정보기술의 관점에서, 기업 가치사슬상의 내/외부적 협력을 협력을 구현하는 방법으로ASP(Application Service Provider)를 통한 IT 아웃소싱(outsourcing)이 차세대 가상기업의 핵심 요소가 될 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 ASP 의 서비스 제공에 관한 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법으로, HoQ와 AHP를 통합한 방법론을 제공한다. 그리고 이러한 통합모형을 적용하여 고객만족의 관점에서 ASP 서비스 개선을 위한 핵심 기능요소(functional elements)를 찾아 내었다. ASP 서비스의 지속적인 개선은 점차 심화되어 가는 경쟁에서 생존하기 위해 최우선적으로 중요한데, 본 연구의 HoQ/AHP 통합모형은 서비스 개선을 전략적으로 구현하는 좋은 도구가 될 것이다.

In this monograph, we developed a Remote Courseware Management System so we can more easily cultivate a courseware with various multimedia applications through an easy interface with the internt. In the view of Developer of view, we could develop RCMS rapidly using the application of ASP.NET and have tried to adapt ourself to the future environment using it. ASP.NET provides much richer event programming model than ASP and event processor which are executed on Server. In the view of User, they can used the Internet service with equipment that they want at any place and any time. To control any kinds of courseware for Administrator and Users, we offered a variety of Multimedia applications and an easy interface and built a new style of web courseware.

The proximate and amino acid composition of wild and cultivated Cynochum wilfordi, Codopsis lancolata and lxeris sonchifolia were analyzed. Cynochum wilfordi, had higher contents of sugar ascompared with Codonopsis lancolata and lxeris sonchifolia. Fats was 2-3 times higher in Cynochumwilordi then Codonopsis lancolata and lxeris sonchifolia. No significant difference in the contents wasfound between the open field root, spontanity and cultivated at 30'c in biotronroom at condonopsislanceolata. However, contents of protein was 12.8% in lxeris sonchifolia. Total amino acid were 1.5-1.8 times higher in lxeris sonchifolia. than Cynochum wilfordi and Codonopsis lancolata. The decresingorder of the amounts of amino acid infused from the Cynochum wilfordi samples was Glu, Arg, Asp,Leu, Pro, Lys, Codonopsis lancolata (Changdeuk) was Arg, Glu, Pro, Leu, Asp, Lys, Codonopsislanceilata(Chirisan) was Arg, Glu, Pro, Asp, Lys, Leu, Codonopsis lancolata(Yeanbeun) was Arg,Glu, Asp, Leu, Ser, Lys, and lxeris sonchifolia was Glu, Arg, Asp, Cys, Lys, Pro.

정보시스템 아웃소싱 시장은 전세계적으로 2004년에 7천 8백억달러에 이를 것이고, 아웃소싱의 하나의 유형인 ASP는 2005년에는 240억 달러 선에 육박할 예정이다. 국내시장도 2001년에 2000년 보다 6배 가까이 급성장 한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 상황에도 국내에서는 정보시스템 아웃소싱과 ASP에 대한 체계적인 연구가 부족한 형편이다. 특히 ASP에 대한 중요성을 인정하면서도 이에 대한 비즈니스 모델조차 아직 검증되지 못하고 있는 실정이고 반영시키지 못하는 단점이 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 아웃소싱과 ASP의 의미와 현황을 살펴보고, 기업에서 성공적으로 이 서비스를 도입하기 위하여서는 어떠한 요인을 고려해야 하는가를 파악하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 ASP를 중심으로 분석하였다.

We have shown how e-Learning can be implemented for statistics and lab course with minimum cost of operation using APM. We have illustrated how traditional class educational component can be implemented under e-Learning environment, especially statistical package labs with ASP and web-folder.

ASP는 HTML태그와 같이 사용되므로 HTML에 대해서 자세해 알고 있어야 이 부분을 공부하는 데 별 무리가 없을 것이다. 프로그래밍에 대해서 어느 정도 기초적인 지식이 있다고 가정하겠으며 파일 입/출력이나 데이터 베이스의 표준 언어인 SQL 정도는 어느 정도 지식이 필요하다. 또한 HTML 파일 작성에 필요한 자바 스크립트나 비주얼 베이직 스크립트는 물론이고 그 외 HTML 파일의 내용을 요구에 맞게 배치하게 위해 사용하는 CSS1의 기본적인 내용 정도는 알고 있어야 한다고 본다. 뿐만 아니라 CGI 프로그래밍과 웹 서버와 클라이언트의 상호 작용 관계, 그리고 웹 서버 관리하는 방법 등의 내용을 완벽하게 갖추고 있다고는 생각하지는 않는다. 하지만 앞으로 진행해 나가면서 직접 설명을 하지는 않겠지만 이와 같은 기술들이 모두 사용이 될 것이고, ASP는 다른 웹 애플리케이션 언어보다 쉽고, 웹에서의 많은 응용과, 무한한 가능성을 내포하고 있다는 것을 말하고 싶다. 그러므로 ASP에 접근하는 방법에 있어서 운영하는 방법을 연구하였다.

대학에서 수행되고 있는 다양한 업무 가운데 ASP 서비스가 가능한 영역을 대상으로 데이터의 통합 성과 커스터마이징 평가 요소를 기준으로 어플리케이션을 분류하였다. 대학정보화 어플리케이션을 2평가요소로 4개의 군으로 분류하였고, 각 군의 특성을 분석하였다. 이 분류를 통해 ASP 사업자는 대학정보화 어플리케이션의 특징과 특성을 살펴볼 수 있다. 또한 대학데이터센터 구축 방안중 ASP 추진 전략의 근거로 사용할 수 있다.

정보화 필요성을 느끼고 있는 중소기업을 중심으로 ASP에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있는 반면에, ASP도입을 고려하고 있는 기업들은 이러한 정보시스템을 도입한다고 해서 기업의 성과가 좋아질 것인가라는 의문을 가지고 있다. 이러한 의문은 기존 기업들의 투자 효과를 확인함으로써 신규 도입 의사결정에 있어서 중요한 판단 기준이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 IT 투자와 성과 측정의 타당성을 검토하기 위해 재무지표와 비 재무지표 간의 다중 접근을 통해 IT 투자 성과를 평가할 수 있는 ROI분석을 위한 체계를 개발 제안한다. 제안한 ASP 투자성과 평가 방법을 50인 미만의 제조업을 대상으로 적용하여 결과를 도출하고 도입 시 고려해야 할 점을 도출하였다.

웹 접근성이란 '어떠한 사용자(장애인, 노인 등)'가 어떠한 기술 환경에서도 사용자가 전문적인 능력 없이 웹 사이트에서 제공하는 모든 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 보장하는 것이다. 그러나 홈페이지 구축 비용 등의 문제로 장애인 관련 단체나 학교 등 가장 필요한 사이트 조차 접근성을 준수하고 있지 못하다. 따라서, 저비용으로 쉽게 웹 접근성 준수 학교 홈페이지를 구축할 수 있는 ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 서비스는 HTML/XHTML 표준에 맞게 올바른 마크업 언어를 사용하고, CSS를 통해 구조와 표현을 완전 분리하여 개발하여 웹 접근성의 기본이 되는 웹 표준을 준수하였으며, 표준 지원 브라우저들과 모바일 웹 환경의 종류와 특성을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 브라우저 간 상호 운용성을 보장하기 위해 자바 스크립트를 표준 문법과 구조에 맞게 사용하고, W3C의 표준 DOM을 이용하여 홈페이지에 필요한 기능들을 설계하였다.

In order to evaluate the proper fracture strength of microstructures in a steel weldment, smaller size loading ball than used for a conventional small punch(CSP) testing is required due to regional limitation on constitutive structures. In this study, the minimized loading ball(φ 1.5mm) and bore diameter of lower die(φ 3mm) were designed for an advanced small punch(ASP) test. The results obtained from the ASP test were compared with those from a CSP testing for a X20CrMoV121 steel weldment. It was found that the ASP test clearly showed the microstructural dependance on fracture strength and ductile-brittle transition behavior of the weldment. In the ASP test, especially, the cracks tend to initiate for various directions within hemispherical indentation region of an objective structure in SP test. This indicates that the evaluation of more proper fracture strength for F.L+CGHAZ, FGHAZ and ICHAZ can be performed by means of the ASP test in a steel weldment.
