한국 호텔 종사원의 유니폼 만족도 및 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Uniform Satisfaction and Preference of Hotel Employees in Korea)

  • This study intended to survey whether or not hotel employees were satisfied with their uniforms. Through this study we hoped that the study will bring about improvement in hotel employees'uniforms. We also hope to offer desirable alternatives if dissatisfaction is shown. The study results are as following: 1. 59.2% of employees indicated that they were comfortable and felt a sense of belonging when wearing their uniforms. 2. 46.1% of employees asked, stated that their uniform identified which hotel they were employed at. 59.2% of employees gave average credit that the uniforms which they were shown the various positions held within at a hotel. 3. Woman believed more strongly than men that their uniforms distinguish them from other hotels. Older people were more positive about it than younger people were. 4. 55.3% of employees felt that improvement in uniforms was necessary. 22.4% of employees were satisfied with the uniform they wear, therefore generally the level of dissatisfaction is quite high. 5. 59.2% of the survey showed that they have to improve the design of uniform they wear and 25% showed the function of the uniform needed improvement also. 6. 50% of employees believed that color and design is mediocre. 46.7% complained of bad sweat absorption. 7. Preference in uniform are follows: 78.9% prefer comfort. 63.2% prefer a more fashionable design and also different colors in uniform in different departments. 8. This study shows that employees in the hotel industry would like to consider in the following order comfort (76.3%), design, color, and cost to be taken into account when uniforms are made.

경음화의 심리적 실체 (The Psychological Reality of Intensification)

  • This paper deals with the nature and function of intensification in Korean in a wider scope of intensification which was not paid proper attention including intensification in the initial position as well as middle position. Unobserved new areas of intensification in the initial position are paid more attention like sound split of polysemy e.g. (s'eda), (kyongk'i) by means of intensification and north Korean application of intensification on (wonsu) and intensification of borrowed English. The recent phenomenon of ‘gwua’ intensification is experimented on two groups of people, young students and old people beyond 65 years old by means of sociolinguistic analysis. The result shows that its intensification is a form of student violent power and a mark of extreme solidarity among activist students. Thirty three university students(male 16, female 17) are asked to explained to write the meanings(feelings or when to use, etc.) of the words which have normal form and intensified forms. The results show intensification attaches the meaning of ‘emphasis,’ to bring the extremely polarized emotion: samll to the smallest, exact to the perfect exactness, bad to the worst feeling. Four words are being split to express different meaning with the word intensified. In conclusion, the nature of so called saisiot(t) e.g. intensification is voiceless tensed pause and its functions are the polarization of the original meaning of the word, sound split of polysemy and attachment of social values by intensification.

  • Purpose As the amount of data became enormous, it became a time when more efforts were needed to find the necessary information. Curation is a new term similarly to the museum curator, which is a service that helps people to collect, share, and value the contents of the Internet. In SNS, hash tag is used for emotional vocabulary to be transmitted between users by using (#) tag. Design/methodology/approach As the amount of data became enormous, it became a time when more efforts were needed to find the necessary information. Curation is a new term similarly to the museum curator, which is a service that helps people to collect, share, and value the contents of the Internet. In SNS, hash tag is used for emotional vocabulary to be transmitted between users by using (#) tag. Findings This study base on seven emotional sets such as 'Happy', 'Angry', 'Sad', 'Bad', 'Fearful', 'Surprised', 'Disgusted' to construct 327 emotional seeds and utilize the autofill function of web browser to collect 1.5 million emotional words from emotional seeds. The emotional dictionary of this study is considered to be meaningful as a tool to make emotional judgment from unstructured data.

VCOR를 이용한 효율적인 어휘 최적화 관리 (Efficient Vocabulary Optimization Management using VCOR)

  • 어휘 인식 시스템에서는 처리되는 어휘가 나타나지 않는 미 출현 트라이 폰이 존재하는 단점이 있으며 이에 따른 신뢰도의 분포를 가지고 있지 않기 때문에 정규화를 수행할 수 없다. 따라서 이를 개선하기 위하여 미등록어 거절 알고리즘에서 사용되는 어휘 관리를 최적화하고 음소 단위로 데이터 탐색을 지원하는 VCOR 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 VCOR에서는 어휘 정보를 효율적으로 제공하기 위해 확장 facet 분류를 이용하여 사용자에게 어휘 단위의 정보를 제공하고, 어휘에 대한 향상된 추적 관리 가능을 제공하여 어휘에 대한 인식의 정확성을 제공한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템을 적용한 결과 시스템 성능에서 어휘 종속 인식률은 97.56%, 어휘 독립 인식률은 96.23%의 인식률을 나타내었다.

  • 최근 컴퓨터의 보급과 정보사회의 발달로 인해 개인 신상 정보에 대한 관심이 증대되고, 이와 관련된 정책과 기술이 발전함에 따라서 개인 신상 정보를 보호하려는 시도가 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터를 사용하면서, 개인의 중요한 자료나 신상정보 또는 회사의 기밀 내용을 다루는 기관 및 부서를 대상으로 중요한 자료와 신상정보 및 회사의 기밀을 보호하는 방안을 제안 하였다. 결과적으로 공공기관 또는 개인기관 내에서 타인의 정보를 악의적으로 도용하거나 도취하는 것을 방지하고, 기관 내의 시스템들 사이에서 정보가 오가는 동안 중요한 자료와 신상 정보들의 노출을 1차적으로 막을 수 있다.

사각탱크 내부의 기포구동유동에 대한 동특성 연구 (Dynamic Analysis of Bubble-Driven Liquid Flows in a Rectangular Tank)

  • An experimental study to evaluate dynamic structures of flow and turbulence characteristics in bubble-driven liquid flow in a rectangular tank with a varying flow rate of compressed air is conducted. Liquid flow fields are measured by time-resolved particle image velocimetry (PIV) with fluorescent tracer particles to eliminate diffused reflections, and by an image intensifier to acquire enhanced clean particle images. Instantaneous vector fields are investigated by using the two frame cross-correlation function and bad vectors are eliminated by magnitude difference technique. By proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) analysis, the energy distributions of spatial and temporal modes are acquired. When Reynolds number increases, bubble-induced turbulent motion becomes dominant rather than the recirculating flow near the side wall. The total kinetic energy transferred to the liquid from the rising bubbles shows a nonlinear relation regarding the energy input because of the interaction between bubbles and free surface.

  • 전력 소비자 근처에 설치, 운영하는 소규모 발전 형태인 분산형 전원에 대한 관심이 최근 들어 커지고 있다. 전력산업 구조개편이 진행되고 있는 현 상황에서 분산형 전원을 배전계통 내에 설치하고, 배전계통의 상태추정 기법을 적용하여 배전계통 운영을 안정적이고 신뢰성 높게 하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 배전계통에 분산형 전원을 추가하였을 때 계통 손실에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 분산형 전원의 최적위치를 선정하고, 분산형 전원이 포함된 배전계통을 위한 상태추정 기법을 개발하였다. 불량데이터에 대한 강건성이 뛰어난 WLAV 상태추정기를 구현하였으며, 단일, 다중, 상호작용 불량 데이터에 대한 테스트를 실시하였다. IEEE 34 모선 수지상 계통을 사용하여 사례연구를 수행함으로써 제안한 알고리즘의 타당성을 확인하였다.

한국 항만배후단지의 정책적 효과 및 과제 (The Effects and Subjects of Port Hinterland Policy in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 항만배후단지의 효과를 평가하고 항만배후단지의 발전을 위한 정책과제를 제안하였다. 평가결과를 통해 볼 때, 우리나라 항만배후단지의 효과를 긍정적으로 평가하기는 어려웠다. 특히 항만배후단지가 그 고유 기능을 수행하는 데에 상당히 좋지 못한 효과를 보이고 있다는 점에서, 향후 항만배후단지가 생산기능, 국제교류기능, 도시기능 등의 기능들을 제대로 수행할 수 있도록 하는 데에 많은 정책적 노력을 기울여야 할 것으로 보였다. 정책적 과제로 배후단지의 임대료 인하, 국제적 물류네트워크 강화, 정부의 재정지원 등을 제안하였다.

  • The flexible structure like solar array and antenna in spacecraft shows very sensitive responses to the inner or outer disturbance and noise. And the spacecraft becomes more complex and larger as it has various mission and role. But since the spacecraft need to have the limited mass, the thin and light material should be selected and this necessity induces the decrease d natural frequency and structural stiffness. It reduces the ability of adapting to the disturbance and induces the structural unstability. Certainly, the disturbance does not only make the structural unstability, but also give the bad effect to the precise attitude control. So it is necessary to control the vibration in the space. In this paper, the flexible structure control modeling with piezo sensor and piezo actuator is developed. The model uncertainty of damping ratio is overcome by robust control. The system equation is induced by the finite element method.

3단압축 드라이아이스 제조사이클의 압축동력과 엑서지 해석 (Compression Power and Exergy Analysis in a Dry Ice Production Cycle with 3-stage Compression)

  • In order to minimize compression power and analyze the cause of exergy loss for a dry ice production cycle with 3-stage compression, the variation of compression power was investigated and the exergy analysis was peformed for the cycle. In this cycle, $CO_2$, is used both as a refrigerant and as a raw material for dry ice. The behavior of compression power and irreversibility in the cycle were examined as a function of intermediate pressure. From this result, the conditions for the minimum compression power were obtained in terms of the first stage or the third stage pressure. In addition, the irreversibilities for the cycle were investigated with respect to the efficiency of compressor. Result shows that the optimum pressure is not consistent with the conventional pressure obtained from the equal-pressure-ratio assumption. This is mainly due to the change in mass flow rate of the intermediate stage compressor by the flash gas evaporation from the flash drums. Most important is that the present exergy analysis enabled us to find bad performance components for the cycle and informed us of methods to improve the cycle performance.
