The purpose of this study is to reinforce employment improvement of engineering college students and the industry-university collaboration of regional industries. In order to achieve the object of this study, we inquire and analyze the general requirements for engineering college students and specific requirements for each major of engineering college. In addition, we survey and analyze the industry-university collaboration programs and awareness of them. When regional companies hire new workers affiliated engineering students, they significantly consider executive ability related to their majors and self-confidence. The education and research area by each department and the status and the intention of industry-university cooperation are also investigated. Eventually, we propose the education plan to meet the industrial requirements and industry-university cooperation strategy.

Purpose: This study attempted to provide the basic data for the institutional improvement of the clinical practice of physical therapy department students. Methods: Research for this study included 390 participants used for the analysis of the present study. The statistical analysis was of the characteristics and satisfaction of the clinical practices of subjects, the reasons for major employment preferences before and after clinical practices, and the preferred institution and field of major employment before and after clinical practice. Results: The general characteristics of students of the physical therapy department include females in their third year of college at age 20~24 years-old. As well, no religion, usual satisfaction with major, and motivation of choosing a physical therapy employment rate were the most common. A residency type in the form where one would cook one's own food and a clinical practice with a general hospital grade were seen most often. Regarding preference of major employment before and after clinical practice, the preference of major employment was 88%, which increased by 5.2% after clinical practice from 82.8% before clinical practice. The preference for no major employment due to lack of interest and no aptitude increased 43.5% from 23.9% after clinical practice. Conclusion: The number of apprentices will increase despite practice institutions being limited; for practice of environment, content, etc., relatively changes are slow, and progress rapidly medical technology. It is a society in which expertise is required; in the present study, there is a value in providing the clinical data missing in physical therapy.
The purpose of this study is to analysis the awareness and opinion of occupational health managers on the deregulation of occupational safety and health. The data were collected by using constructed questionnaires from December 1 to December 20, 2000. The subjects for this study were 107 respondents. The results were as follows ; 1. The highest awareness score was voluntary employment for occupational health doctor. High awareness score was exemption from obligatory education for occupational health manager, and expansion cover range of group occupational health agencies. 2. Most of the occupational health managers had a negative opinion on the deregulation of occupational safety and health. In particular, one of the most negative opinions was no restrictions on occupational health managers holding other jobs. 3. The correlation between awareness and opinion on the deregulation of occupational safety and health was negative, showing that the negative opinion on the deregulation of occupational safety and health tended to increases as awareness increases.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of medical institution employees of their organizational culture and conflicts, as well as the influence of organizational culture on organizational conflict, in an attempt to provide some information on the preparation of organizational conflict management methods for medical institutions. Methods: Structured questionnaires and basic hospital data were used to gather data from the employees of medical institutions. The collected data were analyzed, using SPSS 24.0. Results: First, workers whose length of employment was longer were less aware of the characteristics of their organizational culture, while employees who were older, whose length of employment was longer, and who were middle managers experienced greater organizational conflict. Second, in terms of conflicts among different kinds of occupations, conflicts with nurses were the most common. Third, there was a negative correlation between organizational culture and organizational conflict. Conclusions: As stronger awareness of the characteristics of organizational culture leads to less organizational conflict, the organizational culture of each medical institution should be created and strengthened.

The roles of public and private employment service agencies have been considered crucially important due to the increasing interest of employment services and policies since the Korean Currency Crisis. Eventually, the roles of a manager and a follower of employment service agencies have been of greater importance. In this study, several means concerning the improvement in organizational performances are suggested by studying the leadership's influence of a team leader in employment service agency over the organizational commitment of the followers. In addition to this, influential factors exerted to the organizational performances in an employment service agency have been analysed by the justice awareness between the two groups - team leaders and followers. The analytic results have shown that the transactional leadership has nothing to do with the organizational commitment whereas the transformational leadership has the positive influence over the organizational commitment. However, the leadership of a leader surely influences both distributional and procedural justice. With these facts, it has been proven that these justice have also influenced on the organizational committment. Throughout the process, it has been identified that the distributional justice has more impact on the organizational commitment rather than on the procedural justice.

With foreigner worker and information of employment licence system introduction through question investigation. This research removes side effect in construction industry hereafter through drawn spot administrators` awareness and may present direction that need in foreigner worker`s practical use.
Background: Long-term care insurance for the elderly has been stably established along with the quantitative expansion of long-term care facilities. Indeed, the need for a paradigm about human rights-based service approach is being raised throughout society from a service perspective. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the association between elderly human rights awareness and quality of service by considering human rights education as a moderate variable. Methods: This study conducted surveys with 138 caregivers working in long-term care facilities located in Seoul and Gangwon. General characteristics, awareness of human rights, and the level of service quality were examined using descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, and correlation analysis. And multi-variable linear regression with a hierarchical framework was employed. These analyses were performed using IBM SPSS ver. 25.0. Results: Of the 138 caregivers, 97.1% were female, 87.7% were more than 50 years old, and most of their education level was high-school graduates. Their length of employment ranged from more than 5 years to less than 10 years. The level of awareness regarding elderly human rights of the elderly was below normal (mean=2.21), but the quality of service was high (mean=4.21), and the need for human rights education was also high (mean=4.28). Among the general characteristics, the length of employment was significantly associated with awareness of elderly human rights. Moreover, political rights awareness, included as sub-domains of human rights, was positively associated with quality of service. However, the moderating variable, human rights education, was not significantly associated with the quality of service. Conclusion: In this study, human rights education, as a moderating variable, did not have a statistically significant effect on caregivers' human rights awareness in relation to service quality. This finding is inconsistent with previous research results. These results can be explained by the fact that the frequency of education in long-term care facilities was a significant factor in the practice of protecting the human rights of the elderly. Therefore ongoing encouragement for the frequency of current human rights education and improvements in the educational approach appear to be necessary. In addition, these findings reveal the need for strength of education policies and effective in-depth research about human rights and quality of service to respect the human rights of the elderly.

Purpose : This study aims to investigate occupational therapy students' perceptions of sensory integration therapy and the effect of an educational program on these perceptions and future preferences. Methods : The participants were 200 occupational therapy students in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. A primary survey was first conducted to shed light on students' perceptions of sensory integration therapy, followed by an education program on sensory integration provided through an online video. After this training on sensory integration therapy, an additional survey assessed the their preferred employment routes and intention to take educational courses on clinical sensory integration therapy in the future. A secondary survey was then conducted, using the same form as the primary survey, to identify changes in the students' perceptions of and preferences for sensory integration therapy. A frequency analysis using descriptive statistics was employed to identify the participants' general characteristics, employment-related preferences, and intention to take courses on sensory integration, and a paired samples t-test was used for a comparative analysis of the students' perceptions before and after the education program. Results : In terms of the students' perceptions of sensory integration therapy, the variables of efficiency, facilitation, and expertise showed statistically significant differences before and after the educational program, which resulted in a positive change in their overall perceptions of the therapy after the program. In relation to their preferred employment routes after the program, 100 students (50 %) answered the "field of adults," and 100 (50 %) students answered the "field of children." Conclusion : The findings of this study demonstrated that sensory integration education positively influences occupational therapy students' preferences for and perceptions of sensory integration therapy. Additional research is recommended to organize a more systematic education program and investigate employees in organizations related to children with disabilities.
This study was conducted to research into the recognition level of employment and overseas employment on 173 students majoring in dental technology at two colleges in Daegu metropolitan city and Jeju self-governing island through questionnaires which are recorded individually. The results are as follows. 1. About 31.8% students chose dental technician department taking their aptitude into consideration when they entered college. 52% students gained information about dental technology through internet, and 57.3% students among them, which was the highest level, were under age 20. 2. 48.6% students responded that they thought the level of satisfaction with major was average and there was a difference according to their ages among the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with their major and the previous knowledge of major they had gained before entering college. 75.1% students said they wouldn't transfer to other major even if they were given the chance, which was much higher than the opposite case. And only 2.3% students had dissatisfaction at their major, which means students majoring dental technology evaluate their major positively. 3. Most students(58.4%) wanted to get a job for living cost and 53.2% students took advice from their seniors or elderly people in choosing their jobs. 64.7% students answered they should have professional skills to get a good job, which was different according to their ages. In addition, 51.4% students of dental technology department regarded the opportunities to exert their abilities as the most important element in choosing their jobs. That means students value self-decision and selfrealization when they choose their jobs. 4. The majority of students(32.9%) preferred to work at the dental laboratory in dental college hospital as their workplace. Moreover, seniors over age 21 wanted to work in the field of porcelain and juniors under age 20 preferred to work in the implant part concerning the field which students wants to work. 5. About 91.3% students have ever heard about overseas employment and wanted to work abroad if given the opportunities(77.5%). This points out students have much interest in overseas employment and positive attitude. And there was a difference according to age and grade in case of the preferred country when they work abroad 6. The main barrier to overseas employment was a lack of communication ability(63.0%), therefore, students thought foreign language education should be activated to improve overseas employment(26.0%). To show this more specifically, juniors thought foreign language education and internship are most important factors(both are 21.4% alike), while seniors thought foreign language education is essential(24.6%) as a way to improve overseas employment. Students also thought that participation in language study club helps to prepare for overseas employment(69.4%). When putting all these survey results together, it's very important to develop people in advance who have job ability and language ability necessary for overseas employment as well as to improve job awareness in the field of dental technology. Consequently, it's needed to seek for various ways to get a overseas job through foreign language education and overseas internship.
