미연방통신위원회(FCC)에서는 무선전파를 사용하는 장비 및 부품들은 사용에 앞서 해당 기술기준에 적합한지를 인증받도록 하고 있다. FCC가 규정하고 있는 무선전파를 사용하고 있는 기기들에 대한 인증은 확인, 형식승인, 신고, 형식인정, 검증 등으로 분류된다. 본 고는 FCC의 전파응용기기 및 부품에 관한 인증제도를 조사 분석하여 향후 국내의 무선통신 기기들에 대한 인증제도의 확립 및 시험 방법 연구에 보탬이 되고자 한다.

This describes the standardization plan of data format (track 2) in magnetic stripe card and message format between terminal and host computer. The track 2's data format is composed of PAN and additional data based on ISO 3554. In the present social status of Korea, the VISA B message format is recommended.

In this study, we have discussed and illustrated the security issues of WiMAX technology including vulnerabilities, threats and some security solution. Both physical layer and data link layer have been considered. Jamming is a major threat in physical layer, and in data link layer we study an authentication problem and see the problem of some unencrypted messages leading to lack of confidentiality. Some of these vulnerabilities have been solved in the recent amendment of 802.16 and some still remain. Moreover WiMax is a new technology yet.

SPKI 권한 인증서를 이용한 기존의 방식은 각 사용자마다 임의적으로 인증서를 발행할 수 있기 때문에 상위객체에 접근권한이 불가능한 데이터에도 접근권한을 줄 수 있다. 그래서 중요한 문서에 대한 보안이 완전하지 못하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 강제적 접근제어 모델을 기반으로 하여 서버에서 보안레벨에 따라 등급을 나누고 인증서 내에 접근권한을 명시해 줌으로써 접근권한을 추가하거나 삭제할 수 있다. 이는 강제적 모델에 유연성을 제공해주고 서버에서 하는 역할을 줄일 수 있으며, 높은 등급의 정보가 낮은 등급의 객체로 흐르는 것을 막아주므로 기존의 방식보다 좀 더 안전한 접근제어 메커니즘을 제공한다. 또한, 서버에서 XML로 접근제어 레벨을 정의해주므로 여러 플랫폼에서 사용 가능한 이점을 지닌다.

본인확인이란 적법하고 합당한 절차에 따라 합의된 사용자임을 증명하고 인증하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 본인확인서비스에서 본인임을 인증하는 다양한 수단들의 특징에서 살펴보고 대표적인 본인확인수단인 아이핀과 휴대폰 서비스의 인증절차 개선 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 방안을 통해 안전성이 강화된 본인확인서비스 제공과 이용이 가능할 것이다.

사용자의 인증 및 자원에 대한 접근 권한을 제어하는 인가는 개별 서버에서 수행되어 왔다. 개별적인 인증과 인가는 서버의 관리 부담을 증가시키며, 서비스의 가입과 반복적인 인증으로 인해 사용자에게 불편을 초래한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 중앙집중적으로 인증과 인가를 대행하는 AAS를 제안한다. AAS는 ID 관리 기능 외에 단일인증(Single sign on), 멀티티어(multi-tier)인증, 역할기반 접근통제, 인증서 관리 서비스 등을 제공한다.

The author studied the actual conditions on the production of dental prosthesis made in laboratories, and also studied interrelationships between dentists and laboratory technicians in both personal and technical aspects. Two hundred-eighty four technicians, work in dental laboratories presently, were surveyed via mail and direct contact during the period from June 1 to June 30 and August 27 to August 28 in 1994 respectively. The obtained results were as follows : 1. Among the respondents, 90.5% we re working in commercial dental laboratories and their laboratories were mainly located in the Seoul area(40.9%, P<0.05). The numbers of employees in these laboratories were less than 10 persons(70.0%, P<0.01), and 75.9% of these laboratories have been in operation less than 15 years. 2. Most laboratory procedures were accomplished according to established disciplines. However, procedures such as die trimming in fixed restorations and the qualifications of the people designing removable partial dentures were not. Other problem areas were boxing of the working cast, the person determining the posterior palatal seal area, selection and arrangement of artificial teeth, occlusion rim correction and laboratory remounting of the processed denture in complete denture restorations. 3. Only half of the requesting dentists could send work authorizations to the laboratories with their work and even so, its contents were quite lacking. Consequently, there must be some standards in writing work authorization. 4. Technicians most desired clean and accurate impressions in fixed and removable dentures, and enough tooth reduction in porcelain fused to metal restorations. 5. For the establishment of better relationships between dentist and dental technician, the respondents desired the establishment of equal footing first(33.5%), and frequent conversations and muture understanding second(25.9%).

신속하고 안전한 이동성 서비스는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)는 이러한 이슈들에 대응하기 위하여 네트워크 자원의 사용을 안전하게 하고 법적으로 보장하는 핵심기술 같은 많은 의미있는 작업들을 해오고 있으며 기존의 MIPv6(Mobile IPv6)에서 핸드오버 지연과 시그널링 오버헤드 같은 문제를 보완하기 위하여 HMIPv6(Hierarchical Mobile IPv6)를 제안하였다. 현재 HMIPv6에 관한 연구의 대부분은 HMIPv6와 AAA(Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) 프로토콜 사이의 상호작용 절차를 최적화하기 위한 방법에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 해당 논문에서는 AAA 절차에서 인증대기를 최소화하는데 중점을 둔 비용 효율적인 계층 인증 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법에서는 MAP(Mobility Anchor Point)에 배포되어진 AAA 서버들, Root AAA 서버가 관리하는 몇몇의 Leaf AAA 서버들 그리고 홈 도메인 안에 있는 AAA 서버를 대신하는 브로커들의 계층적 AAA 아키텍처를 제안한다. 이 시뮬레이션 결과는 제안된 기법이 이전의 전통적인 인증 조합 모델링과 비교하여 핸드오프 지연과 인증대기 시간이 상당히 줄어들었음을 보여준다.
