This paper presents the design and analysis of a vibration-driven electromagnetic energy harvester that uses a multi-pole magnet. The physical backgrounds of the vibration electromagnetic energy harvester are reported, and an ANSYS finite element analysis simulation has been used to determine the different alignments of the magnetic pole array with their flux lines and density. The basic working principles for a single and multi-pole magnet are illustrated and the proposed harvester has been presented in a schematic diagram. Mechanical parameters such as input frequency, maximum displacement, number of coil turns, and load resistance have been analyzed to obtain an optimized output power for the harvester through theoretical study. The paper reports a maximum of 1.005 mW of power with a load resistance of $1.9k{\Omega}$ for 5 magnets with 450 coil turns.

This study examines divergent experiences of family leisure from parent, child and family-level perspectives. In particular, emphasis is placed on differences and similarities about family leisure motivation and outcomes of family leisure activities among socioeconomic backgrounds. Questionnaires were completed by 100 families. The results indicate that Korean families mostly participate family leisure activities because of family bonding although this tendency emerges clearly only from parents' and female adolescents' responses. The families evaluate that family leisure activities bring more positive outcomes than negative outcomes to families. Intellectual motivation, family bonding motivation, and relaxation motivation are positively related to positive outcomes while obligation motivation is negatively related to positive outcomes. Further conclusions and implications are discussed.

The present study in the view of humanistic psychology was attempted to seek the purpose of study, the relationship between nurses′working efficiency that measured by an observational working efficiency scale and their subjective perception. "Perceptual orientation scale"(Choy, Chung Hoon 1971) was administered to 100 nurses during the Period of May to July 1972, and the relationship with their ratings by their supervising head nurses. Educational background, ages, and their lengths of caller were compared with their subjective perceptions. All the relationship were calculated by the method of chi-squares and correlational coefficients. The results of this study are summarized as follow: 1. There is no significant relationship between nurses′subjective perceptions and their working ratings. 2. There is significant relationship between nurses′subjective perceptions and their educational backgrounds. 3. There is no significant relationship between nurses′subjective perceptions and their lengths of career. 4. There is no significant relationship between nurses′subjective perceptions and their ages. The results of the present study are interpreted to the sampled research group of this study and are not to be extended to any other groups.

National libraries are responsible for collecting all publications issued in their respective countries. But national libraries vary widely in their origins and functions. In one or another form they are found in more than a hundred countries. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the backgrounds and theoretical informations to restructuring the completely centralized organizational framework of National Library of Korea. In order to achieve this goal. the national library systems of four culturally advanced countries, that is, British Library, Die Deutsche Bibliothek, Bibliotheque nationale de France, National Diet Library are analysed with respect to the grounds of main library, regional libraries. departmental or subject libraries, branch libraries, and their mutual relation.

This study investigated to understand how the East and the West seek information in terms of their cultural differences. It is designed to explain their cultural differences how they seek particular information when they need it in order to solve a problem in their hands. Survey and simple interview were conducted to compare their differences by sex and ages as well as cultural backgrounds. A total of 72 visitors from 9 countries were randomly selected and participated in this study. The study result shows there are different information seeking behaviors according to their cultural differences. Collected data were analyzed using PASW 18.0.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the usefulness of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) through a character analysis of a novel and to improve the understanding of various types of people. This study aimed to increase nurses' understanding and empathy regarding the personality of various patients. Methods: This study categorized the characters in the novel Our Happy Time based on MBTI and analyzed their personality characteristics. Results: It is important for nurses to understand that the following types of patients can be identified using the MBTI: those with a concise explanation (ENTP), a modest attitude (ISFJ), an objective response (ENFJ), and a logical response (ENTJ). Conclusion: It is important for nurses to broaden their understanding of various personality types and backgrounds related to the formation of patients' personalities that they encounter in the clinical field via analyses using the MBTI personality types. Furthermore, understanding communication skills can be an important first step in resolving conflicts that occur during peer interactions.

The present study examined the effects of parent-education administered during divorce procedure on the perception of parent-education programs. The subjects were 60 couples who were in divorce procedure at the Seoul Family Court and had children under 20 Subjects were divided into three groups of 20 couples each: a control group, and experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 that were homogeneous in demographical and legal backgrounds. Experimental group 1 was shown pamphlets and videos on the role of divorced parents, and experimental group 2 was shown pamphlets and videos on the role of divorced parents as well as given explanations about the contents of the pamphlets and videos. No treatment was applied to the control group. According to the results of the experiment, the two experimental groups showed improvement in their perception of the necessity for parent-education programs. Demand for the number of sessions and hours, and the effect was higher in experimental group 2 than in experimental group 1. With regard to the necessity of parent-education programs, experimental group 2 was positive particularly to mandatory injunction, the payment of education fees and expectation of helpfulness. All three groups expected that parent-education programs would be helpful.

This study is to purposed to analyze the publications printed by some provincial governors during their government positions at Young Nam province in the ]ate Chosun Dynasty. To examine the characteristics of the publications, the data used are some original transcripts and the related materials that include publication information in their prefaces from currently usable original transcripts and woodblock catalogs such as Lupango(누판고). The results showed that the publications were most commonly printed in the Youngnam Province and the reason of the publication was to collect their ancestors' works at their posts. From the kd, we can recognize the social situations and backgrounds in the Young Nam Province during the time.

The purpose of this study is that problems caused by labor environment of cuisiniers in hotels need to be considered and studies regarding a part-time cuisinier in a special-grade hotel need to be conducted. This study analyzes the influence of labor conditions and organizational commitment of a part-time hotel cuisinier on duty satisfaction. It consists of two parts: a research based on the review of the literature and empirical study methods. The method of human resource management in hotels such as treatment of a part-time cuisinier in a special-grade hotel and the way of management as a result of an empirical study are proposed. First, as a result of conducting research on duty satisfaction to part-time cuisinier, most of them are highly satisfied with their duty regardless of their age and academic backgrounds. Second, men hold a majority; woman staffs tent to have a had time working overtime considering the situation that hotels run for 24 hours. That is the main reason why less woman staffs work in hotels than man staffs do. Part-time staffs would like to work consistently after they get upgraded to a regular worker. Forth, it is considered to break down into detailed sectors and speciality is highly demanded.

Medical tests are very important part of the health monitoring process. It is performed for various reasons like diagnosing diseases, determining medications effectiveness, etc. Due to that, patients should be able to read and understand the available online tests and results in order to take proper decisions regarding their health condition. In fact, people are varying in their educational level and health backgrounds that make providing such information in an easily readable format by the majority of people considered as a challenge in the health domain since ever. This paper describes the MTReadable corpus which constructed for evaluating the readability of online medical tests. It covered 32 basic periodic check-up tests with over 36k words. These tests information are annotated and labelled based on three readability levels which are easy, neutral and difficult by three non-specialists native Arabic speakers. This paper contributes to enriching the Arabic health research community with an investigation of the level of readability of online medical tests and to be a baseline for further complex health online reports and information.
