Bimodal 입도분포를 보이는 AlN 분말의 테이프캐스팅 성형을 위한 분산효과 (Effect of Dispersion on Tape Casted Green Sheet Prepared from Bimodal-Type AlN Powders)

  • Dispersion behavior of the slurries consisted of bimodal-type AlN powders was examined in non-aqueous solvent system. Azotropic solvent system and copolymer acidic dispersant were applied to the slurries. Measurements of the sedimentation height and the viscosity of the each slurry, and the test of particle size distribution of the each powder sample were conducted as examinations for the dispersion behavior at the various dispersant contents. The bimodal-type particle size distribution was continued after addition of the dispersant and small particle portions were increased as the dispersant content increases. The density of the green sheet was also increased as the dispersant content increases and a green density of $2.114\;g/cm^3$ was obtained at the sample prepared from 2.4 wt% dispersant content. The increase of large particle portions resulted in the surface defects of the green sheets.

  • This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle. Bimodal tram vehicle infrastructure systems, internal and external information of the larger vehicles, and vehicles used to collect information for its own part and the integrated operations management center, or providing partial information from the station and collect/provide for the transfer of information to the communication part consists In this study, the core of these devices, the configuration of the vehicle infrastructure systems for the overall management and control of vehicles operating a computer's central processing device, vehicle infrastructure systems that make it manages and stores all jangchiryu Integrated Operations Management Center is reporting. In addition, seamless integration with operational management center for interactive communication in a vehicle mounted communications devices to maintain the best condition to manage. Current general traffic management system in a similar terminal device being used, but bimodal tram vehicles operating the computer of the vehicle operates the infrastructure to configure the devices around the one to configure the system in terms of step enhanced the active type, the operating terminal unit of inter active type. In this study, considering the future alignment of the accounting fee system, the expansion of the system reliability and stability around the activities that are underway.

  • A bimodal low-floor tram can provide the punctuality of trains and the flexibility of bus together to the passengers. Its propulsion system is a series hybrid type using a set of CNG engine generator and Li-polymer battery. This paper presents a development of the measurement equipment for fine-tuning of a series hybrid propulsion system of bimodal low-floor tram. Its configuration schemes are described and certified using the measurement data of bimodal low-floor tram.

  • 바이모달 수송시스템 연구단에서 개발중인 트램은 자동운전이 가능하고 일반도로와 전용구간을 주행할 수 있는 고무차륜방식의 저상굴절 바이모달 트램으로서, 압축천연가스 엔진과 리튬폴리머 배터리를 사용하는 직렬형 하이 브리드 추진계로 구동된다. 본 논문에서는 바이모달 트램의 직렬형 하이브리드 추진장치의 요구사양을 제시하고 하이브리드 추진제어방식에 관해 설명한다. 하이브리드 차량 시뮬레이션 툴인 ADVISOR를 사용하여 기준 주행사이클과 일본의 10-15 mode에 대한 바이모달 트램의 주행을 모의하고, CNG 하이브리드 추진계에 대한 성능을 분석한다.

  • Since tram has the advantages to reduce construction cost of infrastructure, to improve accessibility of passengers, and to offer visual pleasures, nowadays, it is one of light rails attracting public attention. Tram can be classified into two groups, one is a conventional steel-wheeled type, and the other is a rubber-tired type (bi-modal tram). The bi-modal tram propelled by the serial CNG hybrid propulsion unit has been developing since 2003 in Korea, which can realize both scheduled operation of railway and route flexibility of bus. Because the bimodal will be operated on both railway mode and bus mode, however, specific criteria and regulations for its design, certification, construction, operation and maintenance have not been determined definitely yet. In consideration of mobility enhancement for the old and the handicapped, motor vehicle safety standard and urban transit (railway vehicle) safety standard, several design specifications were proposed for car body and interiors of the bimodal tram vehicle. The design specifications proposed in this paper can be expected to promote passengers' comfort and safety, operation efficiency of the bimodal tram.

  • A bimodal low-floor tram is designed to provide the flexibility of bus and the punctuality of trains together to the passengers. Its propulsion system is a series hybrid type using a set of CNG engine generator and Li-polymer battery. The present paper describes the specifications of the propulsion system in the bimodal tram which was drawn by a desirable driving cycle. In addition, it shows how the propulsion system of the bimodal tram can be controlled. With using a computer simulation tool of hybrid vehicles, ADVISOR, the performance of the bimodal tram was verified.

  • Bimodal tram has a carbody made of polymer composite material which is good electrical insulator. As an series hybrid type, Alternating voltage generated from generator coupled with CNG engine are rectified and transformed to variable voltage ranges which are applied to electrical apparatus and ECUs equipped inside of the tram. The failures of electrical insulation between high voltage($400V{\sim}800V$) and low voltage(24V) or between different kind of voltages such as AC and DC may cause some electrical interferences to prevent from operating rightly and other safety problem. This paper have investigated about the degradation factors of the electrical insulation and the earthing method available to bimodal tram, which is effective for preventing the electromagnetic interference coming from the inside or outside of tram but need some detecting measurements of earth leakage through electrical systems.

  • This paper describes the results of experiments on the bending behavior of welded square tube structures for drive shaft sub frame of BIMODAL Tram. The used specimens to test were two different type made of ATOS60 and ST52-3. The square tube made of ST52-3 is the non-welded structure, while the square tube made of ATOS60 is the welded structure. The welded square tube made of ATOS60 will be applied for drive shaft sub frame of BIMODAL Tram. This welded square tube could reduce the manufacturing cost in comparison of non-welded square tube. The results showed that the bending performance of welded square tube made of ATOS60 was proven, and the bending behavior was in an good agreement with that of nonlinear finite element analysis.

공단량체의 종류 및 조성이 지글러-나타 중합된 이중 분자량 분포 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 물성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Comonomer Type and Content on the Properties of Ziegler-Natta Bimodal High-Density Polyethylene)

  • 지글러-나타 촉매를 사용하여 에틸렌을 중합함으로써 다양한 공단량체의 종류와 조성을 갖는 이중 분자량 분포의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌이 합성되었다. 이들의 구조와 물성을 GPC, NMR, DSC, 인장 측정기를 이용하여 연구하였다. 에틸렌/1-헥센 공중합체가 에틸렌/1-부텐 공중합체보다 비슷한 조성을 가질 경우 높은 인장강도와 파단연신율을 가짐을 확인 하였다. 분자량은 고분자의 공단량체 비율이 증가할수록 감소하였다. 짧은 곁사슬은 결정화도에 영향을 주어 결과적으로 이중 분자량 분포를 갖는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 모폴로지와 기계적 물성에 영향을 미쳤다. SSA로 처리 후 다수의 발열 곡선이 관찰되었으며 이는 주로 에틸렌 배열길이와 라멜라 두께의 불균일성에 기인한다. 분포지수의 차이로부터 공단량체의 조성이 높은 폴리에틸렌의 SCB 분포가 균일도를 향상시킴을 알 수 있었다.

  • 최근 교통정책이 '녹색교통', '저탄소 녹색성장', '지속가능 발전'이라는 주제로 혼잡감소 및 환경오염감소에 초점이 맞춰짐에 됨에 따라 철도를 포함한 친환경적인 신교통수단의 도입이 중요한 이슈로 거론되고 있다. 현재 신교통수단은 BRT시스템, 바이모달 트램, 경전철 등으로 구분되어 있으며 그 중에서도 본 논문에서는 바이모달 트램을 중심으로 BRT시스템과 비교 및 분석하여 이에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 바이모달트램의 경우, 하이브리드 타입의 추진장치로 인해 타 신교통수단보다 매연과 소음, 진동이 작아 미래지향적이고 친환경적이며 공사비가 상대적으로 저렴할 뿐 만 아니라 철도의 정시성과 버스의 접근성을 갖춘 시스템이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수도권과 지방 대도시권을 중심으로 도로로부터의 수단전환 교통량, 통행속도, CO2 배출량을 지표로 선정하여 타 신교통수단(BRT시스템)에 비해 바이모달 트램의 도입 적절성이 가장 높음을 제시하고자 하며, 향후 국내 도시의 다양한 기능적 측면에 부응할 수 있는 도입전략에 활용될 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
