중재합의와 중재판정에 관한 소고 -건설분쟁을 중심으로- (Brief Observation on Arbitration Agreement and Arbitral Award - Focusing on Construction Disputes -)

  • There is a belief in the construction industry that the traditional court system may not be an ideal forum to effectively and efficiently resolve construction disputes due to the protracted proceedings and the three tier appeal system resulting in a long delay in the final and conclusive settlement of the dispute, relatively high costs involved, the lack of requisite knowledge and experience in the relevant industry, etc. Hence, they assert that certain alternative dispute resolution ('ADR') methods, such as mediation, conciliation, arbitration or a new system for dispute settlement in the form of any combination thereof should be developed and employed for construction disputes so as to resolve them more promptly and efficiently to the satisfaction of all the disputants concerned. This paper discusses certain merits of such assertions and the need for additional considerations for effective resolution of the construction disputes in light of the complexity of the case, importance of expert witnesses, parties' relationship and non-level playing field of the construction industry and so on. At the same time, however, given the inherent nature of disputes rendering the parties involved in an adversarial position, it would rather be difficult, if not practically impossible, to satisfy all the parties concerned in the dispute. Accordingly, in this study, it is also purported to address the demerits of such assertions by studying the situation from a more balanced perspective, in particular, in relation to the operation of such ADRs. In fact, most of such ADRs as stipulated by special acts, such as the Construction Industry Basic Act of Korea, in the form of mediation or conciliation, have failed to get support from the industry, and as a result, such ADRs are seldom used in practice. Tn contrast, the court system has been greatly improved by implementing a new concentrated review system and establishing several tribunals designed to specialize in the review and resolution of specific types of disputes, including the construction disputes. These improvements of the court system have been warmly received by the industry. Arbitration is another forum for settlement of construction disputes, which has grown and is expected to grow as the most effective ADR with the support from the construction industry. In this regard, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board ('KCAB') has established a set of internal rules end procedures in operation to efficiently handle construction disputes. Considering the foregoing, this paper addresses the most important elements of the arbitration, i.e., arbitration agreement and arbitral award, primarily focusing on the domestic arbitrations before the KCAB. However, since this parer is prepared for presentation at the construction disputes seminar for the public audience, it is not intended for academic purposes, nor does it delve into any specific acadcmic issues. Likewise, although this paper addresses certain controversial issues by way of introduction, it mainly purports to facilitate the understanding of the general public, including the prospective arbitrators on the KCAB roster without the relevant legal education and background, concerning the importance of the integrity of the arbitration agreement and the arbitral award. In sum, what is purported in this study is simply to note that there are still many outstanding issues with mediation, conciliation and arbitration, as a matter of system, institutional operation or otherwise, for further study and consideration so as to enhance them as effective means for settlement of construction disputes, in replacement of or in conjunction with the court proceeding. For this purpose, it is essential for all the relevant parties, including lawyers, engineers, owners, contractors and social activists aiming to protect consumers' and subcontractors' interests, to conduct joint efforts to study the complicated nature of construction works and to develop effective means for examination and handling of the disputes of a technical nature, including the accumulation of the relevant industrial data. Based on the foregoing, the parties may be in a better position to select the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism, a court proceeding or in its stead, an effective ADR, considering the relevant factors of the subject construction works or the contract structure, such as the bargaining position of the parties, their financial status, confidentiality requirements, technical or commercial complexity of the case at hand, urgency for settlements, etc.

변산반도국립공원 소나무림 식물군집구조 및 관리방안 연구 (A Study for Plant Community Structure and Management Plan of Pinus densiflora Forest in Byeonsanbando National Park)

  • 본 연구는 변산반도국립공원 소나무군집의 식생구조 특성을 분석하여 소나무군집의 관리방안 수립하고 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 변산반도국립공원 전체 현존식생 조사결과 소나무군집과 소나무-참나무류군집이 40.3%의 넓은 면적으로 분포하였다. 소나무군집 내에 설정한 21개 조사지(단위면적: $400m^2$)의 TWINSPAN 분석결과 8개 유형으로 구분되었으며 수령 분석결과 소나무와 낙엽활엽수와의 수령이 40~50년생으로 유사하였다. 8개 유형은 굴참나무와 경쟁하는 소나무군집, 아교목층에 쇠물푸레나무와 졸참나무가 출현하는 소나무군집, 아교목층에 졸참나무, 관목층에 청미래덩굴이 출현하는 소나무군집, 아교목층에서 소나무와 쇠물푸레가 출현하는 소나무 군집, 졸참나무, 개서어나무와 경쟁하는 소나무군집, 굴참나무, 졸참나무와 경쟁하는 소나무군집, 산벚나무가 출현하는 소나무군집, 전나무가 출현하는 소나무군집이었다. 굴참나무, 졸참나무 등 참나무류, 개서어나무와 경쟁하는 소나무림은 향후 이들 낙엽활엽수림으로의 천이가 예측되었다. 샤논의 종다양도지수는 0.2756~1.3879이었으며 상관관계 분석결과 소나무는 굴참나무, 개서어나무 등과 유의적인 부의 상관관계가, 쇠물푸레나무, 철쭉꽃 등과는 유의적인 정의 상관관계가 인정되었다. 변산반도국립공원 소나무림 식생구조 분석 결과 일부 참나무류, 낙엽활엽수로 천이가 예측되는 지역이 전체면적의 30.4%로 분포하여 관리방안으로 소나무림 경관보전을 위한 보존지역 설정과 참나무류, 개서어나무 등 경쟁수종의 관리를 제안하였다.

급속열처리산화법으로 형성시킨 $SiO_2$/나노결정 Si의 전기적 특성 연구 (Electrical properties of metal-oxide-semiconductor structures containing Si nanocrystals fabricated by rapid thermal oxidation process)

  • 전자빔증착법과 이온빔의 도움을 받는 전자빔 증착법(ion beam assisted electron beam deposition; IBAED)법으로 비정질 Si(-200nm) 박막을 p-Si 기판위에 성장하고 이 두 구조를 급속열처리산화(Rapid Thermal Oxidation; RTO)를 시킴으로서 $SiO_2$/나노결정 Si(nanocrystal Si)/p-Si구조를 형성하였다. 그 후 시료 위에 Au 막을 증착함으로서 최종적으로 나노결정이 함유된 MOS(metal-oxide-semiconductor)구조를 완성하였다. 이 MOS구조내의 나노결정 Si의 전하충전 특성을 바이어스 sweep 비율을 변화시키면서 Capacitance-Voltage(C-V) 특성을 측정하여 조사하였다. 전자빔증착시료의 경우에는 $\DeltaV_{FB}$(flatband voltage shift)가 1V 미만의 작은 C-V 이력곡선이 관측된 반면 IBAED 시료의 경우는 $\DeltaV_{FB}$가 22V(2V/s Voltage Sweep비율) 이상인 대단히 큰 C-V 이력곡선이 관측되었다. 전자빔증착중 Ar ion beam을 조사하면 표면 흡착원자이동이 활성화되고 따라서 비정질 Si내에 Si의 핵 생성율이 증가하여 후속 급속열처리산화공정중 이 높은 농도의 핵들이 나노결정 Si으로 자라나게 되고 이렇게 형성된 높은 농도의 나노결정의 전하 충전 및 방전현상이 큰 이력곡선을 나타내는 원인이라고 생각된다. 따라서 IBAED 방법이 고농도의 나노결정 Si을 형성시키는데 유용한 방법이라고 판단된다.

노령출산에 관한 연구 (A Study on Childbrith in Late Maternal Age)

  • Maternity means all the women who are capable to conceive. In the aspect of health and medical care. however. it means the women who are now in pregnancy or have already given birth to a baby or are in a period of being recoverd from physiological changes occurred by pregnancy. According to the rapidly changing social structure. both the Quality and Quantity of the capacity of childbirth experienced by women are changing. Our society. having established a great economical growth by virtue of the highly developing and growing industrialization and urbanization. stimulates the women's advance into society and thereby increasing the number of employed women. When the women's participation in society is increased. their age of marriage is also affected. Which means there are a decrease of the capacity of childbirth in terms of quantity and a trend for women to have less children and to deliver a baby in their old age in terms of quality. On the contrary. since the number of multipara who want to have a baby in their old age is increasing. as a counter functional effect to the political project of decrease of a birth rate. concern has been focussed on childbirth in old age in the present study. And also such kind of the childbirth may be danger to the health of both mother and baby. Therefore the present study intended to provide some basic data of health education in the part of the health management of both mother and baby in the general hospital. based on understanding the realities of childbirth in. old age and things related to them. To achieve such a purpose of the present study. an analytical study by means of SPSS. was done using the data of 269 clinical records on both the newborn .babies and their mothers who had been supported by public general hospitals located in Seoul for 3 years from Jan. 1. 1991 to Dec. 31. 1993. Some significant results from the analytic study are as follows: 1. It appeared that the average age of normal. natural delivery was 33.8 years old and the average age of delivery through the cesarean operation was 35.4 years old. 2. It appeared that danger factors to childbirth women were types of the delivery and placental extrusion and danger factors to newborn babies are not so outstanding. 3. It appeared that the variables of the childbirth capacity which showed a significant difference according to each age group of women were the number of pregnancy. number of still birth, and number of existing children. That is. the age group of 'more than 35 years' had more frequency of experience In all 3 variables than the age group of 'less than 35 years'. 4. It appeared that the variables of the childbrith capacity which showed a significant difference a according to the sex of a newborn baby were number of pregnancy, number of still birth, and number of existing children. That is, the age group of 'more than 35 years' had more frequency of experience in all 3 variables than the age group of 'less than 35 years'. 5. It appeared that the health index of newborn babies which showed a significant difference was only 5 minute APGAR. That is, the health index 9.46 in the age group of 'more than 35 years' was less than an index of 9.72 in the age group of 'less than 35 years'. 6. Since a counter correlation of -0.10, as Pearson Correlation Coefficient, was showed between the age of childbirth mothers and the weight of newborn babies, it indicated that the higher age of childbirth woman, the lesser the weight of newborn baby. 7. It appeared that the number of women who had confirmed the sex of their baby before their delivery were 45 women, $67.2\%$ of total 67 women who had delivered a baby. and the expected sex by women in childbed was male with $73.1\%$ of total childbirth women expecting male birth and with their expression of feeling of female delivery. very regretful' by $39.3\%$ of total childbirth women. The results as shown above may indicate that instead of the possibility of danger to both the mother delivering a baby in old age and the baby delivered, the expectation of getting a son motivates childbirth in old age. As a conclusion, in a dimension of general hospital as well as national reform. it is required that a program of health education for childbirth in late maternal age have to be developed in the part of the health management of both mother and baby in the near future.

Social Support의 한국적 의미 (Search for the Meaning of Social Support in Korean Society)

  • In Korea the concept of social support was first used as a research concept in nursing and has not had much application in the clinical field. Another problem is that research on social support has used a direct translation of the words “social support” into Korean as “sawhejuk jiji”. Three questions were posed to direct the re-search. 1) Is there a concept of social support in Korean society? 2) if so, what words or expressions are used to de-scribe it? 3) further, if so, how is social support structured and how does it function? In order to answer the research questions a three-step research methodology was used : The first step consisted of a literature review on re-search related to social support and on information on the background of, and the way of thinking re-lated to interpersonal relations among Korean people. The second step, which was done to identify whether there is a concept of social support in korean society, involved interviewing a sample of the population. The third step involved a panel discussion that included the members of the research team and three consultants, a sociologist, a philosopher and a scholor in korean literature. A review of the literature on interpersonal relationships in traditional korean society identified a four cirole structure that explains interpersonal relationships. The first circle with “me” at the center is the family but here “me” disappears into the “we” that is essential for a cooperative agricultural society. In the second circle are those close to “me” but outside the family. The third circle includes those with whom “I ” have infrequent but regular contact and with whom correct conduct is important. The last circle is all the people with whom “I” have nothing in common. They are excluded in interpersonal relationships. The literature on interpersonal relationships showed that within the traditional Korean society people lived in villages where most people were very familiar with each other. “Yun”, the social network established the connection and “Jung”, the feeling of affection increased with time as the connection was strengthened. In the traditional village psychological support was provided through “Mallaniki”, “Pumashi” and “Kae” with the latter two also providing material support. In modern Korea there are more informal and formal social networks, like social services and community activities on the formal level and cultural and leisure groups along with “kae’s on the informal level. But even with this modern variety of groups, most social support comes from informal networks that resemble the traditiorlal “Pumashi”, “Kai” md “Mallaniki”. The six member research team interviewed 65 people in order to identify whether there is a concept of social support and then analysed their responses. There were 20 different words describing the reception of the social support and these could be grouped into seven major categories : virtuous, fortunate, helped, supported, blessed, attached(receiving affection) and receiving (grace) benevolence. there were 27 words describing the act of social support which could be categorized into seven major categories : love, looking after, affection(attachment), kindness(goodness), faith, psychological help and material help. for the meaning of social support translated as “sawhe juk jiji” there were a total of 14 different answers which could be categorized into 3 major categories : help, agreement, and faith. In third step, the results of the literature review and the answers to the questions were discussed in a pannel. The results of the discussion led to the following definition of social support in Korea which is shaped like a the four sided pyramid on a base. Social support is the apex of the pyramid and four sides are made up of : “do-oom” (both emotional and material help), “jung” (connectedness, or relationship bound by affection, regard or shared common experience ), “midum” (faith or belief in), “eunhae” (kindness or benevolence). The research team identified “Yun”( the basic network of relationships) as the base of the pyramid and as such the foundation for the components of social support in Korean culture. On “Yun” rest the other four components of social support : “Jung”, “Midum”, “Do-oom”, and “Eunhae”, For social support to take place there must be “Yun”. This is an important factor in social support. In private social network “Jung” is an essential factor in social support. But not in the public social network. “Yun” is a condition for “Jung” and “Jung” is the manifestation of support.

TWINSPAN 및 DCCA에 의한 한반도(韓半島) 주목림(林)의 군락(群落)과 환경(環境)의 상관관계(相關關係) 분석(分析) (The Analysis of Vegetation-Environment Relationship of the Taxus cuspidata Forests by TWINSPAN and DCCA)

  • 한반도(韓半島) 고산지대(高山地帶)에 자생(自生)하는 주목림에 대한 군락(群落)과 환경(環境)과의 상관관계(相關關係)를 구명(究明)하기 위하여 중요치(重要値)와 TWINSPAN 및 DCCA 방법(方法)에 의하여 분석(分析)을 하였던 바, 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 주목의 지역별(地域別), 층위별(層位別) 중요치(重要値)는 상층(上層)에서 대부분 100이상 높게 나타났으나 지리산(智異山), 한라산(漢拏山) 지역은 비교적 낮게 나타났으며, 중층(中層)은 상층(上層)에 비하여 낮은 값이었고 지리산(智異山) 지역(地域)에서는 전혀 출현(出現)되지 않았다. 하층(下層)에서는 한라산(漢拏山), 오대산(五帶山), 소백산(小白山) 지역(地域)에서만 출현(出現)하였으며 중요치(重要値)도 10 내외(內外)로 낮은 값이었다. TWINSPAN에 의한 군락(群落) 분류(分類)는 주목 - 털야광나무, 주목 - 분비나무, 주목 - 구상나무, 주목 - 고로쇠나무, 주목 - 둥근잎참빗살나무 등(等) 5개 그룹으로 나누어졌다. 분류(分類)된 5개(個) 그룹과 환경요인(環境要因)들과의 관계(關係)를 보면 주목 - 구상나무 군락(群落)은 해발고(海拔高)가 다른 군락(群落)들 보다 상대적으로 높은 산정(山頂)의 동향(東向)에 주로 분포(分布)하고 있고, 주목 - 고로쇠나무 군락(群落)과 주목 - 분비나무 군락(群落)은 해발고(海拔高)가 다른 군락(群落)들 보다 상대적으로 낮은 산복부에 주로 분포하고 있으며, 주목-둥근잎참빗살나무 군락은 해발고가 상대적으로 높은 산정(山頂)의 북(北) 동향(東向)에, 주목 - 털야광나무 군락(群落)은 해발고(海拔高)가 중간(中間)정도인 능선부(稜線部)의 남(南) 서향(西向)에 분포(分布)하는 것으로 나타났다. 군락(群落)과 환경요인(環境要因)과의 관계(關係)는 제1축에서 방위(方位), 지형(地形), 해발고(海拔高)가 제2축에서는 해발고(海拔高), 경사도(傾斜度) 등(等)과 상관관계(相關關係)가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

우리나라 가정과 교육과정과 미국의 실천적 문제 중심 교육과정과의 비교고찰 (A Comparative Study of Korean Home Economic Curriculum and American Practical Problem Focused Family & Consumer Sciences Curricula)

  • 이 연구는 우리나라 가정과 교육과정과 실천적 문제 중심 교육과정을 개발 적용하는데 선구적 역할을 해온 미국의 오레곤 주와 오하이오 주의 가정과 교육과정의 비교를 통하여 교육과정에서 다루는 교육내용과 실천적 문제를 분석하고, 교수 학습 과정과 평가 방법을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 우리나라의 경우 가정학의 주요 개념을 중심으로, 오레곤 주는 중학교는 가족의 기능을 중심으로, 고등학교는 청소년의 6가지 역할을 중심으로 가정교과 전체를 통합한 실천적 문제를 다루고 있었으며, 오하이오 주의 경우 실천적 문제를 해결하는데 요구되는 능력을 내용영역으로 구분하여 관심분야, 모듈, 지지개념으로 세분하고 교수 학습 활동은 모듈 단위로 지지개념이 포함된 실천적 문제를 다루고 있었다. 우리나라의 교수 학습 과정은 지식과 이론 위주의 주입식 수업이 주를 이루고 있는데 앞으로는 실천적 문제 해결을 위한 수행 활동 중심으로 바뀌어야 한다. 단순한 지식이나 이론의 전달만이 아닌 구체적이고 실천적인 문제를 다루고 문제 해결 과정도 다양한 학생 활동으로 구성하여야 한다. 미국 오레곤 주와 오하이오 주의 실천적 문제 중심 교육과정의 교수 학습 방법은 주로 학생들의 그룹별 협동 학습을 강조하였고 기술적 행동과 해석적 행동 및 해방적 행동으로 교수 학습 과정이 이루어진다. 평가의 경우 오레곤 주나 오하이오 주 모두 실천문제를 다루다 보니 지필 평가 보다 활동 평가가 주를 이루고 있다. 오레곤 주의 경우 학년을 수료할 때 통합교과적인 평가도 시행하고 있다. 우리나라도 수행평가를 반영하도록 권장하고 있으나, 개념 중심 교육과정에서는 지식과 개념의 이해를 묻는 지필평가가 주를 이루고 있으며, 수행평가의 경우 신뢰성과 타당성 문제를 야기하고 있어서 평가의 주는 지필평가에 의존하고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 우리나라의 가정과 교육과정이 실천적 문제 중심으로 전환된다면, 수행평가가 주를 이루어야 할 것이며 이에 따르는 문제점도 연구되어야 할 것이다.inserting a lock field in data file header structure. The file system using these mechanisms spends smaller memory than that using a file description table and record of unallocated space. 촉매로 사용하여 아이소옥탄 내에서 라세믹 나프록센 2,2,2-트리플로로에틸 씨오에스터의 효소적 DKR 반응을 수행해 보았다. 그 결과 DIAION WA30을 사용하지 않은 경우에 비해 반응 전환율과 생성물의 광학 순도는 급격히 향상되었다. 전통적 광학분할 반응의 최대 50%라는 전환율의 제한이 본 연구에서 찾은 DIAION WA30을 첨가함으로써 성공적으로 극복되었다. 또한 고체 염기촉매인 DIAION WA30의 사용은 라세미화 촉매의 회수 및 재사용이 가능하게 해준다.해준다.다. TN5 세포주를 0.2 L 규모 (1 L spinner flask)oJl에서 세포간의 응집현상 없이 부유배양에 적응,배양시킨 후 세포성장 시기에 따른 발현을 조사한 결과 1 MOI의 감염조건 하에서는 $0.6\times10^6$cell/mL의 early exponential시기의 세포밀도에서 72시간 배양하였을 대 최대 발현양을 나타내었다. 나타내었다. $\beta$4 integrin의 표현이 침투 능력을 높이는 역할을 하나 이때에는 laminin과 같은 리간드와의 특이 결합에 의존하지는 않는 것으로 사료된다.상경적 결합시험의

서울지역 중소병원의 부서간 조직효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Interdepartmental Organizational Effectiveness of Medium and Small Sized Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is aimed to grasp the factors, which may influence the harmonized organizational efficiency of the objects of hospital structure as well as its structural constituents of each departments of administration, nursing, and para-medical personnels, in order to provide basic data enable to contribute in the development of hospital. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 385 personnels working in 5 medium and small sized hospitals in Seoul area. The main finding of the study can be summarized as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of male, over 30 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in administration departments are higher, its organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of nursing and para-medical departments. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every departments in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance between administration and para-medical departments. In as much as the job circulation is intact, job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency, while the more workload and the more work feud resulted lower organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as higher educational level of over university graduates, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the psychological motive contributional level is higher, while the lesser job difficulty, the smooth job performance, the higher level of professional expertise, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication, have affected as major influence factors of the structural characteristics of organizational efficiency. 6. As the management of hospital organization, the job level and personal relation are satisfied or psychological motive is provided, especially when there are no difficult jobs or smooth job circulation and no job feud are prevailing, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is improving accordingly. The nursing departments has high educational standard and is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. The para-medical departments is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of the medium and small sized hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas the level of job circulation, job responsibility, the expertise and formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on several hospitals in Seoul area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability. Especially, as the study was carried by analyzing the comparison of influence factors' difference of organizational efficiency in accordance with the divisional characteristics of the medium and small sized hospitals.

온톨로지 기반의 수강지도 시스템 (Ontology-based Course Mentoring System)

  • 수강지도는 학생의 졸업인증이나 공학교육인증 이수를 위해 수강 신청 이전에 수행되는 과정을 지칭한다. 수강지도는 학생의 수강이력 점검과 향후 수강 과목의 안내 등을 포함하여 학생들의 졸업 및 교과과정 인증과 관련된 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 현재 대부분 대학에서는 수강지도를 위한 전산시스템의 부재로 인해 지도교수가 직접 수동적으로 수강지도를 진행하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 수동적인 방식의 수강지도는 지도교수가 각 학생에 대한 정보를 분석해야 하고, 때때로 휴먼에러를 일으키게 된다. 수강신청이 학기 단위로 이루어지기 때문에 휴먼에러로부터 발생된 피해는 원상태로 되돌리는 것이 거의 불가능하다. 따라서 수강지도를 진행함에 있어 자동화된 시스템은 필수적인 요소로 판단된다. 관계 데이터 모델을 이용한 수강지도 시스템의 도입은 수동적인 수강지도의 문제점을 해결할 수 있게 해준다. 하지만 교육과정 및 인증제도의 변화에 따라 기존 시스템의 스키마 변경이 요구되고, 수강 과목 사이에 존재하는 관계 및 의미적인 검색을 제공하는 것이 어렵다는 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 수강지도 시스템을 위한 수강지도 온톨로지를 모델링하고, 온톨로지 기반의 수강지도 시스템을 설계한다. 온톨로지 인스턴스 생성을 위해 JENA 프레임워크를 이용하여 온톨로지 생성 모듈을 개발하였고, 실험에 참가한 학생의 수강 이력 데이터를 기반으로 온톨로지 인스턴스를 생성하고 추론과정을 통해 트리플 저장소에 저장하였다. 실험은 제안하는 시스템이 학생들이 향후 수강할 수 있는 과목을 모두 제공하는지 여부와 제공되는 과목에 대한 정보 및 학점 계산들이 정확한 지를 측정하였다. 실제 학생의 수강내역을 이용한 실험의 결과는 온톨로지 기반의 수강지도 시스템이 현 수강지도 시스템의 수동적 방법을 해결하고, 사람이 지도한 내용과 같은 내용을 도출하는 것을 확인함으로써 제안하는 시스템의 유효성을 보여준다.

환경디자인 패턴언어를 통해 본 도심소공간의 이용만족도 분석에 관한 연구 (Analysis of User′s Satisfaction to the Small Urban Spaces by Environmental Design Pattern Language)

  • 도심 건축물주변 옥외휴식공간의 환경디자인 패턴언어와 환경기능별 만족도를 알아보기 위해 서울 C.B.D.내 데스크파크와 미니파크 9 개소를 조사대상지로 하여 현지관찰 및 도면을 통하여 패턴언어를 분석하는 한편, 실재 이용자에 대한 설문조사로 빌딩 주변 옥외휴식공간의 이용실태와 만족도에 영향을 주는 주요 환경기능을 분석.검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 공간의 특성과 물리적 규모(Physical Scale)에 따라 선택된 C.Alexander의 패턴언어(Pattern Laquage)는 옥외 휴식공간이라는 공간적 특성에 따라 그 내용을 확대, 또는 새로운 요구를 수용 이를 발전시킬 수 있을 것이다. 2. 도심부 옥외 휴식공간에서 활용빈도(Pattern Freguency)가 높은 패턴언어를 포함한 환경기능은 $\ulcorner$플라자$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$지형변화$\lrcorner$$\ulcorner$조형물$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$앉을자리$\lrcorner$등의 순이었고, 공유연관도(Pattern Interaction)가 높은 패턴언어를 포함한 환경기능은 $\ulcorner$플라자$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$앉을자리$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$접근성$\lrcorner$의 순이었으며 이를 조합한 환경기능 순위는 $\ulcorner$플라자$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$앉을자리$\lrcorner$,$\ulcorner$접근성$\lrcorner$등으로 밝혀졌다. 3. 도심부 옥외휴식공간은 61 Public Small Square 등 광장으로서의 활동기능과 241 Seat Spots, 158 Open Stair 등의 앉을자리기능 그리고 170 Tree Place 등의 식생기능이 많이 발견되었으며, 이에 못지않게 30 Activity Node, Subway 등 접근성을 높이는 패턴언어를 담는 환경기능도 풍부한 것으로 밝혀져 앞으로도 이러한 기능에 부합될 수 있는 패턴 언어의 조합과 개발에 초점이 맞추어져야 할 것이다. 4. 빌딩 옥외휴식공간은 주로 서울 전구에 고루게 거주하는 10.20대의 젊은 학생 및 사무원이 단기간의 휴식을 겸한 만남을 목적으로 불규칙하게 이용되고 있었으며 이는 빌딩 근무유무에 따른 이유보다는 빌딩용무유무에 따른 것으로 옥외휴식공간의 이용이 가장 손쉽고 경제적이라는 것이 동기로 작용되었다.
