period from September l990 to April l991. The results are as follows; 1) Among the 33 patients, including 22 males and 1l females, the fifties and sixties were the major age groups. 2) Stomach cancer was the most common underlying disease(13 cases), with pancreatic can- cer next(9 cases). 3) The main locations of pain were the upper abdomen, epigastrium, and entire abdomen in decreasing order. 4) There were 17 cases who had had chemotherapy, and 1l cases of whom had had surgery before the splanchnic nerve block. 5) The volume of alcohol used was 12 ml bilaterally. 6) Among the 33 patients, 15.2% required a second block within two weeks of the first block. One case required a third block. 7) The most common complications of splanchnic nerve block were hypotension(33.3%), occasional transient sharp burning pain, flushing of face, pain on injection site, nausea, vomiting, dyspnea, chest discomfort and diarrhea. 8) The supplemental block most commonly used was a continuous epidural block. It was used both as a diagnostic block and to afford relief from pain before the splanchnic nerve block was done. 9) The interval between the receiving the absolute ethanol block and discharge was within 2 weeks in l5 cases. But, in the patients with poor general health, the interval between the splanchnic nerve block and discharge prolonged. The above results suggest that bilateral splanchnic nerve block done with absolute ethanol after an effective test block with 1% lidocaine under C-arm fluroscopic control is satisfactory and reliable. Still, 26.6% of the patients received a repeat block within 2 weeks. Insufficient spread of ethanol due to its small volume seems to be a major factor in the repeat block. Minimizing the incidence of repeat block remains a problem to be solved.

역세권 제2종 일반주거지역 상업화 확산과 특성 분석 (A Study on the Commercialization Characteristics of 2nd Class Residential District in Inner-city Railway Station Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the commercialization characteristics of 2nd class residential district in innercity railway station area as basic research to protect urban residential area against the pressure of commercialization. Through the research that are based on literature, field survey and urban planning map, it analysed the commercialization characteristic of selected three sites under similar urban condition; to be a nearby subway station and to be a famous commercial street in site, etc. The consequences of this study are summarized as follows; First it finds the commercialized lots in all blocks that adjoin blocks of upper class zoning. Second it is in inverse proportion between the commercialization of lots and the distance from subway station to residential block. Third, the corner lot of a block and the access road directly connected collector road are very important factors to spread commercialization to residential area. Finally, it finds the difference of the commercialization degree of 2nd class residential zone according to arrange main commercial street and the 2nd class residential block; vertical arrangement and horizontal arrangement.

  • Online cybercrime has various causes. The criminal guilty language, Criminal lingo is active in the shaded area with the bilateral aspect of the word on cyber. It has been continuously producing massive risk factors in cyberspace. Criminals are shared and disseminated online. It has been linked with fake news and aids to suicide that has recently become an issue. Thus the criminal lingo has become a real danger factor on cyber interface. Recently, Criminal lingo is shared and distributed as cyber hazard information. It is transformed that damaging to the youth and ordinary people through the internet and social networks. In order to take action, it is necessary to construct an expert system based on AI to implement a smart management architecture with block-chain technology. In this paper, we study technically a new smart management architecture which uses artificial intelligence based decision algorithm and block-chain tracking technology to prevent the spread of criminal lingo factors in the evolving cyber world. In addition, through the off-line regular patrol program of police units, we proposed the conversion of online regular patrol program for "cyber harem area".

주파수 확산과 등화기법을 적용한 적응 OFDM에 대한 부 반송파 블록 전력 제어 (Subcarrier Block Power Control for Adaptive Downlink OFDM with Frequency Spreading and Equalization)

  • 본 논문에서는 TPC-AMS/FSS-OFDM(transmit power controlled adaptive modulated OFDM with frequency symbol spreading and equalization)시스템을 제안한다. TPC-AMS/FSS-OFDM의 송신기에서 각 S/P(serial-to-parallel)변환된 신호는 직교 확산 코드에 의해 확산 결합되어 송신하고, 수신된 신호는 수신기의 각 주파수 심볼 확산 블록에 의하여 검출되며, 같은 SINR(signal interference to noise ratio)을 얻는다. 이 때 각 주파수 심볼 확산블록에 대해서는 같은 변조 레벨과 송신 전력을 할당할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 전체 송신 전력과 데이터 정보로 전송되는 FBI(feedback information), MLI(modulation level information)를 감소시킴으로서 전체적인 전송속도(throughput)의 성능을 개선할 수 있다.

요하지통 환자에서 선택적 경추간공 경막외강 블록의 예후 인자 (The Prognostic Factors of Selective Transforaminal Epidural Block in Patients with Low Back Pain)

  • Background: Selective transforaminal epidural block (STEB) has showen effectiveness as a diagnostic and therapeutic option for the management of patients with low back pain or sciatica. This study was carried out in order to determine the short-term effects and prognostic factors associated with STEB in patients with low back pain or sciatica. Methods: Ninety-seven patients were selectedfor participation in this study. Their diagnosis were based werewason the clinical symptoms and MRI findings. We performed STEB under fluoroscopic guidance and injected 3 ml of radio opaque dye in order to confirm the technical success of the procedure. We then injected 20 mg of triamcinolone mixed into 3 ml of 0.5% mepivacaine. One month later, we classified the patient outcomes as excellent, good, moderate or poor, according to the degree of reduction in VAS score from baseline. The independent variables assessed included symptom duration, block level, number of blocks, primary diagnosis, prior caudal block, anterior epidural space filling of dye, medication history, demographic data, radiating pain, back surgery and spondylolisthesis. Results: At a mean follow-up period of 1 month after STEB, excellent results were noted in the patients diagnosed with herniated lumbar disc (70%), non-specific spondylosis (54%), spinal stenosis (44%), and failed back syndrome (28%). The patients with epidural adhesion and combined spondylolisthesis were associated with poorer outcomes. Combined caudal block, symptom duration and the extent of epidural spread of the drug were not related to the effectiveness of the treatment. Conclusions: Selective transforaminal epidural block is effective in treating patients with radiculopathy, such as herniated lumbar disc, but it isrelatively ineffective in treating patients with structural deformities, such as failed back syndrome and spondylolisthesis.

치과 CAD/CAM 가공용 합금블럭 제조 및 특성 관찰 (A manufacturing process and characteristic observation of alloy blocks for dental CAD/CAM system)

  • Purpose: Automatic dental prosthesis manufacturing process was accelerated by the spread of dental CAD / CAM system. The CAD / CAM system with milling alloys were needed supplement. So, sintered alloy blocks were introduced. In this study, we want to study sintered alloy block. And to evaluate the alloy block manufacture and alloy properties. Methods: The alloy powders were prepared by high pressure water dispersion method. The sintered alloy blocks were prepared by low temperature pressing method. Their components observation were EDX, and the alloy structure was observed by XRD. Results: Co-Cr alloy powders were observed to have a circle shape with an average diameter of about $100{\mu}m$ and a Ni-Cr alloy powder had a circle shape with an average diameter of about $50{\mu}m$. The Co-Cr alloy block is composed of Co (34.62 wt%), Cr (17.33 wt%), Mo (2.98 wt%), Si (0.36 wt%) and C (44.17 wt%). The Ni-Cr alloy powder was composed of Ni (40.29 wt%), Cr (19.37 wt%), Mo (3.53 wt%), Si (0.52 wt%) and C (33.18 wt%). The peak of the Co and CoCr peaks were observed in the CoCr alloy body by the means of XRD study. Cr2Ni3 of the peak was observed in the Ni-Cr alloy material. Conclusion : As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. Prepared by high-pressure water-law Co-Cr alloy powder has an average diameter $100{\mu}m$, Ni-Cr alloy powder was found to have the form of sphere having an average diameter $50{\mu}m$. 2. Co-Cr alloy and Ni-Cr alloy block produced by low-temperature processing showed a certain ratio. 3. In the XRD study, Co phase appeared in Co-Cr alloy block after sintering. and Cr2Ni3 phase appeared in Ni-Cr alloy block after sintering.
