목적: 본 연구는 요양병원 근무자를 대상으로 호스피스 완화돌봄에 대한 지식과 인식 및 임종돌봄 태도, 수행도, 중요도, 죽음에 대한 인식하고 임종돌봄 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법: K도에 소재한 의료기관평가인증을 받은 요양병원에 근무하는 113명의 근무자를 대상으로 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 호스피스 완화돌봄 지식, 호스피스 완화돌봄 인식, 임종돌봄 태도, 임종돌봄 수행도 및 중요도, 죽음에 대한 인식 등의 변수를 사용하였다. IBM SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression로 분석하였다. 결과: 요양병원 근무자의 임종돌봄 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 임종돌봄 중요도와 결혼유무이었으며, 이는 38.2%의 설명력을 보였다. 결론: 요양병원간호사의 임종돌봄 수행도를 향상시키기 위하여 임종돌봄 중요도에 대한 교육이 필요하며, 그들이 중요하다고 생각되는 것을 잘 수행할 수 있도록 효율적인 인력배치 등의 행정적인 방안을 수립하고 임종돌봄 수행도를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과검증을 하는 연구 수행을 제안하는 바이다.

본 연구는 호스피스 완화의료 전문기관 간호사의 임종간호스트레스, 죽음인식, 사전의사결정 태도가 임종간호수행에 미치는 영향 정도를 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 보건복지부로부터 호스피스 완화의료 전문기관으로 지정된 의료기관에 근무하는 호스피스 간호사 200명이다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 서면 설문지와 인터넷 설문조사 두가지 방법을 사용하여 2021년 8월 9일부터 9월 30일까지 이루어졌다. 자료분석방법은 대상자의 임종간호스트레스, 죽음인식, 사전의사결정 태도, 임종간호수행 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 Pearson's correlation coefficient를 사용하였고 대상자의 임종간호수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 Hierarchical Regression을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 임종간호수행과 죽음인식(r=.22, p=.002), 임종간호수행과 사전의사결정 태도(r=.20, p=.004)는 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 그리고 독립변수를 추가한 MODEL2에서 연령, 사전의사결정 태도, 죽음인식이 유의한 임종간호수행 영향요인이었으며 이들의 설명력은 10.4%이었다(F=3.90, p<.001). 호스피스 간호사의 임종간호스행 능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 그 영향요인을 고려한 중재가 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to research university students' awareness of gender equality and practice of clothing and textiles education contents(classifying them into four units; choice and dressing of clothes, textile and management of clothes, design and sewing of clothes, and knitting and embroidery) in their real life. This is the investigation of 344 university students living in Choongchungnam bukdo, Junrabukdo, and Daejeon. In this statistical analysis, SPSS 10.0 for Windows Program was utilized to calculate percentage, mean and standard deviation. Also, these data were verified by t-test, One-way Anova, Duncan's multiple range, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of this research were as follows: The more university students have awareness of gender equality, the more they have practice of clothing and textiles education content in their real life. There was a significant difference in practical awareness of contents of clothing and textiles education according to demographic variables and correlation of variables differed significantly. As a conclusion, university students' awareness of gender equality plays an important role in practice of clothing and textiles education contents in their real life. These results would provide fundamental information for improving students' critical practice.

The attitude of Eco-friendly clothing is based on environmental awareness and Low-carbon green growth awareness. It can be developed through our education. I studied and analyzed the survey which targeted on highschool students whether the recognition of low-carbon green growth can be effected to the eco-friendly clothing attitude or not, and school education effect. The research shows the green growth recognition affects significantly to the eco-friendly clothing attitude. Also the study proves the education of green growth awareness and the eco-friendly clothing attitude informs the realizations of environmental and green growth concepts. The education of clothing habits affects our eco-friendly clothing attitude. Therefore this education is necessary for school curriculum and it must be expanded in any areas both in 'environment and green growth' course and 'home economics' courses in secondary education. The education of Eco-friendly clothing habit should be keep researched specifically and develop further and further.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of oral health knowledge and awareness of caregivers in charge on the oral health-related quality of life of the elderly in nursing homes. Data were collected from 115 elderly without dementia and their 115 caregivers in nursing facilities in S and C cities. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The average score for oral health knowledge and awareness of the caregivers were 11.62, 39.22 points each and the oral health-related quality of life of the elderly was 40.62 points. Oral health knowledge, awareness of caregivers and oral health-related quality of life of the elderly showed a difference according to oral health education experience of the caregivers (𝜌<.001), the nursing facility evaluation grade (𝜌=.016), and the oral health education experience (𝜌=.008), working hours of 40 hours or less per week of caregivers (𝜌=.008) each in order. The influencing factors on the oral health-related quality of life of the elderly were the oral health education experience, the working hours per week of the caregivers and the facility evaluation grade. This findings imply that developing customized program and the work environment improvement for caregivers should be considered to improve the oral health-related quality of life of the elderly in nursing homes.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of housewives' dietary awareness and habits on the reduction and recycling of food waste products. We have done statistical analyses of 501 questionnaires answered by housewives living in Taegu city. The results are as follows: The dietary awareness is significantly different according to the housewives' ages. The group of above 50's age and the group of housewives and their husbands with a lower education level have a more traditional awareness and eating up habits. Also the younger group, and those with a higher education level who grew up in a big city have a more progressive dietary awareness. But the younger, higher income, small family, higher education level groups, and also employed housewives, produced more food waste products than the other groups, The groups thsose have traditional or rational awareness concerning dietary awareness, and those with good eating up and accurate cooking habits turned out to have more affirmative effects on the reduction and recycling of food waste products.

The characteristics of social and cultural life in agricultural regions in Korea encompass several positive external effects: quality of food services, awareness of environmental conservation, aesthetic enjoyment of nature and so on. The objectives of this study were (1) to measure the awareness among Korean youth of the benefits of rural life; (2) to delineate the differences between rural and urban youth; and (3) to promote an awareness of the importance of the social benefits of living in the country. To fulfill these purposes, a field survey method was used. The subjects were 211 third grade students from middle schools in rural and urban regions in Korea. The statistical methods used for this data included frequencies, percentages, 1-tests, etc. The study generatedconclusive findings about viewpoints toward the natural environment, urban and rural social culture, and perceptions of economic status. It showed significant differences between rural and urban youth's awareness of ideas such as'green field supply','labor power supply'and 'biodiversity conservation'.

현대사회에서는 다양한 산업 기술의 고도화와 함께 여러 가지 재료와 집적기술의 발전으로 화장품 산업 전반에도 많은 종류의 화장품이 출시되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 함께 화장품법의 독립과 화장품의 전 성분 표시제가 도입되었다. 웰빙시대인 요즈음에는 질 좋은 삶의 추구를 위해 생활관리, 생체리듬, 올바른 자세, 스트레스 증상과 같은 생활패턴에도 많은 관심을 갖게 되었다. 이들 생활패턴은 삶의 질과 건강뿐만 아니라 피부 관리와도 관련이 있을 것으로 판단하여 기능성 화장품의 인지도와 생활패턴과의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 설문조사를 하였다. 그 결과는 화장품 인지도 관련 16문항 중 문항 3, 문항 5, 문항 6 및 문항 11은 대학교 간 응답에 유의한 차이가 있음을 보였다. 또한, 생활패턴과의 교차분석 결과는 응답연도와 스트레스 증상 간, 응답연도와 올바른 자세 간에는 응답에 유의한 차이가 있음을 보였다. 끝으로, 성별과 생체리듬, 성별과 올바른 자세 및 성별과 스트레스 증상 간에는 응답에 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 과제로는 일반인을 대상으로도 동일한 조사를 하여 이들간의 차이를 조사해 볼 필요성이 있는 것으로 생각된다.
