또래 괴롭힘과 대인간 행동특성에 관한 횡단 및 단기종단연구 : 참여자 역할을 중심으로 (A Cross-Sectional and Short-Term Longitudinal Study on Bullying/Victimization and Interpersonal Behavior Characteristics: The Participant Roles Approach)

  • This study explored the participant roles and the cross-sectional and longitudinal relationships between interpersonal behavior characteristics and bullying/victimization. The subjects were 4th and 5th grade children and instruments were the Participant Roles Scale, Self-Report Coping Scale, Teenage Inventory of Social Skills, and Social Anxiety/Avoidance. They were contacted again one year later. In the distribution of participant roles at Time 1, defender of the victim was highest, then outsider; at Time 2 outsider was the highest and then defender. There was a tendency of gender difference in distribution of participant roles only at Time 1. Males were more in the group of reinforcer; females were more in the group of defender and victim. There were high positive correlations among bully/reinforcer/assistant scores. In the concurrent view, children who used approach coping strategies and showed higher social skills were more likely to be defender. Children who had lower social skills and higher social anxiety and social avoidance were more likely to be victim. In the longitudinal view, children who had developed higher social skills were more likely to be defender. Children who had employed less approach coping strategies and had showed lower social skills and higher social avoidance were more likely to be victim.

가족체계의 기능성, 부부간 갈등 및 대처방안과 부부의 심리적 적응과의 관계 (Family Functioning, Marital Conflicts, Conflict Coping Strategies and Couple's Psychological Adjustment)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the interrelationships between family functioning, marital conflicts, conflict coping strategies and couple's psychological adjustment, and to identify the influence of each variables on couple's psychological adjustment. The subjects of this study were 532 couples with teen-aged children in seoul. the major findings were as follows ; 1) The couples' perception of their family funstioning(family cohesion and family adaptability) had linear relations with psychological adjustment(marital satisfaction, self-esteem, and depression). 2) For both spouses, marital conflicts, avoidance strategy, action-expression strategy, emotional strategy and outside-aid seeking strategy were negatively related to family functioning, marital satisfaction and self-esteem, and were positively related to depression, Rational coping strategy was positively related to marital satisfaction and self-esteem, and were negatively related to depression. 3) Couples' marital satisfaction were significantly affected by marital conflicts, avoidance strategy, family functioning and family income. Couples' self-esteem were significantly affected by rational coping strategy, family functioning, family income and avoidance strategy. Couples depression were significantly affected by marital conflicts, emotional strategy, and avoidance & action expression strategy. In addition, wives' self-esteem were affected by family functioning. And there were differences between wives and husbands in the findings.

G시 65세 이상 노인의 사회적 지지, 회피적 대처방식 및 우울이 자살생각에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Support and, Avoidance Coping Style and Depression on Suicidal Ideation among in the Elderly over the Age 65 in G City)

  • 본 연구는 G시 65세 이상 노인의 사회적 지지와 회피적 대처방식 및 우울이 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 G시 9곳의 노인대학을 이용하는 노인 482명을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구로, 2019년 10월 7일부터 2019년 10월 31일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 통계방법은 IBM SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 연구대상자의 사회적 지지의 평균점수는 5.72±1.11점, 회피적 대처방식의 평균점수는 6.33±3.45점, 우울의 평균점수 6.33±2.77 그리고 자살생각 평균점수는 6.17±1.87점이었다. 대상자들의 자살생각은 회피적 대처방식(r=.29, p<.001)은 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계, 성별(r=-.02, p=.018), 가족수(r=-.12, p=.008) 사회적 지지(r=-.19, p<.001) 그리고 우울(r=-.24, p<.001)은 음의 상관관계 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 연구대상자의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 요인을 다중회귀분석 한 결과, 성별, 회피적 대처방식 및 우울이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 설명력은 12.8%로 나타났다. 이상의 본 연구 결과를 토대로 성별, 사회적 지지, 회피적 대처방식 및 우울이 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 지역사회 65세 이상 노인의 사회적 지지를 향상시키고 회피적 대처방식, 우울 및 자살생각의 부정적인 사고를 감소시켜 노인의 자살을 예방할 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 지원이 필요하다.

  • This study explored concurrent and prospective relationships of the coping strategies of 4th and 6th grade children in peer conflict focusing on bullying, victim, and prosocial behavior. Instruments were the Self-Report Coping Scale and the Peer Relations Questionnaire. Concurrent results of Study I showed children using more avoidance and fewer approach strategies were more likely to bullies or victims; and children using fewer avoidance and more approach coping strategies were more likely to be prosocial children. Externalizing best explained bullies and victims; seeking social support best explained prosocial children. Prospective results of Study II showed children using more externalizing and fewer problem solving were more likely to be bullies; and children employing internalizing and externalizing were more likely to be victims; and children using more seeking social support were more likely to be prosocial children. It was also found that externalizing at Time I best predicted bullies, internalizing best predicted victims, and seeking social support best predicted prosocial children.

치위생과 학생이 임상실습에서 경험한 무례함과 스트레스 대처와의 관련성 (Incivility and stress coping experienced by dental hygiene students in clinical practice)

  • This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the experience of incivility in clinical practice and stress coping strategies among students enrolled in the Department of Dental Hygiene with clinical practice experience. The study randomly sampled subjects from a group of 150 dental hygiene students attending the Chungcheong area. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis were conducted. The trainees experienced a level of incivility of 1.69, and their level of coping with the resulting stress was 2.58. The study found significant results in terms of gender, clinical practice, and major satisfaction when examining the incivility experienced by trainees based on general characteristics. Among these general characteristics, there were statistically significant differences in the avoidance focus among the sub-domains depending on the grade, number of practicums, and satisfaction with clinical practice. Additionally, the problem-solving focus showed significant results depending on satisfaction with the major. The incivility experienced by trainees showed a positive correlation with avoidance-oriented coping among stress coping strategies (r=.268), social support-seeking coping (r=-.045), and problem-solving-oriented coping (r=-.034) was found to have a negative correlation. If you find yourself in a situation where you encounter incivility, it is believed that developing communication skills and assertiveness training can help you respond more actively instead of passively, which is an avoidance-oriented approach. In addition, it is important to consider that schools and training organizations should collaborate to establish an official reporting system to ensure that any instances of incivility experienced by trainees are not ignored.

청소년 스트레스에 대한 관련 변인 분석 (Analysis of Middle School Students' Stress and Related Variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relation of middle school students' stress in relation to certain variables, those of grade, gender, academic achievement, coping behavior and self-concept. The subjects were 574 students selected from 4 middle schools in the Incheon area. The instruments included a stress index, coping behavior questionnaire and self-concept inventory. The statistics used from this data were t-test, one-way ANOVA (Scheff test), correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. This study showed that middle school students' stress was influenced significantly by the grade, gender and achievement in school. Also, coping behavior and self-concept were influenced significantly by the grade, gender, and achievement in school. Correlation analysis indicated that student's stress and certain coping behavior were postively correlated, especially avoidance coping behavior indicated a higher correlation to students' stress than active coping behavior. The relationship between stress and self-concept indicated a negative high correlation. It was also found that avoidance coping behavior, family self-concept, general self-concept, school and class self-concept, grade and academic achievement were significant predictors of middle school students' stress.

복지관 이용 노인의 사회적 지지가 회피적 대처방식의 매개효과를 통하여 자살생각에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Support of the Elderly Using Elderly Welfare Center on Suicidal Ideation through the Mediating Effect of Avoidance Coping Style)

  • 본 연구는 복지관 이용 노인의 사회적지지가 회피적 대처방식의 매개효과를 통하여 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 시도되었다. 연구방법은 G시에 소재한 4곳의 노인복지관을 이용하는 노인 392명을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구로, 2019년 10월 21일부터 11월 8일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 통계방법은 IBM SPSS/win 26.0 프로그램으로 t-test, ANOVA, Scheff's test, 피어슨 상관관계를 분석하였고, 매개효과는 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계분석 절차에 따른 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 대상자의 사회적지지의 평균점수는 5.73±1.23점으로 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 회피적 대처방식은 12.53±3.47점, 자살생각은 6.21±2.06점으로 회피적 대처방식과 자살생각의 점수 모두 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 각 변수들 간의 상관관계에서 자살생각은 사회적지지(r=-.151, p=.004)와 음의 상관관계 있었으며, 회피적 대처방식과(r=.315, p<.001)는 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 노인복지관 이용 노인의 회피적 대처방식은 사회적지지와 자살생각의 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다(Z=-2.97, p<.001). 따라서 지역사회 노인들의 자살생각과 같은 부정적인 정서를 사전에 예방하고 방지하기 위해 지역 및 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

간호대학생의 생활스트레스와 우울, 안녕감의 관계에서 스트레스 대처의 매개효과 (Impact of Life Stress on Depression, Subjective Well-being and Psychological Well-being in Nursing Students: Mediation Effects of Coping)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 생활스트레스와 대처가 우울 및 주관적 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 대처의 매개효과가 있는지 검증하기 위한 상관성 조사연구이다. 간호대학생 147명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 기술통계, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석, Sobel test 방법으로 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 우울은 생활스트레스, 회피중심 대처와 정적 상관관계를, 주관적 안녕감은 생활스트레스, 회피중심 대처와 부적 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 심리적 안녕감은 생활스트레스, 회피중심 대처와 부적 상관관계를, 문제해결중심 대처와 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 회피 중심대처는 생활스트레스와 우울 간의 관계에서 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 생활스트레스와 주관적 안녕감 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에서도 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 생활스트레스가 우울과 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 회피중심 대처의 사용 정도가 핵심적 역할을 하는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 생활스트레스 수준이 높은 간호대학생들의 우울을 감소하고 안녕감을 증진시키기 위해서는 우선적으로 간호대학생들의 스트레스 정도와 사용하는 스트레스 대처 전략을 확인하는 것이 필요하며, 회피중심 대처를 감소하고 좀 더 효율적인 대처를 활용할 수 있도록 스트레스 대처 중재 프로그램을 제공하는 것이 필요하다.

사회인구학적 변인, 가족의 정서적 환경, 어머니의 훈육방식 및 학령기 아동의 정서조절능력 (Socio-demographic Variables, Family Emotional Environment, Maternal Discipline Style, & School Children's Emotional Regulation)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of socio-demographic variables, family emotional environment and maternal discipline style on school children's emotional regulation. Subjects of this study consisted 953 elementary school students drawn from 4 elementary schools in Cheong-ju city and Cheongwon-gun. Data were analyzed by the methods frequency, percentage, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical regression using SPSSWIN 12.0 program. The results of this study were as follows: First, girls used greater problem-focused coping than boys did. Children in sixth grade used more problem-focused coping regulation compared to those in fourth grade. When children perceived higher level of family communication, emotional support, participation of family rituals, family worries, and parental conflict, they were more likely to use problem-focused coping. Additionally, both maternal supportive discipline and behavioral controlling discipline styles increased children's problem-focused coping. Second, girls presented greater emotional venting than boys did. Children in sixth grade expressed higher level of emotional venting compared to those in fourth grade. While family communication, family worries, and parental conflict increased children's emotional venting, family emotional support and participation of family rituals decreased it. Only mothers' psychological controlling discipline positively predicted children's emotional venting. Third, girls presented higher level of children's aggressive expression than boys did. The lower level of family support increased children's aggressive expression. Higher level of family worries and parental conflict increased it as well. Also, children's aggressive expression was positively predicted by mothers' psychological controlling discipline. Fourth, girls presented greater avoidance than boys did. Children in sixth grade expressed higher level of emotional avoidance compared to those in fourth grade. In family emotional environment, while family support lowered children's emotional avoidance, family worries and parental conflict increased it. Moreover, mothers' psychological and behavioral controlling discipline styles positively explained children's emotional avoidance. In conclusion, family emotional environment was the strongest factor to predict school children's emotional regulation among other variables.

건강보건 대학생의 자기효능감이 스트레스 대처전략에 미치는 영향 : 학년과 성별의 다중집단분석을 중심으로 (The Effects of Health Department Undergraduates' Self-efficacy on Stress-coping Strategies : Focusing on multiple group analysis by grade and sex)

  • 본 연구는 건강보건 대학생의 자기효능감이 스트레스 대처전략에 미치는 영향에 있어 학년과 성별을 조절변수로 설정하여 이들의 조절효과를 파악하고자 했다. 이를 위하여 S대학 대학생 1,442명의 설문조사 결과를 SPSS, AMOS를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 과제난이도 선호가 회피중심에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자신감이 회피중심에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기조절효능감은 사회적 지지추구와 문제해결중심에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 회피중심은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기효능감의 하위요인인 자신감, 자기조절효능감, 과제난이도선호와 스트레스 대처전략의 하위요인인 사회적 지지추구, 문제해결중심, 회피중심들 간의 영향관계에서 학년별로 모델에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 성별 간에는 모델에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
