  • 리튬폴리머전지의 전기적인 특성을 평가하고 이것을 시스템 측면에서 고찰할 수 있는 이론적인 토대를 마련하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 전지의 전기적인 특성평가를 위한 전기적모델링 기법에 관하여 고찰하였다. 실제 제작된 리튬폴리머전지의 특성자료를 바탕으로 R-L-C 모델을 이용한 동적해석방식과 PSpice 모델을 이용한 정적해석방식을 통하여 리튬폴리머전지의 전기적 특성을 해석하였다. 각 모델의 풍/방전시의 전기적 특성을 고찰하고 충/방전조건에 따른 전지의 단자전압등 특성변수의 변화를 실제 제작된 리튬폴리머전지와 비친, 검토하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

BIM 설계를 위한 커리큘럼 연구 - 초등학교 설계실험 - (A study of Curriculum for BIM Design - On the Design Exeperiment of the Elementary School -)

  • The objective of this paper is to introduce a curriculum for BIM design and explores characteristic of BIM Design. In order to get our approach, conducted by means of BIM throughout an actual experiment by elementary school from Architectural programming, preliminary design to design development and construction drawing. The experiment states that curriculum for BIM design requires systemically to be made in the architectural education. And also schools integrate BIM teaching early into in their curriculum. Some schools claim that BIM is often perceived as stumbling block student' creativity on account of its instant building elements. But this is not so; it all depends on how BIM is taught in the architectural education. The results state that students in the architectural school today is required to learn design by means of BIM early in the first year. Also more importantly, in order to advance the BIM design, a curriculum for BIM design is required to diversely open class in the architectural education.

  • Autonomous and intelligent resource model (AIR-model) defines a building-block of complex systems to pursue value creation by means of diverse resources, referred to as an AIR-unit, and presents a collaboration model with the AIR-units. An AIR-unit represents a piece of resources, such as machines, labor, raw materials, and other assets, considered individually by a complex system as means to accomplish given tasks. It is defined with its own service capability and a goal, and pursues achieving the goal by means of the capability. Moreover, an Air-unit is equipped with autonomy and intelligence, whereby it makes a decision on its course of action on its own initiative. Air-units collaborate on system operations with each other through goal-oriented negotiations. In this research, distinctive features of the AIR-model are addressed and described in detail. Principal components of the AIR-model are also designed via object-oriented modeling techniques. A prototype system based on the AIR-model is finally presented as an embodiment tool of a fractal manufacturing system (FrMS).

고유변형도를 경계조건으로 갖는 대형 각(殼) 구조물 열변형 해석법 개발 (Development of Thermal Distortion Analysis Method on Large Shell Structure Using Inherent Strain as Boundary Condition)

  • There are two ways of conventional thermal distortion analysis. One is the thermal elasto-plastic analysis and the other is the equivalent forces method based on inherent strain. The former needs exorbitant analysis time, while the latter cannot obtain results of stress field and it needs much time consumption with loads modeling on curved plates. Such faults in two methods have made difficulties in thermal distortion analysis of a large structure like ship hull. In order to solve them, new kind of thermal distortion analysis method was developed. We devised that the inherent strains was used as direct input factors in forms of boundary conditions. It was embodied by using thermal expansion coefficient in commercial code. We used the pre-calculated inherent strain as thermal expansion coefficient, and endowed nodes with imaginary temperatures. This method was already adopted at hull block welding distortion analysis which was considered as impossible, and gave productive results such as reduction of work time in the dry dock.

광통신 수신기용 클럭/데이타 복구회로 설계 (Design of clock/data recovery circuit for optical communication receiver)

  • In the following paper, new architectural algorithm of clock and data recovery circuit is proposed for 622.08 Mbps optical communication receiver. New algorithm makes use of charge pump PLL using voltage controlled ring oscillator and extracts 8-channel 77.76 MHz clock signals, which are delayed by i/8 (i=1,2, ...8), to convert and recover 8-channel parallel data from 662.08 Mbps MRZ serial data. This circuit includes clock genration block to produce clock signals continuously even if input data doesn't exist. And synchronization of data and clock is doen by the method which compares 1/2 bit delayed onput data and decided dta by extracted clock signals. Thus, we can stabilize frequency and phase of clock signal even if input data is distorted or doesn't exist and simplify receiver architecture compared to traditional receiver's. Also it is possible ot realize clock extraction, data decision and conversion simulataneously. Verification of this algorithm is executed by DESIGN CENTER (version 6.1) using test models which are modelized by analog behavior modeling and digital circuit model, modified to process input frequency sufficiently, in SPICE.

운전자와 현장조업자의 협동훈련을 위한 플랜트 훈련시스템 플랫폼 연구 (A Study on Plant Training System Platform for the Collaboration Training between Operator and Field Workers)

  • Operator Training Simulators (OTSs) provide macroscopic training environment for plant operation. They are equipped with simulation systems for the emulation of remote monitoring and controlling operations. OTSs typically provide 2D block diagram-based graphic user interface (GUI) and connect to process simulation tools. However, process modeling for OTSs is a difficult task. Furthermore, conventional OTSs do not provide real plant field information since they are based on 2D human machine interface (HMI). In order to overcome the limitation of OTSs, we propose a new type of plant training system. This system has the capability required for collaborative training between operators and field workers. In addition, the system provides 3D virtual training environment such that field workers feel like they are in real plant site. For this, we designed system architecture and developed essential functions for the system. For the verification of the proposed system design, we implemented a prototype training system and performed experiments of collaborative training between one operator and two field workers with the prototype system.

트레드 블록을 고려한 타이어의 잔류 복원 토크 및 마찰 에너지에 대한 유한 요소 해석 (Finite Element Analysis on Residual Aligning Torque and Frictional Energy of a Tire with Detailed Tread Blocks)

  • The tread pattern of a tire has an important effect on tire performances such as handling, wear, noise, hydroplaning and so on. However, a finite element analysis of a patterned tire with detailed tread blocks has been limited owing to the complexity of making meshes for tread blocks and the huge computation time. The computation time has been shortened due to the advance in the computer technology. The modeling of tread blocks usually requires creating a solid model using a CAD software. Therefore it is a very complicated and time-consuming job to generate meshes of a patterned tire using a CAD model. A new efficient and convenient method for generating meshes of a patterned tire has been developed. In this method, 3-D meshes of tread pattern are created by mapping 2-D meshes of tread geometry onto 3-D tread surfaces and extruding them through tread depth. Then, the tread pattern meshes are assembled with the tire body meshes by the tie contact constraint. Residual aligning torque and frictional energy are calculated by using a patterned tire model and compared to the experimental results. It is shown that the calculated results of a patterned tire model are in a good agreement with the experimental ones.

BASINS/HSPF 및 WASP5를 이용한 화옹유역과 담수호의 적용성 검토 (The evaluation of BASINS/HSPF and WASP5 model in Hwaong watershed and reservoir)

  • Large scale projects of sea-land reclamation have been practiced mainly to enlarge farmland in Korea. Most projects produced estuarine reservoir with dike construction, which might result in water quality problems due to block of natural flowing of stream water to the sea. Applicability of a widely accepted watershed-based water quality assessment tool (BASINS) and its associated watershed model was evaluated on the Hwaong watershed in Korea. BASINS was found to be a convenient and powerful tool for assessment of watershed characteristics, and provided various tools to delineate the watershed into land segments and river reaches, reclassify land use, and parameterize for HSPF simulation. WASP5 is a general purpose modeling system for assessing the fate and transport of conventional and toxic pollutants in surface water bodies. This study involved selection and linkage of available models to be used as a tool in evaluating the effects of BMPs for control on reservoir water quality. Overall,.Linkage of BASINS/HSPF and WASP5 was applicable and found to be a powerful tool in pollutant loading estimation from the watershed and reservoir, and its use is recommended.

폐기물매립지의 장기침하 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Long-term Settlement for Solid Waste Landfill)

  • It has been a growing concern about reusing Sudokwon landfill 2nd site and other sanitary landfills located around the metropolitan areas. In this paper, settlement characteristics of Sudokwon landfill 2nd site were studied by analyzing the data collected over the period of six years. Three equations are combined in order to modeling the long-term settlement behavior of refuse landfill caused by mechanical secondary composition and secondary composition caused by the decomposition of biodegradable refuse. It is suggested that mechanical secondary composition is linear with respect to the logarithm of time. The models proposed by hyperbolic method and Gibson & Lo model, power creep law are considered to be suitable for the long-term prediction value of Sudokwon landfill 2nd site. The fifteen-year-period prediction value of hyperbolic method and Gibson & Lo model is considerably different from that of power creep law model. The average settlement for Block I in Sudokwon 2nd site is approximately 3.9m with 4 steps of final landfill stages.

  • 본 논문은 기존의 단순한 수위측정 방식과는 달리 저수지 및 사방댐 등의 담수량 및 토사의 퇴적량을 단위체적블록 객체모델링을 통하여 실시간 측정하고, 해당 정보를 영상 정보와 같이 제공하는 IoT기반 소규모 저수지/사방댐 담수량 및 토사량 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 점차 강화되고 있는 사방댐 관리규정과 함께 보다 정확한 준설계획의 수립과 효율적인 물 관리가 가능하고, 산사태 등의 재해사고 방지에 매우 효과적이다.
