Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify correlation between sexual autonomy and self-efficacy and provide preliminary information for use in development of a sex education program for university students. Method: This study employed a descriptive research design. Data were collected from 357 university students. Subjects completed questionnaires on the following: demographics, sexual autonomy, and self-efficacy. Results: A total of 112 subjects (31.3.%) had experienced sexual intercourse and 126 subjects (35.3%) regarded it as an acceptable level of sexual behavior. The mean of sexual autonomy was 3.49 and significant differences were observed in gender, grade, department, and acceptable level of sexual behavior. The mean of self-efficacy was 4.08 and significant differences were observed in gender, department, and acceptable level of sexual behavior. In addition, significant correlation was observed between sexual autonomy and self-efficacy. Conclusion: Development of a sex education program for university students, which includes information on reinforcement of sexual autonomy and self-efficacy, is needed.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of young children's behavioral inhibition on self-determination, examining the sequential mediating effects of mothers' parenting anxiety and autonomy support. Methods: Participants in this study were 225 mothers with children aged 6 years. An online survey was conducted, and SPSS Statistics 23.0 was used for basic analysis. The research model used the Process Macro 4.0 program. Results: The higher the level of behavioral inhibition, the lower the child's self-determination. Furthermore, a mediating effect was confirmed when parenting anxiety was added. However, in the single mediation model and the sequential mediation model in which autonomy support was added, the direct effects of behavioral inhibition temperament and parenting anxiety on self-determination disappeared. As a result, behavioral inhibition characteristics were found to have an indirect effect on self-determination through the sequential mediating effects of mother's parenting anxiety and autonomy support. Conclusion/Implications: If a mother with a child with a behaviorally inhibited temperament properly handles the negative emotions experienced during parenting based on her understanding of the child and supports the child to have a high degree of autonomy, she can enhance the child's right to self-determination.

The present study examined the causal relationships among nurses' perceived autonomy, job satisfaction, work environment (work overload, role conflict, situational support, head nurses' leadership), personal aspects(experiences, need for achievement, professional knowledge and skill) by constructing and testing a theoretical framework. Based on literature review nurses' perceived autonomy and job satisfaction were conceived of as outcomes of the interplay among work environment and personal characteristics. Work environment factors involved work overload, role conflict, situational support, and head nurses' leadership (task oriented leadership, relation oriented leadership). Personal charateristics included experiences, need for achievement, and professional knowledge and skill. Three large general hospital in Chonbuk were selected to participate. The total sample of 516 registered nurses represents a response rate of 92 percent. Data for this study was collected from July to September in 1998 by Questionnaire. Path analyses with LISREL 7.16 program were used to test the fit of the proposed conceptual model to the data and to examine the causal relationship among variables. The result showed that both the proposed model and the modified model fit the data excellently. It needs to be notified, however, that path analisis can not count measurement errors; measurement error can attenuate estimates of coefficient and explanatory power. Nevertheless the model revealed relatively high explanatory power. 42 percent of nurses' perceived autonomy was explained by predicted variables; 32 percent of nurses' job satisfaction was explained by by predicted variables. Tn predicting nurses' perceived autonomy the findings of this study clearly demonstrated the work overload might be the most important variable of all the antecedent variables. Head nurses' relation oriented leadership, situational supports, need for achievement, and role conflict were also found to be important determinants for nurses' perceived autonomy. As for the job satisfaction, role conflict, situational supports, need for the achievement, and head nurses' relation oriented leadership were in turn important predictors. Unexpectedly the result showed perceived autonomy have few influence on job satisfaction. The results were discussed, including directions for the future research and practical implication drawn from the research were suggested.

The purpose of this study is analysis of the relationship between autonomy and group cohesiveness perceived by nurses and their job satisfaction, organizational commitment, motivation and intend to stay on jobs to develope the nursing staff management. The results are as follows: 1. Characteristics of subjects are not significantly different in perceived autonomy, but group cohesiveness, organizational commitment and intend to stay on jobs are different in nursing unit(p<.05). Educational background is significantly different in job satisfaction: nurses who has diploma show higher scores than who has baccalaureate degree(p<.05). 2. Perceived autonomy is related with job satisfaction, motivation and intend to stay on jobs but is not related with organizational commitment(p<.05). 3. Group cohesiveness perceived by nurses is significantly related with job satisfaction, organizational commitment motivation and intend to stay on jobs and their correlation coefficients are higher than that of perceived autonomy(p<.05). 4. The interaction effect of autonomy and group cohesiveness with all dependent variables is not significant(p>.05). The main effect on all dependent variables is presented as group cohesiveness. 5. The canonical correlation coefficient of independent variables and dependent variables is 0.503(p<0.000). The above results are important in the aspect of the development of strateges for retension of qualified nurses performing quality of nursing care and organizational efficacy. Autonomy and group cohesiveness perceived by nurses are important factors in nursing staff management; the further studys on job redesign and intervention strateges for enhancing group cohesiveness are needed.

Moreover, the study has been assessed with resources and data to reliably attain the results. Accordingly, the data findings for the research was used with SPSS 25, to examine its frequency, correlation, regression, and other necessary measures. Firstly, there were significant correlations among professional autonomy, collaboration, and job satisfaction. Second, professional autonomy has directly influenced the social workers without the mediator variable on their job satisfaction. Lastly, the collaboration with professional autonomy had also shown decisive effects on the job satisfaction level. Therefore, based on the results of this research, we need a sustainable strategy and advanced collaboration with professional autonomy to enhance and reform our current social service system.

So, this results in increased creative behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the process of connecting and sharing information and knowledge of organizational members on creative behavior and the effect of smart work environment in the process. The purpose of this study is to identify roles of job autonomy, self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and smart work environment in creative process. For the study, 353 surveys with work use group(156 people) and unused group(197 people). Statistical analysis included validity and reliability analysis, structural model analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy and job autonomy had positive effects on creative behavior and knowledge sharing, and job autonomy had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Knowledge sharing has a positive effect on creative behavior, and mediates the relationship between self-efficacy, job autonomy and creative behavior. Particularly, knowledge sharing has a more positive effect on smart work use group. In case of smart work use group, self-efficacy and job autonomy have a relatively high influence on knowledge sharing rather than direct influence on creative behavior appear. This result implies that the achievements of smart work are revealed in terms of knowledge sharing and creative behavior.

This study examined the factors affecting the sexual autonomy of female university students to provide the basic data for developing an intervention program for sex education. The data was collected from 322 female college students and analyzed with a t-test and multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 program. The significant factors of sexual autonomy were intercourse experience (${\beta}=0.115$, p=.040), sex knowledge (${\beta}=0.118$, p=.028), permissiveness of sexual violence (${\beta}=-0.290$, p<.001), and the perception of unwed pregnancy (${\beta}=-0.104$, p=.048). These factors explained 21.7% of the variance in sexual autonomy. In conclusion, there is a need to develop a sex education program to increase sexual autonomy considering the factors affecting sexual autonomy.
