Paper sludge ash was assured as material of a sort of pozzolan. For the reason of fluidity decrease caused by the strong absorption of paper stooge ash and the decrease of compressive strength in case of using over30% replacement by the weight of cement, paper sludge ash is not suitable for blending material. Therefore, it is necessary to find proper replacement ratios between paper sludge and blast furnace slag to insure compressive compensation and appropriate slump. Accordingly, as varied the blending ratios of paper sludge and blast furnace slag, testing mortar was made. This study was aimed to investigate the possibility of using blending replacement of paper sludge ash and blast furnace slag throughout compressive test, flow test, SEM(Scanning Eletron Microscope), MIP(Mercury Intrusion Porosity test), and TG-DTA(Thermal analysis).

The environmental pollution problem the globally related to global warming arises, the demand for the solar power generation increases. But is generated sludge about 2tons in order to produce 1ton in the solar power generation used main material polysilicon. In this way, the arising sludge there is not method recycling and it is all discarded. Therefore, in this research, cement is not used dynamic properties tries to be analyze inorganic binder based on blast furnace slag and polysilicon sludge ratio. The appropriate replacement ratio of the experimental result polysilicon sludge was to be 8%.

Recently, many experiments using industrial by-products have been going on in Korea and abroad. Most of the studies on blast furnace slag and fly ash have been conducted, and the blast furnace slag based two and three component experiments have been conducted in many places. Therefore, this study is an additional study of research using polysilicon sludge and paper ash, which is a study using existing industrial by-products based on blast furnace slag, as strength properties of alkali activator according to kind and mixing ratio and to obtain basic data do.

In recent years, problems of industrial solid wastes appear to be kind of national crises, caused by a sudden increase in their quantities, lack of disposal technique, and public discontent in installing plants for their disposal. This study is designed to investigate that pozzolana-based materials, such as blast furnace slag, fly-ash, paper sludge-ash, which are produced from industries as solid wastes, can be used as construction materials. The variations of concrete strength in function of compositional differences of raw materials including the wastes are studied experimentally. As a result, we find out that the blast furnace slag, the fly-ash, and the paper sludge-ash can be recycled as useful resources for replacement of cements by adjusting their substitution ratio.

As the use of cement increases with the development of modern society along with the increase of buildings, environmental pollution intensifies and researches on industrial byproducts are continuing. Research on blast furnace slag and fly ash as industrial byproducts is increasing, and research on industrial byproducts such as polysilicon sludge and paper ash used in this study is increasing. Blast furnace slag, which is one of the industrial byproducts, has been widely studied as a material used with cement. However, in this study, we fabricated lightweight matrix of polysilicon sludge and paper ash replaced based on blast furnace slag, and performed SEM analysis.
This study was performed to reuse the dyeing wastewater sludge treated by Fenton process through the solidification/stabilization technique. To solidify the dyeing sludge the industrial by-products such as blast furnace slag, fly ash and waste sand with cement were used. The laboratory scale and pilot scale test were conducted at room temperature to make construction brick which has high compressive strength and low leaching of heavy metals. The experimental results showed that blast furnace slag and fly ash could be used instead of cement and the products satisfied the regulation of Korean Standards. The blast furnace slag increased the compressive strength and the optimum ratio of slag/dyeing sludge on dry basis was found 0.4. The solidifying agent of SB series could increase rapidly the compressive strength and the optimum ratio of solidifying agent/sludge on dry basis was 0.26 at which the strength was two times compared with non-added condition. The portion of waste and industrial by-products in matrix was over 80%. From the pilot test the optimum pressure in molding was 100kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at which the compressive strength was over 100kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$. And the strength increased continuously to 160kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ until 120 days curing time due to pozzolanic reaction. When SB-20 as a solidifying agent was used, the unconfined compressive strength of dyeing sludge could be obtained 110kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ which satisfied the regulation of cement brick in Korea Standard(KS).

Recently, solar energy generation is one of the fastest growing industries for eco-friendly energy. Every year, solar energy generation industry grows to 42% on average. However, polysilicon sludge is generated from processing of polysilicon but, there is nothing to handle that. Therefore, we need research to recycle polysilicon sludge. Also, improved fire resistance efficiency of wall is required according to reinforced fire safety standards due to many cases of big fires in our country. This study focuses on density and strength properties according to the addition ratio of paper Ash for the lightweight composite panel core with polysilicon sludge. As a result of the test, adding paper ash 9% has the best density and strength properties.

From the Industrial Revolution by past to the present, Carbon emission quantity increase rapidly around the globe. Depending on this status, Also global warming are accelerated rapidly, in order to solve this status, the Climatic Change Convention is held now on. So, On this study, Utilizing the BFS, HFA, DS that we get the basic data of the cementless paste.

This is an experimental study on manufacturing of non-cement matrix. Materials like cement and blowing agent in foamed concrete is replaced by by-products from blast furnace slag and paper ash. Sample 43-PS-1 with density showed lowest. The compressive strength test result, showed a similar trend with density. And it showed that compressive strength of the 40-PS-1 was highest.

It was made a friction material of various kinds by adding 10%, 20% and 30% of reduced iron. It was obtained by a connected-reduced process in a blast furnace sludge and oxidized iron, instead of $BaSO_4$, which is already a used inorganic filling material among a component of a brake friction material. This was done by a basic physical property test, a friction performance test to use a brake dynamometer. Moreover, in case of an add in the friction material, instead of using $BaSO_4$, the more expensive filling material, the reduced iron was also better because it has an excellent a friction property of an exothermic temperature, wear, etc. was 10%. At G1 and G3 specimens, a shear strength and a bonding strength of the friction material was decreased to be able to increase an amount of the blast furnace sludge and the reduced iron, but an application of all friction materials appeared enough strength.
