플랜트 산업의 e-Biz화를 위한 구매 Process System 개발 (The development of the procurement process system for e-Biz of the plant business)

  • B2B(Business to Customer)로 시작되어온 전자상거래가 B2B로 대체되면서 e-Business영역에서 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 대기업을 중심으로 자체 구매조달 시스템을 자사 ERP와 연계하여 1:n개념의 e-Procurement가 발전되고 있다. 그러나 플랜트 산업의 e-Biz의 활성화를 위하여서는 동시에 많은 구매자와 판매자가 활동할 수 있는 e-marketplace의 구축이 확장된 기업개념으로 비즈니스의 성공을 위한 핵심요인이 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 플랜트 산업의 e-Biz화의 핵심 요소인 구매 Process System 및 관련 Module을 개발함으로써 플랜트 산업의 e-Transformation전략의 기틀을 마련하고 기업의 전자상거래의 시범적인 사례가 될 것으로 기대한다. 구매 Process System은 견적요청서를 중심으로 입찰정보와 계약정보를 관리하는 e-Purchasing Module, 납기준수를 위한 정보활동 내역을 관리하는 e-Expediting Module, 사용자인증 권한 제어 정보를 관리하는 e-Certification Module, 게시판과 Q&A 등을 관리하는 e-Basic Module로 구성된다.

디자인교육을 위한 기초교과목으로서 라이프스타일 연구 (A Study on Lifestyle as a Basic Curriculum for Design Education)

  • 현대의 디자인은 여러 다양한 계층의 사용자를 만족시켜야만 한다. 따라서 각 계층의 라이프스타일을 연구하는 것은 디자인의 기초로서 매우 중요하다. 소비자의 요구를 파악하기 위한 논리적 출발점은 소비자분석으로부터 시작된다. 소비자분석 방법은 여러 가지가 있겠으나 그 중에서 라이프스타일 연구가 소비자를 집단으로 나누어 이해하는데 가장 많이 이용되고 있다. 디자인의 기초교육은 디자이너로서 바탕이 되는 지식과 능력을 가르치는 일이어야 한다. 라이프스타일 연구는 그 자체가 목적이 아니라 디자인하는데 요구되는 제반 이론적 지식 중 하나이다. 실기와 이론을 디자인교과로 포괄함으로써 실기를 통해 이론을 습득함과 더불어 이론 본래의 의미를 되살릴 수 있다. 이 연구의 의의는 라이프스타일에 대한 개념적 접근을 통한 학습을 디자인 기초교육 프로그램에 도입함으로써 스스로 탐구하고 연구하는 접근방식을 제시하는데 있다. 라이프스타일 연구를 위해 라이프스타일의 개념, 현대적 사회형태, 소비문화, 생활양식 용법 및 생활양식의 이론화 등의 이론적 지식을 갖추게 한다. 또한 학생들 스스로 라이프스타일을 연구할 수 있도록 팀을 구성하고 각 팀별 연구주제를 설정한 후 실제적인 방법들 -설문조사, 관찰 및 면담 등- 을 통해 각 계층의 라이프스타일을 연구한 후 소논문의 양식에 따라 보고서를 만들고 각 팀별로 프리젠테이션 하도록 한다. 학생들은 이러한 과정을 통해 라이프스타일을 이론만이 아닌 실질적으로 이해하게 되고 실무에 응용할 수 있는 능력을 갖추게 될 것이다.

STS교육운동의 국내 연구 경향 분석과 적용방안에 관한 조사 연구 (The Trend Analysis of Korea STS Education Movement and a survey Study on Applying STS Education in Korea)

  • The purposes of this study are to analyse trend of STS movement in Korea and to collect basic data on application of STS to school science education. It investigated, from 1990 to March 1993, journals of 6 associations, a monthly magazine of science education, and printed materials of seminars or workshops about science education. It also surveied a question to 47 science teachers and 26 researchers who had experienced STS workshop. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The studies of STS increased since 1990, but they are made at a introduction or background of STS. (2) The 98.7% of the respondents want to apply STS in school science education. (3) They responded that a device for the application of STS which is added last part of each chapter or last chapter, will use the STS program that made by subject, still maintain current science curriculum. (4) They responded that the knowledge & compreshion domain and inquiry process domain contain more high than others. 5) The STS subjects for application to the school science education are as follows; Environment pollution, science for living, ethics of science, human health and disease, information communication, an ecosystem destruction, development and storage of natural resources. This study suggested that establishment of a research institute for systematic research of STS, in-service training, a new evaluation process, a balancing of other subjects and increasing learning hour and changing objectives.

기초지방자치단체 기능분류체계(BRM)의 단위과제 구축 사례 서울특별시 강북구 사례를 중심으로 (A Construction Case of BRM 'Danwigwaje' in Basic Local Governments : Focussing on Gangbuk District of Seoul Special City)

  • 기록의 분류체계는 기록을 조직화하고 내적인 질서를 부여하여 기록들 간의 유기적인 관계를 표현하기 위한 표를 말한다. 전통적인 기록관리 환경에서는 조직 분류의 원칙을 고수해왔으나, 현대에 이르러 '기능 및 업무'로 변화되고 있다. 이에 한국에서도 2008년부터 기능 및 업무에 기반한 정부기능분류체계(BRM)를 기록의 분류체계로 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 그러나 정부기능분류체계의 최하위 단위에 속하는 '단위과제'의 분석이 부실하여 기록의 분류체계의 역할을 하고 있지 못하다는 지적이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 지적에 따라 서울특별시 강북구에서는 단위과제의 업무분석을 실시하여 정부기능분류체계를 구축하였다. 우선 기록관리담당자가 단위과제의 원칙과 소기능 및 단위과제 분석을 실시하였고, 처리과 의견조회 과정과 시범운영을 통해 정부기능 분류체계 단위과제를 정비하였다. 이러한 서울특별시 강북구의 사례를 통해 단위과제의 분석 절차와 방법, 기초지방자치단체 기능분류체계의 구축에 따른 시사점을 글로 정리하였다.

전략환경평가 모형의 적용에 관한 연구(II): 수원 도시기본계획 평가를 사례로 (A Study on the Application of the Strategic Environmental Assessment(SEA) Model(II): with reference to Suwon Urban Comprehensive Plan)

  • In this study, for the effective environmental investigation at the level of planning, environmental assessment model to be integrated with urban comprehensive plans was developed. This model was applied to the Suwon City urban comprehensive plan and was tested to derive the future application program and the adaptability to the current research issues. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, we defined basic items for environmental assessment as to be used in the developed SEA model. We also defined three ranges and twelve items for the environmental assessments, which can be used in the assessment of the urban comprehensive plan through the expert advices. Second, we performed the case study by applying the developed SEA model to the Suwon City urban comprehensive assessment, and investigated the environmental impacts through an expert inquiry at the "phase 5" of the model. The results of the case study showed that Suwon City urban comprehensive plan contained partially discrepancies at the goal of the planning. The spatial strategy for leisure, park and open space, and green belt was analysed not to be effective in energy use. The case study also indicated that the environments of Suwon City are expected to be much worse in each sectional plan, if the City was to implement the present five sectional plans for life boundary and distribution of population, land use plan, transportation plan, industrial development plan, and life environmental plan. Third, according to the result of the case study, an mitigation plan for urban comprehensive plan of Suwon City was proposed as the following four stages; modification of planning goal, modification of site alternatives, modification of planning contents, and proposal of mitigation measures.

사용자 관찰을 통한 부엌 사용 행태 연구 - 중국 상해 소형아파트를 중심으로 - (A Study on Kitchen Use Behaviors through User Observation - Focused on Small-sized Apartments in Shanghai, China -)

  • As a neighboring country belonged to the same cultural sphere with the Northeast Asia, China is recently emerging as a center of the world's economy. The social transformations caused by the rapid economic growth are bringing changes in the Chinese housing culture and thus, it is considered that the identification of a user's need concerning a new housing space and social and cultural understanding on China are necessary. Accordingly, this research intended to conduct the basic research on the Chinese housing space design by observing the small apartment users in Shanghai area in terms of not only the tangible element of the residential space type but also the intangible elements such as lifestyle, values, behaviors, etc. The research range was limited to the kitchen area at the center of a house as a place where the exchanges among the family members are most frequently occur, and the research was carried out in the following methods. First, the effective user research method for the analysis of the Chinese small apartment kitchen users was studied through the literature investigation. Second, the 6 families of a research target were selected focused on the small apartments in Shanghai, China and the user research was performed using three methods of User observation, Video ethnography, and Contextual inquiry. Third, the research results were analyzed focused on the flow of human traffic in the kitchen area and user's behaviors. What were identified as a result take account of the human traffic movements in the kitchen areas around the sink-counter-cook top, cooking behaviors and meal areas outside of the kitchen. Through this, the need for the effective organization of the sink-counter-cook top, arrangement of meal area, and placement of storage by section for the kitchen space of China were drawn based on the understanding of the cooking process, and it was identified that such results require comprehensive understanding of Chinese housing culture.

군 시설 신재생에너지 보급동향과 적용방향 고찰 (An inquiry into the distribution and application plan of new-renewable energy in Military facilities)

  • South Korea having military power within the $10^{th}$ in world ranking is the biggest single institution among public institutions in Korea and comprises force of over seven hundred thousand soldiers. However, outworn equipments and efficiency problem have issued. So, this study is to search the distribution state of new-renewable energy and to analyze application plan on the basis of interview with a official in charge in military. Analysis process is the first, classify surveyed military facilities into troops and the geographical factor. Second, classify a scale and type of facilities that new-renewable energy is supplied. Third, find consideration facts on the basis of interview with a official in charge. On the results of the survey, new-renewable energy applied to the military facility is photovoltaic, solar heat, wind power and geo-thermal energy. Also, divide military into the army, navy, air force and marine, visit 14 units and analyze the official's opinion. This study will deduce LCCA(Life cycle cost analysis) considered expenses for the installation and maintenance, and will be basic research that suggest an appropriate new-renewable energy model in military.

고등학교 생물과 교육 과정의 변천에 관한 연구 (A Study on Historical Development of the Biological Science Curriculum for High Schools in Korea)

  • First: The common points from "syllabus" period to that of "Course of study" are as follows: 1) with no introduction explained. the "Syllabus" or "Course of study" was made to be completed in accordance with the allotment of time (unit). 2) To teach how to rear animals and grow plants, and to make specimens with collected samples formed a great significant field of learning, which meant giving more emphasis on learning classification, life-centered education and basic field of learning than discipline-centered education. 3) The reason why the field of applied biology was emphasized on was that both periods had ideals in Common to educate persons more necessary and useful to the society than to major the pure academic field. 4) Both periods mainly dealt with problems of diseases, and physical health discussed all over the world in 1950's which accounts for necessity of the society to free from ignorance. Second; "The first curriculum period" and "the second one" are observed as follows: 1) The former took the unit (credit) system for the first time. It tried to lay down the conceptual hierarchy with "Biology I" and "II" divided, while "Biolgy I" is better systematized than "Biology II". 2) Discipline-centered education and structure fo knowledge are put more emphasis on especially in "the 2nd curriculum period". 3) And also in this period are included serious problems such as urgency of pollution, importance of nature conservation, population due to the development of industry. 'Third; With the recent curriculum laid down, experiments and teaching contents of subjects are put in harmony with each other and accordingly the process of Inquiry is laid emphasis on. Fourth; It is necessary to set up conceptual sequence and scope effectively in the curriculum.

초등 과학영재 학생과 일반 학생의 과학 동시 특성 및 과학 동시 쓰기에 대한 인식 비교 (Comparing Characteristics and Perceptions of Writing Science Poems for Scientifically-Gifted and General Elementary Students)

  • This study compared the characteristics of scientific poems written by scientifically-gifted and general elementary students, and their perceptions of writing scientific poem. To do this, 5~6 graders (n=100) at two gifted science education institutes and 5~6 graders (n=93) at a elementary school in Seoul were selected. Scientific poems written by the students were analyzed according to their numbers and types. Their perceptions of writing scientific poems were also analyzed through a questionnaire and group interviews. The analysis of the results revealed that the general students wrote more scientific poems than the scientifically-gifted students for thirty minutes. The general students mainly named the titles in a direct way, while scientifically-gifted students did it in an implicit way. The free verse poems in both general students and scientifically-gifted students appeared most frequently, and the prose or narrative poems also often appeared. The general and scientifically-gifted students frequently used impersonation, and some students did not use metaphors. They didn't connect the scientific knowledge for multiple grade. While the poems of the general students evenly included the scientific knowledge for various academic fields, those of scientifically-gifted students tended to include the scientific knowledge for physics or chemistry. The poems of scientifically-gifted students tended to include more science process skills, especially in basic inquiry skills, than those of general students. The scientifically-gifted students wrote scientific poems in a more expanded form regarding the scientific knowledge, than the general students. Scientifically-gifted students perceived the educational benefits of writing scientific poems more positively based on various cognitive and affective aspects. However, many scientifically-gifted and general students had also several difficulties in the processes of writing scientific poems. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

간호대학생의 성장기 때 경험한 언어폭력 (Verbal Violence Experienced by Nursing Students during Growth Period)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호문제 해결과 보호자 및 동료들과의 업무수행에 필수적으로 요구되는 언어적 의사소통 향상을 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위해 간호대학생이 성장기 동안 경험하는 언어폭력을 van Manen의 해석학적 현상학적 질적연구 방법을 바탕으로 심층적으로 조명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 있는 A 대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 10명의 간호학생을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 이들과의 심층 면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 체험의 본질에 집중하고자 실존적 탐구 과정을 통해 분석하였으며, 5가지의 연구결과를 도출하였다. 다섯 가지 주제 문항은 '사소한 대화로 시작하기', '혼란스러운 마음 얻기', '나 자신을 반성하는 계기가 되기', '생각의 틀 바꾸기', '성숙한 나를 만들기'였다.이들의 경험을 바탕으로 상대방을 존중하는 언어사용과 개인역량 강화의 필요성을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 의사소통 기법을 위해서는 공감이나 자기긍정적 효과에 대한 후속 연구가 필요함을 제언한다.
