The purpose of this study is to explore the American black film director Ryan Coogler and his cinema world. Coogler as a youth director directs three movies as (2013), (2015), (2018) from independence film to Hollywood film, and represents black people' life and racial discrimination base on his cultural identity. For this study, explore traits of esthetics, subject and context meaning by analyzing representative three movies. Lastly examines significance of his movies in Hollywood black film history. He represents blackness and self-reflection as a black youth director, and successfully succeed to the tradition of 'Black Film' in American film history. He also turn white patriarchal ideology upside down in Hollywood. He inherits the tradition of 'Black Film' in American film history, and simultaneously tries to re-write black film tradition. Youth director Coogler is a symbol of 'New Hollywood Black Film Power' at the 21th.

Afrofuturism was born under the combination of the elements of African culture, sci-fi novels, history, afrocentrism and Magic Realism. The aim of this study is to sort out the concepts and characteristics of Afrofuturism basing on the artistic elements appearing in Black Panther. The method is to investigate the academic papers, periodicals, singles and the Internet research related to African culture, Afrofuturism and American superheroes first. And then make the analyzation of the design of uniforms of the major characters in the movie as cases. The result is : First, the resistance of art for social minorities, second, the establishment of identity of black art through the reactionary effect of culture, and third, the artistic healing through SF fantasy.

The single anatomical attribute that has the greatest influence on acoustic scattering from fish is the presence or absence of a swimbladder. This study examined the effect of removing the gas from the swimbladder on the broadband backscattering characteristics of six species of swimbladdered fish: striped beakperch Oplegnathus fasciatus, black scraper Thamnaconus modestus, dark-banded rockfish Sebastes inermis, goldeye rockfish Sebastes thompsoni, black rockfish Sebastes schlegeli and panther puffer Takifugu pardalis. Before and after removing the gas from the swimbladder, the species-specific, frequency-dependent backscattered echo signals from anaesthetized individuals of each fish species were measured at approximately 1° intervals spanning a 90° aspect angle range from -45° (head down) to +45° (head up) using a broadband echo sounder operating at 100-200 kHz. The relationship between the wavelength-normalized backscattering cross section (σ/λ²) and fish length (L/λ) was calculated for each species. The average σ/λ² value for the six fish species at a L/λ range of 19.79-25.85, with a mean of 22.89, was reduced by approximately 52.3% when the gas was removed.
