This paper represents measurement prodcedure and analysis of terrestrial DTV field test results over Taejeon city area. Thirty three points were selected as measuring points. Signal power, noise power, Segment Error Rate, RMS delay spread and equalizer performance was measured. The video and audio quality of DTV was good over half of test sites. Equalizer, could correct signal ghost and improve S/N up to 13.7 dB. From this test, the test procedure for DTV will be estabilished.

음악 제작 과정의 마지막 단계는 마스터링이다. 과거의 마스터링은 단순히 컴프레서(Compressor)와 리미터(Limiter)를 이용하여 각 트랙의 오디오 레벨을 일률적으로 매칭시키는 것이었지만, 디지털 장비의 꾸준한 발전으로 많은 마스터링 제작자들은 이퀄라이저(Equalizer)와 컴프레서를 기본으로 리버브(Reverb), 딜레이(Delay), 그리고 디더(Dither)를 이용하여 모든 트랙을 하나의 통일된 분위기로 제작하는 방식으로 진보하고 있다.

Nowadays, based on the advancement of IT techniques, innovative products combining IT techniques to PA system are developing. In this paper, we presented the hybrid mixer controller for digital PA system. We develop the integrated mixer controller which includes the digital mixer composing an existing digital PA system and function of digital integrated controller. Developed integrated mixer controller consists of multichannel mixer function with 16 audio input channels, 8 output channels. And, it has an equalizer for processing digital audio signal, matrix and limiter. Also, the developed controller has some features such as internet connection for controlling of overall PA system and remote monitoring of mixer process condition.

ITU-R B.O. 1130-4 Digital System E adopted for Korean satellite DMB service is a multimedia broadcasting system based on DS-CDM-QPSK technique which broadcasts audio and video contents via the satellite or terrestrial gap-filler. However, Digital System E can not provide full loading services because the multi-channel interference (MCI) is increased due to the loss of orthogonality between signature waveforms in multipath fading channels. In this paper a chip equalizer using tap selection algorithm that enhances the receiving performance is proposed and compared to the conventional rake receiver for the satellite DMB system.

The functions of playing musics and multimedia have become essential in one device as a smart phone since the smart phone appeared. It is very convenient, but it contains controversial arguments about sound quality, so many smart phone users use the music player application. By using these music applications, people start to think about the relationship between music playing and sound quality. However, those applications are not perfect, so it is hard to choose a good application. This thesis is about the advantages of the sound quality of music player applications that are currently sold in Android Market through RightMark Audio Analyzer program, and plans to suggest android music player application system design by analyzing applications by covering disadvantages of these applications.
