The purpose of this study is to investigate influence of NaCl precisely in recycling process of food waste and in places where food waste compost is used, because NaCl with food waste has caused concerns of adverse effects in the process of food waste recycling and in plates where final products is used. The influence of NaCl in composting was measured through temperature, concentration of carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) and pH. NaCl didn't cause bad effects until 1%(wet base) of NaCl concentration for composting, showed adverse effects gradually at 2% and 3% and affected composting deeply at 6%. The influence of NaCl in composting was insignificant until 3% of NaCl concentration but decomposing efficiency of organic compounds was interfered with more than 3%. NaCl concentration has to be maintained less than 1%(wet base) to minimize adverse effects of NaCl in composting however NaCl concentration with food waste used in real composting facilities is so lower than 1 %(wet base) that the bad influence in food waste composting is slight. Compost(final product) was collected from real food waste recycling facilities in A city, S city, K-Gu and S-Gu and controlled NaCl concentration artificially such as 0.5%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.6%, 2.0%, 2.5% and 3.0% to investigate influence of NaCl on growth of plants. In results of plant test and pot experiment, according to quality of compost sampled, the influence of NaCl is insufficient until 3% and bad effects appeared clearly more than 3%. The bad effects showed less than 3% because compost sampled was not stabilized fully.

$H_2O_2$, as an example of oxidative stress, induces cardiac myocyte apoptosis. Bcl-2 family proteins are key regulators of the apoptotic response while their functions can be regulated by post-translational modifications including phosphorylation, dimerization or proteolytic cleavage. In this study, we examined the role of various protein kinases in regulating total BAD protein levels in adult rat cardiac myocytes undergoing apoptosis. Stimulation with 0.1 mM $H_2O_2$, which induces apoptosis, resulted in a marked down-regulation of BAD protein, which is attributed to cleavage by caspases since it can be restored in the presence of a general caspase inhibitor. Inhibition of PKC, p38-MAPK, ERK1/2 and PI-3-K did not influence the reduced BAD protein levels observed after stimulation with $H_2O_2$. On the contrary, inhibition of PKA or specifically $PKC{\delta}$ resulted in up-regulation of BAD. Decreased caspase 3 activity was observed in $H_2O_2$ treated cells after inhibition of PKA or $PKC{\delta}$ whereas inhibition of PKA also resulted in improved cell survival. Furthermore, addition of okadaic acid to inhibit selected phosphatases resulted in enhanced BAD cleavage. These data suggest that, during oxidative stress-induced cardiac myocyte apoptosis, there is a caspase-dependent down-regulation of BAD protein, which seems to be regulated by coordinated action of PKA, $PKC{\delta}$ and phosphatases.

n the ballscrew slide system the ~najor problems in accomplishing the high-speed and high-precision are the friction between elements and the decrease of axial stiffness. Especially the friction on the guide have a bad effect on the precision of slidlng. Furthermore stick-slip occur when the low stiffness of slide system. The sticli-slip have a bad influence on the precision. In this research, the affection of stick-slip friction to the precision of the slide system is studied and the possible solution of the precision is proixjsed.

Recently inappropriate aggregates are used as a raw material for ready-mixed concretes, due to the shortage of natural aggregate resources and the prohibition of their extraction for the environmental protection. We, therefore, have conducted experiments to obtain some knowledge of properties of domestic aggregates and to investigate subsequent changes in the properties of the fresh and hardened concretes. To this end, aggregates currently used in 13 domestic ready-mixed concrete plants were collected. Most of aggregate used in this experiment satisfied the KS in density and unit weight. But some of the aggregates have the particle size distribution that can effect bad influence on concrete. In this experiment the aggregates are found to have a bad particle size distribution, resulting in high amount of a unit water content and a unit cement content in concrete.

Because the WFS(Waste Foundry Sand), by-product of a casting factory, is generally a smaller particle than a fine aggregate, it has a bad influence on quality of concrete. Especially, the grading of aggregate is a very important factor in the case of concrete-based products having low water cement ratio manufactured by vibration and pressing method. Therefore, it is necessary to use WFS with the suitable grading of aggregate that it don't has a bad Influence on the quality of concrete-based products. This study investigated the suitable using proportion of WFS by means of the composition method of aggregate suggested by Driscoll. The results showed that it was desirable to use 10% of WFS since higher strength was developed with that amount.

We report an interesting case in which overt aortic dissection mimicked two episodes of aortic intramural hematoma (IMH) (Stanford A, DeBakey I). This took place over the course of four days and had a major influence on the surgical treatment strategy. The first episode of IMH regressed completely within 15 hours after it was clinically diagnosed and verified using imaging techniques. The recurrence of IMH was detected three days thereafter, resulting in an urgent surgical intervention. Overt aortic dissection with evidence of an intimal tear was diagnosed intraoperatively.

Purpose - Other customers within the same service environment do influence a customer' attitude and behavior toward a service firm. Specially, other customers' misbehaviour and various service problems stemmed from them could make the other customers suffer some bad experiences. However, there are few studies to answer how the spillover effect of a service failure arisen from other customers' misbehavior. This study is aimed to examine how service failure due to the dysfunctional behavior of other customers has negative effects on customer evaluation with the service provider. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from a survey based on consumers' retrospective experiences in airline service context. The hypothesized relationships were tested conducting structural equation modeling. Results - Our results show that the attribution of a firm responsibility for other-customer failure has a positive influence on customer's recovery expectation, in turn, it is negatively related to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived service provider's efforts positively influence customer satisfaction. Conclusions - Although a service failure was caused by other customer's misbehavior, employees should be able to alleviate any bad feelings of the affected customers. Furthermore, service providers should provide proper recovery efforts for solving problems caused by the other customers for the wounded customers.

This study provides the basis far salesman to present formal style in suggesting Good-Bad formal style as well as in examining a meaning structure and valuation differences of visual valuation. Stimulus pictures has been chosen consequently 76 pieces through the preliminary inquiry who are working at department store, franchise salesman, car salesman, insurance staff and other salesmen. The tool for visual valuations about suit style is composed of 7 points of Likert type by making 21 questionnaires from the preliminary study. Collecting data is 512 pieces are used to analyse. The duration to collect data was from August 5th to 20th in 2004 and SPSS statistics package program has been used. At first, main factors according to the visual valuation of formal style are Attractiveness, Having abilities, Uncomfortableness. In second, Good formal style shows more attractive and looks having more abilities than Bad formal style and less uncomfortable. In third, in the relations of Good-Bad formal style and demographics, there is meaningful differences according to gender, age, job, salary. In fourth, in the relations of a purchase purpose and visual valuations of formal style, for Good-Bad valuation, the first impression is the most important factor and it is likely to be related to the purchase purpose, on the other hand, the purchase purpose has related to impression the most. It has presented that Good-Bad valuation and purchase purpose have an influence on the factor of Attractiveness.

This study is to make an empirical analysis of star marketing used as die means of sales promotion for Christmas cakes regardless of high advertising cos1s, by understanding the influence of attributes of celebrity advertising models for advertisements of bakery companies over die Christmas season on advertising attitude, corporation reputation and reliability which are recognized by consumers. The verification results were judged as important core elements for successful management in bakery industry. Since bakery brands are losing their differentiations in both functional and physical aspects, the study aimed to offer strategic suggestions to bakery industry. The result of study modelling were GFI=0.911, AGFI=0.887, NFI=0.935, CFI=0.979, RMR=.126 at the level of $x^2$=313.294(df-=218, p<0.001). First, model credibility and model attractiveness of advertising models bad a positive(+) influence on advertising attitude. Second, advertising attitude bad a positive(+) influence on corporation reputation and reliability. Third, corporate reputation also bad a positive(+) influence on corporate reliability.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors contributing to temporomandibular joint disorder symptoms. Methods: The survey was conducted from May 1 to June 10 2017 against college students(120 males and 123 females) in Daejeon and Gangwon who understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate. Results: First, The most frequent symptom of temporomandibular joint disorders is noises from the joint (male 45%, female 61.8%), followed by headache or neck pain (male 25.8%, female 52.8%). There was shown a significant difference by gender in all items except for jaw dropping, poor alignment of teeth and trauma(p<0.05). Second, Looking into the correlation between stress and subjective symptoms of Temporomandibular joint disorders, The stress of Temporomandibular joint disorders showed more significant relation with realistic issues such as academic task, economic burden (e.g., treatment cost), future career, and life values rather than aspect of social relationship(p<0.01). Conclusion: As a result of analyzing variables to understand the influence of stress on temporomandibular joint disorders, the accumulated number of bad habits, stress and temporomandibular joint disorders showed a significantly positive correlation with one another (p<0.05). In other words, the higher the stress level the severe the temporomandibular joint disorders; the more the bad habits the severe the temporomandibular joint disorders;
