The study performed literature survey and research on the actual condition of cultural facilities for planning a reasonal architectural plan of being prearranged Gwangcheon cultural art center erection at the old central district of Gwangcheon-Eup(town) in Hongseong-Gun(County), Chuncheongnam-Do(province). It was verified that the law and regulations related with cultural art facilities did not make clear statement of the concept of cultural art center and classified it as a public performing place of a kind of performance facilities. The types of cultual facilities could be classified as performance facilities, libraries, regional cultural welfare facilities, cultural promotion and instruction facilities and they were studied respectively. The main functions of cultural art center was studied with art enjoyment function and art creation function. Through the research on the actual condition of cultural facilities, it was found that there were 12 cultural welfare facilities in Hongseong-Gun(county) however there was no cultural facilities in Gwangcheon-Eup(town) except 1 libraries. So the building of Gwangchoen cultural art center is needed. The location Propriety analysis is conducted and proved appropriated. On the basis of the above studies, the direction of planning, conception of Plan and facilities program were conceived and finally the architectural plans were proposed.

사운드아트는 태생적으로 이종적(heterogeneous)이고 탈경계적인 특성을 지닌 예술 활동을 통해 진화했다. 창의적으로 인정받는 예술가들이 마음껏 활동할 수 있는 비옥한 토양이 형성되기 어려운 비주류 예술분야임에도 오늘날 국내 사운드아트 분야의 성장과 확장은 계속 진행되고 있다. 그리고 앞으로는 미술계와 음악계 사이의 진영논쟁을 넘어 탈제도권적인 작품들과 활동들까지도 폭넓게 수용하면서 다양한 비평을 열 수 있는 시대가 올 것이다. 본 논문은 사운드아트의 역사사적 특이점과 발자취를 간단히 살펴서 향후 사운드아트를 위해 개선된 토론장을 만들어가는 데 참고자료로 도움이 되게 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between Art management and Cultural activities in China from the K-wave case. Research design, data, and methodology: This study used the method of the cases study survey, with the K-wave case in as the survey objects, 3 valid survey sample case were collected in this paper. Results: The two dimensions of art management and cultural activities differently influences from the K-wave, and the influence of availability on customer satisfaction is not significant. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide useful reference for the Art management and Cultural activities in China from the K-wave case. And improve the development of art management and cultural activities in China by improving the K-wave of service quality. Art management can shape urban commercial space in a beneficial way, create a good consumption atmosphere, and enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of the city. The introduction of art elements into urban commercial space can create a strong cultural atmosphere, so that the city presents a smart look. Art management has a positive impact on K-Wave production and operation activities, which can promote the shaping of art commercial space, the promotion of urban cultural atmosphere.

The purposes of this study was to find aesthetical-ethical paradigm of care ethics by understanding the unique moral character of care as an art and to suggest the optimal direction of nursing ethics. Method: This study used meaning-heuristic and -interpretive methods of hermeneutics based on philosophical aesthetic theory; Baumgarten's aesthetics, Schiller's theory of aesthetical education and Kant's theory of aesthetical judgement. Result: The concept of care implied aesthetical and ethical character; caring as an art was related to moral feeling based on human dignity und emotional communication in interpersonal-relationship. Caring as an art was interpreted as a moral ideal for the promotion of the humanity und the interaction in personal-relationship according to nursing theories. Philosophical aesthetics could provide the theoretical base for the interpretation of caring as an art. The proper paradigm of care ethics in nursing could be found in character-trait ethics and communication ethics according to the philosophical aesthetics. Conclusion: This study could show aesthetical-ethical paradigm of care ethics in nursing by the heuristic interpretation of caring as an art according to the philosophical aesthetics

In art painting creation, painting material is an important carrier. Acrylic as a young material has very wide applications in modern art. This study mainly analyzed the properties of acrylic material. Firstly, the emergence and development of acrylic were introduced, and then its material characteristics were analyzed. Finally, the performance embodiment of acrylic paintings was compared with oil paintings and watercolor paintings. It was found that acrylic paintings not only had some advantages of oil and watercolor paintings but also had own style characteristics; acrylic paintings also have advantages in durability and flexibility; acrylic paintings could present the characteristics that oil and watercolor paintings did not have while realizing the techniques of them. Acrylic paintings have a broad development space in art creation, which is worth further attention and promotion.

Media art, which is a combination of media technology and art, is making a lot of progress in combination with AI, IoT and VR. This paper aims to meet people's needs by creating a video that simulates the dance moves of an object that users admire by using media art that features interactive interactions between users and works. The project proposed a universal image synthesis system that minimizes equipment constraints by utilizing a deep running-based Skeleton estimation system and one of the deep-running neural network structures, rather than a Kinect-based Skeleton image. The results of the experiment showed that the images implemented through the deep learning system were successful in generating the same results as the user did when they actually danced through inference and synthesis of motion that they did not actually behave.

The emergence of independent cinema in the United States in the 1960s was the earliest sign of postmodernism in the country, which was often referred to as "underground cinema". The works, in a counter-cultural stance, overturned the thought of depth of traditional art cinema, not exploring the meaningful relationship between form and content in terms of artistic technique, but creating an aesthetic that echoed the "Pop Art" of the time by collaging established means of expression with traditional and fashionable ones in a consumerist manner. In this paper, American independent cinema was examined, firstly by analyzing the local and external factors that contributed to its rise. Secondly, two genres of independent cinema core paradigm, "underground cinema" and "pop cinema" were focused on, as a way of demonstrating the attention and influence that independent cinema has gained. Finally, we found that independent cinemas are also seeking for alternative exploration and diverse expressions in the context of the times.

본 논문은 현대미술 감상을 통한 환경교육이 유아의 환경보전지식, 환경보전태도 및 미술 감상능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 경기도 평택에 위치한 D어린이집의 만5세 유아 총 30명(실험집단 15명, 비교집단15명)을 대상으로 현대미술 감상을 통한 환경교육을 실시하였다. 사전검사와 사후검사의 차이를 분석한 결과, 실험집단의 환경보전지식, 환경보전태도 및 미술 감상능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 유아교육현장에서 유아의 환경보전지식, 환경보전태도 및 미술 감상능력을 증진 할 수 있는 기초자료 및 교수방법을 제시하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.

본 연구에서는 미술품의 경매 현황에 대해 알아보고 미술품 가격 지수의 국외 및 국내 현황에 대해 조사한다. 경매는 공개된 경쟁 입찰을 통해 미술품의 창작자로부터 수집가로 통하는 시장의 역할을 수행한다. 미술품의 사적 거래를 통한 음성적인 거래가 아직은 큰 부분을 차지하고 있는 국내 미술품 시장의 현황에서 경매의 역사는 짧지만 양성적인 거래인 경매에 의한 효과가 크기 때문에 앞으로는 경매가 더욱 활성화 할 것이다. 미술품 가격 지수는 선진국에서는 투자자들에 대한 투자 지침으로 역할하며 개발되어 잘 활용되고 있다. 그러나 아직 국내에서는 미술품 가격 지수에 대한 개발역사가 일천하며 개발된 미술품지수조차도 널리 활용이 되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 경매에서 낙찰된 작품들에 대해서만 가격정보가 투명하게 공개되므로 경매는 가격지수 개발을 위한 필수적인 토대라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 선진국과 국내 미술품 가격 지수에 대한 비교를 통해 한국형 미술품 가격지수들의 특징과 활용방안에 대해 검토한다.

NFT 아트는 NFT 기술을 바탕으로 형성된 새로운 미술형태로써 기존 미술계와 미술시장에서 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 따라서 NFT 아트가 새로운 미술의 영역으로 자리매김할 수 있는가에 대한 분석이 요구된다. 따라서 NFT 아트의 형성과 발전 과정을 과학기술학(Science and Technology Studies)의 행위자네트워크 이론(Actor-Network Theory)의 관점에서 분석하고 대표적인 사례로 NFT 아티스트 '비플(beeple)'의 사례를 조망한다. 또한 과학기술학 연구자인 그레이엄 하먼(Graham Harman)의 미학을 바탕으로 NFT 아트의 예술적 가치와 전통 미술 네트워크와의 관계를 논의한다. 특히 NFT 프로젝트 '크립토펑크(Crypto punks)'와 새로운 미술장르를 표방하는 '펑키즘(PUNKISM)' 사례를 통해 NFT 아트의 미래와 장르적 지속가능성을 분석한다. 행위자네트워크 이론으로 NFT 아트를 분석함으로써 기술적, 미적, 철학적 질문들을 가시화하고 새로운 미술장르로써의 긍정적인 전망을 제시하고자 한다.
